BoLee was my one and only bridal store that I shopped at and I'm so glad that I went that route. I already had a dress in mind when coming into BoLee and automatically fell in love with it, but all the other options were making me rethink my decision. I tried on many other lovely dresses but ended choosing the one that I came in looking for. Amazing customer service and beautiful interior, would highly recommend! -

Janice Sent on 09/30/2018I went to about a half dozen bridal shops before I visited BoLee. Let me tell you, the experience was night and day! Everyone at BoLee was very friendly and helpful. They provided couches and water for my bridal party, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and provided me with great advice. Rather than trying to find a dress I liked, I was met with the problem of picking between 2 dresses I absolutely loved. Talk about a great problem to have! Additionally, BoLee was very responsive and good at communicating when my dress/veil would arrive. -

This was my second place to try on wedding dresses and I would highly recommend this place to any bride and have recommended to my friends that are getting married. (Those friends ALSO got their dress at BoLee as well!!!)
Everyone here really wants to help you find your dream dress. They ask about what you like and even let you try on dresses that you weren't expecting to like. Everyone that helped me was super patient and sweet. Never pushy. I have been with my friends' to get their wedding dresses at other bridal shops, but there is not the same care and customer service as here.
I did say YES to my wedding dress :) It was a beautiful Stella York gown, not entirely what I was expecting myself to pick (a-line and blush color)...But I'm so glad I tried it on!
Heads up...If you pay for the dress in full or half of the dress, you get a discounted rate for the dress.
When I got an email and phone call that was dress was ready for pickup, I was so excited! When I picked up my dress, the associate had these special gloves on and handled my dress so gently. I loved this part, as my inner self wanted to be super careful with the dress as well..and I appreciate that little detail!!!
Highly recommend to come here and find the dress of your dreams :) If you don't, at least you'll get awesome service during your appointment. -
Ashley Sent on 04/27/2018Like many others, I also said YES to the dress at BoLee Bridal! I was referred by a friend who also found her dress at BoLee Bridal. I stopped by on a Stella York trunk show day and I was sold on day one! Irina helped me through the entire process (in and out of dresses, personal photographer, etc). The small touches meant a lot to me, like a small chalkboard outside of the dressing room that said "Congratulations Ashley!" TBH I didn't care for the first dress that she brought out, but once I put it on - that was it. I guess I fell for the "never judge a dress on a hanger!" After picking up the dress and veil, I received an email with recommendations for alterations (recommended seamstress was great!). Prices are reasonable for a wedding dress and I feel like it looked at least double the price!
As a very picky bride, I must say that I would only recommend a place that shows care, thoughtfulness, and pride for their work. You won't be disappointed with BoLee Bridal! -

Jaimie Sent on 10/05/2015BoLee Bridal was the perfect choice to start and end my wedding dress hunt! I called in, and was able to book an appointment on a weeks notice. On the day of, I was greeted by Mai, one of the sweetest girls I've ever met, who offered us refreshments and lead us to our sitting area. They personalize where you will be trying on dresses with a sign that says "Congrats" and the bride's name. Cute touch! This boutique is so classy inside. The decorations and display of the dresses is so pretty, and they have a great selection. I sat down with Mai and showed her my Pinterest board of dress styles I liked, talked about some things I did and didn't want, and she pulled a variety of dresses that were in my price range and matched my style. It tried on seven dresses in total and all of them were amazing. Mai really had a great eye for assessing what my style was and what would suit my frame. I was so happy with her choices - exactly what I would choose for myself. There was one dress in particular I was in love with, but I had another appointment later in the day and didn't want to jump the gun by buying my dress at the first location. Mai offered me 10% off if I purchased the dress that weekend. I ended up attending my other appointment, not liking any of the other choices, and calling Mai desperately the next day to see if I could come in and try my "Wow Factor" dress one more time. She was so accommodating and even though they were booked solid, she offered to take me after closing. I came in later in the day, tried on the dress, and knew it was the one. I said yes almost immediately. Mai was so excited for me and walked me through all the details of when I would receive the dress, what alterations I would need, etc.
BoLee is a great bridal store to find your dress. The customer service is outstanding, the decor is super cute, and the experience is so fun. You definitely will not regret paying them a visit. -

Rachelle Sent on 05/07/2013I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I am soooo glad that this was the first and only bridal shop I chose to go to. Being that I was not one of those brides that already knew what style of dress that I wanted, it was pretty difficult for me to start this journey. They have so many beautiful dresses and so many choices to choose from, I was blessed enough to have my sister-in-law help me with this process. In the end, I found MY dress, in the beginning I didn't think I would like it at all, but my sister had me try it on and I loved it. Bo, the owner, is such a sweetheart as well, always professional and sweet. I ordered my dress, and once in came in I tried it on and I had to get a lot of alterations done, BUT have no fear, their alterations guy, John, is one awesome guy. John, knew where and how to make the dress just look flawless, he took it in everywhere it needed to be and on my last fitting I was speechless, I did not think I would have fallen in love with the dress even more, but I did. Thank you BoLee, I can't get over how beautiful my dress was and how beautiful it made me feel. -

Joan Sent on 04/11/2013I read reviews in YELP and that was the man reason why I landed here at Bo lee - - I tried to shy away from bridal places/stores that has tons of bridal gowns and was really looking for something unique that fits my personality. This was my first stop and my last. Everything about this place is immaculate "it gives me the feeling of calmness and makes you feellike a BRIDE". Bolee and the rest of her crews were very pleasant and helpful. Ive been to several places once before to help cousin and sister who previously got married and i cant compare, the service I have received from Bo Lee " was exceptional" she personally recommended for me to try on a 2012 Robert Bullock lace gown "after trying it on" I was awed...i knew it was the one, she also have mentioned to that she was the only one who carries "Robert Bullock throughoput nothern california" that was an icing on the cake. As it turned out, i got compliements from all of my guests and even strangers who saw me on the day of ..My gown really compliments me...it's simple elegant that's the word and I cannot thank Bolee enough for pulling this gown and letting me try it on, if not for her eye and expertise i may have ended up with a different gown that i will regert in the end...each time i wear the god and the more i look at all the wedding pictures It resonates that i made the right decision going to BoLee and listening to her...love love love my dress and my husband was very pleased!!! -

Abigail Sent on 11/08/2012Bo Lee is the Owner and she actually ask you what is your Idea or your like for a wedding dress. The Staff is very kind, knowlegable and Friendly. There are easy to talk too...I will recomended this place..Also the store is very clean and nice.. -
Megan Sent on 10/04/2018I ended up saying yes to the dress at BoLee Bridal. I ended up with a pinkish hue dress which was nothing like what I expected going into it! During my appointment, I only was able to try on 4 dresses. However, they were so tuned to what I was looking for. The stylist was able to look at some of the pictures I bought and pick out dresses that are exactly what I wanted! They were having a sale on the dress so it was actually cheaper than other bridal shops when I called around. My dress ended up coming ahead of schedule too.

User6384823 Sent on 05/31/2015My experience here was super cute. This actually was the only boutique that I visited and the attention to detail showed. I did not find my gown here, but I definitely found a dress that could be the one if i was not successful anywhere else. The staff was friendly and patient as I stood staring at each gown trying to decide whether it was what I wanted. I'd recommend to those who want to have the boutique experience without the trek to the city. -

My family lives in the LA area, so I decided to shop there. When my dress arrived, about 3 weeks from my wedding, I decided to get my alterations done in the Bay Area so that I could deal with appointments. After doing a lot of research, I decided to come to BoLee to get my alterations done. My dress was a size 8 and had to be brought down a couple of sizes because I had lost some weight, and the seamstress did a great job at making it fit nicely. The only problem I have is with the bustle. I did not realize that only one button was being used, and the bustle broke within the first hour of the reception, so I was stuck carrying my train the entire night. And now that I look at some pictures that some guest took, I could see that the train was actually dragging on the floor even after it being bustled. I am now planning a "trash the dress" photo shoot and have to go see another seamstress to add buttons and fix the bustle, and considering the price I paid here for alterations, I'm a little disappointed that I have to go out an spend some more money.
