Top notch experience!

Everything about my experience with Blushing Brides was top notch. From my first email, which was responded to quickly, professionally and with enthusiasm, to my hair/makeup trial, to day of services - everything was perfect. Blushing Brides did my hair and makeup, my bridal party of five's hair and makeup and my flower girl's hair and makeup. Everyone looked flawless. They were prompt and fun to have in the room day of - it felt like my friends were with me, to be completely honest! A few special things to note: - One of the members of my bridal party had a talc allergy, which Blushing Brides easily accommodated - Before the ceremony, while we were taking pictures outdoors, it started to rain - but guess what? My hair and makeup stayed put completely! even after dashing through the drizzle back to the hotel - I only had a vague clue how to communicate what I wanted, but Grace pulled the details out of me and worked with me until everything was exactly right These girls are the best. I would absolutely book again and again.

Best choice of my wedding!

I am so happy I chose Blushing Brides to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. As a girl with a makeup addiction, I was really nervous about trusting someone I had never worked with before, but after my trial run with Grace and Regina, I knew I had found my beauty soul mates. I love that they looked through my Pinterest boards and took time to listen to my vision. I was amazed when I walked out of Blushing Brides more glamourous and gorgeous than any photo on Pinterest. These girls know what they are doing! They are true professionals, but they are also sweet and funny. You spend a significant amount of time getting ready on your big day and you want to make sure that the people you surround yourself with are people that you can be your self around. Regina and Grace were family that day and made the whole experience more enjoyable. I was 100% happy with my bridal look and still can't believe how gorgeous everyone looked. Also, working with Blushing Brides coordinator, Bethani, was fantastic. With all the craziness that comes with wedding planning, you don't need an extra thing to manage. Bethani was always responsive, informative and kind. She was a pleasure to work with! Overall, I highly recommend Blushing Brides and will be looking for excuses to have my hair and makeup again and again by these talented ladies.

I couldn’t have had such an incredible day without my stylist!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Paige W. As my hair and makeup artist. She made my special day better than I could have ever imagined. She arrived a few minutes before she was due to meet myself and my bridal party. She was professional, warm, caring, hygienic (which I haven’t witnessed with all artists), beautiful inside and out. She made my anxiety filled preparations much easier to handle as her focus was on me and making sure it was exactly as I wanted it.
Her energy is calming and reassuring and her skills are unparalleled.
I had quite a few women at my wedding compliment me and I have referred them to Paige W. She is the definition of professional with a heart of pure gold.
Hopefully when we renew our vows, we will be blessed with having Paige W again.

A great HMU team

Lauren from Blushing Brides was the hair and makeup artist for my wedding this past July. She was so helpful and great to work with both at the trial and on the day of my wedding. All of my bridesmaids loved working with her as well and were so happy with their looks! Lauren was efficient, pleasant to chat to during the whole morning getting ready, and was very talented at working with a variety of hair types and skin tones.

I was personally so happy with my hair and makeup. Lauren was so helpful with tips on how to keep my makeup staying put and not getting sunburnt on a really hot day. I felt so glamorous but still like myself which is exactly what I wanted. I’d highly recommend Blushing Brides!

Lauren is the best!!!

Lauren from Blushing Brides made my wedding day spectacular. She was a delight at every consultation discussion, made my makeup-averse mother feel incredibly comfortable and cared for, made me feel like an absolute PRINCESS at the trial and on the wedding day, and became best friends with each of my bridesmaids! I truly cannot express how much better Lauren made my wedding morning with her joyful energy and amazing talent. I have never felt more beautiful and confident than in Lauren's hands and I sincerely hope my friends use her for their weddings so I can see her again! Our other artist was also a delight, and the admin contact for Blushing Brides was responsive and helpful, making the whole process seamless. I would 100% choose to work with Blushing Brides and Lauren again - and I hope you choose them too!

Amazing Team!

Blushing Brides was incredible! My wedding planner referred me to them, and the whole experience I had was amazing. The team communicates clearly, checks in frequently, and everyone I spoke to made me feel comfortably. They even accommodated adding more people to my day of planned services when other challenges arouse in the planning process. Our hair and makeup was beautiful and everyone had a great day of experience! I can't say enough great things about this team.

Incredible team to work with!

Blushing Brides were not only professional and made my makeup & hair look incredible for my wedding day, they were also warm, welcoming, and fun! Bonus points for rolling with some of the more difficult bridal party members so I didn't have to be stressed. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!!

I was married in July 2021 and used Blushing Brides for my hair and makeup for my wedding. I could not recommend using Blushing Brides more!!! They truly were the best. I had a destination wedding on Cape Cod and they were so responsive with every request that I needed. Since I was coming out-of-town for my hair and make-up trial, they did a great job accommodating my schedule. The day of my wedding I had Lauren, Elizabeth, and Sam and each one of them were wonderful. I not only received so many compliments on my hair and make-up, but so did my bridesmaids. I HIGHLY recommend using Blushing Brides for your big day- you wouldn't regret it!

Fantastic hair and makeup and great communication!

We had a great experience with Lauren, Akwen, and Amy for our July wedding in Sturbridge. They arrived at the hotel promptly and got straight to work getting me, my five bridesmaids, and a few family members all ready for the wedding. They were great about double checking what we were asking for for everything, and the communication leading up to the event was great too. Wonderful to work with!

I absolutely loved my hair and makeup on my wedding day!! As did all of my bridesmaids! From the start, Blushing Brides was really great to work with; the team is super organized and is always on top of timelines. I had to initially postpone my wedding due to COVID and they were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with throughout the very stressful time. Nicole was the senior artist that I worked with and is super talented, as are Amy and Kayla, who worked with my 11 bridesmaids. The day-of, the team was prompt (they traveled to Vermont for the wedding) and had everything prepared so that the schedule ran smoothly. I definitely highly recommend!

Blushing Brides did a fantastic job with the hair and make up for myself and my bridal party. Lauren and Sarah were so great and made everyone feel comfortable and beautiful. Pandemic Wedding Success!

I planned my wedding in a relatively short time frame, but I knew one of my "must-haves" was a hair and makeup artist who would make me look and feel my best on my special day. I was nervous that because I was getting married this summer during the pandemic, I wouldn't be able to have my hair and makeup done. I was so pleasantly surprised by every aspect of my experience with Blushing Brides! I found them online, and they responded the same day I placed my inquiry. I was impressed by the responsiveness of the team, as well as their flexibility in helping me figure out what services I would need and how it would look during the pandemic. Nicole A., my stylist, was amazing to work with! She listened to me and gave me the perfect "natural beauty" look. On the day of the wedding, she also did my mom and sisters' hair and we were all stunned by how hard she worked, how well she executed everyone's vision, and how safe we all felt! I would highly recommend Blushing Brides to anyone planning a wedding in the Boston area, and would definitely work with them again if I have any future events.

Wedding hair and makeup

We hired Blushing Brides to provide hair and makeup services for my daughters wedding this past October. They exceeded our expectations not only in the quality of their work the day of the wedding but their helpfulness leading up to the wedding day. Meaghan was a delight to work with, and always responded immediately whenever I had a question. The stylists that came the day of the wedding were professional and talented. The bridal party’s hair and makeup looked fantastic from the time it was done

Hire them do it!

This company is great! They really went above and beyond during my wedding to make me feel comfortable and at ease in terms of process and logistics, especially in times of Covid. They were so communicative, professional and when my stylist got sick the day before my wedding, they were calm and they sent in another replacement so easily. If you are looking to hire them, DO IT. I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT. Oh, and their hair and makeup is pretty awesome too 😉

Gorgeous Makeup and Super Organized!

Blushing Brides saved my life after I had to fire my original makeup artist a month before my wedding for terrible communication. From start to finish BB was completely professional and organized and Nicole did the best job and gave me exactly what I wanted for the big day + did amazing work on my mom and sister! Talented and fun team!

The team at Blushing Brides was wonderful to work with! I did my trial with Nicole and she was so much fun and it was great to be able to discuss different options with her. I changed my hair between the trial and the wedding day, but she was amazing and it was perfect. We brought Sarah in to help as we had a good number of hair and makeup services and they were such a blast to get ready with. It really added the day and helped ease my nerves. Fantastic Experience with Blushing Brides

My experience with Blushing Brides was fantastic. Meghan was so incredibly responsive and helpful with my initial inquiry. I also truly appreciated her follow up and organization. I then had a conference call with Lauren to learn more about Blushing Brides and what they offered. From the get go I felt taken care of and was in the best of hands. My trial with Lauren was amazing. She is so kind and sweet and completely put me at ease. On my wedding day Lauren was accompanied by Nicole. They were a great team and my bridal party loved them. Nicole was so patient with my three nieces doing their hair and makeup. Lauren and Nicole are both talented stylists but what I also appreciated was their ability to read the people around them. Wedding days are stressful and the two of them knew how to be present when needed but also fade into the background when the stress level was peaking. Great experience!

Blushing Brides did an amazing job for both hair and makeup services for my wedding. I did my both my trial and day of services with Nicole and she was amazing! Kassi also came with her to help with my bridesmaids and she was so great as well! They were very easy to work with and their team helped to make everything so organized prior to the big day. We got married at a Ski Resort in Vermont and it was SO convenient for them to be able to travel to us, it made the day go so smoothly. Would definitely recommend them!

I worked with Blushing Brides for my wedding in Westport, MA this September, and it was a pleasure working with their team. Meghan kept in touch with me throughout the planning process to make sure all details were squared away well ahead of the trial run session and my wedding day, which ensured everything went smoothly both days. It was also great to work with Sarah my hair and makeup stylist - she was so professional, relaxed and fun to work with on figuring out the best way to put together my hair and makeup look for the day. Perfect for my day!

I am so happy that I chose to work with Blushing Brides! My sister had used Blushing Brides for her wedding 4 years before mine and they were one of the first calls I made after knowing what an amazing job they did for her wedding - they certainly did not disappoint for mine either! I loved working with Blushing Brides! They’re incredibly friendly and professional—from the very start they were super detailed and helped to keep me on track. Blushing Brides Delivers! Lauren is the best!

Blushing Brides really delivered for my wedding on 10/5 in VT. From the very start, the communication was great and everything was very well organized. My principal designer was Lauren and she worked with Kassi. These ladies were amazing. They made it up to Vermont on the morning of the wedding day on time. They did an exceptional job with my entire wedding party, which included over 11 individuals (ladies of all ages). I couldn't have been happier with my make up and hair. The pictures looked amazing and I was so happy with how everything turned out. Most importantly, Lauren was just the best to have around on the day of the wedding. She was super calming and fun. Beautiful Make Up

We had our make up done by Gina from Blush and she is AMAZING! I was nervous about my make up because I usually don't wear make up and I never had lashes before either, but Gina was absolutely incredible! She is so down to earth and easy to talk to that she just made the whole process so comfortable!! Not to mention, everyone's make up looked absolutely beautiful and stayed on all night! I loved working with Gina !

Great Service!

I was married on May 4th 2019 and Nicole A. from Blushing Brides did my hair. We had a trial run in March and I loved her then and there! She was SO easy to talk to and understood how I wanted my hair done. She also created a schedule for all my bridesmaids to get their hair done which worked perfectly! She was able to complete everyone’s hair phenomenally! By the end of the night my hair stayed in place and still looked great!

Loved My Wedding Day Look!

Excellent Experience!

I had an excellent experience with Blushing Brides. Meghan, the Bridal Coordinator, was extremely proactive in her communication, as well as professional, and incredibly responsive. Laura was also awesome and equally as responsive and helpful. Most of all, my primary artist, Nikki, was incredible. She possessed true talent in her makeup and hair artistry. My supporting artist, Nicole, was also extremely talented in both hair and makeup. Both ladies were enthusiastic, professional, and took their time to cater to the unique wishes of each member of my bridal party. Everyone ended up looking beautiful and were very pleased with their final appearance! Nikki and Nicole also provided some excellent in-the-moment feedback about last minute decisions (e.g. earrings and hairpieces). Lastly, the two artists did an excellent job sticking to the schedule while also remaining relaxed. Overall, I highly recommend Blushing Brides!

Best & easiest process of my wedding planning experience!

I can't say enough about Blushing Brides. Right off the bat their communication with me was top notch, and it continued up until the big day. They were also very understanding and able to accommodate for some last minute changes. I chose the lowest level of their services (The Team) and Nicole and Gianna were absolutely fantastic!! I was very anxious the morning of the wedding and they easily made me feel calm and comfortable. I didn't do a hair/makeup trial so I was a little nervous, but I showed Nicole a picture of exactly what I wanted and she made look and feel as beautiful as ever! All 10 of my bridesmaids felt the same. Both girls were extremely personable and provided exactly what everyone was looking for. Out of my entire wedding planning process (which was very stressful at times), they made this the easiest! I would highly recommend them to any bride in need of a hair/makeup specialist.

Nikki and Nicole Duo For the Win!

I have so much to day here! When I first started looking for HMUAs it was stressful. I was planning a wedding on the opposite side of the country with no knowledge of what to choose. I found BB, had a trial on a short trip back easy and IMMEDIATELY fell in love with Nikki. They couldn't have paired me with a better person. We matched so well and she got everything I was looking for. She even worked with my extensions I ordered last minute. My makeup was exactly what I asked for and she gave me and perfect princess-esk half up half down look that I was going for. Following the trial on the wedding day, My bridesmaids and myself met our second artist, Nicole. The duo together was perfect. They understood our banter, even played along with our photographer a bit. My bridesmaids and myself were so incredibly happy with the result. Even my husband go a little hairdo from nicole. It was exactly what he wanted :) I can't say enough words about theses two and BB in general. If you have the opportunity to go with them, do it!

Blushing Brides was wonderful to work with!

It was a pleasure to work with Grace and her team. Everyone arrived on time, was very great to work with, and did beautiful work. I highly recommend! I was very particular with my make-up, wanting a natural look that would work both in photos and in person. Grace achieved that perfectly from my description during my trial (which I highly recommend), so I didn't have to worry about this on my wedding day.

Unbelievable Stylists & Service

I initially had the hardest time finding someone to do my hair for my wedding - I did multiple trials with other vendors (and nearly gave up and signed on with them), but decided to try one more time with Blushing Brides. As soon as I got in touch, Meghan was BEYOND helpful in organizing and making the trial work with my schedule, and Nikki came to my apartment for the trial, the day I requested it. She was an incredible listener, made me feel so comfortable, and when I decided to do something different with my hair than what we'd done in the trial, she executed on it perfectly for the big day. My wedding party loved Nikki too - she is kind, funny, helpful, and so incredibly skilled. Blushing Brides took all the stress away and their staff made me feel and look beautiful. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Amazing experience!

For all brides looking for hair and makeup services, look no further than Blushing Brides. From the very beginning Blushing Brides delivered amazing customer service. Meghan the Bridal Coordinator was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. She broke down the entire process for me, and made me feel at ease the whole time. I also worked with Laura, the Trial Run Coordinator and she again was extremely attentive and responsive. I don't think I ever went more than a day waiting for a response from Blushing Brides! Nicole was my Principal Designer and I honestly can't say enough great things about her. I met Nicole at my trial run and she made me feel so comfortable. She listened to everything I had to say and created a flawless look for me and my bridal party on my wedding day. She is one of the sweetest people that I have ever met and I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to work with her. I even had a headpiece that was more difficult to work with, and Nicole had no problem whatsoever getting the piece to look exactly as I envisioned it. Never for a second did I have any doubts or worries when it came to having my hair and makeup done with Nicole. I would highly recommend using Blushing Brides for any bridal services you need!

Wonderful to work with

Blushing Brides was amazing from email number one to the very end. Not only were they responsive and quick to make any changes to my contract, they did so with enthusiasm and joy. Laura and Meghan handled my schedule for trials and day of services with professionalism and cheerfulness. I had to make several changes to my contract over time, adding services and switching services, and they didn't miss a beat. Lauren traveled to us at our home for our hair and makeup trials and did an amazing job. She was patient, listened to what we wanted, and was willing to try different things until we were happy with our looks. I eventually decided to try hair extensions and Lauren was right there via text to help me choose the right ones and came back to me for a second trial to make sure that I liked them. We had an enormous bridal party (12 and 2 mothers), but come day of Lauren and Nikki handled the chaos like champs. Not only did they travel to New Hampshire for our services but also switched locations midway to do makeup at our venue because they didn't allow hair to be done at Searles Castle (Hair was done at the hotel). They were punctual and everyone was completed earlier than expected, even though it took me an hour to get all the girls on the bus to switch locations! Everyone looked beautiful and was more than pleased with their look. Lauren even provided touch ups to my hair after makeup to keep me looking fresh. Blushing Brides made my special day beautiful and stress free. I highly recommend!!!!!

Fantastic Experience!

Blushing Brides came to my wedding in Maine and they were fantastic! Each stylist was very professional, punctual and did a wonderful job. All my bridesmaids were very happy with both their hair and makeup. I (bride) was especially happy with my hair and makeup, they gave me exactly what I wanted! Stop Searching This Is Your Glam Team!

I am so thrilled with the service that Blushing Brides provided for me and my entire bridal party! Grace did my hair and makeup. When I first met Grace at my trial I told her about my vision I had for my hair and makeup. But I admitted that I was worried it was the wrong choice because it wasn't what everyone else was doing... She was so wonderful and helped me realize I need to do what I want to do! She was so right. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and its just how I had always imagined. She has outstanding hair and makeup skills! But more than that she's a wonderful person and she is who I needed with me that day. I knew I could relax in her care and let her work her magic. At least five people at the end of my wedding 10:45PM (keep in mind she did my hair/makeup at 9:30AM) told me 'I cant believe your hair and makeup has not wilted! You still look amazing!'. Grace takes her team seriously and their talent is just as impressive. We had one of her designers Nicole A. with us and she did the majority of my bridal party. Nicole was so cool, funny and down to earth. Every woman who sat in her chair threw something different at her "I want a smokey look", "I want vintage side swept hair", or "Can you do a cat eye?". She hit every one of them out of the park! To top it off Nicole saved the day when one of the buttons on my dress was falling off and needed to be sewn back on. Nicole actually had an emergency sewing kit. This was clearly not her first time with a bridal party. We were so grateful for both Grace and Nicole! Lastly, if I can make one more recommendation it would be to get a manicure and pedicure! One of the team designers named Elizabeth did mine on the day of my wedding and it was a great way to relax and pamper yourself. Elizabeth was so cool too! I found out she used to do special effects makeup for Universal Studios. Honestly I cant say enough wonderful things about all these ladies. Everyone had a great time! We all felt like friends and were laughing and having a great time. We had breakfast, drank mimosas and got beautiful together all morning! It was an absolute fabulous day but only made possible by Blushing Brides. DONT BOTHER WITH OTHER VENDORS THIS IS IT!

Perfection!

Book these ladies and you will not be sorry! From planning to execution on my wedding day, I felt like I was their only client. Professional, courteous, answers emails in a timely manner. Their prices seem a bit on the high side, so be aware if you have a particular budget for your hair/makeup needs, but to me they were worth every penny! Mia was my principal designer, and she came along with Amy and Mackenzie on the wedding day. This team was able to keep us on time and completed hair and makeup for ELEVEN women, while also maintaining a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Mia was AMAZING- I thought my hair and makeup looked even better than on the trial day!

Look no further -- Blushing Brides is the best. Whether it was making changes to the contract (there were a lot!) or answering questions about day of, Meghan handled each communication with professionalism, promptness, and so much enthusiasm it made me smile. Lauren was also tremendously helpful in setting up my day-of trial and making sure any inquiries were answered. Not to mention, I LOVED my artist, Nicole. She was not only fun and someone I would be friends with, but also listened and executed flawlessly. I used Blushing Brides for on-site hair styling for myself, the moms, and my bridesmaids. We all loved the way our hair came out and it stayed put for the entire day! McKenzie was so sweet and very patient, and we all appreciated how calming she was on us during such a stressful morning. She also did my on-site trial and was responsive to feedback about it, and made my wedding day hair exactly the way I wanted it. I’m so glad that I went with Blushing Brides for my hair and makeup services at my June wedding in Vermont. The company is super easy to work with. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and they made sure everything—from my trial to my wedding day—ran smoothly. They were clear and organized but still willing to flexible. I never felt stressed about hair and makeup because Blushing Brides had it under control. I loved Nicole and Mckenzie and so did all my bridesmaids. They were fun, nice, and easy-to-talk to. Nicole (the artist I worked with) just had this calming presence that made me feel at ease. They did a bunch of different hairstyles for my (8) bridesmaids and me, and everyone’s looked fabulous. Nicole did a fantastic job with makeup. She made our eyes pop and skin glow but we still looked perfectly natural. Plus, it stayed on all day and night. Overall, working Blushing Brides was a great experience. I definitely recommend them and would book them again myself.

Gianna was amazing! I loved working with her. She did my makeup and hair as well as my mom's, my mother-in-law's, and my sister-in-law's for my small wedding. None of us wear much makeup in the run of things and she was lovely about using makeup to make us look like our best selves. Her make up job was pure art and very natural looking. She then created four very lovely and different hair styles for us. We loved our looks and felt gorgeous. Our photographer loved Gianna's work and was moreover incredibly impressed that she was way above schedule. Gianna was done two hours earlier than scheduled which gave us extra time for photos--which was crucial on a rainy day. Our photographer said that in 20 years of photographing weddings, she had never had a makeup and hair artist finish early, let alone so early. The rest of the team at Blushing Brides was incredibly responsive and a joy to work with. Additionally, when Gianna's location moved before our trial, they arranged for her to come to my place free of charge. The whole group was just very professional and efficient. I am so glad that I choose them. I feel so happy with the results and also that it was not at all stressful--instead Gianna made my wedding day smoother and less stressful. There is nothing I could have asked for more!

In December of 2017 I purchased my wedding dress with Meredith. She was amazing! I had my heart set on a dress when I came in. But when I tried it on I knew it was not right for my body. Meredith knew and was honest with me. She picked another dress for me to try on and she nailed it! It had support (I am large chested) lace, buttons and silk. I said yes to the dress on my first trip to Blushing Bride. Thank you for helping me find a beautiful dress within my budget!!!!!!

Gianna did an amazing job at my trial run and on my actual wedding date. She achieved the side bun look I wanted and made it look like I had fuller hair than I actually do in the process! All of my bridesmaids have different hair types and lengths and she made each one of them look beautiful! All of us were so happy and felt relaxed getting our hair done.

I found Blushig Bride through an I ternet search and couldn’t be happier that I did. From the start they were responsive (mind you I was a little last minute for my wedding!), very professional and detailed in what needed to happen and priced average with everything else I researched. The story starts with me planning a wedding from hundreds of miles away- right there you know that things are going to get dropped. Well, the hairstylist I had marked down as “booked” turned out to be unavailable only a few months before our wedding. WHOOPS. In comes Blushing Brides. From my first inquiry they made everything so easy for me, and instantly relieved any panicked feelings I had. I was paired with MacKenzie who was willing to travel to my semi destination wedding. I could not say enough things about her. After our first trial, which was absolutely perfect, I-being the semi bridezilla - changed just about everything I could for our wedding day. From adding extensions, to increasing the braid size, Mackenzie took it all in stride. She worked perfectly with all my girls, and we looked STUNNING if I do say so myself. MacKenzie had the experience, and the personality to fit in perfectly with my group, and we had a blast getting ready. Thank you thank you blushing brides for saving the day, and to MacKenzie for making me feel beautiful as I married the man of my dreams.

Amy and Mackenzie of Blushing Brides did my hair and makeup as well as my bridal parties hair and makeup. Everyone's hair and makeup looked absolutely stunning. Amy and Mackenzie did an incredible job and were knowledgeable and accommodating. Some of my bridal party knew exactly what they wanted and some of my bridal party didn't really know what to do and Amy and Mackenzie knew exactly what to do to make everyone happy. Theresa and Meghan were my bridal coordinator's and they were extremely professional, timely and organized. Everything went incredibly smoothly.

I would like to mention that I have long tape-in extensions and they were styled gently and beautifully. Also, my wedding dress was a light dusty lavender color and my makeup complemented it perfectly. During my trial we tried a couple different lip colors and found the perfect one.

Nicole, Luciana and Mackenzie were amazing. They showed up on time and finished all 9 of my bridesmaids, 2 moms and flower girl early. My girls absolutely loved their looks and I couldn't have been happier with mine. Nicole made sure it was exactly what I wanted and it lasted 90 degree heat and humidity. My only minor complaint was the trial was full price-- I wish there was some kind of percentage off on it because I mean what bride is not going to test out their look before hand. I would definitely recommend as an onsite make up and hair company.

Our wedding was on Cape Cod and we live in Chicago so planning from such a distance was a bit nerve racking. However, Blushing Brides was by far our easiest, most responsive vendor to deal with and everyone there is incredibly friendly. I had to cancel my trial run at the last minute and they were so understanding. Courtney was such a great stylist & makeup artist that the practice session was not even necessary. I cannot say enough great things about this company.

Hiring Blushing Brides for hair and makeup for my June 2017 wedding was one of the very best decisions I made during my wedding planning! From the start, Theresa (the wedding coordinator) was so incredibly organized, responsive and helpful. I knew from the outset that I was in wonderful hands! There was also a great process for setting up my hair and makeup trials, which was made incredibly fun by my amazing principal designer, Sam. I cannot say enough about the fantastic experience we had on my wedding day getting ready with Sam and her Blushing Brides colleagues! Their unbelievable skill with hair and makeup was paralleled by their enthusiastic, fun, easy going personalities, which made for an excellent experience all around. After being a bridesmaid in several weddings leading up to my own, I can confidently say that Blushing Brides provided the best service for hair and makeup that I've ever had! I recommend them wholeheartedly!

As the MOG I wanted to look amazing but like "me". I had pics from Pinterest and couldn't have been happier about the updo I got at the hotel. Our son's girlfriend also had her hair done by the same stylist. I would highly recommend Blush Bridal for all special hair styling needs. Professional, friendly and my husband was blown away by how gorgeous my hair was!

You don't have to look any further than Blushing Brides. I had 11 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, 2 add ons at the last minute and me for my big day and everyone's hair and make up came out exactly how they wanted. There was a lot of us, so I know how rare/difficult that is to achieve. I received a few different quotes and ultimately went with Bushing Brides as they had the most reasonable prices. Mia was beyond amazing. My hair and makeup came out even better than the trial (which I didn't think was possible). It was beyond my expectations.

Theresa and the team at Blushing Brides are fantastic! I reached out with a last minute emergency booking needed (less than one week prior to my wedding) and they were able to assist without any issue. Lauren was the makeup artist on site for us that day and there are not words to describe what an amazing job she did! Without a trial I was a bit nervous, but my makeup came out EXACTLY as I had envisioned. My bridal party (who are a hard crowd to please) were thrilled as well, and those who did not opt in for makeup regretted it! The makeup lasted through an 80 degree day for our ceremony and a full night of celebration and dancing. My makeup was one of my favorite parts of my day. I cannot thank the ladies at Blushing Brides enough! I would HIGHLY recommend Blushing Brides to all looking for wedding day make up, or any special event!

I had an excellent experience with Blushing Brides. My hair and makeup trial was great - when there were a couple of things I wasn't crazy about, the artist really listened to what I wanted and helped fix it, so by the end of my trial I felt totally confident. Then on the day of the wedding itself everything went so smoothly! I felt great, and my bridesmaid and mother's hair and makeup also looked fabulous. I wanted an understated style, and I got compliments all night. My hairstyle stayed perfect despite being an outdoor wedding in humid July, and my makeup stayed put no matter how much I cried and sweated. I would recommend Blushing Brides to anyone.

I am so happy I chose Blushing Brides to do my hair and makeup for my June '16 wedding. As a girl with a makeup addiction, I was really nervous about trusting someone I had never worked with before, but after my trial run with Grace and Regina, I knew I had found my beauty soul mates. I love that they looked through my Pinterest boards and took time to listen to my vision. I was amazed when I walked out of Blushing Brides more glamourous and gorgeous than any photo on Pinterest. These girls know what they are doing! They are true professionals, but they are also sweet and funny. You spend a significant amount of time getting ready on your big day and you want to make sure that the people you surround yourself with are people that you can be your self around. Regina and Grace were family that day and made the whole experience more enjoyable. I was 100% happy with my bridal look and still can't believe how gorgeous everyone looked. Also, working with Blushing Brides coordinator, Theresa, was fantastic. With all the craziness that comes with wedding planning, you don't need an extra thing to manage. Theresa was always responsive, informative and kind. She was a pleasure to work with! Overall, I highly recommend Blushing Brides and will be looking for excuses to have my hair and makeup again and again by these talented ladies.

I did a significant amount of research before selecting this vendor and could not have been happier. Blushing Brides did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for my wedding day!! Mia was my artist at Blushing Brides -- she was absolutely amazing to work with and truly made me feel gorgeous! My bridal party was also incredibly happy with their hair style and makeup. Mia was prompt, very attentive to detail, flexible, and so much fun. I also changed my mind about how I wanted my hair done on my wedding day so threw a complete curveball at her – after showing her one picture she was able to pull my vision together PERFECTLY!! She really listened to my feedback and learned about my style so I could have my dream look on my wedding day. Finally, the makeup this company uses is fantastic – I don’t typically wear a lot of makeup so I was nervous about having too much on. It didn’t feel like I had anything on all day, yet the makeup stayed throughout all events and at midnight looked like it did when she first put it on! They even accommodated a few extra services for girls the morning of. I highly recommend you select this company for your hair and makeup needs on your wedding day.

Courtney from Blushing Brides did an excellent job with all of the bridesmaids hair when there was no vision in mind at 12pm, she was able to create a look that all 5 girls LOVED and worked for the gusty weather we had to deal with. We all loved that she came with her bluetooth music as it really created an awesome atmosphere to a day that can be somewhat hectic. She did a wonderful job on all the different hair types that she had to work with and truly made everyone feel beautiful! Excellent from start to finish!!

I did a lot of research on hair / makeup artists leading up to my wedding day and struggled to find one who offered both services, would travel to your location the day of for me and my bridesmaids and also had good reviews - then I came across Blushing Brides. I had a trial with Mia and signed a contract with them the next day! From the start Mia listened to what I was looking for, happily made any changes or adjustments that I wanted and seemed genuinely excited to make me look and feel like the best version of myself on my wedding day! She is extremely talented and I was absolutely thrilled with the end result on the day of the wedding - I felt confident and beautiful. Grace and her team are are make-up and hair magicians! I recommend finding somebody who does both hair and make-up just means one less person to coordinate with on your wedding day. Also her prices are the best for on-site styling.

I contacted Grace for a hair and make-up trail a month before the wedding date. She did a personal house visit and came well supplied. I knew that she was the one when the trial results were, in a word, stellar.

I highly recommend the air-brush make-up. It is like a delightful sea breeze that makes you prettier. Who can argue with that? Also when Aunt Edna comes and gives you a big smooch on your wedding day, the make-up stays in place and Edna gets a real hug. I also opted for false eye lashes, but have never worn them before. I thought they would look silly, but they looked very natural and nobody could even tell I had them on.

On the morning of the wedding Grace and team came to our hotel suite in Cambridge. They were both great; professional yet fun - which is ideal for a somewhat important day. We all felt super pampered, lounging around on couches, I could have done that all day. The products they use are top shelf and stayed put for the whole event. For four of us, the whole thing took two hours - super efficient! Leaving plenty of time for pre-wedding pictures.

Thank you Grace and Brittany for a fabulous experience! If you are looking for a hair and make-up prodigy, this is your lady.

Grace and her team did an amazing job for my June wedding! The trial run was so much fun - they take the time to work on your "look" until it's just how you want it. I showed a photo quickly, and feel like they re-created it perfectly.

They were very accommodating on the wedding day as well, making any adjustments that were requested. Great attitudes! One of the main reasons I booked Blushing Brides (aside from talent) was the fact that they come to YOU. No travel time to worry about, or appointments that keep you waiting. I am not able to say enough about the absolutely fantastic work of the Blushing Brides company. I actually had the pleasure of personally meeting Grace, Theresa, Lauren, and other members of the team; every single individual I met was fun, professional, and did AMAZING work. These ladies get it - they are calm, cool, collected, but love to laugh and socialize with everyone as well. They worked so hard to be on time and actually finished earlier than expected, which was super awesome. I spoke with Theresa and Laura throughout my planning and she was so on-top of EVERYTHING. Additionally, they did my make-up for a boudoir photo shoot as well as my wedding, and both times I was absolutely obsessed with how amazing I (and all of my bridesmaids, sister-in-laws and mothers) looked! Even during the trial I loved the make-up, but something special happens on your wedding day when you're even more surprised by how wonderful everything turns out. Blushing Brides was a great choice for wedding day hair and makeup. The whole team was great to work with. My main designer, Mia, was great! She met up with me a few months before my wedding since I was planning it from afar to do my trial. Honestly, my hair and makeup turned out better than I imagined it would on my wedding day. The other artists did a pretty good job, too. Everyone seemed to need a little touch-up here or there so I felt like maybe everyone was rushing just a tad. I thought it was pricey for what it all was, but seems comparable to other companies in the area for weddings.

I will NEVER be able to say enough about Yin and Theresa and how incredible they were!!! I wish I could hire them a thousand times over because I definitely would. Theresa's emails seriously brightened my day. She was so fun, caring, helpful and professional. My bridesmaids were a total pain to say the least when signing up for services which lead to me having to change the contract a thousand times but Theresa was right there helping me every time with whatever I needed. I first met Yin when I had my trial and she was an all around blast to be around. She nailed my vision perfectly. Flash forward to the wedding day. Yin and Theresa arrived early to set up. They were SO incredibly efficient with getting 8 people ready that we were 30 minutes ahead of schedule which was nice because we weren't rushing around to put dresses on. They were SUCH a calming presence the morning of and I think they are why the getting ready portion was so much fun. I never felt stressed at. all. with them there. I seriously had the dream team. The girls and I looked like celebrities and it wasn't caked on at all, the makeup looked so incredibly natural. The ONLY, only thing I'd change is that it took over a month for my check to be cashed which was kind of pain but honestly they were worth every cent and more. Thanks again, Yin and Theresa!!

I booked Blushing Brides for my August 2013 wedding. I had originally booked another vendor, but she double booked and left me stranded a few months before my wedding. My mother found Blushing Brides online and we booked a trial run. At the trial run I had a difficult time explaining exactly what I wanted, but Grace was able to take my vague ramblings and create the exact look I wanted. It was like she could read my mind! I knew right away that I wanted her to do my hair and makeup on the big day so I cancelled the trial runs I had scheduled with other vendors immediately.

On the day of the wedding Grace and her assistant came to my hotel room in Boston and did hair and makeup for me, my mother and my 3 bridesmaids. They were able to create looks that were consistent, but still managed to achieve some individuality for each person. We all used airbrush makeup and it didn't look cakey or heavy at all. We also used the fake eyelashes. Everyone gushed over how great the makeup was and it stayed put all night! My photographer was able to get me my pictures extremely fast because she didn't have to touch them up as much as she usually does!

Everyone I dealt with at Blushing Brides was very nice and professional. It was very apparent that Grace takes her business very seriously, but really enjoys what she does. Her personality and jokes really made me feel at ease at the trial run and on the wedding day when I could easily have been freaking out!

I would definitely recommend Blushing Brides and I look forward to using their services again!

Grace and her team did a fabulous job with my sister-in-law's wedding! They were professional, on time, and conscious of my allergies. I am allergic to talc and my eyes have swollen shut from professional makeup applications in the past. Grace made sure that she personally did my makeup and came prepared with talc-free products. Everyone looked fabulous and we received compliments all day. I was married a year ago in Upstate New York and five days before my wedding the stylist I hired called and said that she did not have talc-free products (something that we had discussed in person and emailed about several months prior). I explained the severity of my allergy and she still wasn't sure if she would be able to get talc-free products in time. I reached out to Grace and she not only offered to talk with my stylist about the products she used, but also offered to travel to Upstate New York and be my stylist if it would be helpful. My original stylist was able to get the appropriate products in time; however, if I could go back and do it all again I would have hired Grace and her team right from the start! Out of all of the vendors I dealt with during the preparations of my wedding, Blushing Brides was the best. They were all professional, responsive, clear and very caring. Theresa, who handled all of my communications prior to meeting with the artists and answered questions during or after the wedding, was amazing. Always very prompt and professional. I loved that out of all the hair and makeup companies I looked into Blushing Brides was the most flexible. Travel costs, the amount of people that were necessary to get done the willingness for them to go the extra mile for me...it was all magnificent. Mia and Emily did the most amazing job on us and I felt so beautiful. Most vendors you look at make you go to them on the wedding day or charge you a fortune for them to travel to you. On the day of your wedding the last thing you want to do is worry about getting to the vendor and having time to make it to your wedding or get last minute details handled. This took the worry right out of it and the cost for them to travel 40 minutes was so minimal. They made sure I looked beautiful as well as my bridesmaids. I was overjoyed with the results!

We hired Grace and her Blushing Brides group for our Berkshires wedding back in the Fall 2012 after a referral from a good friend who had her makeup done by Grace for two previous weddings. From the moment I met Grace for my trial run, I knew I was going to love working with her. From a girl (me) who LOVES her makeup done, but has no idea how to do it herself, Grace was so helpful and accommodating-- offering her expert opinion and stylish ideas. She was truly wonderful to work with. I LOVED my trial run hair and makeup so much, I decided to spoil all the bridesmaids, mothers, and grandmothers on our big day by getting all their hair and makeup done too, so they'd feel just as beautiful. It worked out perfect. Even though the weather didn't pan out for us and we needed to make last minute hair changes to accommodate very strong winds, Grace did such a beautiful job and I still receive comments and asks for referral. Grace was absolutely wonderful!! She did my mothers and my hair and makeup for my wedding and it lasted all day and night!
I usually get pretty greasy as the day goes on but this did not happen the day of the wedding. My makeup lasted throughout all the stress and events of the day. My hair also lasted perfectly and nothing was at out place the entire night.

Blushing Brides did my daughter's makeup for her prom and they were wonderful to work with! 5-stars all around! Theresa, their Bridal Coordinator, was excellent with scheduling and Grace, our makeup artist, did an amazing job with my daughter's makeup giving her the exact look she was hoping for and making her look so glamorous with the 60's style look that she was going for! I actually had the pleasure of personally meeting Grace, Theresa, Lauren, and other members of the team; every single individual I met was fun, professional, and did AMAZING work. These ladies get it - they are calm, cool, collected, but love to laugh and socialize with everyone as well. They worked so hard to be on time and actually finished earlier than expected, which was super awesome. I spoke with Theresa and Laura throughout my planning and she was so on-top of EVERYTHING. Additionally, they did my make-up for a boudoir photo shoot as well as my wedding, and both times I was absolutely obsessed with how amazing I (and all of my bridesmaids, sister-in-laws and mothers) looked! Even during the trial I loved the make-up, but something special happens on your wedding day when you're even more surprised by how wonderful everything turns out.
