    Blushing Bride was affordable, professional, and excellent! Our photographer arrived early and began shooting immediately. He was courteous and extremely professional. He knew how to handle the family, and took excellent photos. When we met he told me "Pinterest is my best friend" so I knew we would get along well. :) He edited 4 photos and texted them to me within 24 hours so I could put them up on my social media. They are excellent, affordable, and I would highly recommend them!!

    Really went above my expectations! Better photos than i was hoping for and better service! Booked online, made payments online, and downloaded all my pictures online! Seriously easy for us!!

    Loved my experience with blushing bride. My wedding was during the day so I didn't need that much time. Their package worked out perfect for me! (And our wallet!!)

    My favorite part is they just emailed me a link to download my pictures! Very convenient!

    I'm so glad I went with blushing bride! I wanted a package where I could get the rights to my pictures and not have to pay for a bunch of extras I didn't need! It was exactly what I wanted! Thanks!

    I was so happy with their service! Most of my wedding went over budget (surprise i know!!) so funds were limited. I was so happy i got the quality of pictures I did for the price! I wanted to do albums later on by myself so Blushing Bride had just the right amount of coverage, and they sent me a DVD with all my photos and I could print them wherever I wanted! Super easy! I loved it!!

    Loved them! I got all the rights to my pictures and two albums. my sister paid almost 3k for her photographer and didn't get the rights to her pics at all! I feel like I got an awesome deal!

    I was definitely pleased with the artistic vision of my photographers. They made sure they got the great shots without taking too much time or getting in the way. Very happy with the process.

    Awesome! They give you all the rights to your photos so you can download and print them all! I'm the scrapbooking type and wanted to make my own photo books, so this was perfect for me.

    They were very quick with my service. My hubby and i got to download all our pictures from online and print them wherever we wanted! AWESOME for the price! Sending my friends their way!

    I thought this company had great prices and I loved owning the copy rights to all my pictures. I was a little disappointed on how long it took to get my pictures back after the event especially when your super excited to see them.

    We absolutely loved our photographer for our engagements and wedding day. He was amazing and took so many beautiful photos.

    The biggest issue we had was dealing with the booking/management of this company. They were extremely responsive when we initially contacted them and when signing the contract, but after we were booked and starting paying our money, that responsiveness went downhill. It took us over three weeks and three emails before we got a response on booking a date for our engagement photos. We understood that we were not the only clients; however, it should not have taken two weeks to respond to an email. In addition, it took almost 3 months to get the photos from our wedding day. We knew that it would take longer to get these photos than our engagement photos. At the 2 month mark, I emailed to see if there was a time frame for when our pictures would be complete. After a week with no response, I sent a follow-up email that clearly stated that we understood if our pictures were not ready yet, but that we would at least appreciate a response.. There was still no response from the company. After sending a third email a few days after the second email, I finally got a response saying that I would get a link emailed to me from the photographer. Two weeks after this email with still no wedding photos, I inquired about a time frame to receive the pictures and how we needed to go about ordering the photo prints that came with our package. After a week with no response, I emailed again to follow up. Shortly after this email, I received the link to our photos, but two weeks later I am still waiting on a response about how to order our prints.

    I hired this company to take our engagement pictures and wedding pictures because everything was easily accessible online and they had a payment plan. We didn't find out who our photographer was for our engagement pictures until the day of, and were never contacted by the company prior to that. I had to call and email them multiple times. But the photographer was amazing and we were very comfortable with him. He told us that he was probably going to be the one at our wedding too, but the day before our wedding (didn't hear from anyone, again, the entire time period between), I called them to double check and ask who to contact to give them the schedule. And it was a different photographer. We were told we would have our engagement pictures within the week, and when I contacted the photographer a few weeks later, he said he had given them to the guy to put on the site weeks prior. I had to make multiple calls and send emails to get them. We still have not received our wedding pictures and it has been over a month. The photographer was really sweet and easygoing, but a few days after the wedding, we received an extra $50 charge for "wedding day mileage," despite having given them the address months in advance. I've emailed them twice now asking for an update on our pictures, but haven't received any response. I have received multiple invoice reminders though, which shows exactly where this company's priorities are. Find someone more professional and who actually cares about the couples they're photographing.

    It has been over two months since our wedding pictures were taken. We were told 4 to 6 weeks and we would have them in the mail. It has been 9 weeks and nothing. We call no answer. We send emails no response. All we are asking for was a time frame and how much longer. Extremely rude!! Call your customers back! The pictures are ok but so not worth the trouble of getting no response back.

    This company is ridiculous. No communication what so ever. Asked if my engagement photographer could do my wedding and waited weeks for a response, finally they said he was available. So I'm thinking that he is my photographer. After NO communication and several failed attempts at contacting them, 2 days before my wedding I find out its someone else. Girls do yourself a favor and book directly through a photographer. I was trying to save money and ended up having to deal with way too much un needed stress. Thank goodness my photographer turned out to be awesome, but I haven't received my pictures yet so hopefully they will be ok.

    The initial contact and communication with this company was good, but as soon as I paid in full the communication was little to none. On my wedding day the photographer Ken was really rude, we felt rushed and that he did not capture all of the moments we wanted. We had to constantly send someone to find him to take different shots. Now here it is almost 2 months still no pics. I have called, and emailed numerous times, still no satisfaction. The price is definitely not worth it.

    DO NOT HIRE!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE!!!!!
    Very quick to respond when trying to book him. He followed up with us frequently until we booked. We booked with him in May for our wedding in November. We paid through a 3rd party site from May to August until it started rejecting our payments. I attempted numerous times to contact him and no response. His website was down and voice mail was full. I started looking into other photographers thinking he was flaking out. The day I emailed him about looking for another company, he miraculously replied saying "his contract ran out on his Internet site and was trying to get it back up" we were able to make 3 months worth of missed payments in October, a month before our wedding. When it was time to pay the remaining balance, he contacted me almost daily. Our contract said we would have him all day on my wedding day, we left the house at 6pm to head to the church and they didn't get to house until 330pm. Ken, who we had been dealing with didn't even show up, he sent other people. They rushed us getting ready and we didn't get pictures we really wanted. At my reception they were sitting down in the corner eating. They should've been capturing every moment. My bridesmaids and I had to go find them and ask them if they could take a picture of us. Here it is 1 month later and i have tried to contact them every which way and no response. Their new website is not in service any longer. Next step is better business bureau and a lawyer.

    Terrible customer service! Very quick to collect your money but slow on everything else. The wedding started at 4pm. Told them to be there a couple of hours before that. Photographer was told to be there for 4pm. Called him and he said he would get there as quickly as he could. He got lost on the way. Didn't get there and set up till after 3pm. He was a nice gentleman who stood around waiting for something to happen so he could take a picture of it. I had to organize and set up all the shots. Moving the wedding party and family members in and out of the shots as needed. He did nothing but stand there and click the camera. I really expected him to take control and do something but he didn't. We are a month out from the wedding today. Still no pictures, no emails, no information from them at all. Now I'm trying to set up the bridal portraits and wondering if I'll ever get that done. They have their money and now don't give a dang about what I want or need. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Horrible company

    DO NOT hire this company! They never answer calls or emails! We got married April 15, 2016 and still have not received ANYTHING. We were told we would have our pictures back within 8 1/2 weeks. Now 13 weeks later, their website has expired and still no answer. Next step is to call BBB in Baton Rouge. Not worth the savings!

    Please DO NOT let Ken shoot your wedding. I can't make this up. There isn't ONE good picture of my groom and I. There was no direction. Many pictures could have been okay if someone would have been angled a little differently or moved in a different place or taken from a different angle to where people weren't cut out of the picture. I have no pictures with my only living grandmother. I have no picture of the groom and his parents. I have no picture of myself the bride with my parents. Please if you booked him find someone else to do your wedding and cut your losses before you have pictures that you cannot even frame.

    DON'T DO IT!!!! They showed up late and it was downhill after that. 6 months later and nothing to show. They have disappeared with the money they hounded me for, and left us with ZIP!!! So many broken hearts. The reviews are awful, but the service was worse!!! Has anyone filed a lawsuit yet??? What was the result??? Is there anything worth going after??? blav2108@hotmail.com

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    Hi, my wife and I got married 07/16/2016. We finally got a link in January to a few pictures but we are missing many more then we are still waiting on our video. We are supposed to get an photo album but we cant get it because of the missing pictures. We are getting a lawyer and I will find this photographer. It seems like everyone is going through the same problems with him. We have been trying to get in contact with Ken all he does is email you just to buy him more time. This by far is the most unprofessional conduct of a business.
