What are you waiting for book them already!! This vendor was so professional from start to finish and I loved it! They always make sure all their stuff is organized which prevents any stress for the bride or wedding party. Their rules and expectations are needed to keep their business running stellar and I am so thankful for that! The ladies that performed our services were Lindsey, Jessica, and Audrey my entire wedding party looked fantastic! All of the ladies were hilarious and making us laugh the entire day. Our hair and makeup stayed the entire night, I felt so beautiful! MY DREAM VENDOR!!

The BEST wedding hair and makeup ever!!

Blushd is amazing! I absolutely loved my trial hair and makeup session and somehow they made my day-of wedding hair and makeup even better than the amazing trial! I was loving my bridal look so much! They're so willing to adjust anything for you because they truly just want your look to be what YOU want! Ciarra (hair) and Shania (makeup) are truly the BEST and made my bridal dreams come true! Can't thank y'all enough!!

So amazing!

Communication was efficient and professional during the planning process. The trial went well, and the artists were receptive to feedback. On the day of the wedding, the artists arrived on time and prepared. They worked efficiently and finished on time. My bridesmaids and I LOVED our hair and makeup, and our looks lasted all night. Definitely recommend!

Dream Vendor!

From the initial inquiry, Blushd was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend! We hired Blushd for 11 services the morning of my wedding (6 MU, and 5 hair). They were so efficient with their time and ended up finishing everything early. Everyone loved how their hair and make up turned out. Lacie was phenomenal with hair and Clarissa could do no wrong with makeup. I made small tweaks to both my hair and makeup from my trials. I typically don't wear makeup so I was very nervous about wearing so much on my wedding day. Clarissa executed my vision of a glory and natural makeup look perfectly. Lacie was amazing with my hair and I seriously obsessed with how my hair looked. I would hire Blush ten times over. Alex the manager was excellent with communicating and working to schedule trials and the final call. They are a dream and I was so lucky to have them be apart of my vendor dream team!!

Beautiful and lasting!

Highly recommend! We hired Blushd for 16 services the morning of my wedding (11 hair, 5 MU), and they were absolute stars! Not only did they finish early, but everyone loved how they turned out! The makeup lasted through sweating, a little drizzle, and a 30 minute convertible ride to the hotel at the end of the night. Carrisa and Dani were awesome at taking making small changes from my trial and Lydia also did great with my bridesmaids hair on the day of!

Beautiful!

Blush’d did hair and makeup for 9 of us (including me the bride) on our wedding day. Everyone looked beautiful! They always do quality work. We had gone back and forth a few times about the schedule due to my concerns and vendor concerns since we were accidentally double booked. They heard our concerns and ultimately added another artist to our schedule which was very helpful because a few of my vendors and I really don’t believe we would’ve finished on time if they didn’t. Don’t get me wrong, they are very quick! I think the later start time is what through us off and caused worry, but we finished on time and everyone looked great so that’s what matters. I do recommend Blush’d, but be aware of their strict scheduling. They do it for a reason, which is understandable, but it can be a bit frustrating when they appear inflexible; at the end of the day they do care and will try to do their best to make you happy.

The best glam team!

I had such a great experience with Blush'd for my wedding day hair and makeup! We had a group of 9, and the team that came to glam us up were detailed, efficient, and super friendly. From the day I booked to the wedding day, the Blush'd team stayed in communication regarding payment and trial. Lacie and Dani killed the trial and my wedding day look, executing my vision perfectly and making minor fixes without a second thought. My hair and makeup lasted all day long and I got so many compliments. The team was also super flexible when we had a somewhat last minute location change for getting ready. You rock, Blush'd team!

Such an amazing experience!

Our wedding was a little over a week ago and we hired Blushd Beauty to do my, as well as my 4 bridesmaids, hair and makeup. I am so glad we went with this company and I can't say enough great things about them. I let my girls choose their own hair and makeup and Lacie (hairstylist) and Emily (makeup artist) did an amazing job making their inspiration photos come to life. Everyone looked absolutely incredible! I can't believe they were able to do all 5 of us in such a timely matter while also taking their time! The timeline they made for us was perfect! We had two of my girls in a chair at all times (one getting her hair done and the other getting her makeup done). I was at the end of the list to get services done that way my hair and makeup would be perfect and fresh for the wedding. This worked out great because I was able to decorate/setup the venue beforehand! And everyone's hair/makeup lasted all night! On top of this, Lacie and Emily were extremely kind and so fun to be around! It was as if we knew them our whole lives! I am so grateful for these two! Weddings are stressful enough but the fact that we got to be catered to in this way made it less stressful and more relaxing!

Overall, service and company was 10 out of 10! I highly recommend Blushd to anyone!

Also, I hardly had my phone with me the day of so I don't have a close up of my makeup. I hope the the front view picture does it a little justice!

Makeup Only

I wanted to use my own hairdresser to do everyone's hair for my wedding, but reached out to Blushd Beauty for makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother. They were incredibly detailed and professional! I chose not to do a trial make up run, which to be honest made me a little anxious, but for no reason!! Crys KILLED IT! She is very talented and so fun! I felt like she was just another one of my bridesmaids while we were getting ready! She brought music and was so sweet and friendly to everyone! I loved having her and truly recommend using Blushd Beauty! I've heard so many horror stories with makeup artists overdoing it or insisting they know better, but Crys made every single girl feel beautiful and honored all requests!

Best crew ever!

If you want to feel like a real life queen then BlushdBeauty is your crew!! They are absolutely amazing, and care so much about their brides. Marley did my make-up, and I couldn’t even believe how I looked when I looked in the mirror. With wearing a mask all day every day at work and wedding stress, my face was acting up like crazy but she was able to make it look flawless. Lindsey did my hair, and talk about a PARTY PONY. She had it perfected the first time she fixed it, and made it even better the next time around for the wedding. They were such a blessing to work with, and not only did they make me feel comfortable and secure the whole time they felt like my besties. Blush’d was amazing to work with! My hair and makeup artists were Myra and Miriam and they were awesome! The Blushd Team is WONDERFUL!!!

The Blushd Beauty team was absolutely amazing to work with for my wedding on June 27th, 2019 at the Chandelier of Gruene. I had the pleasure of working with Martha during my bridals for both my hair and makeup and she did a wonderful job. On my wedding day Martha and Lauren did all of my bridal parties hair and makeup. Both ladies provided a wonderful experience. They were very professional and organized but made it fun! I couldn’t have asked for anything better :) everyone’s hair and makeup stayed beautifully and everyone received compliments throughout the night!! The best H&MU!

Blushd Beauty was great!! I did a trial (which I highly recommend). I am very pale and don't really wear a lot of makeup, so the look from the trial ended up being too heavy-handed for me. It was a gorgeous look, it just didn't really feel like me. But I told all of that to my artist and she nailed my wedding day look!! It was everything I wanted. All of the artists were so professional. They really kept to the schedule, which is very important on a wedding day! We had 3 artists doing 9 hair, 8 makeup, and a flower girl. And they finished early! That's amazing. My photographer was warning me about timelines because "hair and makeup typically runs over", but not Blushd! All of my bridesmaids were gorgeous and the MOB makeup was perfectly done. They did some magic on one of my bridesmaids with short hair. We thought she couldn't get an updo because her hair is so short, but they did and it looked so good! They are also so quick to answer emails and address concerns, which I really appreciated!

Amazing!

Lindsey and Myra are so talented!! Every girl absolutely LOVED their make up and couldn’t stop obsessing over it even at the end of the night! They brought so much light to the room when we were getting ready and it was so comfortable having them there! Absolutely fantastic!

I had the Blush'd team service me and all of my bridesmaids with both hair and make up services on my Wedding day just recently last week. They were absolutely phenomenal on every aspect! Quick to respond to emails inquiring about booking them (I felt I came to this task late in the game and was extremely nervous to find a high quality team), Very specific in their agreements for their services which helped me feel at ease of exactly what to expect of them, and their expectations for us, Very friendly and promptly on schedule on the day of! They had a system down that made everything happen efficiently and quickly, but were not rushing to pass by the detail each girl wanted for their hair/make up. Most importantly, the girls (including my self), looked AMAZING!!! I wouldn't have wanted another team to have provided our hair/make up services on me and my husbands special day. Wedding day dream

I couldn't recommend Blushd Beauty enough! I had very high expectations after seeing so many beautiful makeup and hair stylings and the group exceeded my expectations! Every single person in my wedding party, including the picky mothers, were so in love with their hair and makeup! Lauren is a hair god and Danni can make you look like a movie star! I felt like I was glowing on my wedding day.

The Blush'd team was nothing short of spectacular. They made every single girl feel special & look absolutely STUNNING. They are extremely organized which I greatly appreciated & come at a reasonable cost. Trust them with your makeup, they know what they are doing and won't let you down. Fabulous team of girls!!

Blushd beauty made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! I showed Lauren a picture of the hair I wanted and she surpassed my expectations! Everyone loved it!! It was probably one of my favorite details of my wedding day. My make up was also perfect! I don’t think I’ve ever felt more beautiful. I wish I could get dolled up everyday! Thank you so much for making my day so special! Y’all are awesome!!! Also, side note, they did 9 girls and 2 flower girls SO efficiently!! I loved that we didn’t have to start until 10:30 for a 5:30 wedding. We were all ready for 2 pm pictures.

Blushd Beauty was such a delight to work with! From my bridal portraits to the wedding day, Makael and her staff made my bridal party and I feel so gorgeous! They were a huge factor in making my day so wonderful! They did hair and makeup on my bridal party, groom's mother, my mom, my grandmother, flower girl, and myself. Everyone loved their hair and makeup! Not only did it look fabulous but it stayed pristine the entire night! Makael and her girls NAILED hair and makeup! Our pictures looked so fabulous! I also loved how honest they were. They knew what would look good and what wouldn't and were honest with what they thought would work best for each individual! I really valued that honesty! Wedding party hair and make up :)

Blushd Beauty was absolutely incredible!!!! I can not say enough good things about them! They seriously were such a key factor in making our day perfect. They were on time, efficient and so sweet. It was the best decision we made to book them for our wedding! They did everyone’s hair and most everyone’s makeup and nobody was disappointed and we all felt so confident and pretty! Our pictures turned out incredible and we still looked the same at the end of the night. They have the whole process nailed down and are extremely experienced and knowledgeable on what will work best on your wedding day schedule wise. I was so impressed that Makael took so much time to talk to me on the phone leading up to the wedding day answering any questions I had. I was honestly so nervous about hair and make up and was very picky about who I would trust with that part of our wedding and I am SO HAPPY we chose them! Totally worth it!!

Makael and the Blushd team were so awesome! Makael listened to my feedback and put her own twist on my hair and makeup the day of to make it fit my style and look and I really was so blown away about how effortless and timeless both my hair and makeup looked. Blush'd Beauty did the hair and makeup for myself and all of my bridesmaids this past weekend at my wedding in Kyle, Texas. I have been following them on instagram for more than a year and booked them months ago, so I already knew how talented they were from their posts. However, I was even more blown away by their work than I could have imagined. All of the artists were so sweet, kind, professional organized and talented. All of my bridesmaids were a mix of different skin-types, ethnicities and ages, and they did a fantastic job on every single person, everyone truly looked stunning. They also were able to finish much earlier than I had anticipated, leaving me more time to relax and enjoy the time with my bridal party. My makeup also lasted ALL DAY through the heat and lots and lots of tears. I wish I could get married again so I could book them all over again. Do not hesitate if you are considering booking them for a special event, just do it. You will not regret it!!

Ahhmazing!

My experience from beginning to end was amazing ! They were super easy to communicate with and responsive ! On my wedding day they were there early and ready to go as they promised. I could not have been happier with their professionalism, attitudes, and hair and makeup services!

The team arrived fully prepared and on time for our makeup sessions, and got to work quickly. They were very open to discussing what was best for the style and weather of my wedding (my wedding day it rained... hard) and were honest about what was going to work and what wasn't without getting even remotely pushy. Of course I took their opinion, (I hired them because they are the professionals, after all) and did not regret one single decision. They truly had my best interests at heart, and I got commented on how gorgeous my hair and makeup was all night long.

I could not recommend this company and all of it's employees enough!

Absolutely happy with my decision of choosing Blushed Beauty! Makael was very informative and helpful during the whole initial process. She provided me lots of information to read and available for my questions. I did a trial run, which I definitely recommend, my artist was Janelle and I loved working with her! Her energy and personality is great!! The cost for the service provided was fair, and quality overall was wonderful. The day of my wedding went smooth since Janelle and I had already discussed what look I wanted. I absolutely loved how I looked on my wedding day. The makeup and hair lasted all night! I cannot say enough about blush’d beauty!!! They exceeded my expectations and more! I had my makeup and hair done for my best friends wedding and fell in love with the work and i had to book them for my wedding as well! My hair was crazy gorgeous and my makeup was amazing and came out exactly as I expected. I have gotten so many compliments about my hair and makeup and the best thing about blush’d is how beautiful they made me feel and how relaxed I felt on my wedding day. They are some of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with twice and anyone who asks me for suggestions on any vendor for any occasion I will always refer them to blush’d beauty. SO impressed with the Blushd Beauty team! I first had my hair/makeup done with Makael for my bridal portraits and had a great session! I was so pleased and my hair/makeup looks amazing in my bridals! On the day of the wedding, the 3-woman team was on time, professional, and did fabulous work for myself as well as all the bridesmaids, flower girl, and my mom! We were done much quicker than expected. I could not have asked for a better team.
Makael was also super responsive to my emails and allowed me to add on services numerous times! Definitely recommend!
Side note - even my photographers complimented them. They said that normally they are waiting on the hair/makeup to get done before they can take the before-the-ceremony pictures. When I told them that Makael had asked what time the photographers needed them done by, my photographers were blown away. And when we were finished early, my photographers were happy too! So basically, Makael and her team are attentive and considerate to the needs of the other vendors too.
Another side note on price: they are very comparable to anywhere else. I paid 385 for bridal hair/makeup, wedding hair/makeup, and travel fee. From there it was about 150 for each bridesmaid.

One of the best decisions ever was having Blushd Beauty be my hair and make up team for our wedding this past weekend! I am one who is truly obsessed with hair and just wow! All my bridesmaid hair were on point and the exact style I was hoping for. The team also did makeup for the moms and myself, and I can’t even remember how many compliments there were! Makeup stayed on all night long, and with the amount of extensions in my hair, it didn’t even budge! So happy! Highly recommend!!

I really cannot say enough good things about Blushd beauty! The team did an amazing job with our hair and makeup! They have been very easy to communicate with and have a very professional setup. They worked quickly; however, nothing looked rushed. They were very detail orientated and wanted to make sure everything was like we had envisioned. They were definitely worth every penny!

Blushd Beauty is seriously amazing. I had them do my bridal parties hair and makeup, along with myself and every single girl was in awe of how beautiful they looked. Blushd beauty was absolutely incredible! They did the best job with Hair and makeup I have ever seen! I did not have a trial run, I just showed them pictures and they actually did exactly what the picture looked like! All my bridesmaids also loved their hair and makeup! I was VERY pleased and will only use them from now on!! The girls who came where very sweet and professional! I was a happy bride!

If I could rate 10 stars I would!! Makael and her team are nothing short of amazing. As the bride I felt my look was exactly what I asked for, both Hair and makeup, and my bridesmaids, moms, and granny looked super flawless as well!! We recently used Blushd beauty for our wedding day and had an amazing experience! I had all my bridesmaids and MOG/MOB get their hair and makeup done and they all looked fabulous! I even had one bridesmaid who’s never liked it when she’s had professional makeup done before but loved it this time! To top it off I looked incredible! I initially chose Makael because she was local in Kyle, which I found to be a perk. I am SO glad I did!!! Makael and Maddie came out to do hair and makeup for me and my bridal party. Makael even took a few pictures and texted them to me because my photographer was coming later in the day.
At first I was confused as to why it wasn't airbrush makeup, because I thought that's what I had requested, but in the end - the makeup was so perfect! It lasted alllllll day and night (we started at 10 am and the reception ended at 10 pm)! Even when I thought I was sweating it off, people kept telling me how amazing it looked and I confirmed when I checked in the mirror. My curls eventually fell (hours later), but I knew my hair would do that, and I felt like a beautiful princess nonetheless!

Makael is AMAZING. She was quick to respond to my messages, very accommodating, and she helped make my big day a relaxing experience. I felt beyond gorgeous. I never wanted to take my make up off! Makael did both my hair and make up for my wedding this past November! Right from the start she was awesome, so kind, and fit me in her schedule when my previous makeup/hair had flaked on me! I LOVED my make up and hair! Most of my bridesmaids were unsure if they wanted their hair and make up done, but once they saw her work, and my maid of honor met her, they were convinced! They all LOVED their hair and make up as well!! Makael and her team made my wedding day complete, and were awesome company! I was so happy with the turnout!!!

Makael listened to what I wanted and made my vision a reality! I felt so beautiful when she finished my makeup. Makael is amazing!! We had a hair/makeup trial a few months before the wedding and then a few weeks before I changed my mind on what I wanted. Makael was incredible! I had my original hair and make-up artist cancel 9 days before my wedding and Makael worked with me to fit me into her schedule because she happened to have an opening. She was flexible with squeezing in a trial at the last minute before our rehearsal and I got raving reviews on my hair and make-up. After we did the hair trial, she even took it down and did a different style so I wouldn't wear it the same way two nights in a row. Her and her assistant were professional and blended right into our bridal party getting ready. Very professional and excellent service!

I have worked with her as a bridesmaid and a planner and each experience was wonderful! She truly highlights each person's best features and makes you feel oh so special during the process. Makael scheduled an appointment to have my hair done for my bridals and unfortunately I had a car accident days before the scheduled appointment. Makael worked with me to reschedule and had someone available with little notive. She sent Janelle to do my hair for my bridal pictures this past weekend. Janelle arrived on time and was the sweetest lady ever. She listened to what I wanted and gave me that plus more. I can't wait to share my pictures and for her to do my hair on my big day. Makael Pritchard and her assistants are absolutely amazing to work with!! When I had to look for a new MUA at the last minute due to my previous one backing out, Makael saved the day for me by sending me one of her fabulous assistants. Not only was I able to book a trial the very next day after speaking with her, she helped me through everything and I never looked and felt so beautiful on our special day!! Makael is the absolute best! I flew her down to do me and my girls' makeup for my wedding last week. She gave me a dramatic eye and softer face just like what i asked for. I got compliments all day AND the makeup lasted all day even in the 90 degree Orlando weather. I couldn't stop stairing at my girls cause they looked so gorgeous and i felt absolutely gorgeous which was a huge plus! Hire makael because i promise you won't regret it!!

Makael is the best! She did my makeup for my best friends wedding and I loved it! I don't do make up at all and she answered all my questions and explained everything she was doing! Had a strange experience with Mikael, not her fault, she got sick the night before my wedding and worked her behind off to find a replacement for herself. Her sister did my hair (along with one of my bridesmaids) and they did a good job, was a little disappointed it fell before the reception. Her makeup artist, waited to do me (the bride) until last and her airbrush wasn’t working at that point. She chose a foundation I had never used and it didn’t last all day like i had hoped. She made up for it by not charging me because of the unique circumstances.

Overall, before my wedding day she did a great job on my bridals and graduation pictures, but it just was a little bumming we couldn’t get exactly what we had practiced day of. I give her major stars for scrambling and being able to find someone to get the job done. Even with some of these minor problems, it was pretty amazing that she was able to come up with a solution early in the morning under the unique circumstances.

I booked Makael because a friend of mine used her for her wedding! The trial was great, it was at Makael’s home and Martha was there to do my hair! Both were hilarious and warm! I will say that my make-up/hair trial came out well but it wasn’t what I was looking for, for the wedding, which is fine because I made a detailed list of things I wanted to change about my look! Up until the wedding I was super nervous that I wasn’t going to get what I was really looking for but then wedding day came around! Both the girls were there + Maddie who we added on for a couple of extra dollars (she was so worth it). I came with print outs of what all the girls were looking for and they freaking nailed it!!! Everyone’s make up was so incredible, hair was great!! Curls were falling out but that really has to do with weather, hair type, etc. Initially, booked her for air brush make up but Makael gave me some helpful tips, she said airbrush tends to move a lot especially if you have oily skins and she told me that if I’m a person with a lot of problem areas (uh yeah) that I want to hide, airbrush can actually end up looking cakey because you have to layer and layer. I was a little upset about that at first but Makael and Martha used regular full coverage foundation and it was amazing! Stayed on all day for my trial and for my wedding day. We also added Maddie to stay there towards the end (she convinced Makael to stay too) she’s so great!! Loved her! She helped bustle my dress and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her hahah. So thankful we added her on! They were also around when I had a freak panic attack/bridezilla moment about my flower girl hair clips and helped me look around for it. Truly was so happy with their service! The only negative thing I have to say is that it was hard getting in touch, I sent a few emails that never got a reply so I had to follow up but I do know that they are crazy booked! Thank you so so much ladies!

Loved the overall look, however I liked the way the girl did my hair in the trial more than another girl who did my hair on my wedding day. The two person team was very professional and completed 8-10 peoples hair and makeup in a proficient and professional manner.

Too many rules and demands

One of my brides maids hired hair and makeup for me on my special day. They had many rules and demands including making sure all participants getting hair and makeup done arrive at 10AM. The mother of the bride, mother of the groom and sister of the groom did not need to be there the whole day. We were told if all parties were not there on time they would forfeit the service and still have to pay for the services. The hair gal was over 30 minutes late.

Hair was done as requested. We all loved our hair do's. We had two make up artists. One did the make up perfect... I know a lot of make is required for photos but it does not need to look caked on. One of the two was not as good as the other with blending. She made on of my ladies look like a geisha girl. I think the lighting was not as it could of been but it should be the makeup artist responsibility for making sure they have well lite equipment to provide the perfect service.

I hired Blushd for my bridesmaids and my makeup and hair for my wedding in February. We were rushed through our hair and makeup, the ladies saying that they would only be there until 1230 (giving only 2 and a half hours to do all of our hair and makeup). I was not informed of this prior to booking them. They also rushed me through when they were asking for what type of makeup I wanted for myself and my bridesmaids. One of my bridesmaids makeup was much darker and intense than the rest, and mine was put on sloppily. She also had a phone conversation while doing my hair. They put on fake eyelashes that were too big for my eyes, and I had to have my bridesmaids re-do my entire face makeup an hour after they left, because it was already starting to get cracks and cake-y looking. Overall unimpressed with the service after being rushed and having to REDO my own makeup later. I feel like for $200 for myself, and $150 for each bridesmaid, the makeup should be much better quality and the costumer service should be better.

Completely unprofessional and does not care for customers

I can’t stress enough for people to NOT hire this vendor. They have truly been a nightmare to deal with and they clearly do not care for their customers only their profits. We hired Blushd based on the sole fact that they were the only company who stated they were local and had a minority in their pics. It was stated the services were needed for HAMU for a total of 5 people. When asked for contract to be sent they sent a link and it was overlooked due to personal reasons when asked for the contract again the owner (assuming it was the owner) was snappy saying the link was only good for 48 hours and it was not their fault it wasn’t seen on time. (First clue of revue rudeness) I myself did not the sign contract as I was told it was correct and for what we needed. Now the company was really quick to get deposit and after that nothing was heard from this vendor again. Not a reminder of how many mo the they are out or anything. I had email months later and request a trial. Issuing starting.

1. The trial was scheduled to be done in San Marcos Texas when if they listened to their clients they would’ve know.n I am in Dallas. When emailing them in a panic of course that I am in Dallas and can not travel to San Marcos and back die my bridal portraits. The owner (again assuming it is her) emails saying they do have artists in Dallas but she has to see if they have any to do a trial here. Which was a plus. After emails it was scheduled in Dallas but not in Dallas as I still had to travel an hour and 20 min to get their trial. The only good thing is the artists were good and listened to what I wanted done and how. The negative about it was the hair artists clearly hasn’t worked with Latina hair and teased it so much up to the scalp that it took two people, detangle spray, and leave in conditioner over the course of two days to get the tangled from the teasing done. Now karina hair is not fine we don’t require teasing to be done that way. Not to mention the style did not last and my hair was a frizzball mess two hours later. But I digress.

2. I only hear from them when they send invoices. After reviewing the invoice I noticed it was services for 7 people and not five. Mind you we are a month a half out at this point so clearly changes could be made. I emailed and let them know the error and right away it was clear the owner was not willing to work with me at all to get this changed. I even asked if they could please contact the artists and ask if they could change their total of ppl since they were going to be there for the same time anyway but the owner clearly refused. I will attach pictures of emails. There are a lot of emails but highlights. I explained to them that I was not going to pay for services that will not be done and hey were adamant that they will not ask artists to change to change the amount of ppl even tho we are a month out. The owner started spouting that the document is legal and started to threaten legal action when I work in the legal field and amendments can be made that far out to even two weeks out. It was very clear they were simply refusing to work with me and after I stated I was not wanting to work them anymore they could keep my $500 deposit and the additional $186 that in one email was 168 for the trial. (Another hint all about the money as prices changed in the emails and by the time I got the service done). The owner has not stopped sending invoices claiming it needs to be paid after services were canceled and again they have $686 of my money with $500 of that for not services being done. In one email it’s clear they don’t care about customer as they didn’t even get my name right and claimed it was autocorrect when Amanda cant be autocorrected to Danielle. Clear sign again they do not care about the customer just the money. I explained and asked to be worked with multiple times a month and a half out and a month out with the owner not wa ring to bend only caring about the money. Which not to mention they added their own gratuity fee of close to $300 dollars for artists who are not in the Dallas area and would have needed to travel the morning of from Austin to Dallas which was not guaranteed they would’ve been here on time because traffic. I asked to he worked with and when they refused again I canceled and said they could keep my deposit as per their “legal” contract and the owner has not stopped harassing me even sending emails at 10:39 PM.

2. I explained fo them that at the moment I simply can’t pay due to covid illness anda covid related death in the family and yet the owner still sends emails harassing saying this is their last attempt claiming they will be adding lawyer and legal fees when again no servicies will be done for me to pay this balance and it mention they kept my $500 deposit. Clearly that’s not enough for them. The owner still continues to threatens and harass for the balance owed when no services will be done. I explained to them due to medial and funeral costs at the moment payment is not possible and even offered to pay in payments and emails in response want for me to come up with a soliton for payment plan. I will attach picture of this separately as all of the correspondence between my party and them have been extremely rude on their behalf. So, I can’t stress enough my recommendation to NOT HIRE this vendor as they don’t care for the customers or humans in general judging by their lack of empathy during one of the worlds worst pandemics (mind you these medical and funeral costs were unexpected and this was explained to them multiple times.) and their clear agenda of money seeking even after they are keeping $500 dollars and they keep sending invoices claiming they are late after services were canceled for me to pay for services that WILL NOT BE DONE!! They want responses right away when right now I found time and decided to review them as their treatment as pushed me to leave my first negative review during a time of mourning for my family and as I recover from illness because they need to know how wrong their are trying to exploit and threaten people who have been struck by covid and death in the family due to covid after services canceled and they are keeping the d$50@ deposit. So again DO NOT HIRE as they are o my interested in money and not your journey or experience as a customer.
