Courtney & Michael, the duo that is Blush Wood, are THE dream team for wedding photography. Within the first couple minutes of our preliminary phone call, we knew we could trust Blush Wood to capture our wedding day. We continued to be impressed with Blush Wood from our stunning engagement shoot on our snow covered farm (that Courtney & Michael graciously rescheduled for us about 3 times due to rain - they ensured we got the beautiful scenery we wanted for our shoot) to our breathtaking wedding gallery we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Courtney & Michael are absolutely professional, amazing artists — all while being warm & fun to work with. -

My fiance and I are so glad we hired Courtney and Michael to take our engagement photos. They traveled to Cornell University where we took some beautiful photos that included amazing architecture and our beloved dog. We had the best time! Courtney and Michael were are very detailed oriented and helped guide my fiance and I into the perfect poses. They were extremely flexible with our schedule as we had to move our originally scheduled date due to weather. We have so many beautiful pictures, that it will be hard to choose one for our save-the-dates. -

Absolutely the best!
Courtney and Michael were the perfect photography team for our engagement photos! From the first email to getting our photos back, communication was quick and smooth. They made us feel SO comfortable throughout the entire shoot and coached us through the poses. They were also very patient with our energetic puppy who we wanted to include in some photos. The gallery they sent back was absolutely perfect- can't choose a favorite photo! We would absolutely hire them for our wedding but we're getting married abroad. Look no further, Courtney and Michael are the best! -

Michael and Courtney were a joy to work with. They made the whole process seamless from step one and really wanted to get to know us and what we were looking for. Planning a wedding from across the country was tough, but Courtney helped it feel personal and still made such a great effort. We had to reschedule for COVID and they made it very easy to make the switch. They were professional and helpful every step of the way. The day of was so much fun and I felt very comfortable with them every step of the way. The photos are absolutely beautiful and everything we could have hoped for! -

Courtney & Michael are true artists. Choosing them as our photographers for our wedding day and engagement photos was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning. They were so easy to talk to so much fun to work with. They were prompt with their communication and made sure they knew all the details that we wanted captured. During our engagement pictures they made us feel comfortable and all of our smiles were genuine because of them. On our wedding day they had a very important job and did it flawlessly. They make you feel so important from your first point of contact. We love them and absolutely recommend their services to anyone who wants perfect pictures on their wedding day. -

Working with Courtney and Michael for our wedding was an absolute joy. Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful, and they took all of the worry away when it came to figuring out photography for the day. Aside from the fact that their work is gorgeous - they are incredibly talented and have a great eye for using natural light and really capturing love and emotion - they were very easy and fun to work with. They were always detail-oriented, organized, and prompt in addressing any questions we had. What's more, they made two introverts who are very uncomfortable in front of the camera feel at ease and look great :) Don't question it - hire Blush Wood for your wedding! You will NOT regret it! -

Working with Michael and Courtney was an absolute breeze from start to finish! Hiring them was the best decision we made while wedding planning. They took out all the guess work, made us feel completely at ease and answered any and all of our random questions right up until the big day. We knew we could trust them to capture all the moments we wanted on our wedding day and we couldn't be happier with our final gallery. They are so fun and easy to talk to and really care about making your day so special. All of our guests were so impressed with them on the wedding day and we still get so many compliments about how friendly and professional they were. Our engagement session was a blast as well, they made us feel so relaxed and it was such a great day! We can't recommend Michael and Courtney enough they truly are a dream team! -

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Blush Wood Studios! HIRE THEM! Courtney and Michael are incredibly talented. They are extremely creative and work wonderful as a team! My husband and I purchased the wedding photo package to include engagement photos and even went in for the video because we trusted them to do an amazing job, and of course, they did not disappoint! For the engagement session, they made us feel so comfortable and confident. I mean in all honesty, not all of us are the best at posing the right way on cue, but Blush Wood makes you feel so comfy and relaxed! They tell you exactly what looks great, how to pose, and just let you interact with your significant other. Not only that, I LOVE how much they love their job. They really enjoy their work and it shows in everything they do. My favorite part of using their services was watching the wheels spin as all their ideas came to life. They know their lighting, they know the perfect locations, they know the perfect poses!!
For the wedding they were always on point! always in the right place at the right time. They work so well with your wedding schedule and are very detailed. They tell you what works and they are realistic about time frames. For the reception they were EVERYWHERE taking pictures of guests. I had SO MANY compliments from my guests the next day about how much they enjoyed the photographers. If someone wanted their picture, Courtney or Michael was standing by!! On top of that, Blush Wood’s communication is perfectly professional and yet you feel like you have new best friends! Our pictures were beautiful and our video was amazing. I could not have picked a better dynamic duo to make sure my wedding dreams came true. We love you Courtney and Michael!!! ♥️♥️♥️ -

Responsive, genuine and kind
Choosing Michael and Courtney as our wedding photographers was, without a doubt one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding. From the beginning, they were so responsive, genuine and kind which continued through our wedding and beyond. We received rave reviews from our family and friends about Michael and Courtney as they noticed and appreciated their kindness and joy that radiates out of both of them. From the engagement shoot to wedding portraits, they made us smile and laugh, catching genuine photos and capturing our joy. All of our photos came out amazing and we are truly over the moon with how they all turned out. I could not recommend them enough and would choose them one hundred times over. The Best!!
My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Blush Wood Studios!!! While wedding planning, photography was one of the most important things to us. We stumbled across Courtney and Michael, met with them, and were sold! They made us feel so comfortable during the engagement shoot and even more so on our wedding day! They took the time to scout out locations for the pictures and were prompt and prepared leading up to the wedding which took a lot of stress off of us. They listen and care about your vision for your wedding photos and really make any photos you want come true! I knew I had nothing to worry about and let them do their thing and they killed it!! They were a dream to work with and we had so many compliments about them from our guests during the day of and after about the beautiful pictures they took! You will not be disappointed with Courtney and a Michael!! Thank you so much guys for everything!! -

Courtney and Michael are amazing photographers and are awesome to work with. We did our engagement shoot, wedding photos, and videography through them and we were 100% satisfied with their services. From their awesome personalities to their true talent, it was a pleasure doing business with them. On our wedding day, they helped us create a timeline and kept us on track. They took so many amazing shots and then when they saw a perfect moment/lighting they would pull us aside and take even more! They even brought on another assistant to ensure we got all the coverage we needed. Their positivity and passion for photography really shows and you can see it in their work and their personalities. Courtney and Michael were awesome in every way from the moment we met them until everything was all said and done. We liked what we saw from their samples but once we met them we knew immediately they were the ones for us. They exude a kind aura which made us comfortable from the minute we met them and really helped for the picture taking process. I hate getting my picture taken but they made it so easy. On top of that, their work is great - the pictures they took were high quality, well done, and they found the right backgrounds for all of our pictures. I highly recommend them and am very grateful that we were able to find them for our big day! -

Not only were Courtney and Michael's services a reasonable price, but they also were prompt in responding to emails and were at the location when they said they would be there. They listened to all of the ideas we had and were very flexible even after our families remembered the wrong time to show up for family portraits. On top of all of this, the pictures are absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't possibly wish for anything better. -
