The best choice if you love to dance!
What a fun band. Out of everything from our wedding, the most positive feedback from guests was about Blurred Vision. We love to dance - and the dancing was some of the most memorable parts of our day together and it was only possible because Blurred Vision did what they do so well. In addition to the band's unquestionable talent, Christiana and Bruce did an excellent job of engaging our guests and playing to the crowd. We would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.What a fun band. Out of everything from our wedding, the most positive feedback from guests was about Blurred Vision. Best Wedding Ever
Blurred Vision was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! What a fun group of people with great personalities and talent. The feedback I have received most commonly from my guests is that they had never been to a wedding with so much dance participation! They had every age of people, from 18 to 80, having the time of their lives on the dance floor. They were so kind, so willing to learn new songs for my special day, and so fun with the crowd. They even let a few of my friends take the mic for a song or two! If you want your guests to remember your wedding for great music, dancing, and fun, then I cannot recommend Blurred Vision enough! They were absolutely fantastic.Blurred Vision was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! What a fun group of people with great personalities and talent. So much fun!
After seeing the band preform at a gig last winter there was no question, we wanted them for our wedding. Bruce and Christiana made the process so easy for us and helped with everything leading up to the big day. They were great at communicating and had us dancing the night away! (They even let me grab the mic with Christiana and party with the bands tambourine) We were on the dance floor for every single song and can't recommend them enough. Also, their DJ package was one of the best decisions we made. He played great music during our cocktail hour and helped the wedding day timeline transition smoothly. Easy to contact
Very responsive and great band that can play and sing any song. They will go out of their way to learn your wedding songs, but they most likely will already know it. The BEST Wedding Band
My husband and I hired Blurred Vision as our wedding band after we watched/heard them perform at another family members’ wedding. Bruce and Christiana were so helpful and provided quick and timely responses to all of our questions and they were so organized when it came to requesting all of our song information (i.e. ceremony songs, first dances, etc.). They will also review everything with you before your event/wedding to ensure everyone is aligned to expectations and any special requests. But, most importantly, I can’t stress enough how FANTASTIC the band is in general - once our wedding guests hit the dance floor, they didn’t leave! Blurred Vision’s set lists keep everyone on the dance floor having the best time - they have such a wide range of songs and genres they choose from and perform. After the band played the last song of the night, all of us shouted, “one more song! One more song” and Blurred Vision obliged and played an encore song! The day after our wedding, our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the band and saying how much fun they had and that they don’t remember the last time they danced that much at a wedding. Everyone was dancing - they made it a party!
Blurred Vision went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. We did not give them a lot of direction when it came to what to play - just that we wanted everyone dancing! They definitely delivered. The dance floor was packed all night. They also learned FIVE songs just for us, including an instrumental for our introductions, and it made those special dances even more special. Some technical issues with our venue’s kitchen delayed the start of dinner service, and Blurred Vision was so flexible and accommodating so that our guests stayed entertained the whole time. We opted to add the horns and we’re really glad we did. We really can’t thank Blurred Vision enough!Blurred Vision went above and beyond to make our wedding day special. Go with blurred vision!
I would absolutely 100% Recommend Blurred Vision Dance Band for your next wedding or special event! Being in the wedding industry myself ( I am a catering event/wedding coordinator), I had very high standards and expectations for my own wedding. I have seen/worked with every single wedding band around and there was no comparison to Blurred Vision! Christiana and Bruce were amazing to work with not only on a professional level, but also as industry friends. They answered every question I had and did not miss a beat. Since we had a very Italian Wedding, we also hired Ambrosiani Italian American Band, which Christiana sings in as well. Blurred Vision and Ambrosiani shared a stage and absolutely Rocked it all night long! Christiana did not stop singing! It was great having the two bands to bounce back and forth from Italian Music to American Music. Blurred Vision is all music; they do not bring background music to fill in. Those guitars, sax, drums you here are all LIVE and REAL! It was amazing. They were so much fun and our dance floor was packed all night long. Stop your band search now and book Blurred Vision! STOP looking right now and hire Blurred Vision for your wedding! We can not say enough wonderful things about having this band for our special day. From the get go, Bruce and Christiana were so on top of everything and guided us through our entire process with ease. They honored all of our requests for personalizing our wedding and the amazing band even learned some new songs that we wanted to hear. I am not exaggerating when I say the dance floor was packed ALL night. The entire band was incredible (also, you HAVE to make sure you get the horn players!!) and the DJ who they work with also knocked it out of the park. He nailed our ceremony music and he went above and beyond with our "asks" during cocktail hour and reception! Myself, my husband and a bunch of my friends are entertainment professionals (many professional musicians in the group) and they all RAVED about how awesome the band is. Wonderful experience!
We loved having Blurred Vision at our wedding! Both Bruce and Christiana were super responsive during the planning process and made sure that the day ran smoothly. Bruce and the band even played a special song with my dad which just made the day that much more perfect. We also had a DJ with the band and he was fabulous as well. Blurred Vision was the perfect wedding band!! They gave a fantastic show at our wedding and kept the dance floor packed from start to finish. They are truly talented musicians and played great music with great vocalists/MC and DJ as well! They were also great to work with, very accomodating and perfect communication. I would happily go see them play shows elseware and would be very excited to attend any wedding they are playing at.Blurred Vision was the perfect wedding band!! Blurred vision is the real deal! We booked them for our wedding on labor day weekend and it was the best decision we ever made. Bruce and Christiana were absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a lot of last minute phone calls and changes regarding little details and they did not miss one. From cocktail hour to the final encore song- their performances were amazing. If you want your guests dancing all night and raving about the band for weeks after the wedding- hire blurred vision.Blurred vision is the real deal! Fundraising Gala Event
ARRI was so pleased to have Blurred Vision be a part of The FurBall Gala on June 24th at The Dunes Club. The band's energy could definitely be felt throughout the night! Their music is fun and really got our guests up on their feet. Blurred Vision is a wonderful group of musicians. We had Blurred Vision’s 8 piece band plus DJ for our 5/29/22 wedding at the Newport Beach House in Middletown, RI. From the start the communication with Bruce & Christiana was extremely easy! We weren’t able to see a public show during COVID so they invited us to a rehearsal, they truly were dedicated in making sure we were able to see what the band was like as well as meet the members in person. We immediately knew that we felt comfortable with Christiana being the master of ceremonies for the reception, her enthusiasm was just what we wanted for our big day. Leading up to the wedding they were very clear on what we needed to provide them and gave great feedback to ensure our reception was smooth. All of our guests absolutely loved the music and the dance floor was the place to BE and always packed! We loved that we could pick a song that we wanted as our first dance song and they were willing to learn it. The DJ and extra instruments were well worth the extra cost. We are ecstatic that we booked Blurred Vision for our wedding, it was the best choice ever! Wish I could do it all over again!
I scheduled Blurred Vision to perform at my wedding on April 10th, 2020. TWO years later, Blurred Vision finally performed at my wedding on April 22nd, 2022 due to our countless times of having to reschedule with covid, and the restrictions. This band, and these members worked tirelessly, faithfully, and so amazingly to coordinate with me so that I could have them there for the day I had ever so patiently waited for. The open communication, the countless emails to make sure everything was going to be just right. Their attention to detail leading up to the day was stellar. Christiana and Bruce were truly the dream team to work with to have our music planned and executed just the way we envisioned. The ceremonial music was perfectly precise, the introductions were a blast! Once the band started playing for dinner music, I actually had guests coming up to me saying they forgot it was a live band and thought that recorded music was being played because they're that good, and their sound is that amazing! I am so happy I went with a live band, as opposed to a DJ for my wedding, and I'm even more glad it was Blurred Vision. We couldn’t get off of the dance floor!
We had Blurred Vision for our wedding on 12/18/21 and had the time of our lives. Not only are they insanely fun, but they’re also kind and so wonderful to work with. Everyone at our wedding was asking for their name by the end of the night. They brought so much energy and joy to the dance floor, and we truly appreciated it! Blurred Vision made our wedding so memorable!
My husband & I can’t thank Bruce, Christiana and the members of Blurred Vision enough! Since the beginning, both Bruce & Christiana have been pleasant to talk too, very professional and prompt during the wedding planning process. Blurred Vision did phenomenal job at our wedding! Guests who usually don’t dance were up on the dance floor having a great time! The music selection was perfect and all generations from their 30s to 70s were dancing the night away! My husband & I have already received so much positive feedback about the band and expressed how great of a time they had! Bruce & Christiana, we can’t thank you enough for making our wedding such a fun and memorable celebration! We will definitely continue to follow you and hope to see you at Twin River soon to dance the night away! Crushed our wedding
Blurred Vision was the perfect wedding band. They play hits that get everybody moving (my 90 year old neighbor said they were the best wedding band she’s ever seen). Our dance floor was full all night. We had a bit of a wild crowd and the band couldn’t have handled it better. They were very tolerant of several guest tambourine players. My wife and I (along with our guests) couldn’t recommend Blurred Vision any more.Blurred Vision was the perfect wedding band. Incredible experience!
We were so excited to finally celebrate our wedding with Blurred Vision! Our wedding got changed 4 times due to COVID and they were so flexible and understand and always made us feel like we were a priority to them. They were super quick to respond to emails and texts, always provided clear answers, and were there to do anything we needed. They made our wedding so much fun and kept the dance floor going all night long! I would recommend them to anyone considering a band for their event!We were so excited to finally celebrate our wedding with Blurred Vision! Made it Rain on the Dance Floor Amidst Hurricane!
I had an incredible experience working with Blurred Vision to plan my wedding reception at Glen Manor House in RI on the evening of August 22nd. I was one of the fortunate brides whose wedding fell on the weekend of Hurricane Henri in New England. With the storm's forecasted impact that Sunday, it wasn't initially clear if we were going to be able to proceed with the reception. I was in contact with Bruce, Christiana, & team all day. From the get-go, the band indicated they were game to proceed as long as we had power which was such a relief to hear. They were a pleasure to work with in selecting songs and made that evening unforgettable. My friends and family loved the energy they brought to the event. 10 stars and infinitly recommend !!!!!!!!! one thing i didn't have to worry about with our wedding was the music and vibe.Blurred vision made all of our wedding dreams come true. as an avid dance floor enthusiast, I wanted our wedding to be a non-stop dance party and they DEFINITELY delivered. Bruce and Christiana were absolutely wonderful to work with before and during our wedding. Both Bruce and Christiana took the time to listen to what we wanted and execute against our plan, including mashing up two different songs for our first dance and sang it live for everyone to hear. it was the most special moment that we will never forget and there talent speaks volumes when you hear them sing. Christiana's voice... if you haven't heard it, one note and you will be hooked. no really, its the voice of the most talented angel. both were so helpful when it came to organizing our event timeline, giving us the best advice that helped our night run so smoothly. the entire band is so gracious and kind and genuinely love what they do and you can tell in how they perform. they absolutely ROCKED THE PLACE and even played after the last song as our guests kept chanting "one more song". thats how you know they are the best; when the crowd won't leave the dance floor. HIGHLY recommend blurred vision dance band AND DJ Frankie J both whom made our night one we and our guests won't forget.
