Excellent Caterer for any occasion

The staff for Blue Ribbon are fantastic. We have used them for our company Christmas party the last 2 years and they have more than impressed us with their delicious food and excellent service. Use them for any occasion you won't be disappointed!

Cowan/Hasting wedding rehearsal dinner

We catered the taco bar for our son’s wedding rehearsal and the food was amazing, everyone complimented the chicken enchiladas that were absolutely the best. We live 7 hours from Huron but Melissa helped make the arrangements very easy. Although we did have a small hiccup in communication Melissa and her crew handled it very promptly and professionally. Made our special day even more unforgettable!

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible catering service we received from Melissa and her team for our wedding! The food was absolutely excellent — flavorful, beautifully presented, and served by an amazing staff. We received countless compliments from our guests on how good the food was, especially the honey wine chicken.
What made the experience even more amazing was that we booked them at the last minute due to our venue no longer offering catering, and it turned out to be a miracle. This occurred within nine weeks of the wedding. Imagine my emotional state knowing I had to find a caterer at the last minute! I reached out to Blue Ribbon explained my situation and before I could even call the phone number provided, my phone was ringing, and it was Melissa. She was the miracle I needed and did not hesitate to put my fears to rest. She stepped in with professionalism, warmth, and flawless execution, exceeding all our expectations and even outshining our original plans. If you're looking for a caterer who delivers magic under pressure, look no further. They made our special day even more unforgettable!

Wedding Brunch

We used Blue Ribbon Catering for our daughter's brunch wedding reception. Every single part of the process was top-notch; from the planning, communication, and the actual day of the event. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. They arrived at the scheduled time, set up, and had everything ready promptly when we returned to the venue after the wedding. The food was amazing. Everything was hot and tasted fabulous. The staff kept the buffet line moving quickly and ensured it was clean. We had so many compliments on the food; people raved the whole day. I can't think of one thing that could have been improved with our experience with this company and our specific crew of caterers. I will use Blue Ribbon Catering again and encourage anyone looking for recommendations to use them as well!

Amazing Food at a Great Price!

Blue Ribbon Catering was absolutely a highlight of our wedding! The food was amazing. We have lots of picky family members and also lots of family that appreciates “high class” food and EVERYONE was happy. We genuinely received compliments from everyone, and are still getting messages mentioning how good the food was weeks later. The staff was wonderful to work with, and was very kind and courteous at the wedding. As an added bonus, I truly enjoyed working with Melissa. In the wedding industry people tend to try to take you for everything your worth and then more, and she told us straight up when certain things wouldn’t be worth the money for our venue/experience. I felt very comfortable working with her, and she made our day truly special. I would 100% recommend this catering service to anyone looking to enjoy their wedding food and not wanting to light their money on fire in front of their own faces to do it.

Just book them, wonderful experience and incredible food!

Our venue owner recommended us to Blue Ribbon, and they did not disappoint! Melissa and her team were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and responded to our questions very quickly. They were also incredibly affordable and our guests only had good things to say about the food and were so excited to grab more when it was time for seconds! Many of our guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! My husband and I were so happy we had leftovers from the wedding to keep enjoying it afterward. The vegetable lasagna and the garlic parm chicken were our favorite entrees if you need a recommendation!

Wedding Reception Catering

Blue Ribbon was to die for. Melissa was so responsive in the booking process, she made it seamless. She helped us with choosing our menu items so that we could have variety and uniqueness. Absolutely perfect

We first set up a taste testing which was easy, fun and very informative. We tried many different food options that blue ribbon had available and that day we left with an estimated price per plate (buffet style). We were so impressed with the quality, price, and professionalism of blue ribbon we booked them right away. Our guests loved the food, everyone was full and happy and raving about how great everything tasted. The owner and crew had a very quick response time, was professional yet personal and were very accommodating. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

incredible food and service!

Everyone we had the privilege of working with on the Blue Ribbon Catering team for our wedding was amazing. Even as far back as just the taste testing they were so cooperative and we got to try so many delicious dishes, everything we tried was great. Throughout the whole reception the caterers were checking in on us and offering extra help wherever they could. I would absolutely recommend them! Theres always a fear ordering fish in catering, but the salmon and ahi tuna were both phenomenal and moist! The pit pork was so tender it fell apart. The food was consistent and phenomenal. Our whole reception was talking about how good the food was. Better than any other place we tested and very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough.

Incredible food

This company absolutely deserves 5 stars. Everyone raved about the food and asked where it was from. Everyone was full, fed, and happy. They even offered to cut my cakes for free at the end! Price is by the best I found and absolutely worth every cent. I got the 1/4 chicken and the rosemary pork loin with parsley potatoes and veggies. I also got the tortellini carbonara. All were phenomenal. Thanks again blue ribbon!

Amazing experience all around!

I got married earlier this month and we had an amazing experience with Blue Ribbon from the time we inquired until the day of our wedding! Amazing Vendor!

I had several people tell me to look into Blue Ribbon for our wedding and they did not disappoint! The entire process was smooth thanks to Melissa and her staff. I never had to worry about if we made the right decision-we still have people talking about how delicious the food was! On top of that, the price is incredibly reasonable. The service was top notch and ran smoothly for 180 people. Having all the food boxed up for us was a huge help on our busy night. Thank you all so much!

Wonderful!

Melissa and staff were wonderful to work with for our wedding. We had a Sunday brunch with a waffle bar and every bit of the food was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and thoroughly exceeded our expectations. All of the food was cleaned up, and leftovers were boxed and labeled for us to take home at the end of the day. I relied on reviews to book them, as we were too far away to come do a tasting. For anyone in the same boat, let me assure you that you will not be disappointed in their food and services!

First and most importantly, the food we had was absolutely amazing. I got so many compliments from guests! We did have a minor miscommunication with the “head Caterer” that was doing our wedding, but Melissa straighten it out right away and was very attentive.

Wonderful Service, Even Better Food!

We cannot say enough about Blue Ribbon! From planning to delivery, everything went amazing. Tasting was amazing, with a great variety to choose from! Try EVERYTHING! Even if you have something in mind. We are meat people, and we chose the vegetable lasagna as one of our entrees- because it is just that good. The feedback we received from our guests, was the same- "I took it, because it was there, not something I'd choose- but OMG it was DELICIOUS!" They set up beautifully, the service was amazing, and planning was easy. We opted for the carmel apple bar & smore's bar as well, and they were also HUGE hits! We already have friends asking if/how we can get a tray of the lasagna for future get togethers!

Impeccable, from start to finish

Everything on the day of the wedding was perfect. The food tasted amazing, the service was impeccable and the leftovers are delightful. We’ve received so many comments about the food— especially the pot roast!

Melissa was wonderful in helping me plan for our Ohio wedding even though I was living in Texas. She made sure I was comfortable with my choices and that we could remain flexible as plans shifted for our event. She even hosted my mom and sister for a wedding tasting since I couldn’t make it before the big day!

I really appreciate the care Melissa and her team put into making our day special. I can’t think of one thing that I would change.

Amazing and Flawless

I do not have enough words to describe how happy I am that we went with Blue Ribbon The food was absolutely perfect. Communication was above and beyond. The caterers at the event were kind, caring, and fast moving. I couldnt believe how fair the pricing was. They packed up all the extra food in containers for us to take home. Everyone complimented the food and is still talking about the mashed potato martini bar. You will not regret booking them.

My husband and I are both foodies, so it was really important that we had a menu that truly reflected us, while tasting delicious. The Best Food and The Best Value!!

Outstanding service and great quality

The experience overall was amazing. Taste testing the options prior to committing to a menu, the pricing for the quality and taste of the food, and the service provided by the staff at the wedding itself was unmatched! They traveled quite a ways to the wedding as well so I’d recommend inquiring if you’re on the fence about distance just to check!

Simply Amazing!!!

Blue Ribbon far exceeded all of my expectations! From the taste testing, to planning, to the amazing servers, they were amazing!!! The menu and options are endless! All at a very fair price! We loved meeting with Melissa and were impressed with the initial taste testing. We choose simple dishes with lots of our guests being children but simple doesn’t describe the flavor! The food was all sooo delicious. The rosemary pork tenderloin with bourbon caramel glaze is WONDERFUL!!! We received so many compliments on the food! Professional and Easy!

Melissa was amazing to work with while setting up catering. We attended a food tasting to make our (difficult!) selection for our menu. Such delicious options with beautiful presentation. She was easy to contact with quick responses via email which I enjoyed as well. She was ahead of the game and even thought of details I had overlooked as well! We chose to rent our linens from here as well since they had better pricing! Everything was ready at the time agreed upon and dinner was served buffet style flawlessly. They even cut the rest of our cake for us and added it to the dessert table. Breakdown during the wedding was smooth, and we somehow had plenty leftover which they boxed up for us! It was our go to (as the busy bride and groom) snack at 2AM! We received soooo many compliments from our guests after dinner on how great their meal was and many asked who catered. Amazing!

Blue Ribbon Catering was in the top two of my choices of catering companies to use and I am SO glad that we went with them! Melissa and her team made our day go as smoothly as possible and we didn't have to worry about anything. We did a tasting with them and made sure to try their Honey Wine Chicken that we had heard so many good things about and fell in love with right then and there. We did the Honey Wine chicken and vegetable lasagna as our entrees and our guests LOVED the food! We had so many people after the wedding telling us how much they loved the food and that even the appetizers for cocktail hour were delicious! I HIGHLY recommend using Blue Ribbon Catering for you event. You can't beat the price either for such amazing food and service!

Wedding day June 5th, 2021

Melissa and her crew where absolutely amazing! They also clean up and pack up leftovers after the meal!! And can we talk about that coffee bar yes a coffee bar!!! We got so many compliments on the food we selected for our reception. Definitely recommend to anyone for any event!

Amazing overall experience working with Blue Ribbon. Definitely recommend.

Melissa and the entire Blue Ribbon catering staff were absolutely amazing. From the initial inquiry to our actual wedding date (that ended up changing 3 times) Melissa was extremely easy to work with and accommodating. The food was delicious and to top it off the presentation of the food and smores bar was beautiful and fit perfectly with our other décor. Great Experience and Great Food/Service!!

A wonderful meal

I cannot say enough about Melissa and the whole crew at blue ribbon catering!! It was an absolute breeze to work with her from day one up to our special day! Melissa goes above and beyond to make sure that every dish is detailed and perfect for you and your guests and the blue ribbon team is kind, respectable and very professional to work with during your event. We were lucky enough to use their services for our “breakfast for dinner” reception for our wedding and had nothing but great things to hear from our guests about both the food and the service! The best!

Blue ribbon catered our wedding on 10/3/20 and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Melissa made everything so stress free and quickly responded to any inquiries. The garlic chicken and garlic cheesy mashed potatoes were a huge hit with our guests. We attended 4 other weddings this year and the food at our wedding out did them all! The catering staff were so kind and professional, they did a great job! Would definitely use them in the future and recommend to anyone.

So delicious and professional

Melissa and her crew cook up the best meals. We attended a taste testing initially and were pretty sold, the price is extremely reasonable to top it off.
On the wedding day the food was still just as delicious and the caterers were so professional and kind. We have had so many people compliment the food, were super happy we chose this vendor.

Best food ever!

DELICIOUS. We are SO glad we booked our wedding catering through Blue Ribbon! Even almost a year later, we are still getting compliments on the food! They had the biggest selection of options I had found from any caterer in the area, and they were even willing to make other meals or family recipes if we didn't see what we wanted! Blue ribbon had probably 15 styles of chicken, 8 styles of beef, pork, fish, vegetarian options, breakfast food, and so much more!! They were very reasonably priced, and willing to travel any distance to deliver the food. Any leftover food you have they box up for you so you can take home! We had so much left that we served it at our day after brunch, and we still had some left over after that, so we froze it and it kept very well! They can even help you with flatware and tablecloths. Blue Ribbon catering was so easy to work with, very helpful, honest and very kind and passionate about their work. I will 100% book them again in the future!! Highly recommend!!!!

Best Caterer Ever

Blue Ribbon catered my wedding in September of 2019. If you are looking for a caterer HIRE THEM. They are SO professional, so friendly, so accommodating, so responsive. I literally can't say enough about them. Seriously, 100% outstanding. The food was straight up AMAZING. We had garlic parm chicken, salad, red skin potatoes, and penne alfredo. O.M.G. so delicious. Melissa is super cool and all of the staff is top notch!!

The food is amazing

Blue Ribbon Catering catered my wedding of 165 people. All of the guests are still talking about how good the food was! We had the honey wine chicken and the pit style pork and guests could have both meats. Melissa is amazing to work with. You tell her what you want and she does the rest, just what you want in a vendor for your wedding. The price is so reasonable as well. You will not go wrong working with Blue Ribbon!

Easy, and unbelievable value!

From start to finish Blue Ribbon is unbelievably accomodating. Melissa was quick to respond, clear and precise with the pricing and availability and went above and beyond the expectations we had! A truly unforgettable night with unforgettable food!

Blue Ribbon Catering was absolutely amazing! My husbands mom actually used Blue Ribbon back when she got married and recommended that we use them and I am soo happy we did! Melissa and her staff were so easy to work with and really helps to make sure you get what you want/need for any price range! They are easy to get a hold of and willing to do whatever they can to help. The day of the wedding the staff was so nice and attentive to my husband and I and our guests. Blue Ribbon fully deserves 5 stars. My wife and I approached many different caterers while planning our wedding and this company was by far the best in every aspect. From our first meeting to taste and discuss details we were blown away by the kindness of their staff, the quality of their food, the price per plate for such quality, and the variety of options available for entrees and sides. They are easy to contact, respond quickly, and are courteous and professional in all of their communication. We rented linens from them as well, which were of great material at a good price. After the wedding our guests had nothing but good things to say about the food and several of them made a point to approach me, my wife, or the catering staff to complement the food and service.

My wedding was this past weekend on 5/12/18 and I couldn't be happier with picking Blue Ribbon as our caterer for our special day. Melissa goes above and beyond. She made sure the groom had his lobster tail, she made sure my mothers meal was cut up into small pieces, she was even going to let me use her banquet linens when I realized in a panic that I didn't order enough. Her responsiveness is something every bride can appreciate! Her team were so kind on our wedding day! Everyone and I mean everyone complimented the food! It was amazing. Mellisa was great to work with. I've been to a lot of weddings before but this by FAR had the best food.Everyone at the wedding has been talking none stop about how great everything was. The bride is dairy intolerant so Mellisa fixed her meal with out using dairy at no extra charge she also prepared other great dishes for the vegetarians that were in attendance. They showed up early got everything set up served the food cleaned tables cut cake and did everything asked of them. I will DEFINITELY be using them again. If you have a function that you want catered you MUST contact BLUE RIBBON CATERING. I WILL NOT use anyone else!!!!

WOW!! We had our wedding at Middle Bass Island and Melissa made sure that we received top notch service with a difficult ferry schedule to work with. We had almost 200 people at our wedding and I heard rave reviews of all the food. They also served a brunch in the morning. From the first day of tasting and meeting Melissa, I fell in love with the food. Throughout the whole process Melissa responded so quickly to emails and answered all my questions. Just had our wedding this past weekend and everyone kept gushing about how delicious the food was! When we tried it for the tasting it was deliecious and although I didn't get to eat much of it on my wedding day I am thoroughly enjoying the leftovers while I type this up! And they are AMAZING! We had a buffet offering the Boneless BBQ Ribs, Honey Wine Chicken, Bowtie Alfredo Pasta, Fresh Green Beans, Roasted Red Skin Potatoes and Dinner Rolls and Butter! All was soooo good! From the moment we had our first tasting with this company, we knew they were the ones for our wedding! In fact, they were our first and only taste testing we had! We heard a lot from other venues about blue ribbon and knew they would be great from the start! We couldn't have been happier with the turn out! Everyone to this day raves about how amazing the food was! Everything was hot, fresh, tender, and more. We were very pleased with blue ribbon!! Highly recommend this company for any catering event!! Correspondence with Melissa was quick! She was professional and the staff was great! Like most brides, I didn't eat much at the wedding but we took some food home and it was delicious! Everyone loved the stuffed peppers!!

This was the only catering company that we actually completed a taste test for. Once we sampled the food we knew that Blue Ribbon was the one! The entire year before out wedding we talked up how amazing the food was and we were not exaggerating. Every single guest that we talked to after the wedding said that this was the best wedding meal that they had ever had, and some of our guest have been to quite a few weddings. We even had multiple people ask who the company was so that they can book them for future events. Not only was the food great, but the service was outstanding! Melissa was wonderful to work with and was extremely prompt with any question that I had. The staff that served us at my reception were so nice and worked so hard. The prices are great too! This was one area where we wanted to make sure that we spent a decent amount (we were trying to keep the entire wedding budget under $10,000) and while I feel we saved a ton on the cost of food compared to other catering companies, we did not lose in quality. And one of the best parts is that they boxed up all of the leftovers for us to take home. Now we can enjoy the food for the rest of the week! Words truly cannot express how amazing this company is! P.S. Try the ribs! They were definitely the crowd favorite!

I recommend this service. High quality food and service. Used them for a baby shower and again for my dad's 90th birthday. It was so nice to enjoy the day with family and friends, didn't have to worry about anything. They came with there wonderful food, kept everything hot and totally cleaned up afterwards. They even fixed me a plate before they left because they knew I was visiting with everyone and hadn't eaten. It was great working with someone who really knew what I wanted and took care of it all. I have recommend them and will again. Thank you for what you did It was all very good!

Blue Ribbon Catering did an amazing job for my wedding. I had so many great things about the day and they added to it. Melissa is hands down the sweetest person and she makes the entire process as painless and easy as possible. I am so happy we chose to go with Blue Ribbon Catering. All we heard all night was how phenomenal the food was. You are always worried whether you'll be taking home too much food and as our experience was you'll actually have people going up for thirds! Blue Ribbon Catering was a phenomenal choice for our wedding. Melissa was recommended for her great food and reasonable prices. We couldn't be happier to have chosen her. Our guests stated how great the food was, asked all night who was the cater. We had great food, nice and accommodating staff, and prompt service. We had a taste testing and decided to served Wine Chicken, Boneless BBQ Ribs, Mixed Vegetables, Red Skin Potatoes with onions. Great choices!

I worked with Melissa at Blue Ribbon for my wedding. We had the Honey wine chicken and honey glazed ham. both were amazing, everyone told me how great the food was. The servers were very nice, completely professional and just all around great guys. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs a caterer. They were great..

Melissa catered our wedding on 8.27.16, she was absolutely great to work with, she is passionate about the food and truly cares if you are happy. We had so many complements on the food the night of our wedding and couldn't be happier with our choice of choosing Blue Ribbon to cater our wedding. She was very responsive whether it was email or a phone call and always very pleasant and professional. Everyone raved about the bow-tie Alfredo it wasn't too salty or to cheesy it was just the right amount of flavor, Yum! It was wonderful to work with Melissa and her team, everything ran smoothly and they even boxed up the leftovers to take home :). My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Blue Ribbon Catering!

Melissa and her staff at Blue Ribbon were wonderful from start to finish. Very responsive to questions and accommodating. Our guests LOVED the food. We went around to each table after dinner and everyone went on and on about how great the food was. My favorite is the vegetable lasagna - so delicious! The food you serve can definitely make or break your wedding reception, and we are so happy we chose Blue Ribbon!

Blue Ribbon catered our wedding last weekend, and I do not think we could have picked a better caterer. Not only was the food delicious but the staff and Melissa were wonderful to work with. Melissa made everything easy from the beginning - the taste test was easy and fun and the advice she gave us on how much food to buy, where to get our linens, etc was extremely helpful! The staff at my wedding was kind and professional and the food was definitely the biggest hit for us. Everyone constantly complimented on how delicious our food was. My favorite food we ordered was the honey-wine chicken and the chantilly mashed potatoes. Blue Ribbon is the first caterer my FH and I met and taste tested with. It was over a year until our wedding and over the next 8 months we tried many other caterers food. Each tasting my now husband would say "it's not the honey-wine chicken, I like Blue Ribbon better." Melissa reached out to check on our planning process at the perfect time. After that, our catering needs were smooth sailing. We had a large wedding (invited 480, ~315 attended) and Melissa made sure we didn't overbuy, but also gave great feedback on what paired well together and how most guests choose their food. We had the honey-wine chicken, pit-style pork, vegetable lasagna, green beans, and buttered redskins. The lasagna was my favorite, but I had been dreaming of it since March 2015! Everything was delicious though! We have been getting phone calls, texts, emails, and letters in the mail from friends and family to find out who the caterer was! I know even some guests are booking Blue Ribbon for graduation parties this summer. The food was fabulous, their display was beautiful and Melissa and her team were polite, efficient, and catered to everyone's needs. It was a nice surprise that the bridal party didn't even have to move once we got to the head table. Speeches were over and the next thing I knew we had full plates of food. Everything was spot on and we can't thank Melissa and her team enough for their help and ensuring our wedding ran smoothly! We hope to use Blue Ribbon again in the future!

It's almost been a year since my wedding and I again this weekend had people comment on our wedding food specifically the hors d'oeuvres. I'm ashamed that I haven't written this review already. Melissa went above and beyond to assure that our wedding day was quality. Really, she bent over backwards for our wedding - from the attire of her staff to making sure food restrictions were met. Honestly, Blue Ribbon Catering was the best vendor I worked with during the wedding planning process and wedding day. We served the honey wine chicken, red skin potatoes and green beans to name the stars of the main course. Our wedding served 300 people out doors, with 1,000 hors d'oeuvres without a kitchen in the venue. Melissa and her team rose to the challenge and pulled the event of beautifully. Blue Ribbon Catering could charge 5x more for the quality and dedication they give to their wedding couples. To this day, I'm happy to talk with any bride or groom considering their services.

i had blue ribbon cater my bridal shower and my wedding. everyone raved about the food. i ordered the honey wine chicken, salisbury steak, scalloped potatoes & green beans w/bacon. everything was so delicious and no one went hungry. i even had a vegetarian family that Melissa accommodated and made vegetable lasagna which i had to have a piece and believe me it was the best i ever tasted and would please even the biggest meat eater. i can not give enough praise to blue ribbon and Melissa who was over the top from the beginning. would HIGHLY recommend this catering business for ALL events.

Blue Ribbon Catering was great from the start. We went and met with Melissa for a food tasting and left stuffed and impressed. The food was great and Melissa was as well. Then throughout the planning she was quick to respond and as helpful as possible. On the day of the 2 people that came were so pleasant and professional and as helpful as Melissa was. Our guests raved to us about the food, presentation, and professionalism of the staff. All of this and to top it all of Blue Ribbon was one of the most budget friendly of the catering companies we looked at. So here are your warnings: Do not use Blue Ribbon if you want a bunch of left-overs as your guest will eat as much as possible and take as much with them as they can! In all seriousness I wouldn't hesitate to use Blue Ribbon again for any event I can imagine. Very laid back, very professional. When we went in to taste the food she brought us plate after plate. We walked out of there stuffed! The Honey Wine Chicken is the most delicious thing I have ever tasted in my life. She also sat down with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Highly recommend! what a beautiful job Melissa and her staff did at our wedding. the food was amazingly tasteful everyone raved about it. This is the third dinner party we have had catered by Blue Ribbon and they deserve the five star rating we gave them. The meal was delivered on time, hot, and professionally presented. The food was superb. As a side note, we always serve the baked tilapia which a couple of our "no-fish" guests tried to be polite and found to be wonderful. The menu covers a range of tastes and Melissa and the staff are easy to work with for substitutions and/or additions to the dinner plans. Working with a locally-based caterer is the best for the community. Thank you for everything!!

I cannot give enough praise to Melissa and her team at the Blue Ribbon Catering Company! They were retained to cater our daughters wedding on somewhat short notice. Melissa offered well thought out suggestions with regards to the likes and dislikes of food, the number of guests and the amount of food we should have. We greatly appreciated her and the teams professionalism. They arrived approximately 1.5 hours before the guests arrived and very efficiently, had everything set up beautifully. We had her team serve our guests in a buffet line and it moved very quickly, for which our guests were most appreciative. The quality of food and the amount which Melissa advised on was exemplary. We were also very happy with the pricing of the event. I realize that caterers, as with any business, have to operate profitably, but until we spoke to Melissa and the Blue Ribbon Team, we felt as if we were being grossly overcharged. As mentioned earlier, the quality and layout of everything was of the best standard. We look forward to continuing a relationship with Melissa for future events. And we wish Melissa and her team continued success!

The food is absolutely amazing! I cannot tell you how many comments I've heard about how this is the best 'wedding food' they had ever tasted! We created a Mashed Potato Martini bar - such a big hit!! unique and fun and delicious!!

We had Blue Ribbon cater our daughters Graduation. They arrived on time, even a bit early and the food looked amazing. I was worried about what to serve for this event, as I wanted a variety, they were very knowledge and helped me decide what items and quantity. After the guests started arriving, the compliments starting pouring in to me. Everyone raved about the food and the some of the favorites were the hand breaded chicken tenders, chicken salad croissants and homemade potato chips. I highly recommend them and I know in 2 year's who will be catering my son's graduation! Thank you Blue Ribbon!

We had an outdoor wedding and we were concerned that the food tables would not look formal or beautiful. Blue Ribbon card came out 2 days early to begin set-up and decorating. They brought all their own linens, skirting and decorations that matched mine. It was top notch. The staff wear a nice chef uniform that looks professional. The food was hot and delicious and we he heard people talking about it all night. They took the left overs with them to their restaurant and cooled them over night for us so we didn't have to worry about it. The next day they delivered the food to us so we could enjoy it again while we opened presents. It was still delicious and fresh. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The lady from Blue Ribbon was great. She arrived with plenty of time to set up all tables and place settings. The food was fantastic. We had honeyvine chicken, roast beef, green beans, salad. Everything was moist and very tender. They took care of everything from setup to teardown from beginning to end.
