Exceeded All Expectations!

We used Dave, and his amazing crew, from Blue Peak this past weekend for my daughter’s wedding. Dave is exceptional; consultative, reasonable and patient. His crew did a stellar job with set-up, and equally important, take down of the tents and bathrooms. Blue Peak is your answer if you’re looking for a tent for your event. Run don’t walk….you’ll be so happy.

Beautiful Tent for Cultural Ceremony!

Blue Peak Tents did an amazing job providing us with a tent, tables, and chairs for a cultural ceremony related to our wedding. They adapted to our changing needs without question and provided us with a beautiful tent on the big day. We could not have been happier... they even picked up the tent early so we could enjoy our yard on memorial day weekend! Thank you Blue Peak team!

Easy and professional

Beautiful tent!

Great customer service, especially during COVID. Tent was absolutely gorgeous! Got the clear top tent and it blew everyone away! Good communication as well for setting up and tearing down.

Wouldn't use anyone else!

The team at Blue Peak well exceeded our expectations. My husband and I were looking for a Covid friendly wedding option and wanted to keep everything outside. Dave and his team created an absolutely magical setting for us and our guests including and outdoor lit up patio off our tent. Dave was so much fun to work with and made us feel at ease with everything - he's not afraid to say what is doable and what is likely not going to work. I couldn't have imagined working with any other tent vendor for our wedding day.

Outstanding

Kyle and Blue Peak Tents turned out to be exactly what I was looking for when planning my sister's wedding! She had a very specific atmosphere, style, and feeling she wanted her wedding day to embody and Blue Peak delivered! They were easy to communicate with, clear about their terms and services, and had the wedding not been postponed due to 2020 things I assure you they would have delivered the sailcloth tent, cafe lighting, and professionalism displayed leading up to the big day! Even when canceling the wedding, Kyle was prompt, compassionate, and a delight to work with! I highly recommend Blue Peak for your tent or other rental needs for showers, parties, events, and of course, weddings!

Looking for a reason to use Blue Peak Tents again!

Blue Peak Tents made our wedding experience PERFECT!! Having a wedding in the midst of a pandemic was stressful, but the second I saw the beautiful tent...I knew it would all be ok. The service was excellent and the tent looked like something from a movie. Dave Cesar helped with the layout and we had more than enough room to spread out and have the time of our lives. We could not be happier with the entire experience!

Great customer service and quality work/rentals!

Blue Peak Tents is an AMAZING company! We heard the quality of customer service and tents were great through a family friend that rented from them and they definitely delivered on both aspects for our wedding last September! Their sailcloth tent and wood flooring were as beautiful in person as they are in their pictures! They definitely executed our vision for our wedding! Thank you Dave, Kyle and the Blue Peak team for helping ease this anxious bride's mind that week! :)

Great company to work with

Kyle at Blue Peak was great to work with. He met with us at our event space since it was very unique and gave great options. When I decided to make a change to our space he was easy to work with and updated our file promptly. There was a mistake that was made on their end with double booking and Kyle was very upfront with the mistake and corrected it right away. I was very happy with our tent and adding an extra heater last minute.

We hosted a wedding for 215 people

From my first phone conversation with Dave, our experience was positive. The staff was professional they, responded to my requests immediately and were flexible with the plan. The tent was beautiful, it was spacious and comfortable for our guests. Having an attendant on sight during the wedding was extremely helpful, and made it easier to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Incredible

INCREDIBLE. That's all i have to say. These guys were tasked with no easy job. I'd always dreamed of getting married at my parents house in Lake Geneva. However, the yard is swampy, uneven, and extremely narrow. Myself, my mom and our wedding planner were all skeptical on if we could really pull this off. We called blue peak tents, they came to our house, took one look and said, "Yep, no problem." The tent was everything i could've imagined it to be and more. They transformed our swampy front yard into a enchanting wedding venue for 300 guests! It was magic how quickly they were able to build this for us. More so, they were always on time, great with communication, and were able to accomodate for everything we asked for. This job couldn't have been done by anyone else. Thank you Blue Peak!!

We had a great experience with Blue Peak. Tim was very attentive to our needs...the tent was gorgeous...Jake and all the crew were respectful of property. They took extra care maneuvering around our trees which was not easy with the large trailer. Chris was our attendant for the day and I'm glad we had him because he let the panels down because of wind and it all was wonderful. Thank u Blue Peak for an exquisite tent and bathroom trailer. We had so many compliments on it all and loved working with you! First rate!

Customer service was outstanding! The crew was on time, polite, friendly and respectful. The tent was beautiful and spotless. The executive washroom trailer was beyond our expectations. Dave helped us find the perfect location and then came back to make sure all was right. Our guests were very impressed and could not believe how beautiful everything was. Our backyard tent wedding was everything I imagined and more! The setup was smooth and Jeremy, our lead, was very thorough in explaining everything to us before the event. Our wedding was beautiful and we received so many compliments on the gorgeous tent! I recommend to anyone looking for an event tent!

Out of the 10+ vendors that we had involved with our wedding, Blue Peak was a stand-out star. The tent and lighting was elegant and beautiful, the installation and removal process was seamless, and no other vendor was as timely to answer all of our questions. If you want a company that has top-notch customer service, extremely reliable, friendly and professional individuals working on your event, you have found the right company! I am SO glad we decided to work with Blue Peak! Dave provided excellent customer service- he provided very timely responses to all of my questions and was so helpful in helping us think through the logistics of our backyard wedding. We are so glad he suggested that we go with a clear-top tent because it truly made the evening feel so magical. We also rented our tables, chairs and bars with them so it was a one-stop shop. The set-up crew was very professional and did great work with set up and tear down. Would highly recommend Blue Peak!!

OUTSTANDING tent vendor! Would definitely use again and recommend!! Used for surprise party for my husband, mostly in case of rain, didn't rain and SOO glad to have this gorgeous, clear ceiling tent anyway! Our property was a little tricky to accommodate, lot's of trees and bit of a hill, but Dave was confident and install crew was terrific! Looked fantastic, totally secure and added so much to our occasion - ambience and warmth. Keep up the good work Blue Peak!

We first heard of Blue Peak when we spotted a backyard wedding while walking our dog through the neighborhood. It was at that moment that we dreamed and desired of having our wedding outside as well. Choosing Blue Peak as our "venue" was the best decision we made! From the beautiful tent set up, to the twinkling lights and white chairs, our reception was beautiful and made our wedding dreams come true. We received many, many compliments from our guests, but the best one was from my father who said, "I was skeptical as to how this would turn out, but this is amazing and I'm so glad you choose to have this type of wedding." If you are considering an outdoor reception, choose Blue Peak! From day one, you will be treated as a top priority. Everyone I spoke to answered questions respectively and promptly, and all are super friendly. They are willing to work with you and help make your visions a reality. Blue Peak staff, services, and rentals made our wedding feel personal and unique and those are memories that we will always cherish.

Blue Peak was great from beginning to end of the entire wedding planning process. Dave was very helpful during the initial talks to help us decide what we wanted. He provided many options with photos to help us choose. We added things like heaters and a band stage to our contract and they agreed to be flexible in removing or changing any of the options up until the week of our event (when we knew what the weather would be!). The staff to set-up and tear-down were right on time and very professional. We used the clear top tent with the large white lanterns for lighting. It was beautiful and looked great in pictures! My only feedback to Dave was that I thought the lighting was a little bright and there was no dimming option. For as stressful as wedding planning can be, Blue Peak made it easy.

I can't say enough good about Tim and Blue Peak Tents. Our planning period was less than four months (!!) and Tim was incredibly helpful, flexible, and accommodating. They were so helpful in creating a special and memorable experience for us and it was worth every penny. They're the best!

Working with Dave from Blue Peak was very easy. He is super responsive to all of my questions. Leading up to the event, he visited my home to give me ideas for layout. After our meeting, he followed up with an estimate and a floor plan drawing to help with the spacial planning of the event. He also provided me with lots of ideas and options based on the look I was going for and the budget I was working with. Dave called me two days before my wedding to make sure we were prepared for the chilly weather forecast for the day of. Blue Peak is a one stop shop: we got our tent, heating, flooring, stage for the band, tables, chairs and linens all from Blue Peak. The set up and break down took a few hours, but the guys were very nice and worked quickly. Overall, I had an excellent experience using Blue Peak for my wedding and I have no hesitation about recommending them to others!

We worked with Dave to plan our backyard wedding. He was so helpful, professional, quick to respond, patient and gave great advice to make the tent look spectacular! He was always available to speak to about questions and even came to the house twice to make sure measurements etc. were right. He worked with our other vendors to make sure we had the right amount of equipment. The tent truly looked unbelievably beautiful!! I highly recommend Blue Peak Tents.

The wedding tent was beautiful and all my guests commented on it. I got the fabric liner and lights and at night it had a soft glow with just enough light. The staff was very professional and helpful. I rented the tables, tablecloths and white chairs from them also. I highly recommend them

Customer satisfaction starts with Tim Page and his williness to make sure our event was perfect. If you have an event, please contact him personally. Every detail was perfect, and the installation crews were on time and respectful. I cannot tell you how many times they asked while there if everything was correct and to our satisfaction. This company has earned them the great reputation they have in Chicago. If you plan an event, do yourself a favor and save yourself time and aggrivation. After searching the internet and reading reviews and visiting websites, I knew that I wanted to rent a tent for my daughter's wedding from Blue Peak Tents. Originally, I thought I wanted a clear top tent. I called and it had just been rented about an hour previously. After scrambling around and considering a date change, I called back and talked to one of the guys. He asked why I didn't want to rent the Sailcloth tent, as that was his personal favorite. He told me it was just beautiful, and that if he were getting married it would be the one he used. The long and the short of it, is that I DID rent the sailcloth tent and it was a gift from God that I ended up with that tent. It was simply - BEAUTIFUL! It glowed, and it lit up the entire yard. It was so simple and elegant that it needed no adornment whatsoever. When you left the tent, it was like a glowing jewel. All of our neighbors were astounded by how beautiful it was. The caterer told me he would rent the tent a thousand times over, and he has used many tents and couldn't wait to get Blue Peak on his rolodex. I was so sad when they carted it out of my yard. The sailcloth tent is a MUST SEE! I cannot recommend it more highly.

I would highly recommend Blue Peak Tent and Event rentals. I mainly worked with Dave, and I cannot say enough positive things about him. He was excellent to work with. He answered my many questions and my many phone calls and never acted like I was bothering him at all. Was truly professional. The crews that came to set up and take down were so polite, professional, and friendly. Thank you to Tim, who also answered the phone on a few occasions when I called. Tim you were a big help. The equipment rented was very nice. I would like to thank Blue Peak Tent and Event Rentals for making my daughters Wedding day beautiful. Thank you for all your input in helping me to decide what was needed for the amount of people we were having. It has been a real pleasure doing business with you all. We used Blue Peak Tents for our June 28th wedding. From the first consultation Dave was great to work with and very responsive. I contacted him several times with random questions and always received a timely and helpful response.
We went with the clear top tent and clear globe cafe lights because our reception didn't start until 7pm. The atmosphere in the tent was very dreamy; I think it wouldn't have looked as nice if we hadn't been able to find a vendor that offered the clear tent.
I would absolutely recommend using Blue Peak because they delivered a great product with professional and friendly service.

Blue Peak Tents made the wedding of our dreams come true! The tent was absolutely beautiful! I know that the liner is an option and an added expense, but I would never hestitate in saying it is COMPLETELY worth it! It added that extravegent element that I was looking to add to our back-yard wedding. My response when people ask me how I liked how the tent turned out: "It couldn't have been more beautiful and perfect. It exceeded my expectations by far." My salesman, Dave Cesar was always so responsive to my needs and gave me an honest opinion whenever I was in doubt about something. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything. He was out to make our wedding as special as he could, and he certainly did just that! Thank you, Blue Peaks! We could not be happier!

I can't say enough about Blue Peak tent and specifically Dave. Everything turned out better than we could have ever even imagined. Dave was always available to answer our questions or address our concerns. The tent made my daughter's wedding so much fun during cocktails and dancing. Absolutely perfect. Thank you Dave!

Blue Peak was great to work with from start to finish. A friend had rented just their tent for a wedding and had told me that they wished they had used Blue Peak for the entire package, and it was advice I took to heart. Blue Peak provided the tent, lights, dance floor, tables, chairs, heater, generator and table linens and it was all delivered together and picked up together, as scheduled, with great efficiency. The result was a beautiful venue for my daughter's wedding with virtually no stress involved, and oh yes - we planned this wedding in less than a month! Thanks, Blue Peak, for helping us pull this off!

We had Blue Peak Tents provide the tent for my daughter's wedding. From the first interview with Dave to the last bit of clean up, everything was handled beautifully. None of the other companies I interviewed offered the clear top tent that would fit our space (70x40). The set-up crew arrived on time and worked through a rain filled day. They were cheerful, careful and industrious workers. No rough language or shouting, just hard work. We had a number of young nieces and nephews watching the proceedings so gentlemanly behavior was a real plus. The tent they put up was phenomenal! Everyone raved! The tent looked wonderful at six in the afternoon when the party started but things just got better and better as the night wore on. The italian cafe lights not only provided illumination but were reflected in the clear top. One guest commented that the ceiling of the tent looked like ice. It was beautiful to be able to see the night sky during the party.

Bright and early Monday morning the fellows were back to do the take down. That went as smoothly as the installation. Blue Peak also arranged for a washroom facility (porta-potty does not do justice).

I cannot recommend Blue Peak highly enough. Fabulous products, very professional service and great value for the money.

Blue Peak Tents was an absolute JOY to work with! They were very attentive to my emails and responded in a timely manner. They were patient and flexible as I adjusted the items that I was renting from them. They were continuously courteous and friendly. I knew that they wanted my event to be all that it could be. Even if they did not have an item I needed, they would refer me to other companies that could help with my needs. Tim kept me updated on any changes that may have occurred with my order. Everyone I talked to at Blue Peak Tents was understanding and patient.

The crew that came to set up were friendly and courteous. They came at the time they said they would and that I requested. My wedding coordinator said it was such a pleasure working with the crew and that they were happy to be doing what they do. Even the evening crew that came out was all smiles and continued to display professionalism even though it was a Saturday night and they probably had other places they'd rather be.

If I have another event that requires their services, I will definitely be calling Blue Peak again!

We rented, a 40 x 60 tent, with a clear center, beautiful. David, was extremely helpful and always available to answer my many questions. The clear center of the tent provided us a view of the tree tops above it. Also from other areas in our yard, at night you can see the lights shining through. Blue Peak delivered on time and took care of any thing we asked. Jake and his set up crew were up beat, friendly and worked hard to get the tent into exactly the location we wanted in the yard. Would I recommend them, I already have.

Blue Peaks Tents was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Every person was responsive to our requests and answered calls immediately. We had people rave about the clear top tent we used and that it had such a beautiful feel and that they had never seen anything like that before. We would highly recommend their services. We used Blue Peak for a wedding event we had over the weekend. Everything turned out great and we got a ton of compliments on the tent! Would definitely recommend to brides out there looking for quality items. We even had some major storms come through the day after the wedding and the tent didn't budge.

Blue Peak Tent and Event Rentals was an absolute dream to work with! I had contacted a couple of other places before calling Blue Peak, but had not had any responses back from anyone. Within the first phone call to Blue Peak, I had a clear explanation of what type of tents were available, prices and suggestions for tables, chairs, fans, tables, warmers, etc. All of my questions were answered immediately via phone or email! And the guys that came to deliver and set everything up were super professional, friendly and really quick! I would never go anywhere else for rentals after my experience with Blue Peak!!!!

I used Blue Peak rentals for my sons wedding. It was almost last minute (5 weeks). They were great, the guys came out on time very friendly. Set up and take down quickly. Everything looked great. Only issue was the tables had leftover tape and needed to be washed. Their contract states you clean them after use. Make sure to remove tape and wash them down.

Blue Peak Tent and Event Rentals went above and beyond. Dave was so helpful in the planning during the first meeting. He had suggestions, when asked, that helped make the day even better than imagined and stay within the budget. They were always on time and returned calls immediately. Dave and his team set the tent up and every member of the team was very friendly and professional. It was obvious they cared about every detail. The tent was beautiful and so white that I wondered if it was brand new. It was wonderful to deal with a company that really wanted its customer to be happy. I wouldn't think of every using any other tent rental! Thank you Dave!

We had a large 300 person wedding at our Lake house. We did the clear tent and it was awesome. We were nervous about pulling it off but Blue Peak was amazing. I'd highly recommend them. I notice they just put some pictures on their sight.

The equipment was clean & in good order. The staff, both office & on-site, were professional & courteous, & the service was outstanding. At the last minute, my daughter & I decided we needed a bigger dance floor, Blue Peak said "no problem", & promptly came out & installed the larger floor the day of our party. I would highly recommend Blue Peak for your wedding or special event.

The sailcloth tent was amazing - beautiful in every way! It withstood heavy rains and was gorgeous when it was all lit up. The crew worked hard to set up everything, exactly how we wanted it. Blue Peak was very professional and handled all of our changes and corrections seamlessly.

Working with Blue Peak Tents was the best choice I made for my wedding! They have very good quality rentals, and the staff were all very professional and nice to work with.

We worked with Tim from Blue Peak to help us build our vision of a backyard tented wedding on a family lakehouse property in WI. We also requested a clear dancefloor to be dropped over the pool, and Tim and his vendor teams more than delivered. They were timely, efficient, and helpful all along the way. We had a great experience and would use them again if given the chance. Price was reasonable and we were handled with professionalism from day one. Big thanks to Tim for all his help with a big wedding day (in their case, wedding week) project! Final result was amazing and a dream come true.

The tent from Blue Peak was beautiful - we rented a 30x60 Navitrac for about 95 wedding guests plus room for a band and dance floor. Overall, the experience was positive, although you have to pay close attention to details with the vendor, you can't just sit back and rely on this one. But having a tent is a necessity in the Chicago, and the final product and quality is beautiful. Just know you have to be on your game when working with them.

Everyone was fair to work with however a few people who were setting up the tent were smoking on the job and left their cigarette butts in our yard. The tent itself was nice and worked perfectly for our wedding.

I price compared blue peak against several other vendors for our backyard wedding before deciding to move forward and the terrible customer service that we received was not worth the couple hundred dollars that we saved---particularly because we later learned we were likely to get a price match through our event coordinator who regularly use some M&M. Our sales rep, Tim, was totally condescending and I felt like he was pushing me to get off the phone when I would call to ask a question (which was not very often!). We also ended up paying more because he was a complete jerk about scheduling the tear-down Immediately after our wedding (they wanted to come at 11pm or charge us $300 so we obviously opted to pay more but it was an absurd last minute charge). Bottom line - the stress that Tim caused was horrible to deal with during the week of our wedding and I would highly recommend going with another vendor. We were very happy with the quality of our table and chair rentals from M&M and I wish we had just rented the tent from them as well.
