    Beautiful!

    I was so hesitant about purchasing fake flowers for our wedding but they were BEAUTIFUL! We received so many compliments on all of the flowers, they looked so real and we got them for such a great price!

    I can't thank Joy at Blue Orchid enough! Throughout the whole process Joy was so helpful and patient. She really took the time to create a bouquet, flower crown, corsages and boutonnieres that were exactly what I wanted. Being able to create something so unique by looking at other things I like and chatting about colors, textures etc. was something you simply don't find very often. Every time she put something together she sent me multiple photos and asked me what I liked and didn't like. She was going above and beyond to make sure it would be perfect. The quality of the flowers is fantastic. There is nothing "fake" looking about these silks. In fact the only thing that they lack is the "fresh flower smell" :-) In the end, this beautiful bouquet is mine to keep forever. I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Orchid.

    Order with plenty of time--this took a good while to ship! That said, I couldn't be happier with my gorgeous bouquet or with Joy's flexibility. Thank you so much for making my day extra special!

    My bouquet is absolutely gorgeous. It is exactly what I envisioned for my wedding day. The team was flexible and understanding and willing to make changes to my bouquet before it shipped. It held up beautifully during my windy, beach wedding. It did take about a month longer to ship than was promised, so I am glad that I ordered with time to spare. Overall, I would order from Blue Orchid again :)

    Looked Real & Made a Perfect Bridesmaid Gift!

    I ordered my flowers about 5 months before the wedding and they arrived in about 3 months. I got matching 5-6" bridesmaid bouquets and the matching 8-10" bouquet for myself. I had a bit of back and forth with the seller regarding the arrival time, I was expecting them a bit earlier and got conflicting messages from Etsy, but overall it was handled with professionalism and I got them in plenty of time. Bottom line: the flowers looked perfect! They photographed really well and held up through the whole wedding. It was also a great gift to give my bridesmaids. Plan ahead and buy these flowers, I highly recommend!

    Delayed, incorrect, and damaged

    I ordered with Blueorchid Creations for my October 2019 wedding on December 2018 through Etsy.  I was told to pay the full cost of my order upfront at that time (no other options were offered) and an agreement was sent to me confirming final approval photos of my product in July 2019 with shipping of the final products in August 2019.  Four problems arose with this order: 1) The order was severely delayed.- Despite regular messages to request information on my order, final photos were not sent until September 2019, 2 months late.  My order was not delivered until Sept 30th, 2019, one month late. No clear explanation was given for this delay and while they were always quick to respond to messages, I only got updates on my order when I messaged them first on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. 2) The flowers are shipped on their side in regular shipping boxes.  - This means the bouquets all came flattened on one side and one of the boxes holding all the bridesmaid bouquets literally got crushed since there was no fragile label or special box used.  Blueorchid creations doesn't claim to ship them upright, but I felt buyers would like to know this as it would have certainly affected my purchasing choices had I known I would be responsible for reforming and fixing my products after shipping. 3) The garland I ordered was changed without my approval.- Blueorchid creations sent a photo of the garland to approve prior to shipping - which I loved.  However prior to shipping they added multiple huge hydrangea arrangements to it.  This was upsetting as it meant I received a product not as I had ordered and was now faced with fixing it myself or returning it and hoping no more delays occurred so it could be returned to me in time for the wedding. 4) I was made to pay for a product upfront that was not shipped for over 6 months.- By requiring full payment in December 2018, this meant that when I received damaged and wrong products on a delayed timeline in September 2019 I was unable to open a case on Etsy (only available for 100 days post payment) and unable to leave a review on Etsy to warn other buyers (only available for 100 days post payment).  This is a huge gap in Etsy's buyer protection policies and Blueorchid creations has benefitted from it as there was no way for me to review them or open a case against them.  
    In the end, Blueorchid creations and I were able to come to a resolution for my order however it took many messages as well as emails and calls to Etsy to sort out.  Initially they were only offering options to return the products to be fixed or returned for a refund - both of which I felt were not realistic options.  If I returned them to be fixed I was not confident they would get back to me in time for the wedding and they would be shipped on their side again and likely have similar damage.  Returning them for a refund would leave me with nothing to use for my wedding and only weeks to find something else.  In the end I was given a very small reimbursement.
    I could not post this review on Etsy due to their policies so I have found other avenues to share my experience in the hopes it helps someone else. I have photos and receipts to prove my purchase and support my claims.

    Not happy with this transaction – waiting for a refund

    Flowers were ordered 10 months in advance – not delivered. Supposed to be getting a refund. I hope so otherwise I will need to edit this review.

    Poor communication & didn't ship my order on time

    My wedding was canceled due to the pandemic and my now husband and I decided to elope instead! We cut out a lot but still wanted flowers (and thought it might be sweet to use the same flowers during our future wedding celebrations with friends and family), so started looking into fake flowers.

    This seller on Etsy has a ship time of 8-10 weeks, which didn't work with our timeline and I was grateful she was willing to work with us after emailing with her about our timeline and needs.

    I still didn't have tracking information two days before they were supposed to arrive, so I emailed the seller who assured me the order was still on schedule. The day it was supposed to arrive I emailed again to ask for tracking info, which she never provided me with (and this package never arrived -- I genuinely believe she never mailed them). At this point I found several negative reviews on Etsy & elsewhere that describe a really similar situation.

    After some back and forth the seller did overnight a bouquet to us (and provided tracking for this package), which we were grateful for, but the quality is really poor (holes in the flower petals and we didn't end up using them for pics) -- and not at all worth the stress we dealt with trying to figure it out with her.

    I ordered my wedding bouquet from blue orchid in March of this year. My wedding was in June, and the shipping said 6 weeks. Closer to the date of my wedding I contacted the shop because my ship date was set for May 26th. Joy seemed very accommodating and said that she would rush order it. On May 26th, it still had a status of "not yet shipped". I contacted them again and on May 30th she said she was "working on it and would overnight it. I still had not received it on June 1st and I had to make other arrangements for a bouquet a day before my wedding. I really fell in love with the bouquet I had ordered, and all I got was an "I'm sorry the order did not make it, I have refunded your account." email.
