They did a great job of helping us plan the order of events for the reception to make sure the party kept moving. Our guests really appreciated not having to wait around for the cake cutting and bouquet/garter tosses. Chris had a lot of good suggestions that made everything flow very well. The DJ was very receptive to all of our requests.

Chris went above and beyond to make our dream wedding flawless and fun! He not only took care of the reception he also took care of the ceremony music, the cocktail hour music AND the lighting!! Our guests are still raving over how they loved everything he did from the music, the jokes, the seamless way he handled each and every aspect of the day as well as the unique things he did such as the "hot potato" football toss in place of the usual ho hum garter toss! And ladies, if you don't want to put your single friends through the bouquet toss, ask Chris about the Good Luck bouquet! My female friends still talk about that one!! Thank you Chris!! You are awesome!

Chris was a pleasant surprise. He was the perfect balance of entertainment and music. A lot of our guest were extremely impressed with the entertainment value of Chris as our DJ. He has a knack for feeling the vibe out and adjusting to all situations. He is just flat out amazing and if you are looking for an all around good time I would strongly recommend Blue Moon.

Jason and I wanted to Thank you for the amazing part that you played to make our wedding more incredible then we could have ever dreamed. We started planning this wedding a year ago and was quickly given Blue Moon as one of the best DJ services. That was exactly what/who we you. Brad was so amazing and neither of us had any droughts or questions the whole night. We knew that Brad was going to be on top of everything and he was. At the end of the night we looked around and were amazed at how wonderfully everything went. It was better than the wedding dreamt of. Then I thought that is because we surround ourselves with the best DJ and everyone else. Thank you for making our day AMAZING.

Christopher Moore was the most amazing DJ I've ever seen. He was very professional, fun, kept everybody entertained during the slow parts, and rolled with the many changes that were made last minute. He was amazing, and I would give him 18 stars if I could.

Chis is AMAZING! Chris and I both have a very outgoing and fun loving attitude. His ability to read the crowd, keep the party going, and just make the entire atmosphere the best you can get... is phenomenal. He took every aspect into consideration for us... for our type of music, personalities, speeches, etc. and was able to make the entire event just roll so smoothly. He was able to work with our photographer and venue flawlessly that not once did my wife and I have to worry about ANYTHING... didn't mean we didn't, but they had everything under control and allowed us to put every worry to rest. He offered me a bet.... $100 that he could still have the partying rocking after midnight... thank god I was smart enough not to take it, because he was right. The dance floor and fun atmosphere was FULL... all the way till the early morning! He was our MC (Master of Ceremonies) for our wedding and just like his DJ skills, he was perfect at it. I highly recommend sitting down with him and just talking to him if you are looking for a DJ. Unlike others that have a group of DJ's and you aren't sure who you'll be getting until just before the wedding, he is the guy who will work for you and you will not be disappointed.

Chris at Blue Moon entertainment was awesome!! Dj's make or break the party and he definitely made this party come alive. The dance floor was packed from the time he started to our last dance. He did everything we asked him to do and made me feel at ease on the day of. After our meeting before the wedding I knew I could put all of my trust in him to make the day feel the way I wanted it to. He truly listened to what I was picturing and made it come alive!! I can not say enough good things about Chris!! He was awesome!! One of my friends said that she has been to over 50 weddings and that mine came in first which is a huge testament to the music and the fun we had thanks to Chris!!

Blue Moon Entertainment was recommended to me by my vendor...lucky me! Chris Gardner is wonderful to work with and will customize the reception experience specifically for your needs/personality. He has a gift for "reading" your guests and finding the perfect combination of music to get everyone (from grandparents and cranky teenagers to my 5 year old nephew) out on the dance floor. I saw moves that will not (and probably should not) be repeated. I haven't had that much fun in years!! I HIGHLY recommend Blue Moon Entertainment for your reception!

A DJ can really make or break the event, and let me tell you, Greg made our reception an absolute blast! He kept everything running smoothly, not only the transitioning of events, but even the buffet line! He also made sure people knew that we had a photo booth set up, which definitely prompted people to go check it out.

He made sure to get every song we wanted, even ones they didn't have listed, and a different version of a particular song. He had people out on the dance floor until closing time, and to me, that was impressive for a 5 hour long reception! I have been to some where it was like pulling teeth to get people on the dance floor, but not with Greg as the DJ! He even got out there and showed us how to do all the group dances since we were all clueless, and it was so much having him out there on the dance floor with us so that we could have a great time and actually learn the dance! Now, for those who would prefer he not be out there showing you the dances, fear not, he is a master of judging what is needed, when and how; he never once tried to impose if he was not needed.

I cannot thank him enough for making our reception so much fun! I am of course biased, so saying it was the most fun I have ever had at a reception would not be saying much (after all, it was my own reception lol). However, several people told me that they have never been to a reception where the DJ really made it THAT much fun for the entire reception. All the guests were beyond impressed with Greg!

Chris was PERFECT and beyond anything I could have imagined. I've been to a lot of parties and never realized how important a DJ's role is. Chris is very experienced and knowledgeable about music and party traditions. He had a lot of great ideas which we ended up incorporating into our party. He was great at reading the crowd and kept the dance floor full all night. Chris played for 2 hours past the time we expected the party to end. It was the best party I've ever been to (of course, I might be a bit biased) but I think my husband and I owe most of that awesomeness to Chris. We would recommend him to anyone! Do not overlook your DJ. He is the life of the party.

Chris was the DJ at my sons and wife wedding. He was there early and set everything up. It was great having Chris as he was the one that maintained the pace on what was going on. He kept the event on schedule!! We had lots of fun to his choice of music. It was Halloween and many of us were no Spring Chickens. He even took the floor and taught us how to do some steps. Yes, we would have like some more of the Latin Music that was requested but everything else he did made up for not playing some songs. He provided the most important ones, the ones that will be cherished and remembered. I am certain if we had brought up anything for him to provide which he hadn’t he would have done so on the drop of a hat. Thank you BIG Chris for a great event.

Greg was our wedding reception D.J. He was fantastic! He really listened to what we had asked of him. The guests loved the music and he was great at getting the guests involved and having fun without being obtrusive or annoying. We cannot recommend Blue Moon enough. Loved them from start to finish!

Greg from Blue Moon was our DJ. He was fantastic. He asked us specifically how involved we wanted him to be and he was just that. He helped with set up, he helped with breakdown, he was the backbone of the wedding day. He was the one who made sure that everyone was getting through the buffet line, he made sure that a dance floor area was made, he just kept to the time-line that we had told him and he kept the party moving. He was energetic and played fantastic songs. He played what we asked him to play. Also, when my officiant asked him if he happened to have a wireless mic, within minutes he had it out and set up for him to use for the ceremony! I would absolutely recommend Blue Moon to any bride!

Chris was very personable and down to earth. He didn't go over-the-top like stereotypical DJ's. He kept a very comfortable and intimate mood for my guests. We definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ that has great taste in music and knows when to play what.

Blue Moon Entertainment was an outstanding vendor for our wedding reception! Chris was professional, available, and flexible. Our wedding guests commented that our reception was so much fun because of the music and the interaction with the DJs. They picked appropriate music to get our guests dancing and navigated the reception so there were smooth transitions from one event to the next. We would highly, highly recommend Blue Moon Entertainment!

Great energy and professionalism

The day of was amazing. Chris was very helpful and very kind. he made sure that my husband and I were taken care of all night long. He would accommodate any request. We made last minute changes to the schedule and he rocked them. He never hesitated to tell us his thoughts but also listened to us and gave great advice.

Chris from Blue Moon was a PHENOMENAL DJ. He did the music for our ceremony and was the DJ at our reception. He is very thorough in getting to know us as well as what kind of music we liked, what kinds of dances we wanted to do, and how/when we wanted events to occur throughout the reception. He worked with our wedding coordinator to make sure that everyone was having fun and that everything at the reception went smoothly. We loved that he got all of our guests involved in different dances and games and that he consulted us anytime a change to our planned schedule was needed or available. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and all-around fun DJ!

Chris was very attentive during the reception. He fetched snacks and drinks for my wife an I. He insured the music kept moving, people were dismissed for dinner efficiently, and the toasts and dances went off well. Great job!

We LOVED working with Blue Moon. Chris was awesome and really made our reception a party. We still have people telling us how much fun they had, and he was a very large part of it. He offered a lot of really great ideas, but still incorporated what we wanted and needed out of our reception. What was really cool is we got to fill out a book of what we wanted and then gave it back to them and went over it together.

They are very professional and know how to get the job done; however, they did not use our on-line submission for requested songs (or do not play songs) nor did they use our submitted love stories that they requested.

Chris was our DJ for our wedding in September 2011. We had 2 meetings prior to our wedding and seemed to have everything situated, me as the bride saying, " I will come up to you at the reception with songs that I would like played, so be prepared for that." As we didn't have a specific song list, just songs on our do not play list. However during the reception, Chris was hardly ever at the DJ table and was mostly wandering around the reception room. Bridesmaids and friends always had to track him down. Also, he was dancing with the guests (and continued to do so after being told to stop) as well as consuming the alcohol we had bought for our guests. I found his actions extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him for future events.
Update - I had contacted Chris to voice my displeasure and have not received any replies/comments back.

I was not satisfied with the level of service the DJ had given us. I spend a year putting together the perfect music list of songs we wanted played, and a week before the wedding he lost it. We had to meet with him on two seperate occassions to tell him exactly what we wanted played and when. He was 30 minutes late to our first meeting and after he had lost our list a week before the wedding I had to create an entire new one. Not only that, but the few songs I was able to recollect didnt get played at the wedding at all, and he played a bunch of stuff I didnt want. Not happy.
