Perfect venue with so many affordable packages/options! Arria and Emily were an absolute pleasure to work with! We got so many compliments on how flawless the wedding and reception were run! Everything was so organized and the venue is beautiful! Arria and Emily responded to every email so fast! Arria was our day of coordinator and was with me every step of the way, from helping with my dress, making sure I had food/water/drinks to changing over my shoes and much more! This was the first place we checked out because when I googled it, I loved the outdoor photos. Then we visited and I knew we had to get married outside even though it was November. So glad I went for it because the pics are amazing! Still waiting on professional pics but just the ones I have from friends/family and florist are amazing! Emily and Arria were great! They handled everything from start to finish and did not miss a detail. The food was amazing! I remember the food tasting we ate every last bite and knew we didn't have to worry about that and it was not overpriced at all! We got filet, chicken Statler and eggplant Napoleon. The bar (cocktail area) is outside the reception room which is nice to have that extra space and we set up the photo booth there. It really was just a magical night, beautiful inside and out but I have to say I loved the outside for the ceremony. Thank you blue hills for making my day so extra special! -

This is such an amazing venue. Arria was such a great person. She made the process fun and painless. She responded to emails very quickly. She was flexible with my needs and wants. The day of wedding she present and a great help. The venue food was very good. And the bar crew was great. They did not leave early. And all my guest had a great time. -

The Perfect Day
My husband and I looked at a number of venues that could hold 200, and this one not only could hold 200, but could hold 200 comfortably (They can hold more than 200 BTW). We started working directly with Emily, who was absolutely amazing. Emily then had us start to work with Arria, who is just as amazing. The whole team did such an amazing job at dealing with our crazy requests. They were so accommodating, and everything went exactly as planned. Arria was by our side the entire day, was able to take the lead on getting our LARGE families together for photos, and made the process so much easier on my husband and I. The food was also amazing! From start to finish, the event was perfect.
To say the day was perfect would be an understatement, and we couldn't have done it without Emily, Arria, and their team. Thank you for everything, and we look forward to hosting our holiday party there in December! -

We were so happy that Blue Hill CC was able to host our wedding. From their amazing staff (shoutout Arria and Emily) to their delicious food and also their exquisite grounds and building, they just had so much to offer. We especially appreciated their modern look which was very simple and left a lot of room to play with to make our own unique experience within. Also, the whole place provided the most gorgeous back drop for pictures. It was really nice that they offered different packages at different price points and were flexible within our budget. The bridal suite was also quite spacious with its own bathroom and makeup area which was helpful before and even more so during the event! We feel so lucky to have found such an incredible venue and highly ecommend Blue Hill CC to be your wedding venue!Blue Hill Country Club's reply:

Our wedding at BHCC was incredible! I recommend checking it out to everyone now! It's location just outside of Boston, stunning venue inside and out, and affordable and customizable packages were all amazing. The price was also incredibly fair. We worked with Emily and Arria who were both attentive, helpful, and delightful to work with. Arria was our day of coordinator and ensured everything went perfectly. -

We had our wedding here just 2 weeks ago. The venue was amazing. Arria and Emily were a joy to work with and they addressed all our concerns to make sure we would have a day we would never forget. They truly went above and beyond especially with accommodating all of the allergies that our wedding guests had. They also made it easy for us by letting us drop stuff off in the room that our reception would be in 2 nights before the wedding. They also let us leave the stuff there until the day after. The food was absolutely delicious especially the appetizers. The steak and cheese egg rolls and the pork carnitas were a big hit with our guests. The wait staff was also very attentive and pleasant. The venue also provided a great backdrop for all of our wedding photos that we took during our first look. Overall, it could not have been a more perfect day and it was thanks to the wonderful team at Blue Hill. -

My wife and I got married here on 9/4/2022. We signed up for the platinum package and were really happy with that choice. I loved that the package included 4 hours of open bar and appreciated that they included a complimentary late night food station. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The reception area was very spacious and comfortable for our guests. Especially the dance floor, our guests loved how big it was. The service provided to us was exceptional. The bartenders did a great job making sure everyone had drinks and the wait staff did an amazing job making sure everyone had hors devours and getting the main entrees out timely and accurately. All the guests loved the food and we received compliments on how delicious everything was. I personally appreciate how delicious the chicken asiago was. The wedding cake was also beautiful and delicious. Emily and Arria were great to work with leading up to the event, and really went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly. I highly recommend Blue Hills Country Club! Thank you for making our wedding day memorable and special! -

We had our wedding here last month and cannot emphasize enough how great of a job the staff did. Emily and Arria were easy to work with leading up to the event, and really went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly. Every one of our guests was raving about the food, especially the filet, and the bar and wait staff were friendly and attentive. The space is large and has recently been updated with a perfectly manicured course as a backdrop. Would recommend to anyone looking to host a wedding in the greater Boston area! -

I worked with originally with Nicole and then Emily and Arria for the majority of planning. Since I planned from out-of-state, most of our meetings were email or over the phone. They were both very attentive, answered all my questions, worked well with my coordinator, and helped bring the day together. BHCC's preferred vendor list helpful in the early stages of planning. Cake was also included in package cost and we picked from one of their two vendors. We had an open bar, great food (everyone loved their email), and they were accommodating with food restrictions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with BHCC. -

I can't say enough great thing about Blue Hill Country Club! Our wedding was planned for a different venue for 10-10-2020. We had to change almost all of our plans once COVID-19 hit and we booked with BHCC in July 2020. Sarah and Tom were so accommodating and easy to work with through the whole planing process and day of. Our ceremony was held on the ceremony lawn and reception was on the patio and terrace. Our guests raved about the food and the venue. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend! -

Blue Hill Country Club was a perfect venue for our wedding. Sarah Caravana and Tricia Cummings were fantastic every step of the way. They were patient and helpful when we took multiple tours before settling on our venue. They talked us through all of the choices we had to make and gave us great lists of vendors to contact. Sarah helped with the planning of not only the wedding but also my bridal shower, which we hosted at the club as well. The service was phenomenal at both events. The assistance planning them was incredible from advice on where to get décor to help with all the fine details. One of my favorite parts about Blue Hill is the space that you have the day of the wedding. The amenities are incredible from a beautiful and easy to use bridal suite to gorgeous views to decorating the venue from the front door all the way up the stairs. The groomsmen were even able to play a round of golf on the wedding day. We were also brought on golf carts for pictures around the course. Sarah checked in throughout the day to make sure everyone had what they needed and that everything ran smoothly. The entire team at Blue Hill was incredible and I am so thankful for everything they did to make our day perfect. -

Beautiful Venue for a Dream-Come-True Wedding!
My husband and I had our wedding reception in the grand ballroom of Blue Hill Country Club and it was a dream come true! Tricia Cummings and Sarah Caravana were both so kind and helpful, from touring us around the venue to working with our budget to show us different package options, and they were attentive throughout the whole planning process. Sarah sent us tons of “purple ballroom” pictures to help us envision a purple color scheme, and she even helped us customize a Greek platter as an app station which our relatives loved. Sarah and Tricia were great about coordinating with our photographer, DJ & florist as well. When we arrived on our wedding day, we were in awe of how stunning the ballroom became!! All of our decorations and flowers we’d dropped off were placed so beautifully throughout, and the linens, lighting and ambience were incredible and so professionally done.
The night itself could not have been more organized. Pictures and formalities (including dances/speeches/serving 185 guests) ran smoothly, and my husband and I did not have to worry or think about any of it! AND, there was still plenty of time left after for dancing and enjoying the night. We had a Blue Hill attendant who was so helpful, and all of the servers, wait-staff & clean up crew were lovely. To top it off, when our parents came back to pick up decorations, everything had already been boxed up neatly for us. So nice! All around, we loved our experience with Blue Hill Country Club – highly recommend!! -

We are fairly new members of Blue Hill CC, and we immediately knew this is where we wanted to host our wedding party. Tricia Cummings did an absolutely tremendous job coordinating our “east coast” wedding party this past Saturday. At each step along the way, she was professional, solution oriented, and gracious, and made what could have been a stressful event worry free. Tricia was there from start to finish, being incredibly communicative and patient with many menu changes, last-minute location updates, and post event check-ins. Our wedding celebration at Blue Hill CC was far more organized, less stressful, and seamless than our actual wedding in Montana a month earlier. Thanks to Tricia, we didn't have to worry about anything (even running out of lobster rolls) and could focus on spending quality time with our guests.
She's by far the easiest person we worked with throughout the entire process. Thank you! -

Wedding day bliss!
My new husband and I are members at Blue Hill Country Club and have been for 3 years. BHCC is really special place for us and we were thrilled to hold our Wedding reception at this beautiful venue and second home. The staff is just so wonderful. They all did such a incredible job!! Tricia Cummings is the wonderful Catering Director. Tricia was ALWAYS available for me. I would call or text and she would some how always get back to me in minutes. She really cares about her brides and it shows. She’s a keeper. Sarah Caravana was also always in touch and a joy to work with. What a duo!!! Sean Gibbs, Lori and team are masterful in the kitchen. Everyone enjoyed their meals!! Wonderful reviews. John has a special touch and the room was a work of art! Hats off to Michelle and Leah (rock stars!) and all the others who made our day special. I could go on and on with shout outs! For those reading this review, I want you to know what a beautiful day we had! We can’t thank the hard working people at BHCC for helping our day be a dream come true :) -

I highly recommend Blue Hill Country Club! The venue and grounds are absolutely beautiful. I worked with Tricia and Sarah who helped make the whole experience amazing. I had a very large wedding (around 220 people). Tricia and Sarah were extremely accommodating, easy to work with, detail oriented and very responsive during the planning process. The day of went exactly as planned from start to finish. Tricia and Sarah were there the whole time to ensure I was happy and worry-free. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience and am so happy I went with BBHC. -

I highly recommend this venue. The moment I walked in, I knew the venue is what wanted. The grounds, and inside are kept immaculate. Tricia and Sarah were amazing to work with! The moment my husband and I went to go look at the venue we fell in love with everything about it! The grounds are gorgeous and Tricia is wonderful. She always made herself available to answer all my crazy questions. It rained on my wedding day and they were very accommodating because we initially wanted the ceremony outdoors. Will definitely use them in the future for any events. Tricia and Sarah made the wedding planning process stress free and enjoyable. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted it and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend! -

Everything was absolutely perfect and from our first conversation with Tricia, the director of catering/functions I knew we had found the perfect venue. Tricia knew exactly what I was looking for and made it all happen. She answered all questions, phone calls, texts, emails etc ASAP. Her and Sara are a dream team to work with along with everyone else at the club. We had a rowdy group of 300 and absolutely everything ran smoothly. The grounds are gorgeous and the staff are amazing, you will not go wrong with this venue!!

Michelle Sent on 01/21/2018Tricia and her team at BHCC are amazing! This is the first venue I looked at and my husband and I left that night knowing it was the one. From our initial meeting with Tricia she made us feel so comfortable to ask any and all questions. We had an immediate bond which continued all the way to the wedding. I can't say enough about her work ethic and kindness. She was always there when I needed her- even when I sent an email late at night not expecting to get a reply to the next day my email would ding in minutes afterwards. On the day of the wedding she went above and beyond for me and my husband to make sure our day was exactly how we had hoped it would be. My favorite story of Tricia, and this shows her dedication, comes while we are taking pictures in the snow - Tricia is her heels holding up my dress to make sure it does not get ruined, walking in a foot of snow to help me get that perfect picture. Amazing!
As for the rest of the team at BHCC - everyone was so so kind and professional. The service was perfect. Throughout the process, I never felt like I was just another event - I truly felt like they all cared and were excited to be a part of our wedding.
The venue itself is beautiful! The Grand Ballroom is stunning with it's huge chandeliers and wall of floor to floor windows overlooking the golf course. The bridal suite was a beautiful space to get ready in and the poker suite downstairs that hosted the boys was perfect for them to relax in.
If you are looking for your dream location - this is it! Tricia was such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend BHCC to any newly engaged couple out there!

I would absolutely recommend BHCC for anyone looking to host the perfect wedding day. The venue itself is beautiful, there are plenty of spots for gorgeous photos out on the course and throughout the space. The food was amazing, our guests raved about it! We were ahead of schedule which meant more time for dancing than we even planned. But the best part of BHCC is the staff - working with Emily and Arria was amazing. They are so knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone has the best day possible. We hit some hiccups in our planning and they worked with us, pivoted from our original plan, were super flexible, and helped us pull off a day that was absolutely perfect. -

Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had Nicole as our Catering Sales Coordinator! We are also so grateful to all the staff we worked with on our wedding day! Nicole was literally just on point with everything we needed on our wedding day. I had so many people tell me how delicious the food was. I already knew the food was amazing from the day we did our tasting. BJ and I had a spectacular day and will forever remember how awesome everything turned out. I BHCC's preferred vendor list for our cake and our flowers. BHCC's preferred vendor list was very helpful to make our day spectacular. -

Blue Hill Country Club was a fantastic venue and will be a day that we never forget. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire process through planning the wedding, to the day of the event. We had originally decided to have our wedding in October 2020, but due to family circumstances, and after having a discussion with our wedding coordinator, we felt extremely comfortable moving up our date to October 2019. This moved our original timeline up by an entire year and Blue Hill and their staff made sure it went without any issues.
I cannot say enough great things about the planning staff. We worked with Tricia and Sarah and they were extremely attentive and were always a phone call or a text away. Collectively, our families, along with us, were so impressed with the level of detail involved with the food tasting, and the flexibility the club showed with allowing us to select items that were not on the original menu. They made us feel like VIPs during this fun time, and was one of my favorite events during the planning process.
During the day of, we had both the ceremony and reception at Blue Hill Country Club and it could not have been more of a perfect day. The ceremony was picture perfect and went off without a hitch. For anyone interested in an outdoor wedding, the patio overlooking the golf course looked like something out of a movie. Tricia and Sarah made sure that every detail was attended to, and upon arriving for the ceremony, there was not enough that the staff could do for both bridal parties.
For those that are trying to decide, we elected not do a first look. We missed the cocktail hour, but that certainly did not mean we missed the passed appetizers and drinks. The fantastic staff made sure that we had all the appetizers that we wanted (my personal favorite was the Tempura Shrimp) and I was never empty when it came to my drink.
At the reception, the ballroom is very functional. Making it easy to navigate around and go through wedding party introductions. The bar is separated from the dance floor/dining room, so people that wanted to have a conversation without music interruptions are able to do that. When our meals came, the quality standard did not vary from our tasting, which was very impressive (shout out to the chef) and all of our guests were impressed with their meal.
The venue itself was amazing and it made for the best day of our lives. The entire process, which we condensed to essentially 10 months of planning, was extremely smooth. As that is a testament to BHCC’s fantastic staff. Unfortunately, Blue Hill CC was purchased by another company and brought in their own team and Tricia is no longer a part of the BHCC family. We were upset to see her no longer there and were disappointed to learn that she was let go during our planning process, but we felt so strongly about her that we hired her on the side to coordinate the day of, as planned. Saying that, it was an awesome process and the venue is absolutely a place that you should be interested in having your wedding. -

Blue Hill Country Club was absolutely beautiful! Food was delicious, all the staff members were friendly, and the packages were very reasonable compared to other venues we looked at. We got married on 10/01/2021 and our friends and family are still talking about how awesome our wedding was. Everyone loved the food and said the service was excellent. We had our ceremony outside on the lawn and reception upstairs in the ballroom. Plenty of space for 150 guests/16 tables. They offered a generous veterans discount on our package as well.

I got married on 7.1.23 at blue hill country club. The service was great and staff was very nice. We had a big Italian wedding with many requests for small details and Arria, our coordinator, was great to work with. We needed special fire permits for our candles and she was extremely helpful in getting those approved.
The food was fantastic, our friends and family are still talking about how good everything was. If I had to make a single con; it was a bit overpriced for what we received. The venue forgot to provide coffee to all of our guests and coming from an Italian family… coffee is super important.
In terms of cost, we upgraded to have the filet mignon and as soon as we upgraded every single guest was up charged whether they had the filet or not.
This was a downside, but if you’re okay with an extra 6$ per guest then it’s not a huge deal.
Overall I’d say 8/10 for value & service. I’d hire them again for another event.Blue Hill Country Club's reply:
