Amazing venue and amazing staff

Blue Heron was our top choice and their price includes basically everything you need. It’s a worry free experience and everything was top tier. The food was amazing, the venue was stunning and Tara , Gia, Donna, and Geni go above and beyond.

Best wedding ever!

There are many things I'm grateful for now that our wedding over, and one of them is Tara and her team at Blue Heron Pines. From start to finish everything has been so easy and their communication is top tier. Donna, Gianna, Frankie, and Emily were so great during wedding day and they all made sure we had everything we could possibly need. We've received countless compliments on how gorgeous the venue is and good the food and drinks were. If I could relive the day over and over I would. Thank you BHP for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

Felt like a dream

Thanks to Blue Heron Pines's staff our day was absolutely perfect. From the beginning Sarah and Tara provided us with the upmost support through communication. Leading up to the wedding they helped make us feel at ease. Then our wedding day came and they had decorations, timing, and direction on how the day was going communicated to us perfectly. Could not have had a more beautiful day and we owe our biggest thanks to Blue Heron Pines!

The absolute most perfect venue & wedding 🤍

We are so beyond grateful for Tara, Sarah, Jeanine, and the rest of the team who made our wedding the most perfect day we could have asked for. They ensured the whole process was easy and stress-free, and that the day of ran seamlessly. We had the absolute best day and would not have changed a single thing. Blue Heron Pined was only the 2nd venue we looked at and we instantly knew it was right. We are so happy with our decision and the lifelong memories the team there created for us. Words will never be enough to describe how incredible Blue Heron Pines is. We knew the moment we toured this venue that it was perfect for us, but wow did they exceed any expectations we had. From the very beginning their communication with us was impeccable. Their efficiency, professionalism and flexibility were out of this world. Every single member of their team ensured that our day ran so smoothly. Jeanine, Tara and Sarah will forever hold a very special place in our hearts for all of the care and attention they gave to us to make sure that our day was perfect. They brought the vision of our wedding to life and our guests cannot stop raving about it. Their attention to detail was really amazing. Wedding night

The employees/ staff for event were amazing from start to finish! Our family were so pleased with how they helped the elders to and from their seats! They helped get dinner as well! They were constantly making sure bride and groom were okay & if everything was to our likings! They wanted nothing but for us to have a stress free experience and that is sure what they did! I would recommend blue heron pines to anyone looking to get married or hold an event!! 😊

The most perfect day

The team at the Blue Heron helped us have the most perfect wedding, better than we could have imagined. They are true professionals and the concierges kept everything flowing so smoothly. We were never without drinks in hand and they helped us remember every little detail. The staff is by your side all day, they take care of everything and they make sure you get to relax and have a good time. Our ceremony was in the “woods” location and it is such an adorable, romantic location tucked away in the trees making for a magical experience. What we loved about this venue as well is that the indoor ceremonies are equally as stunning in their gorgeous ballroom. It was renovated a couple months before our wedding and its even more stunning than it was before. We had the buffet and the food was DELICIOUS, and our guests are still talking about the dessert room. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day, we HIGHLY recommend you choose Blue Heron as your venue.

Perfect wedding day

Beautiful venue, delicious food, helpful staff! All our guests loved the wedding! The event coordinators were super flexible and easy to work with and really made our lives easier with decorating the venue! We were able to relax & enjoy every moment of our day!

This place was beautiful and just my style. Very tasteful down to little details.

One of my favorite things about my wedding experiences was having it at Blue Heron Pines. Place was absolutely beautiful. I kept getting compliments on how beautiful the place was from the cocktail hour set up outside on the patio to the serving trays used for cocktails, down to the silverware used. The girls helping helping set up my decorations for the wedding was amazing. A lot was done to help set up the day of and very accommodating. Loves this place, wish I could relive it.

Our Dream Wedding

Blue Heron is a beautiful venue and have a wonderful staff. Tara and Sarah were amazing to work with and helped us with anything we needed. The staff was remarkable and they were very attentive to detail to make sure everything was perfect. The food was amazing I was full which is definitely a goal at a wedding. Definitely a 10 out of 10 venue with beautiful scenery for photos, a fabulous staff and overall a wonderful experience.

Wonderful Experience

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Blue Heron Pines. Their service and professionalism went above and beyond and we could not be happier with how our day turned out, it was truly flawless. Excellent vendor 10/10 recommend

It was everything I could think of and more. Tara was fantastic!!! They the set everything up so beautifully. They paid attention to every detail and were on top of everything. Amazing and affordable!

We toured 3 different venues with Blue Heron being the last. As soon as we walked in, we looked at each other and knew this is where we wanted to get married. It had that rustic modern feel we wanted. The cocktail hour space and the reception space really made us fall in love with the venue.

Tara and Sarah were amazing during the process. I had so many questions as should any bride and they emailed me back so quick and made sure they answered every question I had. They were so nice and accommodating and made sure every piece of decor we brought was put in the best places to be shown off.

Leading up the final weeks I was getting a bit overwhelmed but our final call with Tara put my mind at ease instantly. I had a list of questions but as she was talking about how the day would go, she answered every single question I had.

The wedding day went so smooth and the guests had such a blast! They loved the food, especially the mac and cheese at cocktail hour!

I would definitely recommend Blue Heron Pines over and over again!!

6/23/23 Wedding at Blue Heron

My husband and I did a tour of Blue Heron two weeks after we got engaged and we absolutely knew as soon as we walked in that this is where we wanted to get married. Sarah and Tara were always there throughout the process to guide us and answer any questions we had. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect. They set up the venue with our decor and all of our visions came true. The service was amazing. Donna, our concierge, was so attentive and made our wedding day so smooth. Dream Venue

This venue checked all the boxes for me. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is extremely accommodating, and there is so much included for a reasonable price. The process from beginning to end was so smooth & easy. They are on top of everything and want to ensure your day is perfect. They answered every email promptly, listened to all my ideas when it came to decor and gave plenty of suggestions. I couldn't be happier with how everything came together. Thank you guys SO much!!

If I could give 100 stars I would!

I could not have asked for a more perfect day! Everyone told us to expect that at least one thing would go wrong, but Tara, Donna and the entire bridal team at Blue Heron Pines did such an amazing job it was impossible for anything to go wrong. The venue was gorgeous, and there were plenty of good places for us to get all our photos. The coordinators made sure our entire event was seamless from the moment we arrived until the final goodbyes. If I was thirsty, magically a drink appeared before me. Hungry? Here is food (and GOOD FOOD too!). I have never been more impressed with a whole operation than at Blue Heron Pines for our wedding. The woods ceremony venue was so picture perfect, too. Not a thing out of place, and the venue size was perfect for our 100 guests. Room to eat, dance, mingle, and most importantly, PARTY!

Amazing Reception Venue

I recently got married in late October. We had our reception in Blue Heron Pines. Let me say, I am beyond happy with the work that they did with this wedding. I worked with Sarah and she helped us with every aspect of the wedding and she was excellent in returning emails and answering questions. As for the day of the wedding, everyone raved to me about how beautiful the venue was. My husband and I loved the intimacy of the space but without feeling overcrowded and claustrophobic. The wedding packages they have really help relieve the pressure of finding every vendor. The chef, Jorge, and his team did a phenomenal job with all of the food. My guest could not stop talking about the mash potato bar and how hot the food was during the event. The guests were floored with the dessert room. They all felt like kids in a candy store. Donna, the day-of coordinator, and her team did an amazing job. As a bride, it's great to have people around you so you don't have to think during the day. The vendors that they recommended were amazing. I am so happy that I went with Blue Heron Pines.

Best Day Ever!!!

Having my Blue Heron Pines was an incredible experience that I wish I could relive over and over! The second I went to tour Blue Heron, I knew I had to have my wedding there. Planning a wedding is extremely stressful, but Tara and Sarah made the entire process easy. They are so nice and very responsive. They made all of my wedding anxiety disappear. All of my guests expressed it as being one of their best weddings ever and having an amazing time!! I hope to one day be invited as a guest to a wedding at Blue Heron!! Chef is unbelievably talented..All of the food was more than delicious. Donna our concierge was the absolute best and made sure my husband and I were taken care of the entire evening. I could go on and on!! I cannot thank everyone at Blue Heron enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

Amazing, Beautiful, & Delicious!

With this wonderful pandemic this world has gone through, Blue Heron was AMAZING! We had to postpone our day 3 times and each time they were so accommodating and helpful. We were supposed to get married 6/5/2020 (still had our ceremony at home) and had to eventually postpone it to 6/3/2020. It was the most amazing experience. Tara and Sarah were the best team! Tara answered all questions I had even when I'm sure I was annoying her 😂 the day of the wedding, Sarah was constantly there bringing us whatever we needed. She was absolutely AMAZING. The food was delicious, everyone is still talking about! And the dessert.... oh my gosh. Need I say more?! If we were to do this all over again, we would choose Blue Heron over and over! Thank you all so much for such an amazing experience. It was the best night of my life!

Bbove and beyond!!

First and foremost, I had no idea what I was getting into with planning a wedding. I was very open and honest I had not idea what I was doing. From the very beginning Sarah was amazing. She explained everything, answered all of my questions, and truly made our night magical. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure my night was perfect. Out bartender had an emergency and did not show up and Tara stepped in to tend the bar. Tara is another amazing woman that helped make my night perfect! If you are thinking of holding any event here, DO IT.

Everything I Could Have EVER Dreamed of

I got married at Blue Heron Pines about one week ago. The venue offered the perfect rustic vibe that I was looking for. Everything was absolutely perfect. We had to post-pone our wedding due to Covid. The staff was very attentive and both in the planning process and on the day of. Tara, Sarah, Christina, the chef, and everyone else that assisted with my wedding was amazing and easy to work with. They helped make everything run so smoothly. The food was amazing!!!! And the desert room was EVERYTHING!!!!

I cant recommend this venue enough. Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff was a genuine pleasure to work with. Tara and Sarah were so helpful and responsive from the time we toured all the way until the wedding. Nicole, our wedding day coordinator, made sure we had everything we needed and that we had nothing to worry about on the day. A Perfect Day

We had such a great experience at Blue Heron Pines. Although it rained, the indoor ceremony was beautiful. We received so many complements from our guests on how good the food was as well as how everything was beautiful. We highly recommend this venue! The price is extremely reasonable and well worth every penny.

Perfect Wedding!

Our night was simply amazing. Every want and need was fulfilled throughout our special day. Sarah was amazing during the entire day. She was constantly asking us if we needed anything. The food was amazing, and everyone complimented the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Of corse the venue was beautiful and our outdoor wooded ceremony was set up perfectly to complete our vision. Beautiful Venue for a Great Price

Was absolutely wonderful. Our maitre’d was Ali and she was superb. She was there for me every second and took care of me the whole day. Food coordinator was Ryan and he was so so helpful. The best part is you drop your deco off the day before and they do everything for you! So basically I just had to show up and get dressed. It was so so stress free. The grounds are gorgeous and I loved the outdoor ceremony space. And the bridal suite is so so nice!! Our guests raved about the dessert room. If I could recommend one thing if you’re getting married here, have a later ceremony. Ours was at 5, and there were some lingering golfers who weren’t exactly quiet.

Above and Beyond amazing!

Blue Heron Pines was an absolutely amazing venue! From Day 1 when my fiancé and I went in there to view the venue, we were treated as family! Chef even came out and gave us some of his delicious food to try!

Throughout our 16 month engagement both Tara and Sarah stayed in contact and were more than happy to help with anything and everything.

Our wedding was absolutely amazing and I couldn't of asked for a better venue, the food was phenomenal, the cake was delicious and staff kept everything moving in a timely manner. My husband and I were first to eat and they made sure we ate! Also during cocktail hour while we took pictures sara was right there wedding us appetizers and getting us drinks! Absolutely amazing venue and highly reccommend!

The perfect wedding venue!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Blue Heron Pines and the wedding staff there. BHP was the first venue we looked at and it was our last. We fell in love with it right away and booked our date. Tara and Sarah were very responsive to my emails and many questions throughout the planning process. The day went so smooth and everything was so organized. I received so many compliments on how great the food and service was at BHP. I would definitely recommend BHP over and over again. A hidden gem

I honestly thought Blue Heron Pines was too good to be true when I first started looking at venues. How could such a beautiful venue have such affordable and inclusive wedding packages? But they really do!! You won't be disappointed. Tara and Sarah were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. They somehow took all of my annoying emails and created the most beautiful day. I also can't say enough amazing things about Sarah on the day of our wedding. She was SO on top of everything and attentive. She was there to make sure we ate and she refilled our drinks and anything else we needed that day--she took care of it. My guests are still talking about the food options and the dessert room. Blue Heron made all of our dreams come true :)

December Wedding Perfection

My husband and I had the greatest experience with BHP. We booked BHP a little less than a year from our wedding date and we never once felt stressed with the timing of wedding payment due dates or the planning meetings. BHP was very accommodating and supportive for our outdoor ceremony--a warm 40 degree day :) They also did a great job arranging our decor based upon our vision and followed our decor directions seamlessly. Tara, Sarah, & Alli are perfect hosts!

Amazing service and attention to detail

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sarah and Tara and the rest of the staff. They were always extremely responsive for all of my emails and listened to each and every tiny detail of a request and made it happen!! I was blown away by the attention we received on the day of our wedding—they took care of our every want and need. I would recommend a wedding at blue heron over and over again!! You won’t be disappointed!!

WOW! We got married at Blue Heron Pines on September 2nd and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was there with us through the planning every step of the way. Tara was very responsive to all my emails, and sometimes was emailing me back at 9 or 10 at night. It shows that they go above and beyond to deliver great customer service. On the day of Sarah was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgable and kept us on schedule. She even gave us several plates of appetizers because we missed our cocktail hour taking pictures. When my bridesmaids and I got to the bridal suite, there was champagne and a cheese tray waiting for us, so sweet! The whole team listened to everything I said about where to put everything and the set up, and it honestly looked so much better than I could have imagined. My guests were raving about the decor and the food! Everything was delicious. The only critique I received was that the cocktail hour was a little hectic. Apparently there was only one bartender and no plates/forks out for guests. Other than that, everything was a dream!!!!!!!

We got married on site on 11/04/17 at Blue Heron Pines. We are still speechless about how amazing everyone made us feel. They helped us along the way with every little detail. Tara and Dana answered every email and helped with all the planning the whole way. We can't thank these two enough. On the day of our wedding, Victoria was AMAZING. She never let us go without food, drinks, or anything we needed the entire night. When we were getting our photos done, she had drinks and snacks incase we wanted something. She was so helpful and pleasant to be around!
If you want a beautiful and affordable wedding, then Blue Heron Pines is your place!!!

Tara and Dana were very helpful throughout the entire process. They always got back to us right away and answered all of our questions. The food was great and the portions were unbelievable. I would definitely recommend Blue Herons to take care of any event.

We had our wedding nov.2017, and it couldn't have gone better. The guests raved about the taco station and the dessert room, they couldn't believe how pretty and awesome it was. The fire pit outside was perfect for the weather and so enjoyable. Tara was beyond amazing, she answered emails and calls as fast as she could and answered all of our questions. She did everything possible to make it special, even special ordering certain wines. Once we were done with pictures outside, we were greeted with our signature drink to try. Victoria ** was awesome, she made sure we ate, and that there was food at our table. I would have our wedding here ten times over, and wish we could do it again. We will definitely be recommending and be back! They treat you less like clients and more like friends, definitely make you feel like your wedding is super important and personal. Our wedding experience was absolutely wonderful at Blue Heron Pines! From our very first visit, to our actual wedding day, the staff was nothing less than helpful and professional! Any and every question and concern we had was answered or dealt with, and the responses were always prompt! Tara was absolutely fabulous, and made the entire planning process so easy! Our Maitre'D, Victoria, was awesome and helped our big day go off without any issues! Our guests raved about the food and the gorgeous venue! My wedding was just recently at Blue Heron Pines Aug 11, 2017 and it was perfect! The staff is very good at what they do, they were very attentive to our bridal party needs and checked in with us throughout the night. I'm a very organized person and had all decorations listed and they followed directions perfectly and it all looked beautiful! The food was delicious and hot! I would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here! You won't be disappointed.

What a great company to deal with. No request was to hard for them to do and they made sure everything we needed was done before we asked. Tara, Ryan and the entire staff were professional and went out of their way to help in any way they could. The suggestions they gave help enhance the day and they always made sure the Bride & Groom were happy and had everything they needed. The room was beautiful and the service was great. The food was darn good too. Thank you for making our day so special.

I couldn't have been more happy with my choice of Blue Heron Pines for my wedding on 10/29. It was nothing short of AMAZING! I cannot say enough about Tara and staff at Blue Heron. Tara was always available to answer any and all questions and always responded promptly! They worked with me and helped me create the perfect wedding! From start to finish, it was more than I Could have ever asked for. The service was amazing, the food DELICIOUS and the drinks flowing all night! The venue is perfect for that rustic look! From the moment I walked into this venue I knew it was where I wanted to have our wedding. We had been to a few places but I never got that "feeling" like this is it, this is where I see myself getting married. When we were getting the tour there was a moment when I was standing where the reception was going to be held and that was when I had that moment. Tara and Kristen were there for me throughout every step of the way. They were both prompt and always put me at ease whenever I was worried about something or had a question. If you are wondering where to get married look no further because this is where fairy tale wedding dreams come to life. This was a fantastic place for our wedding on 9/23/16. The venue, staff, food and service was amazing!!! Tara coordinated our event and helped keep on pace for decisions and payments. She was readily available to answer questions via phone or email. Kristen was working our event also. She helped get the details ironed out leading up to our event. She was the maitre D during our wedding and her service was outstanding. She was there making sure we had anything we needed and kept us on point with our wedding timeline. Chef Jorge provided excellent food that was complimented by all of our guests. The entire experience was top notch from the venue itself, the professional staff, the service and food/beverage. We would highly recommend this venue for any wedding or event you are planing.

Ever since we visited Blue Heron Pines, we knew that was the perfect place for us. It's unique, elegant and just the perfect space. We were amazed us by the variety and the value of the packages they offer. We had a Friday wedding and chose the Sapphire package. You can't go wrong with a sit down dinner. The cake is a nice add on with this package and also the amazing dessert room!! My guests were delighted and loved it! The food was delicious. The chef was a pleasure to work with during the food tasting - thank you, Chef George! Tara Horton is the event planner - she is great to work with and a great professional! Our MatreD' - Kristin was my right hand during the wedding night. She made sure we had food and drinks, kept us on schedule. We can't say enough for all the team - thank you, Tara, Kristin, chef George and all BHP employees. You guys worked so hard and our wedding was a dream came true!

BHP and everyone that worked there was also super friendly and helpful with the whole process. Tara was my main point of communication and was always responsive to emails and questions. We used a lot of their preferred vendors, which made it easy, but otherwise didn't use a lot of their resources. The rehearsal the day before was helpful and they were very patient as I was an anxious bride. On the day of, I was able to relax and focus on me and the room looked great. Tara was very helpful and took care of big to little things, from decorations to pinning boutonnieres. People commented that the food was good, the lighting was great, and the ceremony was beautiful. My husband and I loved that it's all one level without stairs, everything is right there, and we had the whole place pretty much to ourselves.

A few logistical notes:
- the brick floor outside by the pergola means that 90% of their ceremonies don't use a mic.
- the bridal suite is downstairs, and there's not always reception down there depending on your provider, so it's helpful to have someone who is able to relay messages!
- the catering staff was super flexible with our cocktail choices, and even made a custom one for us - THANK YOU!
- they had people checking up on my husband and me intermittently to make sure we were fed and watered!

TL;DR: They are great. Food = good, service = great, location = lovely. You won't regret it!

This venue is gorgeous! Tara did an excellent job creating our dream wedding reception. Our centerpieces required assembly and they did it perfectly! The food was amazing and the deserts, so yummy! We got the package with the wedding cake included and the vendor they use were perfect (Simply Sweet Cupcakes). Everybody really enjoyed themselves and we certainly have no complaints!

Amazing venue! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Tara was amazing to work with. She is very fast at responding and anything we threw at her, they accommoded. This venue and the people who work there are so wonderful. If I had to plan my wedding all over, I absolutely would choose Blue Heron Pines again. The service, scenery, and food that this venue provides is fantastic, especially at the prices they charge. BHP is SO affordable, and it's unbelievable that you get what you do for what you pay. Everyone we spoke to (especially Tara and Mollie) were so delightful and may have been more excited for our wedding than we were! Tara helped so much with planning and organizing everything before the wedding. On the day of, Mollie was on the ball and quickly got us anything we needed and kept us on our timeline. The food was outstanding, and the only issue we had with anything regarding this venue was overcooked steak, which was essentially a non-issue. The sweet room was so fun and made our wedding even more memorable! Overall, BHP is a such wonderful venue and I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for a venue at any budget.

We had our wedding at Blue Heron Pines and from the second we walked in last year to book the wedding, we knew we were making the right decision. Tara and Mollie were such a tremendous help to us over the last year, helping us with getting all of our details together to answering what seemed like my unending questions, all with a smile! During the rehearsal, we got all of our last minute details together and they made our wedding day go smoothly. Erin, our Maitre D, was incredible, as well as Tara and Mollie, who were all there and helped to make our day so wonderful. My wedding party got ready the day of and they were always checking in, making sure we were okay, and didn't have one problem with us sneaking up to see how the room was coming along throughout the day! All and all, it was an absolutely beautiful reception, the food was incredible, the service was wonderful, and we have had non stop compliments on how our day went. Thank you so much to everyone and Blue Heron for making our day so memorable! We loved every second of it!

Blue Heron was the perfect location for our wedding. Tara, Alyssa, and the staff were very helpful throughout our reception. From start to finish, Blue Heron Pines went above and beyond to make my wedding the BEST night of my life. My review here today cannot express my gratitude enough. Blue Heron Pines greatly exceeded all of my expectations, and I honestly could not have asked for a better venue or a better night. The entire Blue Heron Pines staff, ESPECIALLY event coordinator, Tara Debski, worked so hard to ensure that our wedding night was perfect. The food was absolutely incredible, and I especially loved how we could choose the meals that we wanted for both the cocktail hour and the dinner. The entire venue is absolutely beautiful and scenic. The inside is new and remodeled with large windows and glass doors to allow plenty of sunlight and an absolutely incredible patio. We had cocktail hour on the patio overlooking the golf course with the sunset in the background. Our guests were then seated inside for the dinner. The dining room was beautiful and the dance floor was the perfect size for all of our guests. The staff was so incredibly attentive the entire wedding night to ensure that we were happy, satisfied, and that all of our wants and needs were met. As I had said before from the start of the process until the very end, Blue Heron Pines went above and beyond. We had the best night of our lives, and I honestly cannot thank Blue Heron Pines enough!

Tara was my wedding coordinator. She did a fantastic job with helping plan my big day. From the food to the dessert room to the employees at Blue Heron, this place was amazing! We loved our wedding at Blue Heron Pines! It was perfect for us, and the woman who worked with us, Tara, was one of the most down to earth, kind, professional people we had the pleasure of meeting during our search for and months up to our big day. Everyone I know has told me how much fun they had at our wedding, how beautiful the setting for our ceremony was, how great the food tasted, and how perfect everything was for my husband and I. There is so much opportunity to make this venue your own. What really sold me on it was the high ceilings with the beams across. We hung stars and draped garland from them. There were so many ideas we had in working with this space! Plus, everyone was so accommodating leading up to and on the big day. I kept telling everyone how nice they were and they were like, "it's your wedding day! of course!" The service was truly exceptional. If I could get married again (not planning to!) I would do it here again. Fun fact: we stayed in AC before & after which was GREAT for photos (we did a first look before the ceremony) and fun. Another fun fact: our ceremony started late because our limo driver took forever to pick me and my bridesmaids up-- Blue Heron was SO NICE about this, moving both our ceremony and reception back a half hour to ease my absolute panic. Amazing.

When my wife and I went looking for a venue, we had numerous places in mind. We had decided to spend the day looking at various venues. When we walked in to Ron Jaworski's Blue Heron Pines we decided to stop looking. The atmosphere of the room was what we had envisioned for our special day. Tara Debski, the Banquet Manager, was spectacular. We wanted some things to be a little different than the norm. She was accommodating right from the very start. We felt comfortable leaving all the small details to Tara, Jessica and Amy. They hit every detail better than we could have imagined. Our guests loved the venue and raved about the food. Definitely a day we will always remember!

We just had our wedding last weekend and it was everything we hoped! Tara, the Wedding Coordinator is awesome! She was in touch with us throughout our year of planning right up until the wedding was over. Blue Heron Pines staff is amazing every one was very polite and attentive to us and our guests. We looked at quite a few venues, but the day we saw Blue Heron Pines and met with Tara we new we had to book our wedding there. This is the ultimate Wedding Venue they have packages for every budget and they offer so much from food and liquor to ceremony and reception options (indoor/out).

Everyone at blue Heron Pines was absolutely wonderful, especially Tara! The venue is beautiful and the food was great. We could not be happier that we selected Blue Heron Pines to have our wedding. I would recommend if to anyone.

Blue Heron Pines and their staff were amazing on our wedding day! Our wedding was a special case with it being family style and long rectangular tables. The staff and chef were excited from our very first meeting to accommodate us and our unusual style. The venue is beautiful & they were so helpful with everything and we didn't even have to lift a finger for anything at all.
My friends and family have been telling me it was the wedding of the decade and how beautiful everything was and how great the staff was as well. I have already recommended Blue Heron Pines to many friends of mine!
Tara, Jessica and Abby were amazing! I wish I could do my wedding there all over again! Thank you all again so much!

If you are a bride in the Jersey Shore/Philadelphia/South Jersey area, let me save you some time and tell you to just go directly to Blue Heron Pines to book your wedding. Looking elsewhere is just a waste of time as you will soon realize that Blue Heron Pines is by far the very best choice.

Tara and everyone at Blue Heron Pines were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process! Our wedding was stress free and absolutely beautiful!
Not only does Blue Heron Pines have beautiful grounds and facilities, but their packages are unbeatable. They truly go above and beyond in making sure you have everything you need without nickel and diming you for necessary add-ons. They offer something for every bride, including complete packages of everything you need for the extremely budget conscious bride, as well as incredible over the top additions as very reasonable pricing. And no matter what package you pick for your special day, Blue Heron Pines will still exceed your expectations with every little detail.

Our reception really was flawless at Blue Heron Pines, and they truly went above and beyond for our wedding day. Absolutely great to work with! Tara is phenomenal! The food is exceptional (from what I tasted, and I've had many many people tell me as well)! Good job George (He's the cook)! I could not have asked for more pleasant helpful staff for my wedding day. Everything is perfect! The room is gorgeous, and the patio area is perfect for the cocktail hour. They were willing to help and do anything we needed. I would recommend them to anyone. They are willing to work on a budget, and help you make the most of your money. Everything about it was spectacular!

Blue Heron was everything I wanted for my wedding. Tara is amazing to work with. She will make sure everything if perfect you. The food was amazing! If I could do it all again I would still pick Blue Heron.

They were extremely flexible with our head count and our set up. All of our questions were answered promptly, and we didn't have any worries on the day of. Everything was taken care of and we were able to just party and have a good time.

Our wedding day was beyond perfect! The venue is beautiful, it has character and charm that you don't find anywhere else and stunning views all around. The food was excellent and the head chef Jorge is wonderful. He really went above and beyond to personalize our experience and our family and friends are still talking about how delicious the food was. The staff was amazing, they worked with us every step of the way to make sure our day was perfect, especially Tara, the wedding coordinator. Our family and friends have all said that it was the best wedding they have been to hands down and no other place compares. We also met the Jaworski's and they are such friendly people who really care about their customers. My husband and I will be doing all our future events at Blue Heron Pines and we recommend it to everyone we know for every event!!

We had the BEST time! Our wedding was perfect, the ceremony on the first tee was gorgeous, the room was elegant, staff super accommodating and the food was out of this world. Hands down the best place in SJ for a wedding. After visiting 10+ venues, I immediately chose Blue Heron. The room is absolutely gorgeous with the exposed beams in the ceilings and lighted vines wrapped around them. The room is a bit of an odd shape, but it worked perfectly for our 100 guest wedding. The food is OUTSTANDING. Every meal was cooked perfectly and all my guests raved about it. The level of service was also outstanding. Will is an incrediable manager who was willing to work with us to customize every aspect of the day. Everything was organized, clean and just perfect. Our planner Diane was also awesome. I gave her free reign to set up our room using her best judgements. I guess I'm a trusting bride, but it was great and exactly what I would have done. The grounds are also wonderful. We took a ride (so much fun) out on the course for photos and they turned out beautiful. We got to use the side room as a "hide" which was great to stash our stuff in and get away if needed. I highley recommend Will and the entire staff of Blue Heron Pines for your big day. You will not be disappointed!

We looked at 10 AC area reception venues, including country clubs, restaurants, and banquet halls, before deciding on Blue Heron Pines, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The decision was based on the reasonable rates and beautiful banquet space, but Blue Heron Pines also came through with excellent food and service.

Actually, our first visit to Blue Heron Pines nearly turned negative. The manager with whom we had our appointment called out sick. But general manager Will Arabea quickly put aside what he was doing and met with us instead, making the meeting a positive one. The experience told us that the staff there would be willing to go the extra step if things didn't go quite as planned.

Will continued to be our primary contact, guiding us through the planning process and assisting with a multitude of details. We can't say enough about his friendly attitude, attention to detail, and availability to help. From our initial tour to our wedding day, he was there to answer questions and offer suggestions. He went out of his way to help us, and I'll never forget how he made our 2-yr-old flower girl smile for the photographer!

In the end, the proof was in our guests' rave reviews. The open bars were flowing, all the food on the buffet was complimented, and cake/clean-up was done in a timely fashion. Everyone had a great time.

Blue Heron Pines offered a side-bar area with TVs for our after-reception party. The club's excellent staff hung with us until the last guest was ready to go.

After shopping around, we would recommend Blue Heron Pines for its excellent value. But after our wedding reception, we would also recommend it for the amazing food, service, and a great time!

Both Tara & Dana were extremely helpful making our special day a reality! Ali was phenomenal during the day of the ceremony and set the venue way better than what we could have asked for. The Blue Heron Pines was an excellent venue and the staff added in an extra value that could not be matched!!

Sarah and Tara were very helpful during the planning process. it was so amazing to see our vision come to life after 2 years of planning. BHP went above and beyond in setting up the decor exactly how we wanted it. service was great, all the guests raved about the food. we had an amazing day.

After searching and searching, one look at blue heron and it knew it was it!!!! Tara has been so helpful and has allowed us to look around a few times on our own! The price is unbeatable and the room and location is simply beautiful!!

My husband and I visited many venues by the Jersey Shore and Blue Heron Pines caught our eye right away. The reception hall was beautiful and have many positive details that were perfect. It had high wooden ceiling with rustic chandlers, which went great with my rustic beach theme. A huge bar in both the cocktail hour room to the reception room. An outdoor area with a fireplace and rocking chairs.

Tara helped out with any questions we had. She was so nice and understanding! We lived two hours away from the venue so we stayed in contact through email and phone. Our maitre'd was very helpful on our wedding night. She served us our buffet food and served us drinks instead of us getting up and doing it ourselves.

There were two minor details that didn't go as I asked. 1) I asked for ivory and sage green linen which they had but forgot to us. They gave me a taupe color instead of the sage green. 2) My husband and I bought the "smores bar" for an extra 5 dollars per person and I asked for it to be out from cocktail hour to the end so people who go outside to smoke have something to do. They ended up putting it out during dessert. Many people didn't even end up using it.

Blue Heron Pines is a beautiful venue and was right in our budget! My husband was sold the moment we walked around and started talking to Tara. The food was great and the entree portions are so large! We still have people that keep telling us about how happy they were with their dinner! The package we had gave us the dessert room which was top notch! We also had a premium open bar but there were some liquors that were not included and we did not find this out until guests were already going to the Tavern to order their drinks of choice. There were times during planning that it was difficult to get a clear answer of what my husband or I were looking for but in the end it was a great wedding and our guests had a great time!

Blue Heron Pines was the perfect place to have my wedding. The venue was absolutely beautiful. No offense but it was not "cheesy" with neon lighting and outdated carpets, which is something I have seen in other weddings and really wanted to avoid. BHP was classy and contemporary. I loved the wooden rafters over the dance floor and the golf course outside was gorgeous. I loved that there were lots of floor length windows, which let in a lot of sunlight and made the atmosphere feel clean and fresh.
Tara is the main wedding coordinator at BHP and she was great. The only reason I gave 3 stars on responsiveness is because sometimes I waited a few days to hear back from her, but I know that she is really busy. However, I was pretty stressed about planning the wedding, and a 2 day response felt like a lifetime. She was very friendly and all the girls who work with her are friendly too. They helped my fiancee/husband and I pick out everything for our wedding and put everything together for us the day of the wedding. All I had to do was go in the bridal suite and relax, and the wedding was totally ready. They listened to all my concerns and wrote everything down so it went exactly as I planned.
In addition, the value is GREAT. I looked at some other venues, and some of them cost twice as much, without offering as much! I feel like the pricing for BHP was a steal, seeing as how perfectly the wedding turned out. I feel like I got an amazing price and didn't sacrifice anything for that. Also, the food was amazing, and BHP hooks you up with a cake vendor, so I didn't have to search around for that.

I felt rushed during my food tasting, and final details meeting, after I drove 45 minutes to get there. Both occasions,, especially during my final details meeting, I was not given the full amount of information that I wished for because the individual who was in charge of both the food tasting and final meeting was going so fast. It was a bit of a disappointment as it was a part of my wedding journey and both occasions could have been great and memorable. Those two experiences were my only negative encounters. The weeks leading up to the wedding, and the day of were wonderful. The venue is beautiful, food is great and caters to nutritional and allergy needs. Tara and the girl who was in charge of making sure everything went well that day with me personally were absolutely wonderful! All staff I happened to run into, even the chef were all very friendly and eager to help.

They did not cut or serve my sheetcake or offer the italian rum birthday cake we had for my father, so my guests all got little slivers of the cutting cake and a $100 sheet cake is now in my aunt's freezer waiting for my gran's 90th Birthday. There were some "misplaced" cards/gifts and the top of my cake was put out too early as they hurried to close up and it partially melted. The General manager, Will, is extremely competent, responsive and flexible. However, his two female assistants leave a lot to be desired. The bartender failed to flag an extremely drunk guest, who I ended up having to ask to leave.

Nice Venue But Lack Of Representation

My husband and I decided to have our wedding at Blue Heron Pines Golf Club after doing a venue tour. They fit within our budget, offered a lot of services, and were in an ideal location. On our wedding day the staff was very accommodating and worked hard to keep our guest happy. Our only problem is that Black and Brown people are not adequately represented at this location. There is a predominately white staff and all white images shown in the venue. We even spoke to a staff member regarding our concern with this. Otherwise, Blue Heron Pines is a nice place to get married.
