Jennifer and Blue Flamingo Weddings Are The Best!

Jennifer officiated our wedding and she was awesome. She got together with us to discuss and nail down our ceremony exactly as we wanted it. She took the time to get to know us so that she would know us and tailor our ceremony to our unique personalities! She was professional and responsive and we highly recommend her to anyone getting married.

Excellent. Jenifer created exactly what we envisioned for our beach ceremony. As we live out of state all of our planning was done via email and telephone. Jenifer’s prompt communication and attention to detail made the entire process a joy! She captured the spirit of our wedding so well our guests thought she had known us for years. We are so grateful for her talents and the wonderful day she created for us.

Jenifer is like the highly experienced guide you have on a whitewater rafting trip. She knows where all the rocks and dangerous waters are. She managed all our vendors to make sure they were on task, on time, and communicating with each other effectively. She kept everything on time in the planning stages and it paid off on the day of the ceremony and reception. She allowed us to be able to relax and enjoy our day while she monitored all the details. Jenifer was invaluable in helping make our special day go without a hitch--it was just perfect. Thank you again, Jenifer.

If your looking for a wedding planner, look no further. Jenifer Gay of Blue Flamingo weddings was as warm and caring as they come. Her attention to detail is truly amazing. I felt that the day be perfect and run smoothly was as important to her as it was to our family. She went above and beyond the call of duty...even personally delivering our flowers on the wedding day. Jenifer was in short fantastic, I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone. She worked around our hectic schedule. Her attention to detail was incredible, she thought of details we never would have, and as a result everything went a lot smoother than it should have. The ceremony she wrote was a perfect fit for us we got a lot of compliments from our guests on the ceremony. We also had a few delays from our wedding party and she was able to make up time and keep everything going according to plan. I really wish we would have used her as our wedding planner since she did such a fantastic job as a day of coordinator and officiant.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! There were a lot of details I had never thought of or was unclear on how to execute and she made sure that everything went smoothly. She was beyond patient in our trial. The ceremony that she put together was perfect for us. I couldn’t have chose anyone better to marry us. Jenifer Gay was amazing at my November 4 wedding at the Longboat Key Club. She was very helpfull of explaining our options with our wedding ceremony. I loved my wedding ceremony and Jenifer Gay voice was very clear and she had a voice of an angel. She was wonderful and I would definitely pick her as my wedding ceremony afficient. Jennife Gay was our officiant on 4/22/17 and we highly recommend her! She was very flexible with including our handfasting ceremony to the ring ceremony. She gave us a ton of guidance on how the ceremony would go, which was much needed. It was perfect and we felt so comfortable with her. She helped make that day the best day ever.

Jenifer was a godsend. She was recommended to us by our venue as "the best money we will spend on our wedding;" it's the truth! We hired Jen as our wedding officiant and day-of wedding planner. She went above and beyond in her duties. Hurricane Irma threw everyone for a loop one month before our wedding. Total panic on my end but Jen was so flexible with meeting and the communication was constant. She was patient, understanding, and most of all reassuring when I was a mess. She put together an extremely thorough timeline for our wedding day and distributed copies to everyone at the rehearsal. She was in contact with our other vendors to finalize details and make sure everyone knew when and where they needed to be. If it was not for her, we wouldn't have known our photographer was no longer available on our wedding day, with only 11 days to spare! She only involved me when I needed to be involved, to ensure the wedding experience was enjoyable with little to no stress. Her years of experience in wedding planning cover everything from A-Z twice. She does not miss a beat and planned for every different situation that could've happened on our wedding day. Her constant composure put me at ease. As for our ceremony, she put together the sweetest words to describe our love for each other and bless our marriage. What put her apart from other officiants is she became involved in our lives and made our ceremony personal. Jen and her husband, Ed, made a great team on our wedding day and we will forever be thankful for their services. If you want to be a bride with no worries on your special day, Jen is who you want by your side.

After hiring and terminating another wedding planner who failed to provide any assistance with planning our wedding, Jenifer was referred to us by our caterer. We hired her for the lmonth of coordination for our wedding and she did a phenomenal job. From the initial phone call up to the day of our wedding she provided us the names of the remaining vendors needed for our event and her recommendations were fantastic. Jenifer also gave us some great ideas and tips which we never even thought about. Her and her assistant Jake cane in the day of the wedding and handled everything for us so that we could relax and enjoy the our special day. We have absolutely no reservations in recommending Jenifer for any type of event and cannot day enough how grateful we are to her for everything! She is professional, pays attention to every details and is just overall one amazing lady!

Jenifer delivered the perfect intimate ceremony my wife and I wanted. From the beginning she understood our requirements and provided options for us. She provided guidance for us to work on our vows and asked the right questions to prepare the ceremony. She wrote a lovely ceremony.

Jenifer also recommended a photographer who took awesome pictures during and after the ceremony.

We are already looking forward to work with Jenifer for our vows renewal.

Working with Jenifer was fantastic. Her knowledge of vendors and her opion value add was a massive help. A wedding is a one time thing and her experience really helps thought the entire process. Jenifer was always super quick to answer any question or send options to consider. Not only is she a great resources, but she is super nice and professional to work with. She truly does go above and beyond to make sure your day is exactly how you wanted it. I highly recommend using her for any size wedding/ any wedding coordination needs. Jenifer was an amazing officiant. She gave us options to create our ceremony as we wanted, and was very flexible and understanding that we didn't want any religious components in our ceremony. She was responsive to emails, prompt, and did a fantastic job. She guided us through the whole ceremony creation process. We received compliments on how good she was at having the ceremony flow and doing the readings. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

I definitely had some issues with the venue coordinator (words cannot express how much I dislike that man) but Jennifer was able to smooth things over so that our special day was nothing less than special. Jenifer was absolutely amazing! At first my fiancé did not want to hire a planner at all, but at the end everyone was singing Jenifer's praises. She was so organized and attentive! It was incredibly helpful that she would offer three suggestions for each vendor based on their price, so I knew the pros and cons to going with each and the price difference. Jenifer at Blue Flamingo weddings was one of the best choices we made when it came to our wedding day. She worked with our budget and gave us the best services possible. She wrote our ceremony and happily customized it to exactly what we wanted. She was in contact with us throughout the months of planning offering advice and recommendations for other vendors (some of which we ended up using and LOVED!). She did all of our "day of" setup and break down, placing decorations beautifully (at two different locations!) and even loaded our vehicles for us after the reception. She met with us the day before for our rehearsal ceremony to walk us through the whole process and the wedding ceremony went very smoothly. Even when my nerves had me goofing up, she was there to discretely keep me on track. She was professional and eloquent during all of our time with her. Our ceremony went perfectly! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner, coordinator, and/or officiant. Thank you so much, Jenifer, for being a huge part of making our day perfect! We are so happy with our decision in working with Blue Flamingo Weddings!

Jenifer is amazingly kind and helpful. She was very quick to respond to all my emails and was even willing to suggest photographers to us when we were still looking. The speech she wrote for the ceremony was exactly what we wanted. At the ceremony, she delivered the speech beautifully and was very professional even when things didn't go exactly as planned (someone left the rings in the car so we used my brother and sister-in-law's as back ups). She is a wonderful officiant. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We would definitely recommend Jenifer to other couples! She was always fast to respond, gave us plenty of options to help us customize our ceremony, and worked with our different wants and needs. We got many compliments about how beautiful the ceremony was! We chose Jenifer to be our officiant for our FL destination wedding, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Initially, we were unsure how the planning/writing phase would go with someone we randomly chose off the internet and would be unable to meet in person, but our fears were quickly put to rest once we started talking to Jenifer. Her questionnaire process was extremely well-designed and intuitive, her communication was friendly and thorough, and most importantly, she crafted an absolutely beautiful customized ceremony which was delivered promptly via email so we could tinker with anything that we liked (we didn’t need to). Our wedding required a ferry and quite a bit of planning to reach the venue, but she navigated that process easily and showed up right on-time. I was too emotional/nauseated to remember much of the actual service, but all of our guests assured me that it was delivered beautifully and we received countless compliments on the wording. Most importantly, my partner enthusiastically shared these sentiments.

I can’t imagine a better experience overall and can’t think of any meaningful improvements that she could make to her craft. I have no doubt that hiring Jenifer to be your officiant would be the best choice for anyone planning to get married in the area, just like it was for our wedding.

A terrific guide and counsel to our beautiful wedding.

There is not enough space to share the words of our delight with the extra-ordinary service Jenifer provided.

She was open to our suggestions and structured enough to guide us into a wonderful wedding ceremony. With great care, patience and loads of experience, Jenifer guided us through the planning and perfect ceremony. Her list of experts to help us pull all of the little pieces together (hair, cake, flowers, location, etc) show her tremendous talent.

Jenifer is caring, compassionate, organized and responsive.

Where do I begin!? Jen was extremely thoughtful, sweet and patient with us. Everyone was so impressed with her ceremony and could not stop talking about how beautiful her words were. Not because it was our wedding but honestly, Jennifer performed the MOST amazing ceremony I have ever heard. It was perfect!! Romantic, sweet and full of love. Jen is a true professional, we had an unexpected arctic blast come through our outdoor wedding- It had to have been 40 degrees with winds of 20 mph. The windchill definitely made the ceremony uncomfortable but Jen acted as if nothing was wrong. Pun for fun- "she kept her cool" easing our nerves and making the event beautiful and memorable. Could not have dreamed of a better officiant! Thank you Jen <3

Jenifer was my wedding coordinator and officiant.She is great at what she does, and she will listen to every idea that you have and offer suggestions when needed. She was very thorough and detailed. She reminded me of things that I never would have thought of, such as weighing down reserved seating signs in case it was windy so they did not blow away. She always responded very quick to any email, text, or phone call no matter how silly the question was.

Our ceremony was beautiful, she provides a list of suggestions for the ceremony wording and then allows you to change anything you want to change and will work with you until you have the ceremony wording exactly how you want it. During the reception she did a wonderful job of keeping us on track for time, even though our wedding started late, we still got to do everything that I wanted to do during the reception. After the wedding she took our marriage license with her, and sent it out the Monday after the wedding, so we did not have to worry about it. My only regret with Jenifer is that I did not find her sooner!

Jenifer is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I had 3 weeks to plan. Jenifer had no issue with the short notice and happily accepted. She was so organized and helpful when it came to the ceremony. I had a tough time choosing a wedding officiant. I wanted a small wedding that would be stress free and meaningful. It was really important to me that I feel comfortable with the person marrying us, and it seemed so arbitrary to just choose someone I didn't really know. I talked with quite a few officiants before I chose Jenifer, and I went with Jenifer because she was sincerely enthusiastic for us, she sounded friendly, she was flexible, and she wanted to make our wedding day exactly how we wanted it to be. I have absolutely no regrets with my decision. Jenifer was sweet and caring, enthusiastic and well spoken, easy to contact, easy to talk to, and the ceremony she wrote was (in the words of my mother) breathtakingly beautiful. If you have any doubts about who to officiate your wedding, go with Jenifer. I promise that you will not regret it.

Jenifer was an absolute professional from day one! She kept in touch via phone, email, and text message throughout our planning process, on the day, and afterwards.

For our ceremony, Jenifer provided a detailed questionnaire for us to complete and from our answers tailored every part of our ceremony to meet our needs, offering unlimited edits until we were totally happy with the text. In the end, we only needed a single edit, her words were perfection. She wrote an absolutely beautiful and very personal ceremony for us, as if she was an old friend returning to officiate our big day.

On the day, Jenifer arrived exactly as planned, on time, and even dressed to coordinate with our bridal party. We couldn't imagine a better person to have married us, and recommend her most highly. We received our marriage certificate in the mail this weekend, and she was one of the first people we thought to message to celebrate it's arrival!

Jennifer was absolutely wonderful! She gave us all kinds of ideas, and took some of ours to combine them into a beautiful ceremony that everyone enjoyed. She answered all of our questions gave us great ideas and came up with a unique idea to incorporate a military tribute specific to the Coast Guard. She made quite a few additions and changes. She recommended a hair stylist and photograper that we used as,well. Definitely use Jennifer and you wo t be disappointed!

We could not have been happier with everything Jennifer did for us. We had a somewhat non-traditional ceremony, and we wanted it to be brief and sweet. Our sisters were the only others in attendance and Jennifer made us all feel comfortable and close within a few minutes. My wife and I did a destination wedding in Florida. We had no idea who to use for any of our vendors. After a short search and a couple of emails sent, Jenifer responded and said she would be happy to be our wedding officiant. She also referred us to the photographer and DJ that we used.
We couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding! The ceremony was perfect! Jenifer worked closely with us to make our ceremony personal and truly special.

My fiance and I spent a lot of time doing research on officiant's for our wedding. We were a little nervous because we come from different faiths and we weren't sure the best way to structure our ceremony. We knew that the person leading our ceremony had to understand our vision and connect with us. We found that and much more in our officiant Jenifer Stackpole with "A perfect wedding day ceremonies". We reached out to her online and she responded right away. She was able to answer all our questions and had many great suggestions that made our planning much easier and less stressful. She spoke to us on the phone and we were able to watch a video of a ceremony she had done. We knew right away we were going to choose her as our officiant and we are so happy we did! Jenifer was so organized that it took so much anxiety away from us. She came to our rehearsal and ran through everything so we all knew what do do the next day. My husband and I called Jennifer Stackpole literally less than a week before we were married. With him being in the army, we didn't have much time to put anything together. Jenifer did a wonderful job helping us plan the perfect ceremony for us. We initially found her online, and she was able to re-arrange her schedule to meet us while we were in-transit on our way down to Sanibel for a wedding planning weekend. She did a great job of helping us plan the ceremony by providing some example ceremony wording, timelines, etc. We were able to combine much of what she had with some verbiage we found that was special to us and create a ceremony that got quite a few compliments from our guests! Ironically, mother nature decided to storm like crazy the day of our wedding, and Jenifer did a great job at adjusting the ceremony on the fly to keep us from getting poured-on by the impending thunderstorm!

Jenifer is a lot of fun to work with, and we're glad we were able to use her services for our Sanibel wedding!

Jenifer performed our ceremony yesterday, and we were so delighted with her services that we feel compelled to write a review right away.

We hired Jenifer a mere three weeks before our wedding, after our initial plans fell through at the last minute. She responded immediately to our emails requesting information about her availability and rates (which proved very reasonable). The tone of her email instantly convinced us that she would be the right person for us--it was warm, personable, and conveyed a genuine desire to make our life simpler and put together the best ceremony possible. She also generously offered to put us in touch with a photographer (we didn't need one, but encourage anybody to trust her judgment).

My wife and I had some fairly specific desires, which Jenifer fulfilled. She also drew our attention to possibilities we hadn't thought of that we decided to incorporate into the ceremony. She worked closely with us until we reached vows that reflected our personalities and beliefs.

On the day of the wedding, Jenifer's elegance, warmth, and smiley demeanor made for a wonderful ceremony, which all of our friends and family praised. Not only were the vows beautifully written -- they were read with grace and delightful elocution. We are so happy that we chose to hire Jenifer and would recommend that anybody looking for an officiant hire her without hesitation.

From the first phone call with Jennifer she was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. She went out of her way recommending venues she knew were within our vision to get married, so we wouldn't have to spend our time checking out places that wouldn't meet our desires. She gave great feedback to questions and presented me with info and options to choose from. The day of the ceremony was terrible weather and she was a trooper and did the ceremony so professionally. Having her provide the chairs was so helpful. I'm so grateful for her help and professionalism.
