Brandy and her team did a wonderful job fir my daughters wedding September 17, 2022!! I feel so lucky we found them in Brides of Oklahoma and that they were available for our wedding! Brandy was so organized and helped me to just enjoy the wedding and not WORRY! The day of wedding was perfect and any mishaps were all taken care of by Bluechalk!! Our wedding had over 200 guests, a venue not easy to deal with, countless vendors, and Brandy and her team handled it all! Thanks to them our wedding was stress free and more than anything the best night EVER!! -

We didn't even know what we didn't even know. Originally, the one thing we thought we didn't really need was a wedding planner but boy, were we wrong. Without a doubt, it is the one thing that makes the whole event. Blue Chalk Events went above and beyond to make sure every detail we could dream up, we could have. Their organizational skills are top notch. They were mindful of our budget and always offered advice without leading you a certain way. They do an excellent job of getting to know and actually listening to the bride and groom and focusing on what THEY want. It is great to have such a competent team in place to help you at a time when the choices sometimes seem overwhelming. Experience make a huge difference and BCE has plenty of experience. Every vendor we talked to said, oh you have BCE, you are in good hands. They were right, the day went off without any major hiccups and the bride, groom and their families were able to actually enjoy the day without the stress and worry of executing all the little details. It was a perfect day and Blue Chalk Events was a HUGE part of the perfect. You will not regret hiring Brandy and her team.

Oh my goodness where do I even begin?? Brandy is the absolute BEST person I have ever met! Going into the wedding process you don't realize how much you need a coordinator, but I promise that you NEED one! You don't realize how much work goes into planning a wedding & Brandy was there every step of the way. She was available for any & all of my questions! Brandy is one of the sweetest souls and makes the wedding planning process so much easier! She is so organized and takes away all of the stress surrounding planning! My husband & I absolutely adore Brandy & couldn't of imagined our wedding day without her!
Mikayla is the other member of Blue Chalk's team & even though I didn't meet her until the rehearsal day she is AMAZING! She worked her booty off for us and was so much fun to work with. She helped make everything on the day of the wedding run so smoothly!
Overall, if you're thinking about using Blue Chalk, DO IT! I have nothing but good things to say about these sweet ladies! :) -

OH MY STARS! I could go on and on about how much I love this amazing vendor and sweet friend of mine. She truly brought my vision to life for my anniversary party of being in business for one year. Every detail was crafted and cultivated with so much precision that I could’ve never done on my own. I PROMISE you, Brandy will make you feel like your are genuinely best friends and family. She makes sure everything has been thought of right down to every detail. She has the best connections in the party planning business and I am so thankful our paths have crossed. Hiring a wedding planner is truly the best investment I ever made during the wedding process. My venue, Aspen Ranch, recommended Brandy, and I adored her from the beginning. Brandy was quick to listen and very responsive and was fully committed to making my husband and I’s day exactly what we wanted. Brandy was there 24/7 for me and was there to answer all kinds of questions. She also coordinated with other vendors and came up with an incredibly detailed timeline that was a huge help to the wedding party, family, and vendors. Come wedding time, we ended up having torrential rain and hail storms plus tornado warnings, but our wedding was more than we ever dreamed and that was because of Brandy and the venue team. Without their help coordinating, it would never have gone as smooth or stress free as it did. I could keep going, but Brandy is truly the best wedding planner I could ever ask for and she has become a lifelong friend in the process too. Do yourself (and your mom and your MIL) a favor and hire Brandy! -

On a highly emotional and potentially stressful day you want someone under control - firm yet compassionate - Blue Chalk was this for sure!
I officiate many weddings and work with different coordinators and Blue Chalk is by far the best I have ever worked with - they are now my “go to” for couples getting married!

Blue Chalk events planned our wedding on Sept 18th at the Harn Homestead and they did such an amazing job coordinating with all of the vendors and decorating the venue to be the most picturesque day of my life!
