Incredible Florist

I hired the Blossom Shoppe for my Spring wedding. This was the first floral appointment I made and after my consultation with Toni, I refused to look elsewhere. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but after one meeting with Toni, I already felt at ease and that this was one very large item I no longer needed to stress over. Toni was an ABSOLUTE dream to work with. She is so kind, patient, has the best attitude, is always putting her clients first and her attention to detail is unmatched. I went in with an idea of what I was looking for and Toni exceeded every expectation I had. My wedding was truly stunning thanks to her.

Beautiful Florist, Beautiful Flowers

Toni is not only amazing at what she does, but an amazing person too. She was so helpful, even past being our florist for our wedding. She is knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for your big day. Every request i had, she brought to life. I still receive compliments on my flowers from our wedding and how beautiful all of the arrangements were. 10/10

So beautiful!!

Toni went above and beyond my expectations for both my flowers and my centerpieces for my wedding. She was able to make my visions come to life and was always willing to work with me to make anything better whenever I had questions throughout the wedding planning process. She also was able to make my flowers affordable and within my price range. I’m so happy I chose Blossom Shoppe for my wedding. Awesome Wedding Florist

I could not ask for more. Toni was very professional and flexible when it came to deciding what we wanted for our wedding flowers. She took into account pinterest ideas, dresses, venue, budget, feelings etc when creating a cohesive floral look. The one thing I really liked was giving different size options. I went with a large bridal bouquet and small bridesmaid bouquet (the small bouquet was still pretty large in comparison to smalls I've seen online and at other venues). If there was any concern along the way and even the day of the wedding she responded promptly ( which I did text the day of the wedding and she did respond). The flowers were beautiful no bruising, full and open.

I mean this with 100% certainty when I say that Blossom Shoppe MADE my wedding. I wish I could go back and re-plan the day again just to interact and plan with Bridget and Toni all over again – they were the most fun, personable, sweet and engaged girls, but were also very realistic with me in the flower choices that I chose in order to ensure that we were aligned on expecatations. They accomodated every last minute change I made and even hand-delivered a last minute floral hair piece to my house on the day of the wedding. Everything they put together for me looked just as I had envisioned it, but soooooo much better – these girls are true creatives and brought all of my plans to life in the most perfect way. I also found them to be incredibly reasonably priced, considering how much they did for my wedding! They treated me and my mom like family throughout the entire planning process (and even to this day, as well!). I wouldn’t even refer to these girls as a “vendor”, because they were so much more than that to me. I cannot say enough great things about them – do yourself a huge favor and scoop them up for all of your floral needs! You will NOT regret it!

I had the most amazing experience with the Blossom Shoppe! I had 11 bridesmaids, 11 groomsman, 2 ring bearers, 1 flower girl and all of my center pieces had some type of floral arrangement. Cindy and her team were great to work with and helped give me different options to help me stay within budget. Any email that I had sent was responded to promptly and when I had walked into the reception venue and saw my flowers for the girls they had been everything I had imagined it would be! They truly helped make my wedding day absolutely perfect!

Cindy at the Blossom Shoppe is amazing! I had met with her a few times throughout my Wedding planning process. She was immediantley fun, inviting and all smiles. I could tell right away that she loves her craft. I had discussed different styles with her but i finally came to a decision. Even though i was not putting forth all expenses, Cindy always made me feel like I was the one making the final decision. She always cared about how I wanted everything to be and that made me feel really good and important. Cindy was very flexible, kind and easy to talk with, like talking with a friend. She always responded quickly to calls, texts and emails.( same day). She knew exactly what was going to look beautiful together and tried her very best to make sure my flowers were the best of the best. I put full trust in her and never doubted her choices that she put out there for me. I did show her pictures and we came up with a beautiful style. On the day of my wedding Cindy delieverd my flowers with a big smile and a huge hug. The flowers were absolutley breath taking and were even more beautiful than i had imagined. She totally brought to life my dreamy & garden-like style. I also had little roses in my hair. They lasted all day. We had a church ceromony, which calls for a long day. The hair flowers definatley gave me that special final touch. The reception hall was decorated beautifully. Flowers and eucalyptus leaves everywhere. I was in awe when i saw how she had decorated, it was everything. If you want a warm, kind, talented, passionate & fun florist the Blossom Shoppe is the way to go. She will not dissapoint. What can I say. Cindy & I had a lot in common that brought us together . She is one of the sweetest , most genuine , and caring people I've ever met. I knew that I had no worries on my wedding day when I walked into my reception hall, because my flowers would be stunning ., and that they were . I absolutely LOVED working with Cindy at the Blossom Shoppe and consider it the best decision I made in my wedding planning! She made me feel like I was the most important bride of all her clients and really listened to my vision and dreams for my wedding day!

Once Cindy understood what I was hoping for in my wedding flowers, she gave me several different options for flower selections and prices! She also used her own artistic skill and vision to create bouquets that were better than what I had hoped for! She delivered all of the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages to the church the day of the wedding and then delivered all of the centerpieces to the reception hall. My mind was at a total ease and I never once worried about a thing!

I feel blessed to have had my dream wedding and the Blossom Shoppe was a major part of that dream come true!

One of the most wonderful and caring florist in the Northwest indiana. Cindy responds back to emails quickly and when be honest with things you send her. While I wasn't much of a flower girl. ..I rented candles and floating flower stock in candles from cindy and just the wedding party flowers. She decorated my cermony space and reception flawless. They were romantic and timeless...cindy has the patience a bride could only dream of. She wrapped a piece of my mom's veil around my bouquet and it was the talk of the night. I couldn't asked for a better florist to make my big day even more magical. Cindy and her team is a slam dunk for any event !!!!!

I cannot begin to say how elated I was with our florist, Cindy! 5 months after out wedding, and I still have people telling me how gorgeous the flowers were. My grandma is an elegant lady and she's been to many weddings in her life. In my grandmother's words, "I've never seen so many beautiful flowers in my life!" Not only was Cindy extremely professional, but a truly beautiful person. Cindy made everything about the wedding planning process easier for me. She was very easy to reach by phone or e-mail and she was extremely accommodating with times to meet face to face. I'm no flower expert, so I could hardly express what I wanted in efficient wording, but Cindy knew the image I had in mind... evidently better than I did myself! The flower arrangements were absolutely stunning. From the bouquets to the corsages to the large and small centerpieces, everything was breathtaking. I used a third of my own centerpieces, which were candelabra's, and Cindy added a small floral arrangement on the candelabras to flow with the other 2 floral arrangements she made. It transformed the room, and in a room that could hold ~700 people, that isn't an easy task. Cindy went above and beyond what a florist does. They even assisted my family members that were helping with last minute decorations during the morning of the wedding day! Needless to say, Cindy and staff were lifesavers. Using the Blossom Shoppe was easily one of the best decisions I made for my wedding, and I would highly recommend The Blossom Shoppe to any soon-to-be Bride. You will be one lucky bride (hopefully for many reasons) but absolutely for having the best wedding florist :) Thank you, Cindy!

Cindy and her team did a fantastic job for all of the flowers for our wedding and reception. I knew I had to book Blossom Shoppe after viewing their website, all of the work is gorgeous and impressive. I went with simple white and green hydrangeas and everything looked beautiful. The flowers were all fresh and full and looked exactly as I expected. Cindy was so easy to work with. She is very professional and organized, so much so that she helped me organize myself a little better. She has great advice and experience with many other wedding vendors. She really took the time to sit down with my mother and me to go over everything down to last detail on our first consultation. The prices are an amazing value for such beautiful work. The day of the wedding Cindy and her staff were very accommodating delivering all the flowers to multipule locations extacly on time. They also did a great job setting up the flowers and pew bows in the chuch and all of the small vases of flowers I had arranged around lanterns for the centerpieces. I trusted her judgement completely with the rest of the room and it all looked perfect. Cindy was so easy to work with throughout the whole process she was quick to respond and would double check everything with me. I'm so happy I got to work with her and so happy with how everything turned out.

She was professional, flexible, knowledgeable and most of all it was apparent that she loves what she does for a living. I honestly can not say enough good things about Cindy and her staff. She was wonderful to work with and my florals and centerpieces were absolutely stunning. She was always super prompt in responding to any questions I had and very reasonably priced. Her staff even made a special trip back to my house the day of the wedding to drop off the flower girls florals when they could have easily just left them at the venue!! Talk about going above and beyond what is expected!
I knew after meeting with Cindy in her cute shop that she was the florist we were going to go with. She is personable, easy to work with and best of all wants the bride's vision to come true!

I can't express the beauty and magical ambiance of our wedding reception thanks to Cindy from Blossom Shoppe! From the flowers, to the gorgeous center pieces...to decorating our gazebo at Avalon! In a moment dealing with 90 degree weather, and no AC in our limo for 4 hours prior to ceremony and reception, left our flowers looking sad by ceremony time, YET Cindy took control and spruced all the flowers up looking fresh and beautiful in time for guests to arrive and to say I DO!!! I can't express the my deepest thank you for caring and putting all your heart in making our wedding day absolutely magical! Words cannot begin to express how wonderful it was to work with Cindy. She is absolutely brilliant! I searched around for a florist for awhile and none of them seemed to understand my vision which made it that much more frustrating. When I met with Cindy, I knew right away that she was going to be my florist. She understood exactly what I was envisioning and she definitely made it a reality. My wedding guests were blown away by all the flowers and details! Not only did she make wonderful bouquets, but she made my day run even more smoothly (As every bride hopes for). I had my ceremony in Valparaiso and then my reception was in Schererville. The morning of the wedding, she drove to my house in Munster to drop off the bridesmaid’s flowers, and then drove to Valparaiso to drop off the groomsmen’s boutonnieres and then back to Schererville for the reception flowers. Cindy was wonderful to work with. She took my idea of color and simplicity and made my day magical. I have trouble holding heaving things in my hands so I had a very small bouquet, but it was EXACTLY what I needed! I loved it and still love it! Our unity candle piece was transferred to our head table for the reception and it was perfect. I was the stressed out bride the day of, but Cindy handled me with professionalism and calm. Not only by the arrangements she creates but also through the planning process where she brings your ideas to life. Cindy and her team did an absolutely wonderful job with our wedding. She was great to work with from the initial email to set up a meeting, to the day of. I did not know much about flowers and simply had a vision and Cindy exceeded all my expectations and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined! My bridal party LOVED their bouquets and my flowers were gorgeous. When I walked into our reception my jaw dropped. It was so elegant and romantic. My flowers were absoutely stunning.

I was completely blown away by the work Cindy and her team did. The first question I was asked by guests were "who did your flowers?" and I was more than happy to share Cindy's name. Cindy was patient through all of our consultations, always providing clear visability on the quality of flowers based on the season and the cost. I welcomed her suggestions for flowers and was very plesased with the alternative selections she offered when I was concerned about aesthetic, quality or price.

Day of Wedding - I am well aware that I am a control maniac. Cindy and her team were completely awesome in taking care of the intial delivery and set up. Furthermore, my cenermony and reception were in the same place so some of the flowers, vases, and decor had to be moved. They did this effortlessly and with no disruption to the days event.

After my wedding, I wanted to have my flowers freeze dried. Cindy provided a company name that was able to take care of this for me and I'm so excited to have my bouquet perserved.

I have found my florist for any event that I need flowers or decorations for in the future. Her talent, love and dedication to her work are apparent in all the pictures of her events.

There isn't another florist I would have rather worked with! Cindy, the owner, was so personable and really got to know me as a person not just a customer. She put together my brooch bouquet which was just stunning and made beautiful silk bridesmaid bouquets. The arrangements at the reception venue were breathtaking and everyone kept commenting on how beautiful the arrangements were. Loved all the flowers Cindy did for my wedding!!! It is going on 3 weeks and I still have some of my flowers in my house from our reception. I had close to 3,000 dollars worth of flower's, that means all bridal party, parents and grandparents and centerpieces and I didn't have to worry she couldn't handle the large order, everything was perfect!!! She delivered the flowers to my parents house where I was getting ready so my photograher could start taking her pictures, she had everything ready and very professional for my reception. I would recommed her to anyone that is having a wedding or any other special event!!

The moment I met Cindy and saw her work at a bridal show, I knew she was the one I wanted to do our flowers! Cindy is so quick to respond to any email, message, etc. which I think is a huge deal when planning a wedding! Cindy is also a very patient person... I changed my mind about the colors I wanted to use, even the flowers and centerpieces a handful of times, and you could see that she did not mind one bit!
We wanted our guests to have that WOW factor when they walked into our reception, and she nailed it! The centerpieces were beyond our expectations! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cindy & the Blossom Shoppe!

Cindy was amazing to work with. She had great ideas on what color pallet would go well with the bridesmaid dresses. She reworked my mom's 30 year old silk flowers to a beautiful bouquet. She made appropriately sized matching bouquets for my 5 year old flower girls. She was always responsive to my emails and gave us a great value. The day of the wedding was a breeze, she was always on time and I trusted her completely. Flowers were not on my list of things to worry about the day of the wedding.

Many people noticed how beautiful the flowers and centerpieces were.

Working with Cindy was an absolute blessing! Her responsiveness alone would make me recommend her to any bride I know. Cindy was so helpful not only with picking flowers for the wedding but also for giving me direction as to the overall look and feel that I was trying to accomplish with our wedding. I came to her with a sheet of all kinds of inspiration photos that were kind of all over the place as far as one look for the wedding, and she really helped me nail down what look we were going for. She was always understanding of exactly what we wanted to do and how we wanted things to look, whether it meant ordering more flowers from her or not. She really helped us stay under our budget, as we expressed that concern to her, and the wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful.
I made many of my flowers out of paper, so I didn't end up buying a ton of flowers from Cindy, but that didn't matter to her that we were not spending a ton of money with her. She was there with us for the planning every step of the way whether it meant she got more or less work out of it. Always responsive, almost immediately, with emails and phone calls. So sensitive with every detail we wanted done, and always kind and sweet. I would and already have recommended Cindy to all of my friends who are getting married.

Where do I begin in raving about Cindy and The Blossom Shoppe? Cindy is a true artist. She's also an incredibly caring, accommodating, helpful, and overall amazing human being. I live almost 2 hours away from Cindy and for our first meeting she drove up to meet me because our schedules didn't work out any other way. That alone says something. She asked me questions that I hadn't even thought of, which should let you know she will have everything covered. She's also incredibly responsive and will go above and beyond to create your vision and make sure you are happy.

I sent Cindy numerous pictures and emails with ideas - I love how she was able to illustrate things that I just couldn't put to words. She got exactly what I was after. I told her I wanted a tall vertical focal point of decor behind the head table and she came up with an idea that was absolutely stunning. The event manager of the hotel asked me who's idea this was - he was even impressed, and they do events every day!

You'll get more than a florist with Cindy. You'll get a decorator, an artist, and most importantly you'll get a friend. She will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart for making my wedding look like a fairy tale. The compliments I got the whole evening were endless. From day 1 Cindy was so friendly and helpful. I had gone to previous flower places and they just happened to suggest the most expensive flowers. Cindy at Blossom Shoppe was referred to me by the wedding venue. From our first initial contact she was above and beyond anything I expected. We waited a little to long to choose a florist and I was worried she wouldn't be available. Right away she fit us in to see her and made us feel so welcome and appreciated. She made accurate suggestions based on limited information I gave her and was very aware of our budget. She gave her honest opinion the entire time about the quality of flowers. The day of the wedding I was blown away by everything. We didn't have a ton of flowers at the venue so I wanted the bouquets to be very special. Everything was even more than I expected. I cannot even begin to tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Cindy.
I just got married April 28th and I am not a 'girlie girl'. I agreed to have flowers at my mother's insistence and I really did wait until the very last moment to look into getting a bouquet for me, bouquets for my bridesmaids, and boutonnieres and corsages for groomsmen and other relatives.

I contacted Cindy literally about 2 weeks before our wedding. She agreed to meet with us that day and I told her we have our wedding colors but I don't know much about flowers. She immediately gave me suggestions and when we told her we were on a budget, she said she could easily work with that. She showed us her recommendations and they were gorgeous.

Cindy then answered all of our questions -- we leave near by so we had some of our wedding party members pick up the flowers the morning of the wedding. Not only was everything labeled and packed up perfectly, but the flowers were beautiful.

There is no doubt in my mind I would work with Cindy and The Blossom Shoppe again.

(I should note, we had a last minute addition to our order -- a relative agreed to come to the wedding 6 days before and Cindy was still able to accommodate us and help us out of a jam by adding one more corsage last-minute.)

To say Cindy is a florist would be an understatement. Cindy was an amazing artist and designer with creativity and thoughtfullness. Her attention to detail as I talked about my special day and how I imagined it was captured immediately and later brought to life. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! They did our bouquets with a touch of white feathers worked into fuschia and white roses! The mother of the brides flowers were also very beautiful. The centerpieces were so pretty, we are still getting compliments from all our guests. The prices were very reasonable. And the staff really know their stuff! They were so reliable, all the service was organized and on time.

Cindy was more than willing to meet multiple times with me until I figured out exactly what I wanted. I really wanted to work pearl strands and feathers into my bouquet and feathers in my bridesmaids and mothers' bouquets and she was very open to my ideas and worked with the supplies I provided to her. She was very professional, her prices were very reasonable, and I was absolutely thrilled with the results! I received so many compliments on the ceremony arrangements and all of the bouquets! I would definitely recommend her service to any bride looking to find a florist with professionalism, reasonable prices and above all, talent!

The compliments we received on the flowers were continuous the entire day! Cindy was great, she met with us many times before the wedding going over each and every detail. She even thought of stuff that we didn't and made sure we were covered. She delivered to the Groom's Mother's and then to the Bride right on time the morning of the wedding and her smiling face made me a little less stressed. She went through and showed me the flowers and made sure everything was okay before leaving. Then she was the first one there to break things down after the ceremony and off to set them back up at the reception, providing a last minute vase for me when I fogot to get one for my bouquet, her response "no problem, I will handle it" and she did! She even drove to Crown Point the day before the wedding to personally drop off my flowers for the cake and see if the baker had any questions! She is amazing and I couldn't of asked for anything more! Thank you Cindy!

Cindy was such a joy to work with- she was so open and receptive to my ideas and really understood the vision of the wedding that I had been dreaming of... very vintage/glam/rustic-folk-art if that makes ANY sense whatsoever to any of you- but she was able to take my myriad of magazine clippings, and didn't even flinch when I busted out the binder. She was fantastic- and I would not change one iota of the results of my experience working with her. My wedding was so spectacular and the overall cohesiveness was unbelieveable, when I had 3 different centerpieces and wanted things to seem very "natural" and not overdone, its very hard to pull off. I was utterly delighted with my flowers and EVERYTHING. I would be so happy to recommend her business, my entire wedding was a dream come true!!

I am amazed at the level of professionalism and personal effort we received. You listened to what we wanted and then created it beyond our expectations. We received nothing but compliments from our guests on the stunning arrangements and several comments on how everything was put together so elegantly. Loved the archway arrangements. Stunning. The Blossom Shoppe was wonderful to work with! I received so many compliments on the flowers, and rightfully so, they were absolutely gorgeous. Better yet, it was one of the most reasonable I had found. Cindy was very organized and professional, and overall, just easy to work with. I recommend her shop to anyone I know with florist needs.

The Blossom Shoppe was referred to me through our wedding event planner. With living in Wisconsin, I was so greatful to have her recommended. Cindy is a wonderful person, with an amazing eye for detail. Her prices are so reasonable and her work is stunning. I couldn't have been happier the day of my wedding when I saw my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets and everything in between. Blossom Shoppe in Highland, Indiana took care of all the floral arraingments to perfection. The church, halll and bridal party flowers were georgeous. Cindy took time to meet with us on numerous times. Ir was a carefree day for us with her handling it all. Krissy and Derek have wonderful memories of their wedding and the flowers just add to the equation

Cindy is absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and really created some of the most beautiful arrangements I could've ever asked for. She truly made our reception so beautiful!! She took the image I had in my mind and brought it to life. Her prices are VERY fair and for the quality of flowers and service she gives, it's well worth it!! She got us our flower quote within a few days of meeting with her and that same day we decided to go with her. There was no need to shop around anymore!! She's organized, very very knowledgeable and so warm and caring we truly felt like she cared about giving us exactly what we wanted. Her creations made our reception more gorgeous than I could've ever imagined and when I walked into the room I cried. It was beautiful and I wouldn't have changed anything!! My bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets and all the groomsman flowers were perfect!! The warm fall colors of burgandy, orange, pale yellow and ivory blended together to create exactly what I wanted. She truly is an amazing artist and person and I would recommend The Blossom Shoppe to everyone and hope to use her services again in the future!! Thank you Cindy for giving us the most amazingly beautiful flowers for our wedding and for being so kind and easy to work with!!

The Blossom Shoppe was fabulous! Cindy is an unbelievable florist and designer! From the very first meeting at our wedding venue, she walked in and had an idea of what would look best! The great thing about her is though she had a wide array of beautiful ideas, she was also very open and accepting of my own ideas. As a bride, you want everything flawless. I can truly say, my flowrs were elegant, yet whimsical and overall, completely flawless. Every one of our guests commented on how breathtaking our flowers were. The few ideas I had myself, she incorporated into the wedding without a problem! My bouquet was STUNNING! I simply told her the colors I wanted and she made the magic happen! I truly can't say enough or speak highly enough of the Blossom Shoppe. To me, flowers say a lot. When you walked into our wedding, the flowers spoke volumes of how beautiful of a day we were going to have! FABULOUS job!!

Cindy is wonderful!! I first met her at a bridal show and asked her about two particular flowers that I never saw before. She wrote the names down on paper for me, and I thought it was really nice of her to tell me knowing I can ask any florist about them. I then met with her for several hours on three separate occassions and went through all types of books, talked about all kinds of ideas. She patiently listened to my thoughts. Cindy shared which flowers would wilt faster and which were hardier. For a few I liked that weren't available, Cindy showed me similar, hardier ones. Our wedding flowers were above my expectations (which are always pretty high). The colors in our flowers were rich and vibrant fall colors with little black feathers. We also had other types of decorations we wanted and every little detail was met, everything was beautiful, and Cindy was so sweet and accommodating and flexible. I got so many nice compliments about the flowers. I just love Cindy, and I'm sure you will too!

I was beyond thrilled with the service I received from the Blossom Shoppe. Cindy goes above and beyond to make sure your flower arrangements are perfect and exactly what you imagined. She is extremely flexible and so enjoyable to work with. She truly wants your day to be amazing and mine was beautiful thanks to her. Cindy at the Blossom Shoppe TRULY made my day spectacular! I was married at a vineyard with the reception in a white peaked tent and Cindy created centerpieces that complemented the venue perfectly. Our bouquets exactly matched the vineyard theme I was trying to create and I received SO many compliments on how beautiful and fragrant they were. Cindy was very accessible on e-mail and by phone, and she took my vision and made it come to life! She also had great suggestions for other decorations and was able to order them for me. I have never given a vendor all 5s, but the Blossom Shoppe was EXCEPTIONAL! Thanks so much, Cindy!

Cindy was wonderful. She helped me to focus my ideas. She was very flexible and would meet with me at night or in the morning. She tried to find the flowers that would fit into my budget. She coordinated with the cake lady to add flowers to our cake. She came early on Saturday and set up everything before I got to the reception site. Everything came out the way that I wanted. I would recommend her to any other bride. She did a great job!

The experience I had dreaming up my wedding flowers with Cindy from the Blossom Shoppe was the least stressful and most fun part of my entire wedding! Cindy has YEARS of experience and it certainly shows. It's obvious that she thoroughly enjoys her job and most importantly, enjoys making her brides happy. I went in to my first appointment with a fairly modest budget in mind and she had no problem staying within it. She was inspired by the photos I showed her and her enthusiasm about my vision made me feel confident in choosing her as my florist. On our wedding day, Cindy and her team brought my vision to life and it could not have been more perfect. I have received countless compliments on the flowers and decor Cindy created for our wedding day. It was exactly as I had envisioned and Cindy could not have been a more enjoyable, professional florist to work with.

Cindy was very friendly and sweet. She was so easy to work with. She would always get back to me right away with any questions that I had. We had a few things that were wrong on the day of the wedding, but overall the flowers looked nice and she did a good job.
