    Still dreaming of the her cakes....

    Sadly my wedding was cancelled due to COVID, but we had the opportunity to taste Blooming Flour cakes and I think about them weekly... The studio was divine and Cindy was sweet and patient with us as we asked questions. Her cakes were delicious - everything we tried was amazing and the samples were an ample size for us to taste (believe it or not some vendors give you only a bite of cake to taste...). I would recommend her based on our experience with her!

    Absolutely Wonderful!

    Cindy's cakes were delicious and beautiful to look at! She spent a lot of time with us during our cake tasting and advised us with choosing the right balance for our wedding and groom's cakes. We also had her make pecan bars and whoopie pies for our dessert bar. Everyone was raving with how good everything tasted! Pricing was very reasonable too. We look forward to ordering some replica cakes for our anniversaries in the future :)

    Beautiful and Delicious Cake

    We loved our experience with Cindy from start to finish, and are excited to be reminded of it again in 1 year when we eat the top layer of our cake for our 1 year anniversary! Cindy invited us to her home and asked us which cakes we would like to taste. Her dining room was very comfortable and welcoming, just like her, and she had prepared 5 cakes for us to taste. They were all delicious, but the Almond and Vanilla Bean stole our hearts. Cindy even sent us home with the leftover cake from the tasting so we could have more ourselves and share with our families. Beyond the taste, Cindy did a great job decorating our cake, and even worked with our florist to make that happen. At our reception, our guests loved the cake and were immensely impressed when I told them that Cindy makes the flour that she uses in her cakes from scratch. It made sense that Cindy was referred to us by 3 different people before we met her, and we highly recommend her to make your next cake!

    Being from Florida, when we visited Cindy at Blooming Flour we had a special flavor request for our daughter's wedding cake. It was guava. Cindy said that although she didn't really have that ingredient available she would look for it and boy did she deliver. It was the best cake we have ever had. The cake was not only delicious it was beautiful. All our guests gave compliments on the cake and all the desserts on the dessert table. Thank you Cindy for being part of our daughter's dream wedding. Marlene

    Cindy is amazing! First, her cakes and desserts are not only gorgeous, but delicious! At our tasting we selected a number of desserts for our dessert bar. But, we didn’t select our wedding cake design until one month from our wedding. I emailed Cindy the picture I found and her version of the cake was spot on. It was beautiful, the colors were perfect, it fit our wedding theme and it tasted AMAZING (we got the white chocolate raspberry)!!! The desserts were set up so nicely and looked great next to our cake. The ones we had (my husband and I got to the dessert table after everyone else) were outstanding!
    Second, Cindy could not have been sweeter (yup, that’s a baking pun). We live in New York and were planning our Georgia wedding mostly via email and Cindy was very responsive, and willing to do anything we wanted. And when we were in Atlanta for our tasting, my mom was recovering from a car accident and Cindy brought the cake over to the venue so my mom could also be part of the tasting.
    I would highly recommend using Cindy and Blooming Flour for any bakery needs-wedding, party, birthday-she is phenomenal!

    Sheer PERFECTION!!!! This company went above and beyond to create the perfect desert station and wedding cake for our special day. From the tasting to the reception, Cindy really went all out! Not only do her cakes and desserts look exquisite, they taste incredible too! We did a dessert bar and it was a huge hit at the reception. We HIGHLY recommend this company for your magical day!

    I have always believed that it is never too late to say I'm sorry, I love you, or thank you...and in this case, a thank you in the form of a review is LONG overdue. My husband and I were married at Vinewood Plantation on October 30, 2015; it will forever be the very best day of my life. Cindy with Blooming Flour did the most amazingly beautiful (and delicious) job on our wedding cake. I wish that our budget would have allowed for a dessert bar because she had some of the most decadent offerings! So many of our guests made a point to note that our cake was the best cake they had ever tasted. At our final walkthrough meeting she was prepared, warm, and very accommodating. I would recommend Cindy and her talented team at Blooming Flour to anyone in that area.

    I was extremely happy with how our cakes turned out for the wedding! Our guests were raving about how delicious they were! Cindy was easy to work with and very accommodating! Everything was perfect!

    I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone! She made amazing cake and desserts for my wedding. Everyone was raving about the desserts and we could not have been happier. Not only did everything taste amazing, but the desserts were GORGEOUS! My cake was a work of art, and even the banana pudding was pretty. Cindy was a very easy person to work with and she is very passionate about her work. She definitely made the tasting process fun! Thanks again Cindy for our amazing sweets :).

    Our cakes were delivered on time and looked beautiful. The wedding cake looked just like the presentation one I picked out. I had brought in a picture of a groomsman cake I liked and when it showed up it looked identical to the photo I had provided. Everything was dropped off on time and the guests loved them!

    Our cake was delicious!!!!...and so was our dessert bar! Cindy is very talented. The dessert bar was an extra touch instead of having a grooms cake and it was a hit! The dessert bar table setting and the wedding cake were both stunning.

    Visiting with Cindy in her adorable baking studio and tasting cakes was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning. Cindy is absolutely delightful and she created the most beautiful and delicious dessert table for our wedding!

    Cindy is wondreful! Working with her to plan was one of our favorite parts - her studio bakery is adorable and we had such a great time chatting and trying her amazing cakes! She was so flexible to give us exactly what she wanted, and gave us so many great ideas. The dessert bar that we had at our reception was such a hit, and we get more compliments on that than anything else - it was beautiful and so yummy! We are so happy we decided to work with Cindy, and we highly reccommend her!

    Blooming flour really blew me away. She responded to my inquiry immediately and answered every question I had. I took a photo to the tasting and she looked at it with no worry at all. She was perfectly capable of creating what I had in mind. And every flavor we tasted was absolutely delicious. It was very difficult to decide! Any time I needed to contact her she was available. On the day of the wedding, everyone was admiring our wedding cake and the groom's cake. She did an absolutely amazing job, and they were delicious. She did a better job on the cake than what I had showed her a picture of. Everything was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for more!

    Cindy at Blooming Flour Bakery is AMAZING! She did our bridal cake and our grooms cake and went above and beyond our expectations. Not only were they beautiful, but they tasted amazing too. You can't go wrong with Cindy.

    Cindy did a wonderful job at my wedding. I didnt have a lot of ideas, but with my wedding planner she chose a dessert bar with a cake. She had weather-appropriate choices like ice cream and peach trifles. She also added baklava in honor of my Persian heritage that we were trying to incorporate and my dad is still talking about it! My tasting was great, but I changed my mind on cake flavor a week later and she made another cake for me to taste and really wanted me to be happy. I think her desserts were the highlight of the wedding because the guests are still talking about it! I sent her some pictures of cakes I liked and I gave her some freedom to sort of design it on her own. I didn't care how it looked, I just wanted it to look good. It was a little bit of a surprise and it looked great. I can't wait until my next birthday because I know where I'm getting my cake from!

    Cindy, our cake was not only beautiful but so yummy! People went back for seconds and thirds! Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into the wedding and grooms cakes. They were amazing!

    Expensive but SO delicious. My cake was AMAZINGLY good. SO SO GOOD. It had so many little details and I got so many compliments. The ONLY bad thing is that it was four tier and while I didn't notice it at the time, pictures show that it was leaning quite a lot. I paid $1,000 for a CAKE. I wish it would have stood straight up, because God forbid it had leaned so much it had fallen.

    Amazing baked goods, cake and desert bar. Cindy with Blooming Flour did an amazing job on our wedding cake and desert bar. We customized each item we wanted to include and she even make our cake top tier and desert items gluten free at our request! And they were amazing!! Highly recommend Blooming Flour

    I have used Cindy at Blooming Flour Bakery for several cakes over the years, and her cakes are always amazing. She made my wedding cake this time, and it was delicious, as usual. Her fondant is a marshmallow fondant and very tasty. The cake didn't look quite like the picture that I had given her, but it was still very pretty. I will definitely continue to use her for all of my cakes in the future.

    Blooming flour was one of my favorite vendors for my out of town wedding in Atlanta. So professional and easy to work with. I was too nervous to actually eat anything my wedding day but the dessert table looked beautiful and very yummy. She even made the cake to match my wedding outfit. Highly recommended.

    Cindy was super friendly and easy to work with, she was extremely flexibly setting up our tasting as we traveled from NY to GA. Dessert was GORGEOUS on our wedding day! Very affordable pricing. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
