I cannot say more great things about Blooming Cakes! For starters the tasting soirée with my mom, MOH and Trang was so much fun! One of the best experience through out my entire wedding process! All the cakes were to die for and so elegant and gorgeous to look at. We created my dream cake, ever detailed sketched out! The handcrafted sugar flowers were beyond my wildest dream! And the taste…. we went with coconut pandan, and it was amazing! So moist and flavorful, not overly sweet. Incredibly unique! Everyone kept asking for more! One of my favorite parts of my whole day! -

The fine dining cake tasting felt like a luxurious culinary journey, with flavors so unique and complex, we couldn’t put them into words. Every bite was an experience in itself.The consultation was just as remarkable. Watching Trang bring our dream cake to life through her live sketching was a moment we’ll never forget. Her talent and attention to detail are unmatched, and her absurd amount of knowledge about the wedding industry gave us so much confidence that everything would go smoothly on the big day — and it did! It was seamless, professional, and reliable from start to finish.On the day of the wedding, the cake was even more breathtaking than we imagined. The hyper-realistic flowers were stunning, and our guests were absolutely blown away by both the design and the flavors. We struck gold when we discovered Blooming Cakes, a true gem in the world of cake designing and crafting! Our quest for the perfect cake initially led us to another local baker who was unavailable but graciously recommended Trang at Blooming Cakes. While our first attempt to place an order through the website hit a snag, a quick phone call swiftly connected us to Trang, the talented designer and baker behind the magic. The communication was not just efficient but a breeze, with Trang demonstrating a keen understanding of our needs and preferences. We opted for two delectable flavors – CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT PRALINE and ORANGE PISTACHIO – both of which were not only a treat for our taste buds but also garnered rave reviews from our delighted guests. We had a special request for a tango dance-themed design on our 10th Anniversary cake, as we share a passion for Argentine tango. Trang's artistic flair shone through as she beautifully depicted two dancers in graceful movement on the cake (see photo attached). On the day of our celebration, Trang hand-delivered the cake, going the extra mile to ensure it was picture-perfect. Thanks to Blooming Cakes, our milestone event was elevated to new heights, making it truly unforgettable with this exquisite masterpiece! -

Bloomingcakes went above and beyond in every way. Trang and her team made us a beautiful cake, way beyond our expectations, and delivered it on time and in perfect condition. Trang asked us the right questions to create a cake that was personable to us. I loved the flower designs, as did our guests. My groom, loved the special hummingbird a top the cake. We chose lavender, the special flavor of the season, and to our surprise it was purple when we cut into it! Everyone loved it. My son said it was the best cake he has ever had! Who could believe the entire thing was edible! -
