Flowers arrangements
Flowers were absolutely amazing. I didn’t do anything of the talking back andnfourth with her as my mom took over that but from the way it sounds this was a very easy and flowing process. So happy that we had the chance to do business with you. -

Excellent and easy to work with
Kelly was easy to work with. She had a lot of great ideas and more than willing to create a theme of flowers, bouquets that I wanted. She was professional and very approachable. I saw that she had provided flowers for my son's wedding and I loved it. She did an excellent job, on time for the wedding and creative. Thanks -

Unpredictable Pandemic Wedding
I am so grateful we chose Kelly at Blooming Bouquets for our wedding florist. Because of the pandemic, our plans were constantly changing and Kelly was supportive and understanding through it all! Absolutely perfect
Kelly with Blooming Bouquets is an angel!
Over the course of a year, I asked to meet with her multiple times and she always made time for me. As someone who does not know flowers, she had multiple books and helped walk me through pictures to decide what would look nice. She made the process so easy and comfortable.
On the day of the wedding, she delivered the flowers on-time and they were GORGEOUS! The moment I saw my flowers was the first moment I cried on my wedding day. They were just too beautiful.
She let us borrow glassware for the flowers and was flexible about the return times. She graciously waived a fee when we broke one of her big vases during clean-up after the reception. I cannot recommend her enough! -

Beautiful Flowers!
We absolutely loved the bouquets and floral arrangements that Blooming Bouquets did for our recent wedding in September! Communication and planning was very smooth, and Kelly was able to instantly get the vibe that I was hoping for our flowers. We wanted to be able to re-use the floral arrangements for other parts of the wedding (ceremony arbor flowers turned into the head table flowers, etc), which was easy to do! She offered delivery and set-up options as well, which is so helpful. We highly recommend Blooming Bouquets for your floral wedding needs, we couldn't have been happier! -

Blooming Bouquets did my wedding flowers for my wedding last fall.
I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and she nailed it. I loved all the amazing colors and bouquets. Everything was really perfect. Her prices are great, and the size of the bouquets were really large, bigger that I was expecting and more beautiful. I would recommend her to everyone. -

Amazing to work with! Reasonable pricing and great quality. Everything turned out amazing, I would recommend her time and time again for anything looking at getting flowers for their wedding. My wedding was at the Portland Art Musuem and the flowers made the room even more beautiful, especially the entrance. Kelly was very professional, responsive and great to work with. I was an out of town bride, so it was comforting to get immediate responses to all my emails. She incorporated all the colors and ideas we discussed and everytime I look at the photos, I become even happier. Thank you so much Kelly! -

Kelly was amazing to work with from start to finish! I showed her pictures of my vision for our wedding, and the bouquets she created exceeded my expectations. The bouquets were full, vibrant, and exactly the look I was hoping for. Kelly is warm and professional and very affordable. My wedding was out of state, and Kelly prepared all my flowers so they could be safely and easily transported, even in the summer heat! The flowers were fresh upon arrival at our venue and my bouquet lasted weeks after the wedding. I can't thank her enough, and will certainly recommend her to anyone getting married in the Portland/Beaverton area or beyond! -

Kelly did an exceptional job on my wedding flowers. She went above and beyond and her extra special little touches she put on everything made my wedding day all the better. Kelly is easy to work with, can provide a lot of direction and ideas if needed, and surpasses your expectations. I was a very picky bride, wanting a very particular color of pink for my flowers, and Kelly was able to find it and make the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets. And one of the best things, she is so reasonably priced! I have recommended her to anyone looking for a florist, because I know they will be satisfied with Kelly. -

Blooming Bouquets did an outstanding job on my daughter's wedding this past summer. Kelly was so easy to work with and was extremely helpful in the planning and selecting of the flowers we needed to enhance our venue. Her numerous flower arrangements we absolutely beautiful, each had a special touch tying them all together. Many of our guests said they had never seen such gorgeous collections and arrangements of flowers in the colors we had chosen. I highly recommend this talented company. I WILL use them again!!! -

Kelly did our wedding almost 14 years ago and has only gotten better (our actual wedding date was in 2000, but the calendar above wouldn't go back that far). She was very good with her suggestions for a variety of flowers to go with our color choices. We brought in pictures from a wedding catalog for our reception area and cake, which she was able to duplicate to a tee. We were very pleased with how everything turned out from beginning to end and would highly recommend her for your wedding (or other event).
She has also provided flower arrangements for family funerals over the years and really understood what we wanted. Even though those occasions were short notice, she did an amazing job. -

We booked Kelly fairly late in the game for our January wedding, and gave her very little to on outside of the colors and that we wanted lots of seasonal greenery. What she created for us was amazingly beautiful! The bouquet was gorgeous with hydrangea, cedar and rosemary! Everything was perfect. I would recommend Kelly to any bride in the Portland area! -

I would like to give the highest praise to Kelly from BB regarding the work she did for my daughters wedding. Doing weddings is a hard job and planning is only planning until you see the final product. The execution that Kelly to fulfill the vision that my daughter had, was beyond what we might have imagined. The largest arrangements and the smallest ones were so perfect. The presentation was in proportion to the spaces we decorated, and she added value by using her own expertise to areas we would not have thought of. As hard as a wedding is to manage, I would do another one, just to work with Kelly again. In addition Kelly was very organized when we needed to add or make changes and things arrived just as we had asked for. -

I just returned from my honeymoon and now have a chance to say THANK YOU! The bouquets for our wedding were simply beautiful. They turned out even more lovely than I imagined they could be. Thank you so much for your wonderful work. Kelly gave me exactly what I wanted, even when I had trouble putting into words myself. She was great to work with. Kelly did a great job on our flowers. We used her for bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres and arch decorations only (no centerpieces), and she provided an exceptional product. The flowers were gorgeous and just as we had discussed. She provides a free toss bouquet, which you don't find with all florists, so that was a nice bonus. We ended up using it as a bouquet for my bridesman :) And then, of course, I tossed it. Some of the outer flowers on the bouquets started getting a limp by ceremony time, but not too noticeably so. They were out in room temperature for a couple of hours, so I'm not surprised that it happened. Other than that, everything was great! Overall, I highly recommend Blooming Bouquets. -

Kelly does wonderful work. I definitely had some anxiety around my flowers, since I would not see the final product until delivery on my wedding day. Well... Kelly BLEW me away with the final product! They were more than i could have asked for. Thank you Kelly! -

The flowers were delivered on time and smelled great! But it seemed that our boutineers were much smaller than we thought they'd be, so if you want your groom to stand out make sure you ask for an exaggerated size. All the center pieces looked great, except the vases had a few chips in them, but you couldnt see them because the flowers covered it all. The flowers also started to wilt very quickly, and we aren't sure if that was just because it was 99 degrees outside, or they were cut prematurely. So I am unsure whether it was the Vendor or the Weather, but looking at pictures of weddings past, it might just be that the flowers couldn't hold up well in our hot outdoor wedding! Kelly was an absolute pleasure to work with. -

My wedding flowers (only order bouquets and boutonnieres) from Blooming Bouquets were gorgeous. Compared to other florists, I got more value from Blooming Bouquets. I had a destination wedding so all communications had to be done through email, which caused some confusion several times. It might have been better if we had met in person or talked over the phone. Other than that, it was very easy to work with Blooming Bouquets and my flowers were one of my favorite parts of my wedding! -

I had met with Kelly months before my wedding when my ideas were still pretty rough. We had agreed upon one thing, but she misunderstood and did another. When it came closer to the wedding and I wanted to make adjustments I wasn't able to. Luckily the flowers turned out beautiful, although it was not what I wanted and I paid way more than I could afford. -

Kelly was very easy to work with during the planning process. On the wedding day, there were some scheduling issues. I take some responsibility but Kelly recognized she had a part in this, as well. The driver came to the venue too early with the flowers. The tables were not set up and our flowers and other items were left for us to deal with putting them in place. This turned out to be a bit troublesome and added unforeseen work . Overall, the flowers and quality were pretty good. We requested that the corsages & boutonnieres not be too large but they were very small and started out looking a bit tired and boring. When I contacted Kelly about the scheduling incident after the wedding was over, she was very responsive and had offered to refund us the delivery charge. I informed her the gesture was welcome, however, I felt this was a small amount of money (I believe under 50.00) for all of the problems and extra work this issue had caused the day of the wedding. Its been almost two months since the wedding and I never did receive the delivery refund. -

Had blooming Bouquets make the bouquets,boutonniere's, and corsages for our wedding and had heard that they were a great value in terms of the number of flowers you get for the price. With that being said, the flowers that we ordered were smaller than expected and were slightly wilted. The brides bouquet was the correct side, but was not as vibrant in color as expect and decided upon from the communications that we had back and forth. Overall blooming bouquets did an okay job. I would definitely make exceptions clearer in the future in terms of the size of the bouquets. -

My flowers were beautiful. However I was pretty upset come wedding day about a few different things. First being that my bridal bouquet was supposed to be wrapped in lace and burlap and it was only wrapped in lace. My paperwork states this and we spoke at length about this at the consultation. However come wedding day she says "she has no notes on that". I was disappointed. Second being that I had ordered and paid for 4 boutonnieres and was only provided with 2. I didn't notice until I'd already gotten home and I live 45 minutes away. When I went to pick up my order we had agreed on meeting between 4:30-5pm. I arrived at 4:30 and no one was there. I drove an hour and a half in Friday evening traffic and couldn't reach Kelly. I called her three times and got no answer. Finally after 5 she calls and says she is on her way. Communication with this vendor was very difficult. She was hard to reach and was very slow and responding to emails. As a bride, it's important to get responses in a timely manner. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous and what I wanted. So I can't fault them for beautiful work. -

I chose this vendor because of the raving reviews and beautiful bouquets I saw at the bridal show. What I got as an end result was very disappointing. Here’s the good: bouquets we’re pretty, my bridal bouquet especially, and they arrived on time. The bad: she had such poor communication I was worried the day would come and I wouldn’t even have any flowers show up. Never returned calls emails and when we sent checks she never responded if she got them or not! We were missing flower girl flowers, our arbor flowers were absolutely horrible and way too small compared to what we asked and paid for, and the mothers corsages were not what we expected. We were willing to pay whatever is necessary for the flowers wanted so I am unsure why some of these things went wrong. When we tried calling her to let her know she missed these, maybe forgot to drop them off she never answered, never called back or responded at all. I feel lucky I even got the flowers we did and she delivered them on time. I feel so disappointed and ripped off. This review is not here to make blooming boquets lose business but I hope it is a heads up to brides to address these types of concerns with their florist and I hope this helps blooming bouquets realize what they need to figure out to be able to provide the best service to its brides.-

The beginning of the process with Kelly went very well. We were told we could make changes up until a date close to the wedding. We did make changes but going thru the whole process of making changes, the communication was terrible. Phone calls were never returned and emails had to be sent at least twice. Don't know why. We were thinking of going elsewhere but because it was so close to the wedding, we went ahead with blooming bouquets. The end result we did not receive exactly what we wanted. The brides bouquet was beautiful, except for the ribbon was not what we requested. The floral bouquets on the tables and aisle had flowers added that we did not request, thus the extra price we paid for them. The mock bridal bouquet to be thrown at wedding, was not what we had requested. We had requested extra flowers separately and we did not get what we had hoped for. Overall, we feel we overpaid with what we received and the communication throughout the process was terrible. We were also told at the end, that we would get a refund for some of the money we paid. We never received. I blame myself on this, for not seeing the red flags when phone calls were not returned and emails had to be continually resent. If using this company, make sure you get sample bouquets done before the wedding! -

Kelly did not deliver what she promised
Kelly did flowers for my wedding in June. I would stear clear of her! The centerpiece inspiration photos of what I sent her that she said she can do weren't anywhere near what I received. They were half the size if not less and she did not use my pedestal vases(I offered to drop them off for her)that I asked her to and sent photos of!! We did not receive the boutinaires either! She's does not even use wet floral foam so my arch and garland looked limp and sad by reception. Easily could have done a better job myself and I'm not even a florist! I was just decorating and setting up the rest of the wedding and relied on a florist to atleast get flowers done. Highly regret it!!! -
