  Perfect Seattle Wedding Venue!!

  We worked with Beth for our wedding (which we rescheduled from 2020 to 2021 as many couples did). Through the entire process, she was extremely communicative, helpful, and upbeat - always encouraging and helping us to feel excited when we were feeling anxious or worried about anything. The venue itself is beautiful and well-equipped with lots of amenities - it made the day go by so seamlessly and our friends and family are still raving to us about how much fun they had at the wedding. The building is set up so that there's a lot of room and space for you to add your own decor and special touches; the in-house custom lighting and AV team are definitely a plus as well. Although Block 41 may be considered on the pricier end for some couples (in terms of Seattle venue prices), it's true when they say that you get what you pay for, and this venue is 10000% worth every penny. My husband and I often remark how if we had the chance, we would do this day all over again with Block 41!!

  Wonderful!

  Our wedding reception was at Block 41 in March, just as COVID became a concern but before events were cancelled and we really knew the extent of the virus. Everyone at Block 41 was amazing! The were so organized, so careful about precautions, and so kind and prompt in all of their communications! When we remember our wedding day we think about the love we shared and the people around us- Block 41 was one of the many vendors that worked together so we didn’t have to worry about anything else. It’s a beautiful space and great staff!!

  Perfectly located, love industrial chic!

  This last year has been a time to really see vendors true colors and Block 41 did not disappoint. When cases were on the rise again after a small dip during the summer, we finally decided to postpone. We worked with Heli and after urgently emailing multiple vendors to coordinate a new date, it was very easy to reschedule with her. There was miscommunication with another vendor and we needed extra time for set up and it was so easy to add a half an hour. The venue of course is beautiful but that's easy to see. We can also attest to how good the AC was when we were there on our final walkthrough. We love that the audio goes all throughout! There are so many hotels of different price points for all of your out of town guests to stay within at walking distance. 10/10 recommended having the cocktail hour in the courtyard The Greetings mural is such a hit! We can't say enough good things about Heli and the team and the venue!

  Can't recommend this venue enough!

  We loved our experience at Block 41 - Jordan was absolutely fantastic! She is super helpful and responsive and made the experience easy and seamless. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

  Flexible, responsive and dependable!

  We LOVED Block 41 and the moment we booked with them. Heli and team were so flexible and so great at responding to our every question to ensure we had everything we needed for our DREAM wedding. We were in search of something chic, modern, and an industrial vibe and Block 41 provided. Heli was great and fun to work with from beginning to end. I recommend any events, wedding, etc at Block 41.

  Beautiful Contemporary Renovation of Industrial Warehouse

  We used the upstairs ballroom and patio for our 130 guest wedding and could not have picked a better location! The space has both contemporary architecture details and historic industrial charm. Staff was also lovely and easy to work with. We highly recommend Block41!

  Thorough and Professional

  Our Fundraising event took place on a Thursday night and Jordan and the entire Block 41 crew did an outstanding job. We were especially appreciative of the thorough technical assistance provided and the ease of access for both the front end and the back. Great communications throughout.

  Great Service and Unique Venue

  Our school community loved this venue and we had a very successful event here. The space has a great vibe and can be as dressy or informal as you'd like. The staff - especially Jordan Schwartz - was fantastic! Always helpful, upbeat, flexible and responsive to our needs

  Amazing space and amazing team

  We recently had our school auction at Block 41. It was the perfect venue! The set-up is great for any type of event, the space has a unique feel and all of our guests really enjoyed the atmosphere. The Block 41 team was always very helpful and were a joy to work with. We are already planning on using Block 41 next year!

  Perfect venue for a fundraising event!

  I worked with Heli when we hosted our independent school's fundraising event at Block 41. Heli and her team were terrific to work with, and made our jobs as organizers very easy. The space was perfect for pre-parties on the first level, and the main event on the second level. Guests gave it rave reviews, and we're excited to book again for next year!

  As a floral designer, we love working at Block 41 because the space is so bright and airy. Natural light floods in through large windows, and in the evening, tasteful lighting creates a nostalgic warmth to the room that brings back old Seattle in a modern way. Light walls, paired with black trim and honey colored wood are a perfect palette for any floral color scheme or wedding style. We highly recommend this venue! Looking forward to the next wedding here!

  The event space and customer service at Block 41 were fabulous! The location was perfect for our guests staying in downtown Seattle as well as those coming from Kitsap County. The flow between the indoor spaces and outdoor courtyard were a real plus for our August event.

  The Block 41 team goes above and beyond. Very attentive to our needs and super helpful. The venue is also really cool. It offers something different than the traditional ballroom.

  Block 41 was the perfect venue for Erin & Eric's wedding! Even with 250 guests there was plenty of room for a large dance floor, two bars and space to mingle! The modern and urban setting was just the design aesthetics they were going for!
