    I got referred to Bllew Photography by a good friend of mine who used them for her wedding and I couldn't have been happier! I got married this past weekend and they captured us getting ready at the Palace Hotel, the Music Concourse, Shakespeare Garden, and the Academy of Science. Benson and Lily are amazing at shooting details as well as candid portraits; my husband and I aren't too comfortable in front of the camera, and they were able to ease us and not make awkward moments unbearable. Because we didn't take engagement pictures, they were totally flexible in swapping out the time and pictures for rehearsal day and were able to get a good feel for my husband and I - we're not the sentimental type in front of the cameras, so they were able to play off our silliness instead.

    Another item to note, they were both also very punctual and responsive when it came to the planning process and the day-of. I'd highly recommend Bllew photography for capturing your day-of and boudoir photos!

    This review is for the Fotobar (photobooth) - although if we could, we would have used them as our wedding photographers as well!

    I have known Benson and Lily for a long time but never on a professional level. I am writing this review from an completely unbaised, customer perspective however.

    John and I hired Bllew for our Fotobar. They came early to set up the Fotobar at our wedding and it looked perfect. Let me just tell you...it was a blast! If you want your guests to have an awesome, memorable time, this is it. Our guest could not stop telling us know much fun they had with the Fotobar.
    They have great props, great background (you get to pick from their selection) and the pictures that printed out are great quality!
    They also did an awesome job customizing our Fotobar prints. They looked awesome! Our wedding theme was travel so the Fotobar photos printed out like post cards with a stamp of golden gate bridge and a loving message from myself and John.

    The BEST things about Bllew was that on the photo itself that you take home, it gives you the website on the bottom to view the photos online. They posted these the very next day so you can view everyone's photos! Hilarious to look back on what you've missed!
    ON top of that, they sent me a DVD disk with all the photos included (in which we will print these out and include in our Thank you notes for a great laugh).

    They look time to really make the extra effort to make their customers happy.
    More than anything, they were easy to work with which makes it nice when you're planning a thousand things.

    WE absolutely love Bllew and would not hesitate on recommending them to anyone :).

    Benson and Lily are the husband and wife team that make up Bllew Photography. We found them online and they had great reviews as wedding photographers. They did such an awesome job with our wedding pictures and were very fast and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the pictures we got just a month after our wedding! Benson and Lily do great work and are very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend them!

    Not worth the price! This husband and wife duo charges way too much for their work while they don't even have a background in photography (they just picked up a camera and loved shooting). They also don't have the experience and length of service in the industry to charge the price they do. I paid for their services and travel fees and lodging for my destination wedding and while the husband shot the groomsmen, the wife played with my dogs while she was supposed to be shooting my "getting ready" photos. None of my photos were touched up and they looked sloppy. I have very few photos I really like. Just make sure you shop around and take a look at a full album of their work before you choose your photographer. They do the minimal work while enjoying a min vacation off my expense.
