Working with Hailee and Angie to plan and execute our wedding was an absolute dream! Hailee was such an amazing partner during planning, helping to ensure we were always on plan and was always available to support us. She even helped us find a new caterer in one day when our first went out of business! Angie was an absolute gift of a Day of Coordinator. She took over our wedding from Hailee seamlessly and truly helped make our vision a reality. With 12 different vendors, Angie made sure everyone was working in lock step and executed the most beautiful celebration, topping it all off with a sparkler send off! Thank you will never be enough to thank Hailee and Angie for making our day so special. -

Bliss Events is the best! I wasn't sure exactly what help I needed when I started planning my wedding and Stephanie promptly hopped on a call to help me figure it all out! She walked me through their variety of services and we agreed a Day-of-Coordinator would be the best fit. Hailee was an absolute *dream* to work with. She held my hand through all of the madness that is the final 60 days of wedding planning and she flawlessly executed a ceremony and reception at two separate venues. I cannot recommend their services enough! -

Above and beyond!
It's honestly hard to put into a small review how incredible Stephanie and her team were to work with. From the very beginning, she was absolutely the best. Stephanie really took the time to listen to all of our visions, and I felt like she genuinely cared about bringing our dream wedding to life. Communication was flawless—she kept us in the loop every step of the way, which really put us at ease.
Our wedding was in an aircraft hangar (not exactly your typical venue), which meant we had to bring in EVERYTHING ourselves. The amount of time, attention, and coordination this required was next-level, but Stephanie handled it all with such grace and precision. Her relationships with vendors saved us thousands of dollars, and I honestly can't stress enough how smooth the entire process was because of her.
Stephanie and her team went above and beyond in every sense. She even offered to do our mirror seating chart with vinyl herself—who does that?! I can truly say our special day wouldn't have been nearly as incredible without Stephanie by our side. If you're lucky enough to have her as your coordinator, trust me, you're in the best hands. I can't say enough great things to express how much I recommend her. -

Don't think twice
Attention! You NEED Stephanie and her team on your big day. In an effort to save money, I was initially on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator. Stephanie was worth every penny, and quite honestly saved us money with her connections, reputation, and expertise.
Stephanie and I scheduled a consultation via Zoom. My parents attended and very early on in the meeting we messaged each other in agreement that we had to hire her. She was comforting and professional, and without pressure. I originally hired her as a day of coordinator but soon found out that I needed her from fruition to the day of. She is WELL connected, a vault of resources, and may as well be duly certified as a counselor. She is the best listener and was solution oriented. I never had a single issue that wasn’t taken care of ahead of time due to her ability to perceive and dodge before I was even aware something was turning problematic. That does not negate the fact that she is communicative, honest, and fair. My husband forgot his pants the day of… Didn’t even know. My hair and makeup vendors ended up an issue and she literally did my hair for me. Quite honestly, it turned out better than my expensive consultation. I wanted a memorial bed for my dog… done and the spelling of her name was corrected on the seating chart… without me even asking. Detailed, communicative, fair, professional, salt of the earth. I am so confident in Stephanie that if you're on the fence, please reach out to me.

We had a great experience working with Bliss Events and Hailee as our "Day-of-coordinator". Hailee helped us ask the right questions and come up with solutions during our planning and was invaluable the day of our wedding. It was important to me as a bride who did the planning myself with a lot of DIY elements to be able to enjoy the day and have someone else in charge of our schedule and available to troubleshoot. The fact that Hailee was available to run our rehearsal the night before was hugely helpful, and she made clean up the night of the wedding go very fast and smoothly. We had a relatively simple wedding and our venue was pretty much full service so there weren't a lot of vendors for Hailee to liaise with in advance, but it was still 100% worth having Hailee there the day-of. We were on the fence about hiring a coordinator, but it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made! Thank you Bliss Events and Hailee! -

Stephanie and her assistant Jen were such a breeze to work with during the entire experience. They were timely, professional and kind. Their communication, ease to connect with and friendliness made the team perfect partners when it comes to working for a couple on their wedding day. I am a wedding photographer and had the honor of working with Jeanette from Bliss Events on a wedding! She was so communicative, responsive, and helpful on the wedding day! She made sure the couple and all the vendors were taken care of and you can really tell she is willing to go above and beyond to make sure things go smoothly on your wedding day!! If we could give Stephanie 6, 10, or 100 stars, we would! First of all, she was incredibly prompt and professional with communication. For all emails we sent, Stephanie would respond within the day. We sent her many questions, and she always had the most thoughtful and insightful response. Second, she diligently reviewed our vendor contracts, and made sure we were getting our money’s worth. It felt so great knowing we had someone who had our back. Third, during our venue walkthroughs, Stephanie’s experience and attention to detail really shined. She asked many important questions we missed, noted any To-Dos on our part, and made conversations very productive. She was also so perceptive; she could tell when we were unsure of something and she would prompt the question on our minds. Fourth, she was such a joy to collaborate with on ideas. We had a few Zoom calls with her, and every single one felt so fun and productive. And last but not least, Stephanie is so incredibly nice and friendly. She was so polite and warm to not only us, but to our friends & family. It’s been such a treat to know her and to have worked with her. We will really miss her, and we enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. She made our wedding vision come to life and freed us up to truly enjoy the day and stay in the moment knowing she and our decor assistant, Jen, had everything under control.
Our experience with Jen was also great. Her work in setting up decor at our reception venue was superb. We received many compliments on our tables, our entryway, and more.
Bliss Events was 100% the best investment we made for our wedding. Without them, our wedding wouldn’t have been the wonderful day it was. -

I was amazed by how dedicated Stephanie was to helping me find a wedding coordinator. Most companies simply told me they were unavailable without a referral or alternative, but no! Not Stephanie...she worked tirelessly to find someone else that was available and in my budget. She took the burden of finding another coordinator off my hands and for that I am forever thankful. The coordinator we chose felt like a friend who wanted to make sure our day was a success. And it was!! Nothing went wrong. It all worked out and everyone had a fantastic time. We had a legendary wedding and there's no way we could do that without a coordinator. -

I was brought on as an emergency replacement for a videographer that fell Ill the day before a wedding that Bliss Events was planning. Stephanie was my point of contact and she was so kind and responsive with any questions I had, especially with it being a last minute arrangement. I would definitely recommend, her and her company did an incredible job on the venue down to the smallest details!!
10/10 would recommend!
