Highly recommend! It was great working with Bleu Bite. The pre-planning process was so seamless and organized. Great communication and really responsive. Their staff was so friendly and attentive!! And their food was really good! Our guests were raving about our appetizers, the salmon and chicken were really good, and I loved the side of mashed potato’s. Book them! -

Not only was the food fantastic (we got appetizers, entrees, desserts, and did a bar service through Bleu Bite), but they were so helpful and made sure our setup and cleanup went smoothly. Allie was a joy to work with and kept us in line – making sure that we were completely prepared with all of the bar items and that the setup of our reception and decorations were as I had imagined. -

We were absolutely blown away by the catering that Bleu Bite provided for our wedding! From start to finish, the team was nothing short of top-notch, delivering exceptional service and delectable dishes that left our guests raving.
The food was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. Every single guest was wowed by the display, and we received countless compliments on the quality and flavor of each dish.
The catering team's attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process, from planning to execution. They worked hand in hand with us to ensure that our vision for the perfect wedding meal was realized, and they exceeded our expectations in every way.

Bleu Bite was professional, exceptional, and very easy to work with. They followed up with me consistently , communicated well, and were very organized. The staff were all amazing, hardworking, efficient, and kind. They offer so many services, which allows the wedding planning to be simplified. Their food is where they really shine though. All my guests raved about the food. Each side, entry, appetizer they served was delicious. The meat and poultry was cooked to perfection. They packaged leftover food up for us, which was devoured by the end of the weekend. The presentation was beautiful too! I would highly recommend. -

The team of Bleu Bite Catering arrived on time and were super flexible with set up. When the rain came in, they moved the appetizer table inside with minimal disruption for the guests. The food offered was very tasty and watched over so that it never looked like there wasn't enough food. They also insured that the buffet tables were kept clean and after they left, the kitchen looked as if no one had been there. Truly a great catering company. -

I HIGHLY recommend Bleu Bite Catering for your wedding! Prior to our wedding, they were easy to communicate with and assured us of their flexibility with changes in plans due to COVID early on in our wedding planning process. It made me feel at ease knowing that I could let them know of changes in our wedding plans and guest count right up until the week or two prior to our wedding. Bleu Bite truly puts their clients first and wants all of their client's wishes to come to fruition. They are very attentive to detail and all diets, food sensitivities, etc. The day of our wedding, all of their staff were very professional and kept all food handling/serving covid conscious! I appreciated the way they served our food, kept water glasses/wine glasses full, assisted with the champagne toast, and bussed all tables. I cannot thank Bleu Bite Catering enough and highly, highly encourage anyone planning a wedding or event to use their services. Thank you SO much Cerstin, Jasmyn, and all of the Bleu Bite Team! -

Bleu Bite was great to work with. We got married during COVID and had a lot of precautions in place. Bleu bite worked with us every step of the way to make sure our guests were safe and well fed. The staff did an amazing job from setting up to serving and everything inbetween! And the food... well it is delicious! We went will a Mexican themed menu and Bleu Bite helped specilize it to fit out dietery needs.

Cerstin and her team were wonderful. I worked with several different folks from Bleu Bite and all were up to date throughout our entire wedding process. Our wedding venue had to cancel 5 days (literally) before our wedding date and so we ended up doing a smaller backyard wedding. Bleu Bite was so supportive & flexible & even helped reference a few venues while we were deciding next steps. The food tasted amazing & the servers were exceptional. Everybody was super cheerful and ready to help as needed! And there were plenty of delicious leftovers! -

Working with Bleu Bite Catering was seamless. The food was excellent! We also received many compliments from our guests on how delicious it was. The staff was courteous and professional. Everything went off without a hitch at our wedding. Bleu Bite staff was great at clearing tables and putting out new food. Setting up our event details with Cerstin and Janie was so easy and comfortable. They checked in with us frequently (but not too frequently) about updates and changes to our event details and from my perspective, everything went perfectly! They have worked at our venue many times and knew exactly what to do. You cannot go wrong hiring Bleu Bite for your wedding—excellent food and excellent service! -

Bleu Bite was our easiest vendor to work with! They had so many different food options to choose from and our Mac and cheese bar was a huge hit. They were completely familiar with our venue which made everything super simple to coordinate. We received many compliments on the food after the wedding as well! I highly recommend hiring Bleu Bite for your wedding. -

Their entire team was so helpful, thoughtful, kind, and professional. It ended up being a very windy day, and the staff helped secure everything to prevent it from blowing away, even items unrelated to catering. They went above and beyond! They were able to rent us two lovely cake stands at the last minute, which was awesome. They were flexible and allowed us to change the menu exactly to our liking, and everything worked so well together. The food was amazing, especially the salads, which were plentiful on our menu since it was a hot day in August. We had a wonderful experience working with Bleu Bite, their client portal was a great way to keep everything organized and in one place. We ordered way too much food and had some last minute cancellations, but they assured us that the extra food would be donated and not wasted. This made us happy since we hate wasting, especially when the food is so high quality! We had a great experience and highly recommend Bleu Bite to cater your wedding! -

In summary, while the food was solid, the service was lacking, and we didn’t receive the level of care or professionalism that we deserved or paid for. If you’re looking for decent brunch food to be catered, I can recommend Bleu Bite for that, but not for 'setup & stay'—you’ll end up paying more without receiving any added service.
Bleu Bite catered and bartended our wedding, which we have reviewed separately, but they also catered our day-after brunch at the SHARC in Sunriver. We paid for the 'setup & stay' service, which ended up being a disappointment. While the food was very good, I honestly feel like we should have just opted for 'setup & go,' as that’s the level of service we received despite paying for them to stay.
We had two young servers, and instead of providing service throughout the event, they spent the majority of the time sitting in the kitchen gossiping and on their phones. At one point, after seeing one of our guests clear an entire table of empty plates and trash (which wasn't even their table), I went in and asked the servers to please ensure that the buffet area stayed picked up and that trash was being handled—basic responsibilities that should not have had to be reiterated. Their response was that they didn’t want to 'rush people.' I explained that nobody would feel rushed if they cleared a table that was already empty of guests and full of trash.
We had also communicated at the beginning of the event that guests would be coming and going throughout, and the expectation was that tables should be cleaned and flipped for use by later arrivals. Unfortunately, that didn't happen, and it was quite embarrassing. -

Bleu Bite was, without a doubt, the worst vendor from our wedding. We deeply regret not attempting to exit our contract with them before it was too late. Their unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and overall negative impact on both our planning process and wedding day itself were extremely disappointing. Even our guests independently shared their negative experiences because they felt it was concerning enough to warrant being in a review, which confirmed our concerns and motivated us to write this review to help other brides and grooms avoid similar issues.
To future couples: If you’re considering Bleu Bite, think carefully. We wouldn’t wish our experience with them on anyone
The entire process was marred by bait-and-switch tactics, confrontational interactions, and frequent backtracking on agreements, which forced last-minute adjustments and created unnecessary stress.
During the event, their staff was untrained, items went missing, and execution fell short, with issues like unexpected food substitutions, failure to set up key elements, and rude treatment of guests. Specific problems included inexperienced bartending, refusal to serve non-alcoholic drinks or accommodate allergies as promised, and prematurely removing drinks from guests (who were not overserved). While the food on the wedding day was better than the unpleasant tasting experience, it didn’t compensate for the stress caused by their behavior or the impact on the day.
Ultimately, despite thorough cleanup, the overall experience with Bleu Bite Catering was negative, and we cannot recommend them. Their actions overshadowed what should have been a joyous occasion.

If this is how you treat your customers, people deserve to know!
It has been MANY years since I have been made to feel that my money and feelings are absolutely inconsequential to a company I’m spending a large sum of money with—one I have spent MONTHS working with. The level of disrespect we experienced was baffling. I hope no one makes the same mistake we did using Bleu Bite as a caterer.
Like most folks who are looking for a caterer, we saw that Bleu Bite came in highly recommended for our wedding. Everything was fine up until our tasting. During our tasting there were some items we really enjoyed, but there was one option that was inedible (I don’t use this term lightly), another that was unseasoned and multiple that were overcooked. I politely requested to try an additional protein option because of the four protein options we tried, only one was a good fit for us.
During our call with Bleu Bite to request to taste another option, Vivian (the Customer Service Manager) told us it was against their policy to offer any other tasting options and they were NOT going to provide another option to try. I let her know that only protein option worked for us and we felt uncomfortable spending such a sum of money on something we weren’t confident was going to be a fit for us. I even offered to PAY MORE for the additional tasting and they said NO—take it or leave it. I asked them to have the owner to call me to discuss terminating our contact over ONE additional item to taste because I felt I had no other choice. Not only did the manager NOT CALL, I woke up to an email from them letting us know they’re refunding our deposit (essentially cancelling our contract) before being respectful enough to call me about it first as I had requested. Side note: I was told the Owner was on vacation for the next week and wouldn’t be able to get back to me, but somehow she managed to have time the very next day to cancel our contract.
To know that this company does absolutely nothing to accommodate their customers AND in the face of conflict won’t even be respectful enough to notify you before walking away from your agreement should make anyone run for the hills. Bleu Bite—I wish you well and hope you will consider changing your business practices and attitude. -
