  Spectacular and Delicious Wedding Catering!

  We were absolutely blown away by the catering that Bleu Bite provided for our wedding! From start to finish, the team was nothing short of top-notch, delivering exceptional service and delectable dishes that left our guests raving.
  
  The food was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. Every single guest was wowed by the display, and we received countless compliments on the quality and flavor of each dish.
  
  The catering team's attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process, from planning to execution. They worked hand in hand with us to ensure that our vision for the perfect wedding meal was realized, and they exceeded our expectations in every way.

  Great food and service

  The staff was very kind, responsive, and helpful. Food was amazing, all of our guests loved it. We did the full set up/take down package and they worked so hard to set up the venue to look perfect and they took great care of all of my belongings/decor and were incredibly organized. You can tell they have done this a time or two! They also worked really well with our day-of coordinator and were very familiar with the venue. The bartenders were great as well; great drinks and service on their part.

  Tasty food and great service

  Bleu Bite was professional, exceptional, and very easy to work with. They followed up with me consistently , communicated well, and were very organized. The staff were all amazing, hardworking, efficient, and kind. They offer so many services, which allows the wedding planning to be simplified. Their food is where they really shine though. All my guests raved about the food. Each side, entry, appetizer they served was delicious. The meat and poultry was cooked to perfection. They packaged leftover food up for us, which was devoured by the end of the weekend. The presentation was beautiful too! I would highly recommend.

  Wonderful food & amazing to work with

  If you are considering going with Bleu Bite, just DO IT! You will be blown away. Here are some of the things we absolutely loved about them:
  
  - They responded to issues (like a surprise hail storm in the middle of setting up an outdoor dinner) calmly and very quickly
  - The food was delicious - people in particular raved about the bacon pepper cream cheese appetizer
  - Every interaction with the team (primarily Jasmyn and Cerstin, but really everyone) was just delightful
  - They are consummate professionals with a plan for every possibility
  - They went above and beyond on simple things like helping with desserts (from a different vendor) or drinks (which we provided ourselves) without complaint and without asking us for an upcharge for each small thing. This was markedly different from other vendors who frequently said things like "that's not part of our contract"
  - The overall pricing was very reasonable for what we got
  
  If we do another large event in the Bend area, we will 100% be working with Bleu Bite. We would even pay a substantially higher price just due to how amazing the team is to work with.

  Great Food and Variety of Choices

  Bleu Bite was a great choice for our wedding. They had a wide menu selection at a reasonable price. Coordinating the meal tasting was easy even though we were from out of town. We came into town to tend to some other wedding planning, and they were able to get us a meal tasting to go. They easily accommodated the dietary restrictions of our vegan and gluten-free guests with both the appetizers and dinner. We could have eaten the apps all night long; fried risotto, pork sliders, and mac n cheese cups were too delicious. And the dinner was also great. The salmon and pork chop were not dry, and each had a nice sauce. My wife is from Idaho and her family can be critical of potatoes, but the mashed potatoes were a hit across the whole wedding. Bleu Bite even sent us home with some dinner leftovers. They were great to work with from start to finish and at a great price.

  Great Food + Amazing Staff

  Excellent experience with Bleu Bite for our wedding! Easy communication throughout the planning process, large selection of foods including a kids' menu, AMAZING, kind and thorough staff and we felt we received a very fair price! Highly recommend hiring Bleu Bite for your event.

  Friendly and helpful

  The team of Bleu Bite Catering arrived on time and were super flexible with set up. When the rain came in, they moved the appetizer table inside with minimal disruption for the guests. The food offered was very tasty and watched over so that it never looked like there wasn't enough food. They also insured that the buffet tables were kept clean and after they left, the kitchen looked as if no one had been there. Truly a great catering company.

  Bleu Bite helped make the wedding event PERFECT!!!

  From tasting to event, wow did Bleu Bite impress us. The wedding was a hit and the guests raved about the food.   Amazing food and people

  The food was amazing they helped cater to everyone’s needs and were on time with our schedule. We had a small mixup with some drinks but we were able to work it out quickly. They were so amazing and so sweet.

  Bleu Bite was great to work with. We got married during COVID and had a lot of precautions in place. Bleu bite worked with us every step of the way to make sure our guests were safe and well fed. The staff did an amazing job from setting up to serving and everything inbetween! And the food... well it is delicious! We went will a Mexican themed menu and Bleu Bite helped specilize it to fit out dietery needs.

  A great business to work with!

  Cerstin and her team were wonderful. I worked with several different folks from Bleu Bite and all were up to date throughout our entire wedding process. Our wedding venue had to cancel 5 days (literally) before our wedding date and so we ended up doing a smaller backyard wedding. Bleu Bite was so supportive & flexible & even helped reference a few venues while we were deciding next steps. The food tasted amazing & the servers were exceptional. Everybody was super cheerful and ready to help as needed! And there were plenty of delicious leftovers!

  Amazing... with all of the changes due to COVID-19, they were willing to travel to corvallis so we could have them cater. The food was incredible

  Omg wedding dinner was so good!

  Bleu took care of everything! All hands on deck. All our guests were complimenting our dinner! Bleu had a full crew, refilling waters and wine and it was just so perfect and smooth!

  Working with Bleu Bite Catering was seamless. The food was excellent! We also received many compliments from our guests on how delicious it was. The staff was courteous and professional. Everything went off without a hitch at our wedding. Bleu Bite staff was great at clearing tables and putting out new food. Setting up our event details with Cerstin and Janie was so easy and comfortable. They checked in with us frequently (but not too frequently) about updates and changes to our event details and from my perspective, everything went perfectly! They have worked at our venue many times and knew exactly what to do. You cannot go wrong hiring Bleu Bite for your wedding—excellent food and excellent service!

  Great experience

  Bleubite was easy to work with and the food was great. They decorated their tables to match the theme and all of the servers were super friendly. They were really helpful and did a great job cleaning the venue afterward.

  The entire Bleu Bite team was wonderful to work with. They coordinated everything from the food and drinks to the rentals. It was nice to be able to plan so much more than just the catering through them as we did not hire a wedding coordinator for our small wedding. Our guests continue to talk about how great the food was! Highly recommend!

  The food for our wedding was EXCEPTIONAL - our guests continue to rave about it! The experience with working with Bleu Bite was seamless. I really appreciate their efforts to be environmentally sustainable and source local ingredients, and to accommodate our guests' dietary restrictions. Highly recommend!

  An absolute dream team to work with!

  Hiring Bleu Bite was one of the best decisions I could have made for my wedding day. The staff were all very professional and pleasant.
  The food was amazing, they cut and served the cake, they kept everyone plied with drinks. As a bride busily running around to say hi and thank everyone they made sure to serve my husband and I our food first and hunted me down every so often to see if I needed a drink.
  During setup we discovered I hadn't actually booked and brought plates which I told them I would provide but they were able to run back to their office and grab paper plates which worked out just wonderfully.
  We spent a couple hundred dollars more to help with wedding break-down and cleanup and I'm so glad we did! It made getting out the door at the end of the festivities so much less stressful. They did such a great job I feel confident we'll get our full security deposit back.
  Overall they were wonderful to work with and I'd 100% recommend them without a moments hesitation.

  Bleu Bite catered our wedding last Saturday and we were very impressed with them from beginning to end! Cerstin and her staff were friendly, accommodating and on top of things! They accommodated my dietary needs easily. The day of the event the staff handled everything perfectly. My husband and I didn’t have to do anything but be the bride and groom! They cut and served our wedding cake and cleaned up afterwards. The food was delicious, fresh and dairy free for me! We would highly recommend Bleu Bite Catering for any event!

  Bleu Bite was FANTASTIC at our wedding! They were definitely the best decision we made for that day. Everything from the tasting to the day-of setup, the people making and serving food, and every single email reply in the days leading up was very professional and well done. Our wedding was outdoors, and there happened to be a huge wind storm during the first part of the reception. They made it seem like nothing happened, just carried on and straightened things as decor occasionally toppled while refreshing everyone’s drinks and making sure the food was on point.
  My father in law even commented the next day on how put together Bleu Bite was the whole time.

  Amazing company!

  I started a wedding wire account simply to review Bleu Bite. 5 stars simply is not enough for this amazing woman led company!!! The team is so fabulous and although Cerstin is not at every event, she makes sure her team is flawless! We recently had our wedding at our home in Tumalo. It was pouring rain, hailing and although there were some bumps trying to get the catering team set up and out of the unexpected rain, they were cheerful and helpful to me the entire time. They were so adaptable and calm that I didn't freak out. They brought us over food during photos so we didn't miss out on our amazing appetizers and not only that plated up a bride and groom plate with a full spread of everything we had on the menu and put it in our fridge for that night. We definitely were not a couple that missed out on eating at our own wedding! Our menu was so delicious, they worked with our budget and we didn't feel like we missed out on anything. We are still getting comments 2 weeks later on how amazing our food was! I will be using them for every event from now on!

  This staff goes above and beyond! Everything was more than we anticipated. Our guests loved the food! The salmon was to die for! We also had them cater family brunch the next day. Highly recommended!

Highlights from guest feedback were the baked brie, the veggie enchiladas, and the apple-stuffed chicken. Thanks to Bleu Bite for helping to make our wedding excellent!
