This venue was an absolute DREAM! The team made the day go flawlessly - I knew everything was in good hands with Sarah and the team which made the day go without a hitch! The best team to work with, so communicative and accommodating for every request. Plus, we got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, we are so grateful that we got married here!

We recently celebrated our wedding at Blackstone Country Club, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the very beginning, we worked closely with Sarah, who was absolutely excellent. Her communication was amazing—she provided helpful advice, answered every question we had, and did so with a pleasant and efficient demeanor.

On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly. The venue itself was stunning, creating a beautiful backdrop for our special day. The food was outstanding, and we received numerous compliments from our guests about the quality and presentation. The wait staff were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that everyone felt welcomed and taken care of.

Blackstone Country Club will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we are so happy we chose to get married here. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful location and exceptional service for their wedding!

Blackstone Country Club is phenomenal. Top-notch service from everyone on their team. They are so detail-oriented and truly go above and beyond. The food is delicious. So good, in fact, it reminded me of something from my childhood. Remember that scene from Ratatouille? Exactly like that.

Our daughter's wedding at Blackstone Country Club was everything she dreamed of! She and her husband consider the day magical and perfect in retrospect; that is what you hope for as parents. The venue is incredibly beautiful, the food and service was outstanding, and Blackstone's wedding planner, Sarah Cornelius, was extraordinary in coordinating and executing the dream wedding. 190 people from all over the country celebrated the couple's love and union, and many of them stated it was the nicest wedding they'd ever attended. Thank you, Sarah, Chef Jeffrey, Zach, and everyone who served and supported our guests. The 60-person rehearsal dinner was also exceptional, held in the Rose Garden on the west end of the club. We would highly recommend Blackstone as your wedding and/or reception venue.

Blackstone Country Club is one of the most beautiful places on earth and we couldn’t be happier that we were fortunate enough to celebrate our wedding day with them! Everything exceeded our expectations from the Rose Garden ceremony, the wonderful outdoor cantina for drinks, the beautiful reception courtyard, and I will absolutely never forget the amazing gelato bar. Our guests cannot stop commenting on how great our wedding was and how the food was the best they’ve ever had at a wedding. The Blackstone staff made it the most memorable evening in our lives. Sarah and Michaela were so helpful with answering all of our questions along the way and making sure the day went perfectly. We never once had to worry about the timeline or about anything that was going on. You must check out this venue if you are planning on getting married in the area. 10/10!

Definitely recommend Blackstone Country Club!!!! The first thing you will notice is that the setting is absolutely breathtaking!! The layout of the grounds, the building architecture, the friendly and efficient staff were perfectly suited for our outdoor desert wedding. The wedding coordinator, Samantha, made the process very easy. She was professional, responded very quickly to my questions, and made excellent suggestions. Samantha, and her staff, orchestrated each element of the entire wedding flawlessly and everything was set up exactly as we asked! On top of that, the food was Incredible! It was delicious, of the highest quality, was served hot, and the range of food options met the needs of every guest . The wedding cake was stunning. We gave the pastry chef a picture of an intricately detailed, three tier cake and she made it exact! Our signature drink was a Pimm's No. 1 cup. It is a drink that is specific to the U.K. and requires meticulous advance prep to taste just right. The guests absolutely raved about it, saying it was one of the best they had ever tasted! I could go on and on, but the most important review came from our daughter when she said "Thank you Mom, my wedding was perfect!"

My husband and I are beyond satisfied with choosing Blackstone for our wedding ceremony and reception. The venue is absolutely beautiful!! Working with Samantha Langlois was nothing short of amazing. She is very kind, attentive, and prompt with communication. The staff does an incredible job coordinating the sequence of events for the wedding day and running on time. Food was good - would suggest the salmon over everything! A few of my guests said the steak was just okay.

We cannot say enough good things about Blackstone Country Club. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more. The food was great. The cake was delicious. The venue is stunning. But the best part of Blackstone was the incredible service we received. The club's wonderful event coordinator, Sam, was half the reason why we booked the gorgeous venue in the first place. She was such a joy to work with and so helpful throughout the entire planning process. The week of the wedding, rain appeared in the forecast for our wedding day, and Sam guided us through choosing a tent, telling us honestly what features she thought weren't worth our money and providing support when we were bummed about the weather. The day before the wedding, I handed all my spreadsheets and boxes of decorations over to Sam and her day-of coordinator, Fiona, knowing they would flawlessly carry out my vision. The day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly -- even with a 30-minute downpour about an hour before the ceremony began. I didn't worry about anything other than having fun, because I knew Sam, Fiona and their crew had everything under control. Our wedding was truly the most wonderful day of our lives, and we owe it all to Blackstone.

Samantha Langlois, and the entire Blackstone Country Club staff goes above and beyond in all aspects of your wedding day. The moment you walk into Blackstone you are surrounded by beauty and I just knew from that moment I saw the venue it was exactly where I had to get married. Samantha makes all of the planning and the wedding day go absolutely perfect. You know how everyone says that something is bound to go wrong on your big day? Well, that definitely is not true with Blackstone. My day was perfect from beginning to end! Sam is so great at communicating and making sure all of your expectations are met and then some! My husband and I could not have been happier with our choice. We live in Colorado so we had a destination wedding in Arizona and so many of our guests asked us why are you getting married in Arizona and not Colorado? And all we said to them was well, you'll understand once you see where we are getting married. Our guests were blown away by the food, venue and staff. Thank you for everything Blackstone and I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone!!

I booked our wedding at Blackstone without even visiting the venue first. I was still living on the east coast and didn't have time to fly out to Arizona to look at venues. After many emails and phone calls with Samantha, I felt comfortable enough to make a deposit. When I visited Blackstone, I knew I'd made the right decision. It exceeded my expectations and was more beautiful than the pictures! We elected to have our ceremony in the rose garden for a more intimate feel than the main lawn. The staff are amazing. Samantha made everything a breeze. I kept thinking I was forgetting something, but it was because she had taken care of it all! The food was delicious and they were so easy to work with to come up with a menu that was perfect for us. Blackstone provides the luxury and scenery of a Scottsdale resort, but without the insane price tag. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!

I honestly cannot imagine getting married anywhere else. We knew Blackstone was special from the moment we entered the gates and drove up the hillside to the club. It is absolutely stunning, and the service is of the highest quality. My husband and I still keep commenting on how perfect our wedding day was; and if there was something that went wrong, we must just have never known about it. Samantha is incredible to work with and she always replied to my emails or various questions. She is kind and genuinely excited to work with her brides! Our day of coordinator was also amazing and made our rehearsal and wedding day run perfectly. There wasn't anything that she wasn't able to help with. We held our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant which also could not have been more perfect. The chef and pastry chef are true experts and are passionate about their craft. I cannot comment enough on how delicious the entrees and cake were! You truly get what you pay for with Blackstone, which is incredible service, kind staff and an absolutely amazing wedding day. We have received so many compliments. It is a hidden gem and definitely one of the best venues in all of Arizona.

The 2 sites at the Hacienda are beautiful. The grounds and natural scenery are spectacular. The cocktail hour,the dinner menu, cake were amazing.The staff was very attentive. We had 2 event coordinators available to help plan the special day for our daughter and son-in -law.The courtyard was transformed into a beautiful reception area, and the night time views of the stars and city lights from the patio were spectacular.The Blackstone Country Club is the perfect wedding venue especially if you live in or near the Northwest valley, it's absolutely gorgeous. When we discuss the wedding with family and friends they still rave about how perfect and beautiful everything was.

There are not enough good things to say about Blackstone. The food, the staff and the venue itself was amazing! Elizabeth Todd, the coordinator, was so great through the whole process. My guests were in awe of the venue and said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been too. I will recommend them to anyone who is getting married who wants piece of mind and a less stressful experience. They helped make my day amazing and I didnt have to worry about a thing :)

I do not know how far you would have to search to find the perfect venue compared to blackstone. Elizabeth and Megan total took care of everything. All guests commented that is was the best, most beautiful and fairytale wedding they have ever attended. The food and cake were even better than at the tasting. I can not say enough. It was GREAT!

The Venue was incredible, it is gorgeous and breathtaking, and you couldn't get a bad picture or memory from the setting if you tried.

Our interaction with the staff was impeccable from our first meeting to see the property, to the tastings, to the rehearsal, to the wedding day. Staff repeatedly went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. Not only is their coordinator FANTASTIC helping you with emails when you need questions answered, helpful hints, recommended vendors to work with, and to-do lists if you want (which I needed) to get you through each and every detail beginning months before right down to the day before; but TRULY all the staff went out of their way to keep checking on us during the evening. We could really feel that we were special to them and our day was special to them. Your event is unique and you will not feel rushed or pressured to do things like an assembly line.

The venue's appearance will absolutely speak for itself, it's outside the main circuit of resorts in Scottsdale/phoenix, but the drive in through the area and the impressive drive through their massive front gates, truly transports you and your guests, making you feel tucked away and totally submerged in your celebration. We absolutely loved it, I can't stop looking at my pictures, and we adored our experience with everyone there. We were hoping for a wedding that made us happy, and it far surpassed that to one of the most memorable, incredible weddings any of our guests had ever been to.

Elizabeth, Megan and the rest of the Blackstone staff was amazing in every aspect. We had to change our wedding date and even with the change everything was executed flawlessly! The venue was breathtaking and, we received comments from almost all of our guests about what a perfect location Blackstone was. I can not say enough wonderful things about our entire experience! Thank you for making our day better than we could have hoped for!

Blackstone Country Club is a BEAUTIFUL venue for your ceremony and reception! Everything was beyond gorgeous, and I can't imagine a prettier place to have had our wedding. Our guests keep telling us that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to! The staff also goes above and beyond. They were so accommodating to my husband and I and all of our guests. Elizabeth and Megan, who are the two main people you work with to plan your wedding, are also incredibly sweet and helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding!!

Blackstone is a beautiful venue for an outdoor ceremony and reception. From the first day we visited, we felt confident in the staff. They were professional, understanding, organized and flexible. They went above and beyond to make sure that on the day of the wedding, I didn't worry about a thing. The venue itself creates an atmosphere that is elegant, romantic, and magical. After seeing many other venues, I cannot imagine a better place to be married. Our guests loved the quality of the food, the desert landscape, and the fairytale feeling you get just by being there. Family members from all over the country quoted, "When I get married, I want it to be HERE at Blackstone!"

The venue is beautiful and all of our guests were taken aback by the atmosphere Blackstone provided. But let me be the first to tell you that without an excellent staff, that means very little. Elizabeth and Megan went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. They really made our wedding spectacular. As every wedding, there were some things that didn't go as planned, but Megan and Elizabeth actually managed to not just fix it, but make it better! They really had a solution for everything. I'm SO glad to have had our wedding at Blackstone, it was just WONDERFUL thanks to the lovely ladies in charge! :)

Blackstone was the perfect venue. All of our guests are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was and Blackstone made it all possible. Megan and Elizabeth were wonderful to work with and helped us every step of the way. This was a destination wedding for us so it was really nice to have the ladies there to help.

Alisha, the ceremony coordinator, was simply amazing. She helped with the ceremony and even stayed after to help our photographer with pictures. She made everything easier so we didn't have to worry about anything.

The cake was amazing and the food tasted great. The only complain I have is that the main course took a while to be brought out after salads were finished so some of our guests got impatient and started getting up from the tables to go to the bar. But once the main course plates started coming out, the wait staff worked hard to get it to everyone quickly.

I would recommend this venue to anyone. I couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else and we are so lucky to have found it. Thank you Blackstone for making our wedding so beautiful!

Our wedding at the Blackstone Country went above and beyond our wildest dreams. I never thought that our day would end up being so flawless and wonderful. The staff, Elizabeth and Megan, are personable, competent, and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. When we didn't know what we quite wanted, they always ended up knowing exactly what it was :) I am a commuter student and I was worried about planning my wedding from a distance, but these two always had my mind at ease and made the process as virtually painless as possible.
On the actual day of, the organization of the event was impeccable and most everything went off without a hitch. The food was fabulous (we had the salmon dish and the chicken dish served as well as the veggie pasta as an option) and I know our guests appreciated the bar's selection of drinks (our signature spiked hot chocolate and cider!)
I can go on an on for days about the beauty of the location/grounds/facilities. Thank you Blackstone for making our fairy tale come true!

We could not have been happier with our wedding at Blackstone! The service was incredible, the venue could not be more beautiful, and the food is the quality you would expect at a fine restaurant (I could go on and on about the food!)- it's fabulous.

The folks we worked with at Blackstone made it so easy for us to plan our wedding there. They have an awesome wedding coordinator that is so helpful and organized. Being that we are not from the area, we loved that they had recommendations for us for everything and even handled all the rentals for us. The level of service and attention we received could not have been better. They also provided a day-of-wedding coordinator that was awesome and professional, so that the actual day was easy and flawless.

We got married at Blackstone Country Club on 11/06/10. Everything from the landscaping at the country club to the food was phenomenal! Blackstone is a very classy, unique setting for a wedding. The outdoor reception really creates a magical place setting for your guests to be able to dance under the stars. We worked with Elizabeth and Megan for about a year and a half. They took all of the stress out of planning a wedding. They handled everything!! We feel so lucky to have been able to get married at Blackstone. I couldn't have dreamed of a more beautiful place setting. Our guests have told us they have never been to more of a beautiful wedding!!

The BEST wedding I've ever been to...and it just happened to be mine! Blackstone is the perfect venue for a fairytale wedding! From start to finish, the wedding was nothing short of perfect! The staff made us feel like we were special and unique. They worked with us to plan the event based on our wants and needs. They took interest in our special requests and treated us like we were family! They didn't miss a detail! Elizabeth the wedding coordintator stayed in constant communication during the entire process. Megan the catering manager has excellent taste and knowledge of food and wine. She even had our favorite wines brought in for the event! As an Arizona native we wanted our out of town guests to experience the natural beauty that the Arizona desert has to offer. The setting at Blackstone is simply put, gorgoues and amazing! We called it our hidden gem! The FOOD was TOP NOTCH! The pastry chef is a miracle worker! Who knew a cake could taste as good as it looked! The wedding was over a month ago, and still people are talking! There were some classy people in attendance who made it clear that this was one of, if not THE best wedding they had ever been to! I could go on and on about that day, but the simple truth is that Blackstone made my every wedding day dream come true. I would recommend Blackstone to anyone looking for a flawless, stunning, classy and exclusive venue for their wedding day!

Elizabeth, Elicia and Meghan at Blackstone were amazing!!! They knew exactly what my wife and I wanted and anticipated our every desire. We were very worried how everything would come together on the big day...you spend months and months planning piece by piece and we never really knew how it would all come together on the final day, but they did superb! Everything was put together exactly how we wanted it. The food was fabulous and HOT, the service was excellent and the cake looked just like we wanted. Honestly, we really can not say enough about how great the entire staff at Blackstone was on our special day!!!! Thank you to everyone at Blackstone that helped make our special day spectacular!

The staff at Blackstone did a wonderful job of making sure my husband and I were comfortable, the ceremony and reception flowed, the guests were happy and comfortable, and the venue was transformed into a setting for royalty. I would recommend this facility to anyone. We were very happy with the personable wait staff, bartenders, and of course the treatment of our vendors. The food was excellent!

Our wedding here was beautiful. You can not beat the setting here. Everything is gorgeous. The staff will make planning a breeze. Everyone is wonderful to work with! Many of our guests told us the dinner was the best meal they ever had. When does that happen at a wedding?! Blackstone is a very intimate, private, beautiful top notch place to be married. The venue, the staff, the event coordinators are very open to hearing about the wedding you would like to achieve. My cake was an exact replica of what we wanted and the food was outstanding. Our guests couldn't believe that they were eating filet mignon at a wedding. Everything was just perfect and my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams. If you are looking for a beautiful, outdoor, intimate, high class place to be married, Blackstone is your choice.

This place was AMAZING! It produced beautiful pictures, especially at sunset and provided awsome service! The wedding coordinators were very attentive and helped make you feel like a princess on your special day!

I never dreamed I could have such a beautiful wedding without spending an exorbitant amount of money, but I did! Blackstone Country Club was absolutely gorgeous and they took care of everything, including the ceremony, food, cake, drinks, table linens, etc. The staff is incredibly professional and they always made me feel important.

Everytime I speak to one of my guests, they still bring up my wedding and how beautiful and special it was. I've even received thank you notes from my guests, thanking me for inviting them and telling me what a good time they had. Blackstone made this all possible and I am truly grateful!

We had our rehearsal dinner here. We were just about to start and it started pouring rain... and we were outside... But Blackstone was extremely flexible! We literally picked up the tables and moved them to shelter. This could have ruined the party but it turned out really funny and bonding. We had a wonderful time! Also, they served the best steak I've had in my life!

Blackstone was an absolute fairy tale. Our guests could not stop commenting on how beautiful it was and how great the food was. Everyone we worked with there including Emily Dille, was exceptional. I would reccommend this to any bride searching for an outdoor venue!

We had looked at over 32 venues in Phoenix, Sedona, and California to find the perfect one. Blackstone had the perfect setting and provided an outdoor airy feel with amazing facilities. The team at Blackstone were wonderful to work with and they went over and beyond on everything. My guests loved the appetizers and they loved that we served simple items that tasted amazing. We also keep hearing about our signature drinks that Blackstone developed for us.

The only bad thing that happened was dinner service was slightly delayed due to the kitchen not prepping plates till all salad plates were cleared. However, when Blackstone realized this they worked extra hard to plate everything quickly.

I had my wedding here last month (November 2022). Leading up to my big day, it was a no brainier picking this venue. The second you tour it in person the beautiful location leaves you in awe. Sarah Cornelius was my coordinator and that woman is amazing. She is beyond helpful, so organized, and is just so darn good at her job. I was a diy bride and couldn't have gotten everything done without her. I had a vision, but she's the one that brought it to life. Our friends and family have been raving how it's one of the best weddings they've ever been to. We had plated food and it was phenomenal. I was initially worried about the wedding cake, as wedding cakes are usually on the dry side. This was moist and perfectly balanced. We also had a gelato bar, which people loved. And the drinks were on point! They even accommodated us and allowed us to have a Limoncello toast instead of champagne. Definitely worth every penny. Thank you Sarah and thank you Blackstone.

Blackstone was my dream wedding venue. We had our wedding there on 10/18. It was absolutly perfect. I had been working with the venue for so long that I had two coordinators. The transition from one to another was rough because I was told different things. That was eventually worked out leading to the day of the wedding. Samantha was great after we could settle the differences. My only issue with the wedding day was after unfortunate events we had about 10 people did not show that were pre paid for. This wasn't determined that they didn't show until the the reception started at about 6 pm. Dinner was probably served around 6:30 pm. Someone had requested another meal because they had known that several people didn't show and the manager was very rude to the mother of the bride stating they couldn't do that and they didn't make the meals. This was the only thing I didn't agree with. I understand that it was our downside they didn't show, but it wasn't just one or two meals. It was 10. That was a significant amount to be able to give one meal out. As the bride and knowing what was going on there was only 2 people who wanted the other meals. It wasn't more than 10 or even half and it would not have lead to more people asking for extra meals. It was just unprofessional to be that rude to the mother of the bride the day of. Unfortunately that was my only concern with the day. I would also recommend to not have the tv on at the bar. That held some guests to the tv the whole time. From where I was I didn't know it was on but would have requested it be turned off. Otherwise, the venue was amazing and Erin the on day coordinator was perfect! She couldn't have made the day more perfect and knew exactly what I wanted without even having to say!

Blackstone Country Club is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue! Everyone is just wonderful to work with! They are very thorough and detail-oriented, making it easy to plan your special day. And it is one of the few wedding venues in which you can have an outdoor reception in their courtyard. I received so many compliments from our guests that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been too!

Thanks to Elizabeth our wedding was a dream come true! She organized everything perfectly and made sure that we got what we wanted! I will always remember our wedding and the experience that Blackstone provided us with. Our guests have only had good things to say as well!

Elizabeth and Megan are wonderful. They are very professional and are willing to do whatever it takes to make you and your guests happy. The venue is amazing and the service staff is as well. The only complaint I have is that the one food choise of Mahi Mahi we had was so dry that it was pretty much not edible. My husband chose this dish because he loves Mahi Mahi but was only able to eat a few bites. We spoke to others guests as well and they werent able to eat their fish either. We were really dissapointed with this because we had eaten dinner there twice to taste the food and it was always delicious. The other choices (chicken marsala and vegetarian Pasta) were very good. Luckily they give large portions so with the side dishes and the appetizers I think it was enough to fill up the guests. But still not happy we paind $50 a person for inedible food.

Other than that I have no complaints. They did an amazing job otherwise!

Getting ready to have my wedding there in April! Searched high and low for a venue in Scottsdale... Which were all so overpriced and no where NEAR as beautiful as Blackstone country club! I was wowed by the beauty of the country club the moment I walked in, without any decor or wedding set up, it was still beautiful! So excited to have my wedding there and so happy I can save on flowers & decor because of the beauty of the venue itself!

This venue is the most beautiful venue that one can ask for. I almost hate to even say anything bad happened but it did and I have to share it so that it won't happen to another couple. My experience did not go over exactly as I had visioned/requested/planned. We did not do the typical wedding reception and did not want it to run that way. We requested a cocktail reception that they ran like a dinner reception which totally was NOT what we wanted and it threw everything off. I had many conversations with the planners, the chef, the catering manager and thought they were all on the same page until the night of the wedding and they ran it like a dinner buffet reception. However, thankfully my guests were nonethewiser and didn't suspect anything. If you are planning a very traditional wedding this place would be excellent. More than excellent!! If you are planning something different I can only strongly suggest that you explicity express it and check and double check. I had told them numerous times what I wanted but I didn't get that. As I said, my guest had no idea though. We did and really that's all that mattered. I had some other little problems afterwards but nothing that would deter me from using this venue again. Make sure you know exactly who is responsible for taking your wedding items at the end of the night. On a good note, my guests raved about the food and the venue. So would I spend the money to have it here again...that is a yes but I can assure you that I would be very explicit in my VISION of what I expected to the point of being over the top!! I guess I wasn't....enough.

Do not get married at this place. We had a bunch of cards stolen from our card box which was right next to the valet guys. They have cameras covering this whole property except the exact spot they decided to put our card box. Blackstone has done nothing about it.
Our cake looked like the leaning tower of Pisa. We prepaid thousands of dollars towards the bar. Sarah asked me 2 days before the wedding if I wanted to open the bar before the ceremony, I said no and they did it anyway. Not only were some people drunk before the wedding even started, but it caused our bar tab that we put thousands of dollars towards to run out way earlier than expected. We had prepaid for an extra hour of time at the venue which cost us $500 but once the bar tab ran out and it turned into a cash bar, people started leaving.
We had a really nice guest book (wooden sign) that we were planning on hanging in our house, well some of the Blackstone workers came and signed it with a paint pen. Blackstone said sorry and they would make sure that doesn't happen again in the future. (Well that doesn't help us) Blackstone also stole the shelf that we used for our party favors, they said since we don't have the receipt for it they won't reimburse us. Sarah said in an email that the shelf was in their kitchen, but now she doesn't know where it went. You just kind of expect that your venue where you spent almost $25k at wouldn't steal a damn shelf. The food that we had at the tasting was great, the food on the night of the wedding was nowhere near as good. The portions we're way smaller and the mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes. I also had a groomswoman in my party, At the tasting I asked Sarah if she would be able to get ready with us in the guys room. She said that it was normally against policy but that she would make an exception. My wife heard her say this, and my parents heard her say this. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, I show up and she says that my groomswoman couldn't go in the room with us and that she would have to sit outside the room on the balcony...for 3+ hours! Maybe I'm nitpicking with this one but one of the main reasons we chose this venue was for the entrance with the wooden double doors and the vines growing all over the front of the building. All the vines were dead and brown when we got there which was a bummer. As much as we paid you'd think they could afford to water their fucking plants. Blackstone has taken zero accountability for any of this and they keep chocking it up to a "miscommunication." There was no miscommunication there was straight up negligence on Blackstones part.
