Blacktie exceeded our expectations from start to finish
Blacktie exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We were looking for a DJ who could read the room, set the mood and engage our guests and Sean knocked it out of the park. We can't be happier with how things turned out. His setup was amazing with superb aesthetics and quality sound. His enthusiasm was infectious and his passion for music was evident in the way he was able to keep our evening flowing, choosing just the right song for each moment and handling requests from the crowd. He kept the energy high throughout the night and catered to all of our guests' diverse tastes (it was a multicultural wedding). He is a fantastic communicator and put our mind at ease before the event. Our guests had an absolute blast. Our first dance was so dreamy--their fog machine created a surreal landscape for us, like we were floating through the clouds. Their bubble machine made our grand exit truly magical. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone trying to elevate their event for an unforgettable experience. Thanks again, Sean, and Blacktie! -

Matt and Sean were amazing for our farm wedding!! They were so flexible in adjusting their services to meet our needs, allowing us to set up a remote wedding ceremony in a prairie, creating the perfect musical atmosphere for our intimate dinner reception, and having a killer set list for the dancing after party. Matt was enthusiastic, personable, and was able to take requests from us and our guests while maintaining a consistent, fun vibe. Could not recommend more for all your DJ needs. DJ Justin is Cowboy Country approved!!!
Justin was met with the challenge of stepping out of his comfort and in to country music. He absolutely killed it!! He was an absolute joy to be around and added so much fun to our day by just being around. He played soo much good music that I had to change out of my wedding dress and in to my wedding morning pajamas just to keep up with the party! He went above and beyond and put together a montage of songs for a special tribute to my dad. He spent time before the wedding to make sure it was absolutely perfect for me. Perfect Fit!
Justin was the perfect fit for our micro wedding! Everything went so smoothly from the first zoom call all the way through our final dance. He played a range of music which kept our guests on the dance floor, it truly was the best night of our lives! If I could do it again, I’d without a doubt pick Justin all over again. Couldn’t recommend him more! -

Black tie celebrations worked our wedding and we heard SO many comments about how wonderful Matt did Dj'ing. The songs were perfect and had everyone on their feet the whole night. I couldn't recommend them enough! -

Alex with Black Tie was incredible!!
Alex with Black Tie Celebrations was absolutely amazing! Planning our reception with him was perfectly smooth and organized. He helped guide our planning so much and was SO helpful coordinating with our other vendors at the reception. He was so incredibly fun and we had the best reception because of his DJing!! -

Amazing!
Alex was amazing! Our wedding day was made perfect partially because of Alex. He was professional, played great music, MCed without interrupting anyone, and got the party going. Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ!! -

Justin Hambleton with Black Tie Celebrations is hands down, the BEST DJ out there! Our wedding had a lot of moving parts to begin with, but Justin was easily the most positive and fun vendors we had there that day and it really helped with the overall atmosphere. He was able to be flexible in handling all of our microphone needs during our ceremony in a tent outside our venue and then quickly transitioning into DJ mode during our reception. Our music preferences were more country and 80's based, but our wedding was also being held on New Years' Eve, so the transition from reception to after party was super important! I received the MOST compliments based on Justin's ability to read the room, music wise, going from country to pop for our New Years' Eve transition. And even in between he was able to add special dances with my husband and his grandmother that we had not originally planned and it fit in perfectly!
And I didn't even get to the best part... He included Confetti Cannons and CO2 guns, which were HUGE addition to the New Years aspect! Everyone loved it and each time was timed up perfectly with the music in all the right moments. I am so thankful for being able to have him at my wedding!
