    I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Joann and Brian were incredibly attentive, responsive, professional, and talented at what they do! They provided all of our floral decorations, lights, set our place settings, and everything was incredible! I was very thankful that when they gave us our quote, which included everything we initially wanted, they gave us multiple price points and allowed us to pick and choose. They communicated directly with our venue for set up, measuring, and other details which eliminated confusion with me in the middle! Black Swan made our wedding day beautiful and stress free. I hope to work with Black Swan again on future events!

    I was so happy with the flowers and decorations that Black swan provided. They were able to accommodate my needs and they far exceeded my expectations for my wedding. Thanks so much for helping to make our wedding day so great

    What a great company. Wasnt sure we needed a "wedding coordinator" but this proved to be money very well spent. The planning, the details, the setting up, the gorgeous flowers! Joann and her crew were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond what we had expected. She took care of all the details so we could spend time with our guests. The place looked beautiful, thanks to the decorations, lighting, extra seating, and flowers Joann arranged.

    Honestly, I was initially really nervous about having an event planner. I was nervous about the price, what if they didn't listen to me, what if they did a terrible job the day of?
    My mom ultimately made the decision to hire Joann and Brian from Black Swan and it was the best thing we could have done. I don't know how the wedding would have gone off without all of their help.
    My wedding was at the ABQ Rail Yards, and even though they had never designed a wedding there, they were confident in their ability to transform the space. And let me tell you, there was not one square foot of that 22,000 square foot space that they didn't touch. It was a dream.
    From the swagging and portofino lights from the rafter beams to the perfectly measured and placed tables with amazingly detailed decor, everything was just lovely.

    We were even fortunate enough to have Joann and her team coordinate the ceremony and reception. Again, I don't know how we could have done it without them. I'm certain the whole event would have been much less enjoyable for my mom and I had we not decided to take the leap of faith and hire Black Swan. At the end of the day, the final price we paid was so much less than the value we received. They offered us an amazing deal. It was the best decision, second only next to the decision to marry my best friend.

    I used Black Swan Events after having to deal with other decorators that made me feel like an inconvenience or just not valued at all. Once i found Black Swan Events, They were very prompt with responses to emails, and very kind. I think they were very reasonable with the prices for what I needed. I have NO issues what so ever with them, and that says a lot with how many issues I had while planning my wedding. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this company! They did a great job and they made my event beautiful.

    My husband and I hired Black Swan Events for our wedding, and for the most part were extremely happy with the results. My biggest complaint was, in my opinion, they had too many jobs going at once. The invitations were sent out about a month after I had hoped. In their defense, the company they ordered from did send the wrong color at first, but there were a few other issues. Some of the invitations had faint cutting lines left, and somehow a different monogram had been used on a handful of invitations as well even though there were still printed sheets of the correct one left. Small details on only a few invitations, but they probably would not have happened if they were not trying to rush to get them out. The rest of the invitations were amazing and were exactly what I had envisioned. The rest of the experience was wonderful though. Two weeks prior to my wedding they seemed to gear up and get everything done and it turned out great! The bouquets, boutonnieres, flower arrangements, décor, lighting, etc. was above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I were so pleased and I had numerous guests tell me it was the nicest, most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. The printed menus, programs, table numbers, signature cocktail card, etc. all turned out beautiful, followed the same design and looked amazing. Joann and her team also created unique little booklets of fake money called “drink dollars” for use at cocktail hour and they were great. She also had our cake flavors laser etched into a wood block and it looked so unique and beautiful. The day of services were greatly appreciated. She had a friend do all of our hair and makeup, made sure everything ran smoothly and on time, and allowed me to focus on the day and not worry about a thing. It was so nice having someone with experience work with the vendors, oversee all the details, and take care of problems that arose. Great team and would definitely recommend for any and all services!
