I had the pleasure of working with Veronica and her team. Veronica helped me decide which package is best for me and scheduled me for my trial and for the big day. Diana was my go to girl when it comes to style and additional questions. Bekah was my artist and boy, she delivered. They're all amazing to work with. Prompt responses to my, even, late night questions.
Now to my artist, Bekah. Thank you so so much for making me pretty. :) The kids at the wedding thought I was a princess. Thank you for putting up with my last minute requests/modifications. You have an amazing personality and you're just easy to work with.

We were referred by someone we absolutely trust, and she could not have been more right!! Mya was our artist…and I don’t use that word lightly. She is absolutely BRILLIANT. I am an older bride, and was soooo nervous about looking good on my wedding day. Mya took this old woman and transformed her into a princess! She was professional, friendly, reassuring, and absolutely brilliant in her craft. Do not walk, RUN, to Black Swan for any beauty need. I am sooo so happy I did, 0 regrets, and I actually have pictures I’m proud of, rather than hiding from!! -

Black Swan Beauty is an absolute gem!!! I hired them for my wedding in October of 2024. The entire planning process with Veronica, the owner, was fun and effortless. She is so friendly and has EXCELLENT communication! The beauty tip emails prior to the big day were super helpful as well! It is very evident how much Veronica cares and her entire team is FANTASTIC!! Bekah did my hair and makeup for a trial run and on my big day! She is such a kind and AMAZING person, and made me look gorgeous!! She truly is an expert at hair and makeup glam!! I can’t say enough great things about her! Hivi and Shea were the other stylists for the bridesmaids and did stunning work as well!! All of the girls raved about how much they loved their looks!! The stylists showed up on time and were true professionals. They all had great attitudes and made the morning fun and stress-free!! I HIGHLY recommend Black Swan Beauty!! Best decision for hair and makeup!!!!

Black Swan Beauty was a wonderful vendor to work with. They have been so communicative and helpful throughout the whole process of working with them. They did hair/makeup for my December 7, 2024 wedding for myself, bridesmaids, and two moms. Everyone looked STUNNING and loved how their hair/makeup turned out. I loved how well everyone’s hair/makeup also held up the entire evening. My hair was the best I’ve ever had done by a service.
The staff on the day of were very sociable and just added more fun to the atmosphere of getting ready. I highly recommend this vendor for hair/makeup needs. I’d book them again in the future if ever needed.

Black Swan Beauty did a wonderful job! I had a trial with my ideas and the same lady that did my trial did my makeup day of my wedding so it wasn't awkward and she knew my face and ideas. Before and after my trial a very nice lady called me to make sure I was happy or to ask if I wanted to change anything when it came to my hair and makeup idea. They were very flexible when we asked to add on another hair session. They are very nice and defiantly care about what you want and to make your day special! -

My bridal party and I had an amazing experience with Black Swan Beauty in Nashville! The artists arrived on time and were so friendly - we loved chatting with them, it made the time go by so much faster. All of my bridesmaids and I LOVED the way our hair and make-up came out, we felt so beautiful. I loved my bridal trial with Bekah, and Veronica and Diane were so responsive and helpful on the admin side. Veronica and her team were absolutely fantastic! Communication throughout the planning process was great, and even though I wasn't able to do a makeup trial before the wedding, Veronica made sure to set aside time on the wedding day to execute my vision! She also explained what she was doing throughout the entire process, which was super helpful! I was so pleased with the final result for hair and makeup, and my bridesmaids loved their styles as well. -

I'm so happy I went with Black Swan! I had a successful hair/makeup trial which allowed for a seamless day-of experience. Diane and Angela were fantastic; they arrived right on time and were super friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on my glam as well as my 3 bridesmaids! I really appreciated Diane's honesty as well as my bridesmaids looked for the perfect hairstyle (ie: what styles would look great & work well for various lengths/thicknesses of hair). Angela also did a great job working with my bridesmaids to find the perfect look. I was also so impressed that all our hair/makeup stayed put the whole day. We all looked & felt gorgeous! If I could give Payton and Black Swan Beauty a 7/5 starts, I would. This team is ON IT! You will have no worries when it comes to professionalism and knowledge of their products! I am overly appreciative and complimentary of Payton. She was an absolute joy to work with! I don't wear much make up in my everyday life, so I went with the airbrush make up option. I was able to showcase my freckles which was a must for me! Payton took my inspiration photos and truly brought it to life. Both my trial and wedding days were super hot (85+ degrees!) and my make up and lashes stayed perfectly!Black Swan Beauty's reply:

Veronica is the best!!!
Veronica was amazing to work with throughout the entire process, from booking to trials to wedding day itself and everything in-between! I would choose her and her team again in a heartbeat. She was so detail oriented and listened to every little comment and ask I made, and there were a lot..!! I got to glam with her four times throughout my wedding weekend and each look was so unique and exactly what I was looking for. She was friendly but professional and I'm really going to miss glamming with her! HMU was always on time if not ahead of time and the rest of her team did a great job with all of my bridesmaids and both moms. Book them ASAP!
100% happy that I chose Black Swan for my wedding and would do it again! Bri did my makeup and Kaylee did my hair. They were so chill and fun and participated in the singing and dancing while we all got ready, so it felt like one big party! I don’t know anything about hair and makeup, so they were great in giving me options on what I wanted done. Their pricing was also the best I could find in the Indy area for such a large bridal party (13 people total). Highly recommend!Black Swan Beauty's reply:

Veronica was so great to work with. She really made sure that everyone felt beautiful for the day. My hair and make-up stayed flawless throughout the day and was just what I wanted. My mom was having an emotional day and didn't like the hairstyle she initially picked out for herself. Veronica took over, made some adjustments and just knew what would look best on her. Veronica was AMAZING to work with and I am so glad I hired her and her talented team for our wedding day. I did my makeup and hair trial pre-COVID and obviously things changed a bit during/after COVID and she let me schedule another hair trial for a new style.
