Service before and during the event could not have been any better! Every single staff member was amazing and absolutely everything was perfect!

Earlier on the day of my wedding, things weren't going very smoothly with some of my other other vendors. I'll spare the details because there are many, but that ALL changed once the wedding began and the staff at Biscayne Lady took over.
I was confident things would go well because I had such a positive experience with Stephanie during planning, but everyone truly exceeded my expectations.
Beginning with the ceremony/reception timeline and communication...EXCEPTIONAL! What a RELIEF to have someone else in control and ensuring everything flowed smoothly!
Then the food, drinks, and service...outstanding! My husband and I still get comments and messages about how delicious and plentiful the food was and how prompt the service was. My grandmother even said that there was a female server who treated her like her own grandmother and was just one of the sweetest girls she had ever met. I wish she had gotten her name!
Overall, the everyone at the Biscayne Lady created such a beautiful and memorable experience for us and our guests who keep saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I truly agree with that statement. How can you beat the Miami skyline view from the water with amazing food and service?

Provided me the best service I could ever have imagined. Food, service, coordination, decor, and trip all fabulous! They made my wedding the event of the year!! Highly recommend this company for any and all of your events.

The staff at the Biscayne Lady made our wedding reception aboard the Venetian lady outstanding and so memorable. From the initial inquiry and tour of the vessel, to the planning, tastings and setup, they were so professional and kind. Stephanie X. worked so closely with us to make our day amazing. Our guests are still talking about the FANTASTIC time they had aboard the ship! The food was delicious and the wait staff so gracious. I can't say enough great things about the folks at the Biscayne Lady.

My husband and I wanted a small wedding and a destination wedding. Wanting to do something completely different, I was able to meet with Dominque and she was very helpful and gave us all the information needed and made the planning the wedding a lot easier as well as less stressful. Stephanie was also a huge help she was there for the tasting and made sure that we got in touch with the right vendors. The day of our wedding was breath taking everything they promised and talked about with my husband and I they delivered 100%. Our family and friends loved the experience as well as the food came out amazing. We did the Siren buffet menu and the feed back we got was... "I have been to many weddings and wedding food is blan and plain, but the food on the yacht was amazing and everything tasted so fresh. Thank You to Dominque and Stephanie on making our special day memorable.

My husband and I just finished our wedding aboard the Biscayne Lady. We were planning this as a destination wedding and the staff made everything a breeze. The staff was incredibly responsive to the countless emails and calls. Once you finally board... the boat is in a word... AMAZING! The staff incredibly friendly and everyone raved about the food. Looking back I could not have imagined our wedding anywhere else.

I don’t even know where to start, our wedding came out so spectacular and it could not have turned out as grand without the Captain and Crew of the Venetian Lady from Biscayne Lady Yacht Charters. The pricing is very reasonable especially for all that you are getting, we shopped around and honestly unless you are comparing to a banquet hall, this is the best bang for your buck. The Captain and Crew were incredible, tending to our every need, and the service to our guests was impeccable. The food was great, open bar awesome, boat is gorgeous, everyone in our wedding had the time of their lives and there isn’t one person that didn’t say they felt like they attended a Celebrity wedding. I honestly can’t wait to book the venue again for a party or personal event – Totally recommend this to anyone looking for a worry free, all-inclusive experience with top notch class and elegance, you will not be disappointed.

We chartered the Venetian Lady for our wedding of 40 guests and it was absolutely perfect every step of the way. Our planners were Dominique and Stephanie. They were extremely quick to respond, always had multiple suggestions and information to help with our destination wedding, very professional, and ensured everything was perfect! They plan and coordinate everything and provide preferred vendors for the cake, DJ (or any musical type of group you would like), extras like we had a gourmet espresso cart, red carpet entry to yacht, florist, linens, rentals, the list goes on and on... The food was amazing and every crew member was just great! We truly had the most perfect wedding due to them!

We had a great experience with the Biscayne Lady Yacht Charters. The yacht is beautiful and the staff provides excellent service. Everyone was professional, helpful, and flexible from planning through execution. They execeeded our expectations on all levels and provided a stress free day.

We have hired a Venetian Lady Yacht for our wedding reception! The staff was wonderful, kind and patient with everything we have requested. We asked for a special menu as all our guests were quite international with different demands (; and the chef was absolutely awesome! All guests were talking about how excellent the food turned to be and Family style dining for the wedding was the best choice! We were pleased with all arrangements by Yacht's staff. All details and set up were arranged the way we asked and better (: Special Thank you to Jay and Stephanie for making our day special!!! You guys are very professional in what you do! I could never express how grateful I am to Jay and the staff! Planning my wedding in Miami from Virginia was a task, but Jay reassured me everything would be okay down to the rain in the forecast! The staff was great, everything I asked for was done! The food was excellent, my guests still talk about how good the food was and the variety of choices! This is a stress free choice for a bride who is as much as a control freak as I was! No planner needed! You get an experience that is worth so much more than the price! Looking forward to celebrating a future anniversary with this crew again!

The catering & bar staff were On Point! Our guests were very happy with the cocktail hour & reception service. The food was delicious, I'm still hearing about the crab cakes & lamb chops. :)

I had my wedding on the Venetian Lady! It was such a smooth wedding. The team is well trained and professional. I loved that I had a dedicated server all night. That was so helpful. THE FOOD!!! The chef was amazing. Loved he DJ Sergio that they usually use. Get him as well. The have weddings done we were on schedule and the view was gorgeous. Such a unique way to get married.

My wedding was such a dream and the price was right! The staff was wonderful and the boat was so pretty and nicely set up! The food was wonderful and everything went smoothly. All of my guests keep raving about how much of a wonderful time they had. Some of them even said it was the best wedding they have ever been to!

Only one thing I didn't like..the communication side could have been better. They plan their events only a couple of weeks out which can scare an antsy bride. They know what they are doing but they need to communicate this. Also, I was a destination bride so it is VERY important to communicate all the details in a timely manner.

But overall I couldn't have asked for anything more. I had a wonderful wedding!

I have had a distasteful experience with Biscayne Lady staff for multiple reasons. They agreed to allow me to reschedule the date of the event and allow use of the deposit towards a new date. I requested information on availability of two dates; one of them being December 31st, 2021. In a follow up phone call with Sales Coordinator Mirna Arce, she stated "we have an image to maintain" with regards to that date. There was no supporting context to this statement and was perceived as a discriminatory remark. I was unsure under what assumptions this statement was being made. She also stated that the fees for that date would be greater, which that part is understandable. I asked for the information for both dates in writing. She stated she would be replying to that email the following business day. Instead I received two phone calls and I submitted an email request for the nature of the phone call. She stated the event had been canceled and was awaiting payment for a new date...but I still hadn't been given information with regards to AVAILABILITY for new dates. There was some back and forth between other representatives of the company including Office Manager Patrick Young and Owner Mike Simpson. They continually contradicted and attempted to retract statements that had been made even in writing with regards to rescheduling.

When I initially did a walk through of the yacht, I was also told by Mirna that guest would have a Complimentary Welcome Drink. While doing a secondary walk through with another staff member, I was told my package didn't include a Complimentary Welcome Drink and that it would be extra (which defeats the purpose of it being called a Complimentary Welcome Drink). This was not something I was told by Mirna during the 1st walk through. Although, this was addressed and later corrected, these practices seem deceptive.

They also offer a Salsa Band on their Enhancement Sheet for a fair price. When I requested a demo of the band, they sent a demo of a fairly well known artist in the Salsa community. This artist I figured did not go for that rate (most likely more). When I asked if this would be the artist performing, I was told no, a similar artist would be performing. That is false advertising! Had I not been familiar with the artist, I would have seen one thing and received another. I contracted a band on my own, as I was left waiting. They never provided a demo of the actual artist or actual rates for artists on their Roster.

I was not comfortable moving forward with the event at any given time after witnessing these numerous deceptive business practices. A report has been filed with the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and with the Attorney General. In recently noting a previous review on Google where they took a bride's deposit without letting her reschedule during the pandemic, it seems like this is a common practice of this business; pandemic shut down or not. They have kept the deposit even though the event didn't happen, I was never given availability for a new date, and even after stating I no longer felt comfortable moving forward considering the circumstances that had transpired.
