My initial attraction to birchtown was their affordability and the fact that they included just about everything in their wedding packages. No stress over chair rentals, catering or bartenders. Then once I met with Jessica and found out they took care of even more things like decor (perfect for a type B bride and couples on a budget) and saw the gorgeous grounds we were sold! Communication was perfect throughout the 2 years of planning. They were always responsive to questions. When the day finally came everything was PERFECT!! From having a relaxing morning in the gorgeous bridal suite with included breakfast and lunch, to the outdoor ceremony, to the reception, to the end of the night in the cozy on site apartment. Jessica was present throughout it all coordinating and even assisting the photographer. The amount of people that came up to me raving about the place was endless. They all talked about how beautiful it is and and how amazing the food was and kept saying “how did you find this place”. They truly cared about our experience and treated us like family and it really really showed. We will be HIGHLY recommending Birchtown for ever. -

Our Wedding Experience
My wife and I married on October 25th of this year. The execution of the wedding was flawless. Jess and Karen did and amazing job of setting up and giving us all the support we needed. The venue is beautiful. The coordination was excellent, and above all, my wife was very happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this venue! Thank you again for an unforgettable experience! -

My dream wedding thanks to everyone at Birchtown Weddings!
My wedding was this past weekend at Birchtown Stables and I can’t express enough how beautiful, wonderful, organized, PERFECT everything was from start to finish! Being from Long Island we knew that we didn’t want our locations typical “factory line” wedding. We’re so grateful we found Birchtown because our wedding turned out exactly how we wanted it to! It was such a personal experience from start to finish. Jess and her mom and the entire time was just so wonderful every step of the way. The weather was chilly but Jess calmed my nerves the whole time and took away so much stress that morning. The decorations she used, and some she got for us, exceeded my expectations. She’s truly an artist at decorating that reception room and my guests raved about it! The guests also couldn’t stop talking about the food!! 3 days later and I am still getting texts from family about how wonderful everything was- shout out to the cocktail hour meatballs and the chicken francese and potato’s! I could not think of one single thing that went wrong that day. It was the best day of my life thanks to the entire staff and we are eternally grateful to them for making our day so perfect! -

We love Birchtown!
We recently got married at Birchtown and it was the best experience we could have asked for. From the budget friendly prices of the venue/food to the little details that Jessica (owner) had helped us planned, meant so much to us! Extremely flexible and recommended the best vendors to help make our day absolutely flawless. Was blessed to work with Jessica and Karen. They treated us like family! -

What an amazing wedding we had at Birchtown in June 2025! It was more than I could have imagined. The food, the service, the atmosphere, it made me feel like I was living out a Hallmark movie. My wife and I are beyond grateful and blessed to have found this venue. The location makes you feel at peace with all the terrain, the flowers, and animals. Jessica and her team were great to work with throughout the whole planning process. They are professional, organized, and detail oriented to make everything run smoothly the day of the wedding. The communication with Jessica was incredible. She is responsive and willing to listen to our ideas as well as make modifications that might be necessary. The team at Birchtown is great, everyone was so kind to us and helpful. The wedding schedule ran smoothly and we were able to take some beautiful sunset pictures. Jessica is passionate about what she does and is a great coordinator. She helped us so much along the way and turned out to be an amazing experience for all our loved ones. Highly recommend if you want a mini destination wedding outside the NY/NJ area. -

We were so glad we chose Birchtown Weddings for our wedding! They were so incredibly professional and on top of things putting us at ease in the wedding planning process. Jessica was so prompt in all responses throughout the wedding planning process and did an amazing job navigating us during the wedding day so that we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Karen and her team did an incredible job with the food and guests loved it. There’s a fantastic room onsite for the bridal party and a groom suite to get ready in which made things easy already being there. The pictures turned out incredible as there are so many beautiful places on their property to take photos like a field of flowers, by farm fences, by the lake, mountains, etc. We chose it as a bit of a destination wedding as it was several hours from where we lived and all our guests were able to find lodging in the area. Our guests are still raving about the wedding and many friends and family have told us it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended. We could not recommend them more highly and are so grateful for all they did to make our day so special. -

My husband and I got married here this past September. It was as incredible as you can imagine! Jess works closely with you to make sure your wedding vision comes true, and she did an AMAZING job! The venue does the food, and it was delicious and very fairly priced. We truly had the most perfect day and I cant recommend this place enough! -

Wedding planning is no easy task but Jess & her family/staff at Birchtown made it such an easy process! From answering our silly questions promptly to easing our worries from little to big things and being a help throughout our wedding day with vendors & helping with pictures,She covered it all. The wedding venue is beautiful as well! She decorates the venue and does a great job with the color schemes. We couldn't recommend Birchtown Wedding & Events more to anyone who is looking to book their wedding! -

Birchtown was the most amazing venue for my son and now daughter in law’s wedding on 10/12/2024! Everything was perfect and well coordinated for months leading up to the big day and on the day itself! Jessica was amazing to work with and was very responsive to our multiple texts and calls. The venue was gorgeous and the food Karen prepared was amazing. Our 165 guests were comfortable in the spacious venue and there were multiple compliments on everything from the ceremony space to the reception hall. The bridal suite and grooms suite were perfect for the wedding party preparing for the day. The best part, as parents of the groom, is that we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding or the day after. Jessica took care of all the details, all the preparation and all of the takedown. We simply could enjoy watching our son marry the love of his life. I HIGHLY recommend Birchtown Weddings and Events as a venue! We literally had not one single complaint or issue. Thank you Jessica and Karen and staff for truly making my son’s wedding the MOST perfect day! -

The staff at Birchtown make you feel like family. They help you with each detail of your day. The venue coordinator helps put your mind at ease and truly makes it a hassle free process. There are stunning views and picture perfect spots all around the farm. There is communication from the moment you book with them. I would recommend this venue to everyone because they truly made our wedding perfect and I wouldn’t change one thing! The venue is well priced for everything that is included: decorations, set up/take down, outside venue, a beautiful bridal suite, groom suite and so more much!! -

The before wedding planning was perfect. Jessica always responded immediately to any questions I had and they do all the decorating or get decorations to match your theme if needed!
They let me bring whatever kind of animal I want to help celebrate, this included my w horses (one I rode in on), 2 ducks and my dog!
The day of was perfect, everything was decorated and clean all day. They brought us lunch while we were getting ready and resteamed any of our dresses that had gotten wrinkles in them. They even ironed one of our groomsmen pants last minute. Anything that could have gone wrong was handles quickly and efficiently.
When Jessica was getting my horse ready for me to ride in on his girth broke and they came out with a bunch of girths until they found one to fit (this was done very quickly) so I was able to ride in on time!
They made sure we had food brought to our table throughout the night so when we did have 2 seconds in between greeting guests and dancing we could eat.
Everything was perfect and as stress free as a wedding can be because of the amazing job this venue does! -

Jessica was such a pleasure to work with! From day one she was there every step of the way and helped so much with every detail. She took so much of the weight of planning off of our shoulders and handled all the decorations, set up, and organization of the day. We would definitely recommend Birchtown!
Jessica went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect! She did such an amazing job decorating both the ceremony and the reception. The brand new bridal suite is beautiful and has everything you and your girls need to get ready. The entire venue is gorgeous and full of photo opportunities. The food was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our guests loving playing corn hole at the wedding! We couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else! -

Best decision we ever made was booking with Birchtown Weddings!
I can’t say enough great things about Jess and her family at Birchtown. They made our wedding so stress free from day one planning to day of. And they make you feel like you’re a part of their family all the way through. Jess does not miss a single minor detail that goes into making your day perfect. So many things that I didn’t even think of, she already had covered. Karen handled the catering and every single thing came out perfect. She was even able to accommodate some of our gluten free and vegan guests and everyone was very pleased with all the food. The decorations were beautiful, the food was amazing, the land is breathtaking, so many opportunities for photos, the coordination of the wedding was perfect. They truly knocked it out of the park for our wedding. I would recommend everyone to meet with them to discuss your wedding needs. You will not meet a more professional yet laid back and accommodating venue like this.. You truly will not be disappointed. -

Out of this world AMAZING!!!!!
I could write pages about how wonderful Birchtown stables was for my wedding, but let me just say they were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Jessica and Karen went above and beyond to make our special day beautiful, perfect, stress free, and the greatest and happiest day and memory of my life! The food was amazing (I got.so many compliments), and the venue and decorations were set up beautifully and looked as formal as possible. The grounds were beautiful and perfect for pictures. Outdoor games were also provided for the guests. And Karen even went out of her way to buy crafts, fun things for the kids!!!!! Jessica themed everything to my wedding colors too! The coordination was superb! I was so impressed! I had to do NOTHING for my wedding venue. Birchtown stables did.it all, including cleanup! The price was VERY reasonable for both venue and food. Jessica even helped accommodate my wishes and lowered the price since we werent going to use some rooms that were originally included in the package. They were just amazing!!! I 100% reccomend them for your special day, or any event. You WILL NOT be disappointed! Thank you, Birchtown Stables, for making our wedding day a magical one! I couldnt have been more pleased or impressed with the food, venue, and you! Thank you, thank you!
