There truly aren’t enough words to describe how amazing the team at Birch Wood Vineyards is. From the very beginning, their communication was detailed, timely, and incredibly organized. Melisa and Lexi were especially outstanding—extremely communicative and always responsive, even on weeknights and weekends. They were constantly making adjustments to our package to make sure the day felt completely “us.” The entire team paid attention to every little detail and was fully committed to giving my wife and I exactly what we wanted, making sure our day was nothing short of perfect. They genuinely made us feel like family throughout the entire process.
On the day of the wedding, our coordinator Avery was an absolute rockstar. I’m usually someone who likes to be in control, but with Avery, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. She handled every detail flawlessly and was constantly three steps ahead the entire night. It allowed us to fully relax and just enjoy the moment, which is something you can’t put a price on.
The food—oh my goodness. Absolutely incredible. For entrees, we had the harvest chicken, NY sirloin, and quinoa eggplant. Every single dish was unbelievable—most plates were completely cleaned, mine included! For appetizers, we had buffalo chicken bites, tomato bruschetta on toast, and steak and cheese egg rolls. I honestly could have eaten an endless amount of the hors d’oeuvres—they were that good.
They even packed up extra meals for us since a few people canceled last minute, which was such a thoughtful touch. And honestly, the leftovers were just as good the next day.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. We ended up having an indoor ceremony, but what really stood out was the flexibility—they gave us the option to choose between an indoor or outdoor ceremony on the actual day, which took so much pressure off with weather uncertainty.
I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a truly magical night for their big day. My wife and I were so impressed that we’ve already decided to come back at least once a year for their tasting events.
If you’re considering Birch Wood Vineyards for your wedding, don’t hesitate. The team, the service, the food, and the venue itself are all truly top-notch.

Great support for our day of joy!
Birch Wood Vineyards was an awesome venue. From start to finish they were well organized and very accommodating to all of our requests and changes. Avery and Lexi were great to work with all of our guests were impressed with the venue and the food. We would highly recommend Birch Wood and their associated vendors to anyone looking for a place to have their wedding. -

Easy and upfront booking, planning, and billing. Excellent staff with incredible attention to detail. We felt like we were royalty the whole night! This team knows how to do weddings; aside from bringing our own personal touches, we basically just got to sit back and watch the wedding happen. We're towards the last of our friend group to get married, and our whole bridal party kept asking for tasks/jobs to do/last minute things we might have forgotten to make happen (as we have done A LOT of work on wedding day for each of their weddings). But Birch Wood had already thought of everything and let our loved ones be guests too! Best day ever, best team ever, and coziest little winter wedding we could ever imagine. Before I even begin to talk about the venue itself, I need to highlight something that truly sets Birchwood apart: the people. A company is only as strong as the staff behind it, and Birchwood’s team is exceptional.
A huge thank-you to Lexi and Avery, who we worked with most often throughout the planning process, and an additional shout-out to Melissa and Kasia. Avery, our coordinator, was nothing short of a superstar — she handled every piece of chaos with calm professionalism and a genuine smile. She was steady, reassuring, organized, and just an absolute joy to work with. And a special shout-out to Autumn, our “personal” server that evening, who was warm, attentive, and wonderful, even though we barely had time to properly thank her because we were being pulled in every direction.
The food deserves its own standing ovation. We had guests who were vegetarian, vegan, and even vegetarian celiacs, and everyone was blown away by the quality and variety. My two brothers were in the wedding party and both have celiac disease — I was incredibly impressed by Birchwood’s care, their meticulous labeling, and the sheer number of gluten-free and allergy-friendly options. They even created an adult-sized chicken tender plate for an autistic guest with very specific sensory preferences. That level of compassion, flexibility, and service is rare, and we appreciated it more than words can say.
The natural beauty of the venue is stunning. You genuinely don’t have to do much in terms of décor — Birchwood’s elegant, warm aesthetic does the heavy lifting for you. One of the best features for us was the separate cocktail-hour space and main venue room, which was a huge stress reliever. We ended up needing to move our ceremony indoors due to weather, and it was seamless because of how well Birchwood is designed.
Pricing was transparent, fair, and comprehensive for what’s included. We asked so many questions throughout the planning process, and the staff was always responsive, patient, and helpful via email. We never felt like a burden — just supported.
A fun bonus: We had a choreographed first dance, and Birchwood allowed us to use their space for short practice sessions, which we easily booked through their online system. Small gesture, big impact.
This was truly the best day of our lives, and Birchwood and their incredible staff played a huge role in making that happen. If you’re considering this venue — do it. The service, the beauty, the organization, the heart… everything was exceptional.

From the moment we got engaged, we knew Birch Wood Vineyards was the only venue for us. This place holds such a special place in our hearts — my now-husband, Luke Stackpole, grew up visiting his father at the venue, so it felt like home from the very beginning.
Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. The venue is absolutely stunning, and the fact that everything is right on the property made the entire day seamless. The bridal suite was spacious and beautiful — at one point, we had nine people in the room and still felt comfortable!
We cannot say enough about the incredible staff. Our day-of coordinator and venue manager, Kasia, was an absolute angel. She made sure everything ran perfectly — from setting up our décor with Melisa, to bustling my dress and packing up extra food and cake at the end of the night. Every little detail was handled with such care and professionalism.
Our bride and groom assistant, Avery, truly went above and beyond. She stayed with us during photos, held our drinks and bouquets, and made sure we were completely relaxed and able to enjoy every moment. She was always one step ahead, whether it was grabbing something from the bridal suite or making sure our parents were having a spectacular time as well.
We also had a wonderful rehearsal the night before, which was perfectly run by Dayna — another shining star on the Birch Wood team.
And let’s talk about the food — it was absolutely fabulous! Our guests are still raving about it.
On behalf of the entire O’Loughlin-Stackpole family, we are beyond grateful to Kasia and the entire Birch Wood Vineyards team for making our dream day come true. This place is more than just a venue — it’s a place filled with heart, care, and magic. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that feels like home and treats you like family, Birch Wood is it.

My husband and I got married at Birch Wood Vineyards on June 15th and it was the best day ever from the staff being amazing, organized and having everything run smoothly! Melisa, Lexi are wonderful and answered every question that I had leading up until the wedding. Kasia was our coordinator the day of our wedding and she made me feel at ease with everything. She was polite, professional and so helpful. Mckenna took care of us and held our drinks and Hors d'oeuvres while we did pictures, she was amazing and was right there if we needed anything! The venue itself is simply gorgeous and we lucked out with no rain in the forecast, it couldn't have been a more pefect day. My husband and I still talk about the delicious food and just the day as a whole and wish we could go back and relive the day all over again. We absolutely fell in love with Birch Wood Vineyards. We got married Labor Day weekend and it was perfect! The vineyard is in full bloom that weekend. Fantastic Venue, Beautiful, Professional
My daughter was married at Birchwood in August of 2024. Her wedding exceeded all expectations. The staff was SO responsive, every time I emailed or called with a question they quickly replied. They guided us through the process start to finish. The food was AMAZING, the venue is beautiful inside and out. I don't know how else I can say that this venue is an A+++++ place to have your wedding. -

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Birch Wood Vineyards for our special day. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations and made our wedding truly memorable.
The venue itself was stunning—beautifully maintained grounds, elegant architecture, and breathtaking views that provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of flawlessly.
Our event coordinators(Linda, Melisa, Denise, Kasia) were gems. They were organized, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They patiently answered all our questions, offered valuable advice, and made us feel like our wedding was their top priority.
The catering was delicious and beautifully presented. Our guests raved about the quality of the food(which by the way was in plenty, from the welcoming drinks to cocktail hour and then reception dinner, ahh) and the impeccable service provided by the catering team. They were attentive to our requests of how we wanted the food to be cooked and made sure everyone was well taken care of.
Throughout the planning process, Birch Wood Vineyards was flexible and accommodating, making it easy for us to personalize our wedding to fit our vision. They worked seamlessly with our other vendors, which contributed to a stress-free experience for us and our families.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding. Birch Wood Vineyard's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence truly set them apart. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding venue experience.

We are so happy with our choice to host our wedding at Birch Wood Vineyard! Melissa helped us to plan a perfect Autumn ceremony, putting us in touch with all the vendors we needed and reaching out to us regularly to ensure we were making all our arrangements and decisions on time. Birch Wood is a beautiful venue, our guests had nothing but praise for the decoration, the facilities, and the delicious food. What stood out to us most however was just how seamlessly Birch Wood coordinated the event day-of. Kasia is an incredible professional who has been with Birch Wood for years and knows the venue inside and out. She empowered us to make the day exactly what we wanted it to be while taking so much work off our shoulders making sure the party and vendors were set up and in the right place at the right time. We had the time and trust in the staff to enjoy the occasion, a day we will never forget. An easy 5 stars and we recommend this venue wholeheartedly! -

I cannot recommend birchwood vineyards enough. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The staff make it even more worth while. They ensured I had the most perfect wedding day despite the weather having other plans. Kasia knew I wanted an outdoor ceremony and she made sure that we got that outdoor ceremony. We had SUCH an amazing time at our wedding on 4/1/23 at Birch Woods. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were going to be happy with our choice; the Birch Woods team is SO organized, and as a type A person, this was so appreciated. Everything was seamless from start to finish; they keep you organized, on schedule, and are always available if you have any questions or concerns (seriously, they will email you back SO fast it is amazing).
What we loved beyond the fact that it is absolutely beautiful, is that it truly felt all inclusive. It was so nice to be able to borrow all of their decorations (no need to buy table numbers, placecards, etc. that you'll never use again) and that their packages are so easy to customize.
Our wedding day was perfect, and exactly what we wanted. They worked with us to have our vision of an outdoor ceremony, even though it was raining almost all of the morning. Kasia, Denise, and Linda keep you on time, organized, and make sure anything you want is taken care of.
Our guests were so enthusiastic about the venue and the food is great as well, but as a bride I cared most about the people we were working with. The nice thing is, they'll pack up some food for the bride and groom as well for the next day :)
My advice: book this venue, but book it WAY in advance since they are so popular. -

The entire Birch Wood team made my husband and my wedding this past weekend truly a dream come true. Their planning portal was easy to use, their responsiveness during planning and check-in meetings was incredibly timely, and their helpfulness during the rehearsal and setup the day before and day-of were such game changers. Scott, Denise, and Linda all made a point to check in and make sure everything was exactly as we had wanted for our setup and did an excellent job keeping everything on track. All of our servers and bartenders were also incredible (Shout out to Cindy who was the absolute sweetest and helped carry my train and hold my drink while taking photos! truly an angel!!). I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day, and we are so thankful to the entire staff of Birch Wood for turning our wedding vision into a reality!! -

I want to start off by saying how amazing this establishment was right in the beginning. From scheduling a walkthrough for the first time to planning a dinner tasting, everything was phenomenal. If you don’t trust me, go visit the Birch Wood Vineyard yourself!
The communication through all the hardworking managers, staff, owners, etc. was beyond what I could have expected. They always got back to you in such a timely manner. They were patient, flexible, helpful, reassuring, everything and more. Thank you all for making my wedding planning process such an exciting and stress-free time for me!
The night of the wedding was truly something I will never forget! I said to my friends and family multiple times, my main take away on my wedding night was how amazing the two coordinators were. I know for a fact I would not have been able to get through it so successfully without them! Denise & Kacie, we can’t begin to express our gratitude.
Denise and Kacie anticipated needs I never even knew I had! For example, the walkthrough process they took control and made expectations so clear and concise for family members and bridal party. Arriving that morning of, they had laid out all my bridesmaid’s gits, organized the getting ready area, had morning snacks prepared, etc. They unpacked and packed everything up, having such an organized system down. They took care of *everything. * But most importantly, they prioritized YOU and your HUSBAND above everything else. They treated you like nothing else matters but the two of you, and it was such a special feeling.
In all the commotion you would expect to experience the day of your wedding, I have to say Denise kept me so leveled. I was so calm and collected, and I most certainly would not have been without her (anxious person here). Her reassurance, confidence, kindness, and excitement for me as a bride was something you can’t just pretend to do. We will forever be grateful for everyone who played a part in making our wedding perfect. We are so lucky! Thank you!

What to say about the best day of your life? Michael and I got married at this stunning venue on Nov. 4, 2022, and to say it was amazing would be an understatement. Our day was absolutely perfect, we honestly couldn't have dreamt up a better day if we tried. Birch Wood is a top notch venue and helped bring our vision to life. They provide you with a list of vendors you can trust and feel confident in hiring. Their food is second to none. We still go back for their experience nights, to get another taste of their delicious cuisine. If you don't pick the sesame chicken bites, Mac and cheese bar and chicken tenders for a late night snack - I can tell you you're making a mistake! Our family brings up the food and the atmosphere of our special day every time we see them. They say things like "best wedding we've ever been to" "wedding of a lifetime" "best meal ever" "best cocktail hour ever" "most beautiful ceremony space". We honestly knew we'd received compliments on our day, but are shocked by the amount and the sincerity behind them all. We just gleam with pride knowing we had the best team of people that helped us bring our vision to life! Day-of coordination is included with their wedding packages, and thankfully so! Denise, Linda, and Melissa were absolutely AMAZING! These women were by my side whenever I needed them to be, overlooked the flow and the timeline of events, and took care of any issues behind the scenes and without ever letting me know of any issue (was there even any?). Denise came up to me multiple times asking "what isn't perfect? can we make anything better?" I couldn't believe the attention to detail they all have. I knew from our rehearsal I would not have anything to worry about on the day of, and that I could truly just enjoy the day and the moments and spend my time making memories with the people I love. Hands down best wedding venue! The team at Birch Wood Vineyards are nothing short of incredible. They are organized, have an amazing attention to detail, and fantastic management of the entire day. Whether it is watching the weather radar, pinning boutonnieres, or making sure all of the vendors were all set, the team did it all!
I cannot say enough good things about the fabulous team at Birch Wood Vineyards. My husband and I had the best experience from start to finish. We have been obsessed from the start, but we have also heard nothing but amazing reviews from our guests who had the best time.

Birch Wood Vineyards was spectacular. The team is wonderful and are true event experts. The venue itself is gorgeous and they have a lot of decorations that you can ask to use for the night. We left the flower girl basket at home, but they were kind enough to let us borrow theirs for the ceremony. Whenever we emailed Birch Wood, they responded to all our emails within hours, accommodated our last minute changes and just reassured us along the way that everything was going to be all right. The day of, we had two people on site coordinating the whole event and keeping us in the loop if there needed to be any changes. They have done this a million times and had the best recommendations for the schedule and timing of the day. They helped me with little things I didn't even expect them to, they bustled my dress, brought me tissues and found my lip gloss for me. At the end of the night, they helped us pack up our cars and packed the food that we didn't get to finish up for us to have later on. Book this place! -

Absolute Fairytale Venue!
My husband and I got married at Birchwood on June 10th and it was literally the best day of my life! Everything was absolutely PERFECT! Right from the beginning the process was so easy, and the coordinators were super responsive if we had any questions or adjustments.
Denise and Kasia were our day of coordinators and they were phenomenal (that’s putting it lightly). Not one thing went undone and everything was so organized and flowed so well! The venue was decorated even more perfect than I could have imagined and looked so classy. The staff was extremely professional and not only made sure that my husband and I were taken care of, but that our guests were taken care of as well.
The timeline for every portion of the day/night was seamless. My husband and I received so many compliments from our guests saying how incredible the venue, food, staff, and just everything about the night was. You will NOT be disappointed with this venue and highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or special event.

INCREDIBLE, highly recommend
Birch Wood Vineyards was nothing short of amazing!! My husband and I had our ceremony and reception here on 6/12/2022. We booked the venue about 1 year prior and the entire team made the planning process so easy. Their portal was easy to use and the wedding checklist they gave us was super convenient and easy to follow!
Now for the big day! Kasia was our day of coordinator and she made sure everything ran smoothly from our 10AM arrival to our 9:30PM departure. I never had an ounce of stress because she was so organized, approachable, and quick to find answers to any questions! Every single one of our vendors approached us and had high praise for the entire staff and especially Kasia. Specifically, our photographers said that she ensured they had their time to eat with the rest of the guests which is not something that always happens. We really loved our vendors and were so happy Kasia made sure they were taken care of too! One more specific detail, my dress didn't have a bustle and Kasia had the awesome idea to safety pin it up into a bustle. No one even knew it was just a safety pin and it allowed to be much more comfortable walking around the reception!
Further, the venue is BEAUTIFUL and the food was AMAZING. Every single guest (100+ people!!!) had high praise for both and many guests expressed that it was the best wedding meal they've had in a long time.
We cannot thank Birch Wood enough for making our special day incredible! Wedding shouldn't be stressful and Birch Wood does everything they can to ensure you have the best day ever! -

We had a great experience working with Birchwoods to make our wedding possible! They were always timely with planning and responding, and all the vendors they have partnered with are very professional and kind, and definitely made the day run smoothly! The wedding coordinators were so organized, kind, and we loved that they always checked in on us throughout the day in case we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who wants an elegant wedding with lots of hands to help with the planning process! -

How do I even begin to say how much I loved this venue for the best day of my life?
From the moment we toured Birch Wood to the second we left our wedding night every aspect of having them be our wedding venue was perfect. Not only do they make planning as easy as they possibly can, they also make you feel like your special when I know they have a continuous amount of weddings and events going on at all times (because they are the best).
Any email or question I had no matter how small was answered fast. Every meeting we had was pleasant and easy.
Birch Woods vender package made planning easier and believe me it is the best way to go. Not only did that take a lot of stress off us but it led to us meeting and dealing with wonderful venders who work together know the venue so well.
The day of our wedding was the best day of our lives. The staff here is unbelievably amazing. When I say staff I mean every single person working there. From the coordinators, servers, bartenders, and cooks (I had to walk through the kitchen at one point to hide from guests!). Every single person working this venue was so pleasant, kind, and that just made a huge difference on our day.
Speaking of food it was absolutely unbelievable, all of my guests are still talking about it.
I really can’t recommend this venue enough, I have a million thoughts going through my head of how much I loved my wedding day mostly because of Birch Wood and their amazing staff. I’ll probably have to hop back on at some point to write a second review when I think of how many more things I should have mentioned.
As a bride do yourself a favor and tour this amazing venue and you won’t regret it.

Incredible Day!
My wife, Courtney, and I had the absolute best wedding at Birch Wood last weekend. Everyone at Birch Wood made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. We left our wedding feeling so special! Everything went off without a hitch thanks to Birch Wood's attention to detail and level of planning. Our bridal party and family raved all day about how beautiful and smooth everything was. All of our guests had the absolute best time and that is all we could have asked for. We could not imagine getting married anywhere else! -

Absolutely amazing venue and incredible staff! Dream wedding venue
Words cannot describe how amazing Birch Wood Vineyards was throughout our entire wedding planning process and the day of our wedding. The moment we entered for our tour we knew this venue was exactly what we were looking for and it checked all of our boxes! They were so understanding with our choice to postpone our wedding out an entire year and checked in constantly with us the year leading up to our wedding. Shannon and Melisa were always there to answer any of our emails and our questions. The entire staff went above and beyond the day of our wedding to make sure everything was perfect. The day of our wedding, Scott was our event coordinator and Shannon was our event planner. Scott was always checking on our entire bridal party to make sure everyone had what they needed. Shannon was super helpful and held my dress when I was walking on the snow/ice, made sure I had my flowers and made sure everyone knew what they were doing for the ceremony procession. Their Vendor Package option that they have is the biggest life (and stress) saver! There have been two items that people have brought to our attention even 3 weeks after our wedding: the food and the venue/staff. We decided to go with the Mac and Cheese Martini bar and let me tell you people are still raving about it! We even had people complimenting on the amount of food there was from the cocktail hour up until their dinner. Many guests kept saying "If anyone left your wedding hungry, that is their own fault". The main course blew everyone away and people even left with their meals "To Go"! Our wedding day was by far everything we had ever dreamed of and more. Thank you for making our day the best it could've possibly been. After it was all over, I turned to my husband and said "I sure hope someone else we know gets married here so we can experience this venue from a guests perspective". Amazing venue and staff!
Long detailed review, but very well deserved! From the moment we stepped into Birch Wood and toured the venue, we knew it was our place to get married. We canceled all our other venue tours and booked our wedding day here! And WOW! We are SO HAPPY that we did. From start to finish, our wedding day was truly perfect. Now let’s talk about the food….
I’m going to backtrack a bit and talk about the food tasting we had prior to our wedding. Unfortunately due to covid, our food tasting was “to go” back in January. Bummed out we didn’t get to experience this at the venue, the food did not disappoint. We thought “if the food is this good to go, I can’t imagine how awesome it’s going to be at the wedding!” And WOW! The food was so delicious! From our macaroni and cheese bar to our late night tacos and the main courses in between (chicken Marsala and prime rib) everything was phenomenal! We would go back over and over for date night dinners just to eat everything all over again.
Now for the staff….literally the nicest, genuine, professional people you’ll ever want to meet. Shannon and Melisa are the event planners and we’re so extremely helpful in the planning process. They were able to answer all of our questions within 24 hours. 3 days prior to our wedding we had our decor drop off, and thats when we met with Scott, the event coordinator. He was very thorough and had a clipboard and a check list to go over. He even took a picture of one of the set ups to be sure it looked the way we wanted it. During our decor drop off meeting, he went over every detail about the wedding from A to Z. Scott was also more than accommodating to meet us off site for our rehearsal dinner. Then the day of our wedding came and that’s when we realized how awesome ALL the staff is! Ashley was super helpful. She held my bouquet, helped bustle my dress, and even helped me in and out of my Bruins jersey because it took several people to make sure my hair and make up was still
perfect. While my husband and I were taking pictures, there was a waiter with a water in one hand and a cocktail in the other to provide us in between each shot. The moment we finished a drink, they immediately went back for a refill. Great, great service! And I can’t forget the dancing waiter that everyone referred to him as! The family and friends at the table he was serving kept raving about how great he was! We really felt they went above and beyond in making our day the best day of our lives. We would redo our wedding day a million times over and over due to Birch Wood’s amazing venue and staff. We HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards!!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Birch Wood Vineyards! From the very beginning when they accommodated us last minute for a tour of the venue, up until we left on our wedding night, the staff went above and beyond for us. They were so helpful in answering my many questions and patient with all the times we changed our minds about the little details. They made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire wedding planning process. Shannon and Melisa were always quick to respond to emails which was such a stress reliever! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to the incredible staff. They set up our ceremony and reception space with all our decorations exactly as we imagined it. They truly didn’t miss a beat the entire day. KASIA made sure all of us were well taken care. Her and Rachel were so kind and helpful after the ceremony in helping to hold flowers, keep us hydrated, and most importantly- make sure our day was exactly what we wanted. When some stitching came loose on my dress they were there with safety pins in a flash. We even had a couple of kids at the ceremony who were greeted with coloring books - a fun surprise we had no idea coming (and the kids and their parents loved it). Every member of the Birch Wood Vineyards staff was so kind, it made our entire wedding day that much more special. I certainly can’t leave out all the amazing food! From the mac n cheese martinis to the salads to dinner itself, everything was delivered and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. I could go on and on about Birch Wood Vineyards, but I’ll end by saying that it is the most amazing venue with an incredible staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding.

We got married here on 1/16/21. Due to covid our original plans had to change which included changing venues. Birchwood Vineyards was our plan B but we had an A+ experience. From the first email I sent inquiring about our date I could tell this venue was the right choice. They were quick to respond to emails and were very accommodating to our situation which made us feel confident in choosing them. They have amazing packages to choose from and AMAZING food. Seriously. We didn’t even have a tasting because we booked them so close to our date but everything at our wedding was delicious from the appetizers to the main course I don’t have one thing to complain about and the dinner portions are huge!!. The day of coordinators were amazing and so helpful. Even when taking pictures there was someone there to hold my bouquet and give me a drink. I felt like royalty. Not to mention the venue itself is gorgeous!!! We gave them boxes of our decor and they put everything out so perfectly it exceeded our expectations! Seriously I do not have one complaint. Also! We highly recommend the vendor package! Not only are the vendors amazing but they know this venue inside and out and made it an amazing and stress free experience. Do it now. You won’t regret it. -

There aren’t enough words to truly articulate how amazing Birch Wood Vineyards is. We celebrated our wedding night on December 5, 2020 after planning our wedding for two years. We first met with Birch Wood Vineyards two weeks after our engagement, and received a swift response to our online inquiry. Melisa greeted us and walked us through the space we knew would be the perfect backdrop for our wedding. The rustic, cozy, and lodge-feel is perfect for any season; but in our case was a true show-stopper for our December winter wedding. The major perk - you have the whole site for your event! There’s no worry about directing your guests which room to find. Two grand event spaces - for a ceremony & reception and a cocktail hour room. It was so refreshing to see a space specific for the mingling and sipping guests would be doing between ceremony and reception. With a bridal suite and a groom’s den available, we enjoyed the whole day getting ready and celebrating with our wedding party! Of course there’s also the gorgeous vineyard and beautiful landscape for ceremony and/or pictures. Walk into the venue and you’ll be sold.
For two years we prepared and planned and everything to-do was so clearly defined by the team at BWV. We never felt overwhelmed in the process; and anytime we had a question, someone on the team was eager to help! Did we mention our wedding was in 2020? You can imagine the constant concern and worry about hosting an event, but Melisa and the rest of the team kept us positive and grounded in hosting our wedding. The packages are suitable for any budget, customizable for anyone looking to add some extra enhancements, and even include a vendor package option, which was a great option for us as we saved time and didn’t face any stress in choosing the main vendors you search for when planning a wedding.
The food to put it plainly is delicious, but to put it more robust - the food is undoubtedly the best food we have ever had at an event venue. (We aren’t biased that our wedding was hosted here!) The stationary hors d'oeuvres were so beautifully displayed and the passed hors d'oeuvres were actual melt-in-your-mouth bites of delicious food. So good that we indulged in the leftovers after the wedding in our hotel room! The dinner options are extravagant. There are so many options to choose from all with their unique flavor profile. The compliments we received were overwhelming and we could only agree that it was out of this world delicious.
The team went above and beyond. We worked with Scott and Kasia the day of our wedding and they were so attentive, so kind, so professional. We were catered to with every step, every sip, and every smile. We are still in awe at the service we both received throughout our day. The bar staff was amazing: so personable, quick, and friendly. As we are very specific and detail-oriented people, there were nerves letting someone else decorate the space when there was a vision in mind - but we were ASTOUNDED by the way they ran with our vision and brought our decor and ideas to life.
The service is impeccable, the grounds are gorgeous, and the venue was a wonderful location for the moment we began our forever! If you’ve made it this far in the review - hopefully you’ve already called or emailed to book your day. You truly won’t be disappointed!

the most beautiful rustic wedding venue in New England
The moment I walked into Birch Wood Vineyards I knew this is where I wanted to get married. After touring multiple venues in New England, we fell in love with everything about this venue. Melisa was so thorough with our tour and answered every single question we had. This venue is absolutely stunning. From the outside grounds, to the reception area, everything here is amazing. All of our guests raved about the food. Kasia and Scott were extremely helpful during our wedding planning especially during a pandemic. Kasia spent our whole wedding day with us. She made sure all of our decorations were placed where we wanted them, helped keep us on track with our timeline, and really made our day so special. Originally, we wanted our ceremony outside, but due to the unfortunate rain storms we were unable to do so, but the ceremony inside was just as gorgeous. Kasia was on top of the weather radar that day, and luckily enough the weather broke for a short period of time and we snuck in a first look outside and got more pictures outside at the end of the night. I cannot thank Kasia enough for making all of our wedding dreams come true. The whole team at Birch Wood goes above and beyond to make any event so special. I cannot express enough how amazing Birchwood vineyards was yesterday. Yesterday I married the love of my life at Birchwood vineyards. We had amazing weather for an October day and the staff was amazing.
When Andy and I started dating, I knew I was going to marry him. We kept driving by Birchwood vineyards and I kept telling him that Birchwood vineyards was were I wanted to get married even before we checked out the venue.
When we got engaged we checked out Birchwood vineyards plus other venues, but nothing compared to Birchwood vineyards. I knew that was the venue.
Fast forward a year and it was the day.
The general manager was so amazing and she was constantly checking on us and making sure that our day was perfect. The ceremony was perfect and it was decorated just how we planned it. We had one waitress that was so helpful and made sure we had drinks and food during cocktail hour.
The staff would do anything to make sure our day was perfect.
The food was amazing and everyone of my guests could not stop telling me how gorgeous the venue was and how amazing the food was.
I would recommend this venue to anyone. They are so caring and will do anything to make sure your happy and your day is perfect.

Truly could not have chosen a better Venue/Vendor than Birchwood Vineyards!!!
Words cannot truly express how grateful we are that we chose Birchwood Vineyards as our venue for our wedding (8/14/2020). We toured over 5 NH venue options before touring Birchwood, and within 5 minutes of our tour, we were sold. Here's why:
1. Aesthetic -- the beautiful vineyard enveloping the outdoor ceremony space, combined with the elegant rustic cocktail & reception space was the match made in heaven for what we were looking for. Birchwood staff puts thought and excellence into every visual detail of their venue space - especially when it comes to their gorgeous, seasonal landscaping!
2. The staff -- from the very first tour, and throughout our entire experience, both myself, my now husband, my parents, and anyone that interacted with the Birchwood staff have had nothing but praise for them. They truly are your partners, and their level of customer service and attentiveness to their couples & couple's families is next level. When Covid hit, and backup plans needed to be discussed, Birchwood was immediately prepared to offer alternatives to our original plan, and do anything in their power to still make our day special, given state guidelines.
3. This place has thought of everything -- no, I really mean it. Everything. From hooks in the main foyer and the bridal suite for optimal wedding dress photos, to the immense amount of space in the bridal suite bathroom for all types and sizes of dresses to fit, to the layout and design of every space, this venue has truly thought everything through! Past the detail in the spaces, when it came to day-of details, the staff was on top of it ahead of time. They had already sent us a "bridal party drink order form" so they could bring our choice of cocktail to us during photos. We had talked through every detail of the day so everything could run as smoothly as possible. We felt so taken care of!
I could not speak more highly of Birchwood Vineyards and would recommend them to ANY bride in the New England area! -

I was a Covid bride so there were a lot of planning unknowns and I was never the bride wanting to postpone and was willing to do whatever we had to do to make it happen. The team at Birch Woods knocked it out of the park and exceeded every one of our expectations. From the initial meetings, Melisa was open and honest with how the billing process was (laying out everything in detail with no hidden fees), always there with any questions we had throughout planning, to our decoration drop off, everything was seamless. She ran through the entire day on how things would go. I knew just then this was the place for us. I am a very organized person so finding someone who i could trust was everything. So the morning of, my bridal party used the suite to get ready, it was the perfect set up for hair and makeup. I was blown away by how much work everyone put into finding spots for every decoration I had. When my husband and I were taking pictures, we had our own bartender/waiter to make sure we had enough food and drinks and were not missing out during cocktail hour. The food was spectacular, and the night was perfect. At the end, the team had boxed up everything, and was already putting it into our cars, they even managed to save pieces of my wedding cake. My husband and I think back on this day and remember it as one of the best days of our lives, one we wish we could re-live again and again and for that we cannot thank Birch Wood enough. The team was incredibly organized, the food was AMAZING, everyone was so sweet to us. We LOVED Birch Wood Vineyards and cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was! First, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. Everywhere you step you have a beautiful view! Wedding Perfection
I knew I wanted a winter wedding, but had extreme difficulty finding a cute indoor location that wasn’t a "ballroom" style. When we visited Birch Wood, I absolutely fell in love with the indoors. The crew was great and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Since Birch Wood was our first venue we visited, we decided to see a few others just in case. When we did visit the other locations, we kept comparing all of them to Birch Wood. We decided to book Birch Wood the very next day and couldn’t wait to start planning.
Before we knew it, we were moving across the country to Colorado. We both thought, how could we plan a wedding from across the country? Well Birch Wood made it extremely easy and stress free. I never stressed once when in Colorado. We chose many of their preferred vendors, which meant that they frequently worked with the venue and knew what to expect. I truly and honestly can say I was never stressed and if I ever had a question, Birch Wood responded right away.
When it came to the rehearsal and day of, the crew was so professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They worked with our vendors on when to arrive and where to go and so on. I honestly didn't have to worry about one thing other than arriving and having the best day ever. The crew even knew how to bustle my wedding dress because my bridesmaids were having a bit of trouble. How much better can you get?
I highly recommend Birch Wood for any event or wedding you might have in the area. The venue is stunning and the crew was above and beyond. Whenever someone asked if I was stressed, I always said no my venue has it all handled. Thank you Birch Wood for making my wedding day the most memorable day of our entire lives. We still have guests and family complimenting us on the venue and the professionalism!

We don’t live in the area so we were worried about planning from afar and birchwood made it so easy for us. I cannot say enough amazing things about Birch Wood Vineyards! If you want the most magical wedding that you could have ever dreamed of, then please book your wedding with this venue! The Birch Wood team guided us through the entire wedding process with so much support and advice. Kasia and Melisa were always so prompt with responding to emails and making sure I never felt lost during the planning process. I always felt confident that I could trust them to take care of everything and bring my wedding vision to life! I can't even begin to describe how gorgeous the venue is, especially in the summer months. Our wedding was in July, and between the amazing blooming flowers and the grape vines, we could not have pictured a more beautiful backdrop for our outside ceremony. Their reception room is so gorgeous and has that perfect rustic romantic feel to it. Their bridal suite is also to die for! It is so gorgeous and bright, which was perfect for our getting ready photos. Kasia, Scott, Melisa, and Carina were always coming up to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our wedding day was definitely warm to say the least, and it was so awesome that we were able to fill out a form ahead of time and choose what drinks we wanted, as well as our entire bridal party, and they were waiting for us outside as soon as we walked over to start taking pictures. Sarah was so amazing during the process of getting me down the aisle and taking pictures after the ceremony. There was an issue with my bustle right before the reception and she pinned me up and fixed it so fast that I didn't even have time to stress about it! Carina was also very helpful while taking photos by grabbing safety pins to fix my bustle and running up to get my sandals because I was sinking in the grass in my heels during photos! During the reception, Scott was always checking in on both of us and was so attentive and supportive the entire night. He made sure we sat down and had something to eat, kept us on track with the events throughout the night, and was always right there when we needed him for anything at all. I also can't say enough phenomenal things about the food! We chose the filet mignon and the chicken toscana and they were both AMAZING! We had so many people come up to us saying the filet mignon melted in their mouths. My bridal party also would not stop talking about the coconut chicken hors d’oeuvres! At the end of the night, Scott and the team had already packed all of our decorations up and had loaded everything in our cars before the reception was over so that we would make it to our after party before the bar closed. They also packed up multiple take out boxes for us with cake, our leftover dinner, and plenty of grilled cheese from our late night snack station! Scott and Sarah escorted us to our cars after the night was over, and I can't lie and say that I didn't get a little teary eyed when we all hugged goodbye and thanked them for truly making our day so incredibly perfect. We have heard SO many times that our wedding was the best wedding our guests have ever been to. A huge heartfelt thank you to the team we worked directly with for the past year and a half, the amazing chefs and staff that absolutely killed it during the wedding with the amazing food and the incredible service, the bartenders who worked so hard to keep the drinks coming all night, and to everyone who also worked behind the scenes to create this amazing day for us!!! -

The team at Birch Wood Vineyards provided the most high-quality service. They were very helpful in planning and coordinating with vendors. Their event planners are absolute god-sends. Melisa worked with us throughout the entire year leading up to our wedding day and was able to answer any question we had quickly. Her timelines kept us on track and were easy to follow. The AllSeated program made it so easy to input our guest lists, design our floor plan, input food selections, and add food allergies.
Since our wedding was April 6th, I had assumed we would be having an inside wedding. When we arrived for our rehearsal, we noticed the weather looked really good for Saturday. I mentioned this to Scott and he immediately told me we could rehearse and set up both inside and outside so that we could decide last minute. We were able to have the wedding outside and it was absolutely beautiful!!
During our wedding day, Alison, Scott, and Sarah were amazing! Anything we wanted or needed was literally handed to us before we could even ask. I brought a large box of decorations to use and they set it all up for us! The day could not have run any more seamless. Our guests were so impressed with the staff's attentiveness to each and every guest. All of the food exceeded expectations! I would highly recommend Birch Wood Vineyards!!! -

This venue is breath taking! This was the first venue we saw on our list, I fell in love the minute we drove up. All staff that we have met so far have been wonder especially Melisa she's been so helpful. We went to the bridal tasting in August. OMG the food was amazing!!! -

My husband and I knew Birch Wood Vineyards was the one the moment we pulled into the parking lot for the venue tour. We were captivated by the well-manicured grounds, rustic details and professional, accommodating wedding coordinators. We took notice of the paved, level parking lot, the dedicated space for cocktail hour with a long bar, serving top shelf alcohol, the reception room with a dance floor big enough for our guests to enjoy, the onsite bridal suite with built-in stations for hair and makeup, the grooms suite, the extensive menu options and ability to customize, the amount of décor the venue had available for use, if desired (table numbers, lanterns, candles, votives, signs, etc.)… I could go on and on!
I really want to highlight the exceptional Birch Wood staff who made our entire wedding experience as stress-free as possible. Throughout the planning process, we worked primarily with Melisa and Kasia. They were accommodating, responsive, always prepared for our meetings, following up via email the same day and even updating the online portal. The online portal was another huge plus - you can view your wedding timeline/details and vendors, and complete the seating chart all from a portal they set you up with). On the day of, Kasia, Alison and Scott were there to ensure everything went smoothly. Kasia was there to greet us in the morning and get us settled in the bridal suite. She also met the vendors as they arrived and setup our decor. Alison pinned the boutonnieres, helped me with my shoes, bustled my dress and ensured we were always enjoying ourselves. Scott was always visible. He greeted guests and most importantly, made sure my grandparents, who have walkers and wheelchairs, received special attention. My grandmother still raves about Scott and how he got a golf cart to take them inside after the outdoor ceremony. She jokes that she felt like she was the bride, and that could not make me happier. At the end of the night, the staff packed up the décor we brought and made sure nothing was left in the onsite suites, making the "clean-up" aspect still hands free for our families.
Our guests continue to say how our wedding was one of the best they have ever been to and that is the ultimately compliment. We had an unforgettable experience and cannot thank Birch Wood Vineyards enough. -

Wow! From the very moment I contacted to venue about a tour, to weeks after the wedding, the staff at Birch Wood has been professional, polite, accommodating, helpful and just all around amazing. The wedding coordinators and the event manager were extremely easy to work with and are amazing at their jobs. The behind the scenes staff that we did not interact with were also amazing. There was not one thing I would have changed out our entire experience at Birch Wood. We had a guest who needed a wheelchair, and without skipping a beat, they made sure she got to where she needed to be and was comfortable.
During cocktail hour, when we were taking photos, they made sure we had plenty of food and our drinks were never empty. They even helped me change my shoes.
The venue is absolutely beautiful. The onsite bridal suite made getting ready in the morning so relaxed. The entire day went by so smoothly. The food was amazing. I could not have imagined a better place to start a new chapter in our lives. Definitely very highly recommended! -
Rachael Sent on 09/29/2018Birch Wood Vineyards is the most amazing venue, I cannot stress that enough. My husband and I got married their 3 weeks ago and it did not disappoint. We visited SO many venues and none of them felt right. I walked into Birch Wood and got goosebumps. I KNEW it was the venue. This was only confirmed when we sat down with Melisa and she told us all about the venue an completely sold us. Initially it was a little more expensive than we originally anticipated but it was worth it!!!! They were accommodating the entire time. If I had a question via email, I usually had a response within the hour! It made planning SO much easier. Wedding planning wasn't stressful because they were with us the whole way. The day of the wedding was absolute PERFECTION. Kasia was there to greet us and get us settled. After the ceremony the staff continued to impress us. Victoria was with us during the cocktail hour. She was wonderful! In between pictures she brought us food, water, and wine! The entire staff made the experience so fun, especially when my two photographers were bickering like 5 year olds! They took my mind off that and helped me enjoy the wedding. They bustled my dress, took care of all my needs, and were truly amazing. I cannot thank the staff enough. I do not need to mention the beauty of the venue as pictures absolutely show how gorgeous it is. Birch Wood does not disappoint!

Felicia Sent on 07/12/2018As soon as we toured Birch Wood, every other venue that we had toured was immediately a thumbs down. We had booked a few other showings so of course attended them but knew in our hearts that Birch Wood was the one we were going to choose for our special day.
Where do I even start with the level of care?! Melisa was amazing and honestly a huge part of the reason we chose the venue. She presented the grounds and inside so nicely to us; she was professional; she was knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. We never met with Amanda but she was kind enough to answer some of the emails for questions we had leading up to the day! On our wedding day Kasia and Scott were also very helpful and helped keep us all calm. They didn't rush my Dad and I as we were about to walk down the aisle; of course I was very nervous and they said "Whenever you're ready." I even noticed that Scott also went around to tables during dinner to check on our guests as well as us! Alison helped bustle my dress and it was extremely time consuming and difficult and she stayed upbeat and patient through all of it! She was incredible!! Also, Rachel who was our waitress outside deserves a huge shoutout because all I wanted was water and in between each family formal photo picture, I would run over and take a sip from my drink in her hands. Haha! All of these little things on that day I will remember forever. I honestly love all of the people we worked with during the planning process and on our wedding day. They were amazing.
In my opinion, no cons aside from the fact that we couldn't book the rehearsal the day before the wedding, which is understandable due to other events that may be going on. However, it was never mentioned during any of our check-in meetings or while booking the venue. So, if you're looking to book here make sure you're flexible with that, especially when you have people in your party traveling from far away.

Birch Wood crew made everything go so smooth and easy for our big day. I can definitely say that if I had to change one thing about our big day, I can honestly say I WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING it was perfect!!!!
From our Ceremony to our reception, to our DJ, to our cake, everything was set up perfectly, the food was outstanding!! Our DJ @djchad05 from Get Down Tonight, got everyone on the dance foor all night (Perfect) !!! Our cake from @chickadeehillcakes was perfect and so Delicious that everyone took a piece of each!!
My absolute gorgeous bouquets � came from Flower by Marianne in Hamptons Falls!!

Not only did we get married here but we have intentionally visited and attended other events because it is the most incredible venue we have ever been to and we plan to continue. Amanda & Melissa are top notch wedding coordinators & their wedding day team is just as phenomenal. They answered every question we had & were very accommodating. I have been to other venues where your left by yourself the day of the wedding or the wedding team wasn’t properly trained for that event. That is by far the case with Birch Wood. Scott was there for whatever we needed the day of the wedding. The communication within their team has to be the best because everything went so smoothly! This location is beautiful & the team was fantastic to work with. The food is some of the best we’ve ever eaten!!!! We highly recommend Birch Wood for your wedding or even a night out for Valentine’s Day or another one of their amazing events! Thank you sooo much!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Kaitlyn Sent on 02/05/2018We got married in October 2017 at Birch Wood Vineyards, and we primarily dealt with Amanda...who is absolutely AMAZING!! When we first viewed Birch Wood, the venue was still under construction, but Amanda reassured us that the vision would be stunning, and boy, was she right! Everything there is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff is truly amazing! Questions were answered promptly and with such professionalism! Loved the timeline which was supplied to us...what was even more amazing was how prompt it truly was! We even had time to socialize at cocktail hour!
Every part of the process with Birch Wood was a breeze! The wedding tasting was fantastic, and the "pre-wedding check in meetings" were efficient and informative! On the day of our wedding, we were blessed with absolutely amazing weather, and were able to have an outside ceremony with the vines surrounding our friends and family. Our pictures came out fantastic due to their well maintained grounds.
The compliments about the food at the wedding are still rolling in 3 months later! Everyone loved the quality of the food, and the portions were well worth the money! We opted to add the Bridal Suite, which was one of the best decisions we made that day! The bridal suite was immaculate, and the natural light that filtered in through the windows really created amazing photographs. From the start, we loved that the cocktail room was separated from the main hall; many of our guests also complimented on that!
Overall, if you are looking for a gorgeous venue with amazing staff, a great list of vendors, and amazing food, look no further! We are so happy with how our day turned out. We cannot thank Birch Wood enough! -

Kevin Sent on 11/14/2017An incredible fantastic experience as Birchwood Vineyards hosted my daughter’s wedding this past Saturday. (Nov. 11th) Everything went as planned and then some. Our experience with Amanda Ferdinando (Wedding and Event Planer) was larger-than-life. Initial meeting with her was so well planned. She offered various ideas and listened to ours. She planned everything flawlessly. The day of the wedding Kasia Condon (Event Manager) was there to help lead the way. Making our day so much easier so we could enjoy my daughter’s wedding. She was great to work with. General Manager Scott Benfield was always visible and making sure everything went as planned. The wedding had to be held indoors due to the cool weather. Birchwood set up the venue and guests were greeted by Scott. The venue with up lighting was a great added feature. After the ceremony we went into the Vineyard Room for a cocktail reception. The appetizers were plentiful and delicious. I really mean delicious. We opted for the wine barrel which is their own wine. Staff was so responsive while passing appetizers. We then proceeded into the Estate room where the main meal was served. Tables were elegant. Atmosphere was the tops especially with music and up lighting provided by Tommy Demers of Get Down Tonight Entertainment. All the guests raved about the food. Not a single person had a complaint. All said the food was so delicious. Cooked to perfection. Again staff was friendly and right on top of things. Sarah Woodbury Event Coordinator was there the whole time as with General Manager Scott. They packed up all the extra’s (card box, memory, box, posters, and other things) we brought in and actually placed them in my car. This experience was far above and beyond what I anticipated as a father of the bride. From the Bridal Suite to the Grooms Suite, the Vineyard, everything was spot on. My daughter and Son In-Law had the best time and so enjoyed the night. I highly recommend Birchwood Vineyards

We cannot say enough good things about Birch Wood Vineyards and their amazing team! We got married at Birch Wood in August 2024 with an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception in their beautiful ballroom. It was such a perfect day - everything we dreamed of and more. Our guests raved about how gorgeous the venue is and how attentive the staff were throughout the day. Everyone loved the food during cocktail hour and dinner and the mac & cheese martini bar was such a hit! And the guests LOVED the chicken fingers and french fries late night snack - such a fun way to end the night! The Birch Wood team was there for us every step of the way with the planning process. They always responded within 24 hours with such detailed answers to our many questions and were so helpful with staying organized during the planning process. I knew that everything would run smoothly on our big day and we would be able to enjoy and celebrate without any stress and that was 100% true. They set up all of our decor perfectly and packed it up and loaded it into our cars at the end of the night. They even packed up our leftover food for us so we could enjoy it the next day. They are true professionals - diligent, detail-oriented, organized, but also kind, reassuring, and personable. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day at Birch Wood. Thank you so much to Kasia, Sam, Melissa, Linda, and the rest of the team for being so wonderful. If you’re considering booking Birch Wood for your wedding - just do it!

This venue is beyond beautiful! It is a bit pricey and would depend on what you are willing to spend on it. When touring the venue you will be treated with the best service and with a flexible schedule. The venue has so much to offer! Even would be beautiful for a winter wedding!
