  Wow Your Guest with PIZZA!

  Billy Bricks was so great to work with! From menu planning to the day of the event, they were so helpful. Our guests were wowed by our choice of unique catering as well as the quality of the food.

  Best wood fired pizza and service

  Absolutely the best! The staff was friendly, the food was out of this world incredible. Not to mention the options for Gluten Free and Vegan guests made them a smash hit! I will definitely be recommended to others and hope to book them again in the future.

  People are still talking about this vendor!

  Simply put-awesome. No complaints; people are STILL amazed and talking about bricks on wheels even after 2 months passed since out event (wedding).
  Food is stellar, folks are welcoming and super easy going-which made for one less item to worry about.
  Highly recommend-and expect your guests to flock to this food truck regardless of how many you have (we had a total of 3 food trucks).

  Who say's dad can't throw an impressive couples Baby Shower

  As you would expect, we had several 1st time Baby Shower attendee's and Billy Bricks food truck really complimented our event, all of our guest enjoyed the pizza, music and most importantly the truck! It was a wonderful evening and Giovanni and his team we're the perfect add to celebrating another new beginning for my family.

  Freaking AWESOME food

  I can't say enough how tasty this pizza is. As someone with Celiac Disease (and a very sensitive case at that), being able to have pizza at my wedding was an absolute dream come true!! They are amazing about cross-contamination and ensuring that individuals with all different food needs (vegan, lactose intolerant, gluten free, vegetarian, etc.) have the chance to eat delicious food!! The only qualm I have is that some of the communication was a bit slow. Besides that, they were wonderful and so accommodating!

  Flexible and friendly service

  Geovanni was easy to work with from the beginning. Super friendly and I love how they can personalize your menu to whatever you want. Their pricing is super reasonable compared to other vendors. Our guests really loved the pizza and gelato truck as a late night snack, it was the highlight of our reception. We still go to their restaurant on Thursdays for 2 for $20, their pizza is soooo good. Honey love is our favorite! Pricing was very easy and straightforward, no hidden or random fees. We had a few hiccups at the wedding but overall great food and service.

  Choose Someone Else

  Our wedding venue said they would not be willing to work with Billy, and I now understand why. Our venue shared that they made guests sick, ran out of pizzas for a wedding, and refused to clean up the kitchen after themselves. It was also shared that there was zero remorse for these situations they caused. At the safety of our guests and selves, as well as security in knowing everyone would be fed, we decided to cancel our booking (8 months in advance) and go with a reliable pizza oven company, Wooden Paddle.
  
  Knowing very well it was stated on their website that the 500 deposit fee was refundable, I reached out for other options to get use of my money. I tried to use that money towards a shower and their catering menu. When asking Ric for assistance with using that menu, he wrote back that it would be “no issue”. The week leading up to it, he claims it HAD to be used on a pizza truck, which was not the event size we needed that for. Honestly he was a real piece of work to deal with. Terrible communication and honestly unprofessional.

  Nicole I im sorry for the issues you with corporate Billy Bricks has my wife and I our a franchisee and have our own concept as well Tievoli Pizza Bar in Palatine. I would ask that you please remove this review please as this is a separate business as Ric's.
