Carolina was absolutely wonderful! She officiated our wedding ceremony on February 14, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide such an important moment in our lives.

Carolina was an absolute joy to work with as our wedding officiant. From the first message, she was kind, responsive, and truly attentive to what we wanted for our ceremony. On our initial phone call, I shared our hopes of blending our Colombian and Cuban roots with our American culture to create an inclusive experience for all of our guests—and she completely delivered with such care and intention.
She put together a script that felt personal, romantic, and meaningful while keeping it short and sweet—exactly what we had envisioned. At her suggestion, we swapped the traditional sand ceremony for a wine ceremony, and it turned out to be one of our favorite moments of the day. It felt special, unique, and perfectly us—our guests absolutely loved it too!

We are so happy we had Carolina for our wedding ceremony. From moment one she was professional and welcoming. We talked with her on the phone, walked through or plans, were offered different vows and scripts to which we tailored to our needs with her guidance. She was prompt and on time, smiling, personable and approachable. She offered to help with setup, and greeted our guests as they arrived. Our ceremony was wonderful and she was diligently aware of who spoke english or spanish and guided the ceremony accordingly along with little personal touches and sentiments that really helped make the ceremony special. She was not pushy about paperwork, or fees, which was nice, and we honestly would give her more stars that 5 if possible! We highly recommend anyone seeking an officiant to consider Carolina! We, and our guests/families all loved Carolina and the ceremony/services she provided. -

Carolina was on time and did good in the ceremony. She got lost a couple of times and we had to change completely her script which we know was ChatGPT & not original work.
What we are upset about is that we paid for her highest package because we needed our certificate to be sent ASAP to which Carolina forgot the certificate at home, plus when she came to pick it up, she sent it 4 days later. We specifically asked for it to be done immediately.
Overall we recommend her again but for the basic package. Highest package is NOT worth it.Bilingual Bliss with Carolina's reply:
Hi Karen,
I’m glad you felt the ceremony itself was delivered well and on time. My intention is always to create a meaningful and inclusive experience, and I was especially happy to hear the positive feedback from your guests about the ceremony being in both English and Spanish. I received several compliments from attendees which speaks to the level of care and delivery provided.
Regarding the script, I met with you multiple times to review and adjust it so it aligned with exactly what you wanted. I always provide a structured base that is then personalized with each couple. Adjustments during the process are completely normal, and my priority was making sure the ceremony reflected what you wanted in that moment.
In terms of the marriage license, I want to clarify for you and for anyone reading this that it was submitted within the legally required timeframe. The wedding took place on Saturday, I picked up the completed license from your home on Monday, and it was mailed on Wednesday. In Florida there is a 10-day window from April 11th to submit the license. It is being delivered to the court within that timeframe, so everything is being handled on time and in accordance with the agreement. I have fulfilled my responsibilities and the terms of our agreement.
I understand that you were expecting it to be sent immediately, and I hear your frustration. It was midweek, and while there was a short turnaround between pickup and mailing, what matters most is that the license is properly completed and officially recorded without any issues—which is exactly what has been handled.
