We had a great experience working with Big Top Entertainment for our wedding rentals. They provided everything we needed in one place, including the tents, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, and décor, which made the planning process much easier.
They were extremely organized and thorough, and they worked with us to customize a very colorful, jewel-toned setup with a wide variety of linens, goblets, and table options. We really appreciated how flexible and helpful they were in offering different choices and adjusting the order as our plans evolved.
We also had a more complex lighting request, and although we were initially told we might need a separate lighting company, Big Top ultimately worked with us to achieve exactly the lighting setup we wanted. They handled the tent lighting, landscape lighting, dance floor lighting, and all related setup seamlessly, which was far more efficient for us.
Their team was also great at offering practical advice, such as recommending draping for the tent legs along with sidewalls to both protect from wind and maintain a beautiful look. Everything—from the linens and table setup to the tent and lighting—was delivered and installed exactly as requested. They even provided two chandeliers instead of one, which was a lovely surprise.
Overall, everything turned out beautifully, the setup was efficient, and we had zero issues. Big Top Entertainment delivered exactly what we asked for and helped make our wedding look incredible. We would absolutely recommend them. -

As the bride and groom, we wanted to create a truly unforgettable environment for our big day as we’ve been told it goes by in the blink of an eye! We were fortunate enough to receive a recommendation from our wedding venue, Norfolk Botanical Gardens, for an incredibly talented rentals team, Big Top Entertainment, who exceeded our every expectation! We interacted with a few different team members from Big Top Entertainment, and what struck us most about their team was their ability to capture, transform and bring to life the ideas we had for the vision of our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception without missing a beat. Their attention to detail and artistic eye brought out the smallest, most tender moments that may have otherwise been overlooked. We received so many compliments about the beautiful set up that was completed by the Big Top Entertainment team! It’s 52 days later and our guests haven’t stopped raving about how beautiful the entire night was!
The Big Top Entertainment team are not only masters in creation, but they are also true professionals. They arrived on time, maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, and made every small detail look perfect. The level of communication provided by the Big Top Entertainment team is impeccable as they were always willing to answer an email or call whenever we had a question, so we knew we were in good hands the day of the wedding. They were also true champions to set up many different rentals (clear top tent, wrought iron cocktail hour tables and chairs, and our hanging chandelier to name a few) through an outdoor wedding, on July 12th, in Virginia! The Big Top Entertainment team provided many different ideas and suggestions to make sure we could bring our vision to life in the best and most efficient way possible while staying within budget. They asked an abundance of great questions throughout the process to get a feel for what were our absolute “must haves” and even suggested some things we hadn’t thought of.
Working with the Big Top Entertainment team has been an absolute pleasure from first contact until the end of the wedding day. Their exceptional talent, professionalism, and dedication to their craft makes them a stand out choice in the world of wedding rentals! We had an amazing experience with Big Top Entertainment for our event! From start to finish, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. During the planning phase, their team was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all our questions and offering suggestions to make sure everything went smoothly. They made the rental process simple and clear, which was such a relief!
On the day of the event, Big Top Entertainment delivered top-notch service. They supplied a large, beautiful tent that was perfect for our outdoor celebration, along with tables, chairs, and lighting that really helped set the perfect atmosphere. Everything was in excellent condition, and the setup was done professionally and efficiently. The tent and decor looked amazing, and the lighting really brought the whole space to life once the sun set.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend Big Top Entertainment for anyone looking for quality rentals and professional service. They made our event look fantastic and ensured everything was set up perfectly! -

Amazing Experience with Big Top
Life is busy. Really! Over the past year I worked on and off with Katie Blackman to provide our daughter an amazing wedding. Last week it happened and I must say, Katie was an amazing consultant to share in the experience. She was professional, on top of the little details and made our experience such a delight. No matter how many times we asked questions, she was there to make it work. In addition, your logistics team was ontime and very pleasant to work with as well. You guys run a top notch organization, and I wanted you all to know, it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you again... and for the record, we did "booty booty booty booty rocking everywhere". Brought my mood board to life
Big Top Entertainment is punctual, efficient, reliable, and affordable. BTE provided us with everything we needed for our backyard wedding in Seaford, VA! A special shout out to Alyssa, who planned and prepared with us from beginning to end and helped to make our vision effortlessly come to life. Alyssa felt more like a friend by offering advice, providing us with suggestions, and reassuring us we'd be taken care of in the event of rain on our wedding day. Our professional photos are not complete yet, but I'm sharing a couple pictures my mom snagged the morning of our wedding!

Big Top Entertainment met ahead of time on the property to plan out and measure our layout and was responsive to changes in layout throughout the planning process. The tent, arbor, dance floor and catering equipment were a perfect fit for our rustic theme wedding and we were well prepared in the event of rain (which held off last minute!). Alyssa always put me at ease with her calm demeanor during a very stressful time! -

We have worked with Big Top Entertainment for 15 years and this was my daughter’s wedding, and they brought some amazing rentals for her outside enchanted forest vibe wedding to Country Villa Inn in Pungo, Virginia Beach, VA. On May 22, 2021. We started planning the wedding before COVID pandemic hit, but mostly we had to converse though email for a year in a half. We made an appointment about halfway through the planning stages to look at the pieces we chose. We wanted to have Fruitwood folding chairs to match the outdoor woodsy feel. We also wanted the farm tables for her sweetheart table and dessert table (which was a donut bar). We also had a personalized chalk board with their name and the 2 signature drinks. The guests loved the bar as well as the entire look. They brought in all the rentals, set up all 130 chairs, tables, and made it so easy for us. We so appreciate everything they did for us. -

Flexible, Supportive, Fantastic
In March of 2020 we had to cancel our big wedding and marry in my parents living room. Fast forward to 2021 and the second large wedding canceled, we wanted to do something with immediate family and bridal party. With the loss of our big venue we needed A LOT of assistance in creating our new vision. This is where Big Top Entertainment, specifically Alyssa Lampl, was literally incredible. I had no idea how many tables or what size, no idea how much tent siding I would need, or string lights. Alyssa was able to work with me to make the perfect quote and get everything perfect for our day. Then, the week of the wedding we lost our venue and had to start from scratch! Alyssa and the Big Top Entertainment people did not miss a beat in making sure that the new space was ready for our perfect day. It was like Big Top provided the most beautiful pop up wedding in our field and I cannot rave enough about Alyssa, the delivery men, and Big Top! -

Our wedding 2019
I ordered the cross box chairs and two tables for our Tropical/Rustic wedding and Big Top did amazing!!! They were on time, I believe one of the chairs came broke and they went back and got another one! I mean I was sooo happy with the result of my wedding and I do recommend them to anyone wanting to rent with them for your special event! -

Big Top made my wedding day vision come true!
We rented a clear top tent (so dreamy!), tables, chairs, linens, and napkins from big top for our outdoor September 28 wedding. The tent was so gorgeous and all rentals were in great shape. The delivery folks were kind and professional. They gave us a delivery and pick up window and stuck to them. Sarah Daye was easy to work with and helped me make decisions based on the weather as we got within 5 days of the event. Excellent service and products! -
