Best DJ in Spokane!

Lance was absolutely incredible as our DJ and MC. From our first conversation, it was apparent that he genuinely cared to understand our vision. He was so much more than a dance floor DJ and played such a crucial part in our big day. Lance is so thorough and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. He went above and beyond and spent hours working on a custom mix for a song on our dance floor that was an absolute hit. His planning questionnaire was so helpful and he always made himself available if we had any questions or changes we wanted to make. We received a ton of compliments on our music and Lance's professionalism. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to have Lance DJ and MC our wedding. Such a win

Hiring Lance to be the MC & DJ for our wedding was such a win. He has an incredible demeanor and infectious sense of joy. He was the easiest to work with. He met my request to create an original wedding entrance song/march mashup that worked fantastically. He had an excellent understanding of the acoustics of the event space (Chateau Rive), inside and out. We got complimented many times over for his set list, keeping the energy at the right level for the different phases of the reception and, most importantly, he didn’t get bullied by additional family members attempting to do as they pleased (unplanned toasts). From the jump he took the time to get to know us and understand our vision for the day and then stayed true to our plans and wishes.

Crushed It

When your DJ makes you cry happy tears multiple times before and after your wedding, you know he crushed it. Lance was phenomenal. From the consult call, to reaching out to email those giving speeches, to the ceremony, and playing fantastic dance music, he went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special and seamless. Our dance floor was packed from the moment the music started to the moment we had to leave, which we attribute to Lance and his music choices. But there were three truly special things that he did for us that go significantly above and beyond… the first is that I (the bride) had recorded myself singing our first dance song to surprise the groom with during our dance, but was having trouble figuring out how to strip the original vocals from it. I sent my vocals to Lance about five days before the wedding and he had it all sorted out and sounding professional later that day. The second was that at the end of the night as people were lining up for our exit, Lance turned on a final dance song just for us to dance to alone, with no one watching so we could enjoy a last dance and a moment to take in the experience together. Finally, the groom and I couldn’t afford a videographer and had forgotten to ask our friends to records the toasts at our reception… I opened my emails today to find that Lance sent us not only an audio recording of all the toasts, but an audio recording of the full ceremony. To say we are deeply grateful is an understatement. We will cherish these records forever.
All of that being said, you cannot go wrong with Lance with Big Show Mobile - he is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and very much worth the price.

Our Dance Floor Never Stopped

Lance was such a pleasure to work with! We knew he was the most important vendor on our big day and we wanted to make sure our friends and family were on the dance floor all night-- he did not disappoint. Our photographer said it was the best dance floor she saw all summer and several guests have said it was one of the best receptions they've been to. Thank you Lance for playing great music and keeping everyone on their feet!

Fantastic wedding DJ!

Lance did an absolutely incredible job with our wedding. Our venue was about two hours from a major city, so we were very happy that Lance was able to travel out to us. He also came out the day before for the rehearsal, to make sure everything was going smoothly. His input at the rehearsal was invaluable! He’s a very experienced DJ and he makes that clear with his pre-wedding planning help. He was very responsive to all communication, which took a lot of stress off us! We found he did a fantastic job working with us as a couple to customize all the music, including for the ceremony, to fit us. I know he also put a lot of work into tracking down a rare instrumental track we were hoping to have for the groom and bridal party recessional. He also did a great job keeping people out on the dance floor that night—he read the crowd very well and played all the songs we had mentioned were important to us. Overall we were extremely happy with his work and we would highly recommend Lance and Big Show Mobile Entertainment to anyone looking for an excellent wedding DJ (who has great taste in music!).

Incredible DJ

Lance is an off the charts amazing DJ and little did I know we were getting an advisor / event coordinator / wedding planner, too. Throughout the whole wedding planning process and event itself he was organized, has excellent communication skills and the best personality. As far as the event, he knows how to keep the party hopping and set the tone for the whole wedding and reception. He kept the dance floor full with the great music he chose as he read the crowd and adjusted as necessary. All around, Lance did exceptional job!

The best Wedding DJ out there

Lance was amazing to work with, he has so much experience, and that allowed him to bring to the table things we would have never even thought of. Not only did he provide great music for our big day, but he went the extra mile to ensure it was a very personal experience, he made sure it went as smoothly and as organized as it possibly could. Best. Dj. Ever.

Lance was hands down the best DJ I have ever heard or had the pleasure of working with. Our wedding was beyond perfect!!! Every song was perfectly timed and great quality! Having a wedding during COVID brought sooo many unexpected challenges and hurdles but Lance remained dedicated to make our day perfect, no matter what. He even made it to our rehearsal two hours from home, just to make sure everything was planned out and put my worries to rest. Lance also brings so much experience to the plate and offers great advice to make your day go smooth, you practically get a personal planner and dj in one. He reassured us that even if hiccups were to happen he would handle it. Overall, Lance’s professional service was of the highest quality and I would recommend him to anyone! The DJ was our number one priority for our wedding, to get a great flow of events (MC), great music, and someone that was dependable. 100/10 recommend!! We also had a very remote wedding without power at the ceremony and he had all the equipment to make sure all our guests could hear, with battery operated equipment, no distracting generators!!! Finally, our dance floor was PACKED the entire night because of the great music and environment lance provided. Because of his service, our wedding was PERFECT!!!

Lance is the best!

As a bride navigating the challenges of changing our wedding plans multiple times due to COVID, there was one vendor who I didn't have to worry about... our DJ Lance! He was able to accommodate our changes, offered helpful insight (afterall he's been at more weddings than all of us combined), and created a calming and enjoyable planning experience. He communicated early and often with not only us but our vendors too. This helped me be 100% confident everything would go as planned and I could solely focus on marrying the love of my life. Following our wedding Lance provided the sound to our videographer to help capture our memories in such a meaningful way. We suggest everyone using Lance to ensure the best day ever!

Fantastic DJ- better than we hoped for!

Lance was recommended to us by our wedding coordinator for our July 2020 wedding and we couldn’t have been happier. He was so flexible and really took the time to get to know us and what we hoped for in terms of music. We had some unusual requests (Greek Orthodox wedding held outside due to COVID, so he had to set up for special music/chanting). He did a great job with music selection- everything from Greek and Armenian music to classics that appealed to the older people to current songs that were great to dance to. He had some really cool ideas that we NEVER would have thought of on our own. Our favorite was the last dance. While everyone lined up outside for our send off Lance put on a song we had pre-selected. He then turned down the lights and went outside with everyone else while we had a private dance. It was the perfect way to end the wedding reception and in some ways was even more special than the first dance (when we were all nervous as everyone was looking at us). If we ever need a DJ again we will be begging Lance to be our DJ again!

Like having a trusted friend running your wedding

Lance made the process of planning our wedding very smooth. He provided a sheet for us to fill out with song choices, event details, must haves and must not haves. After we filled it out, he went through it with us and made sure he knew exactly what we were looking for. He even provided some very helpful guidelines to those in the wedding party giving toasts. On the day of the wedding he made sure the ceremony was perfect and the reception was fun! His thoughtfulness and professionalism could not have been better. Do yourself a favor

Do yourself a favor and hire Lance! His organization, professionalism, knowledge, and experience make his services worth every penny! DO NOT SKIMP on something this important. A Master of Ceremonies/Disc Jockey can literally make or break a wedding. He made our wedding the coolest, yet classiest party I have ever attended! My groom (now husband!) planned with Lance a surprise for me where he'd pretend to play the wrong first dance song, pause it, groom would grab the microphone, a say few words and then to serenade me with the actual song. It was incredible! Lance met with my husband and was willing to try anything to make our day unforgettable. Lance taught us a TON about what should happen during certain parts of a wedding and much more. His attention to detail is something you do not see much of anymore these days. He knows his profession and he knows music. You can truly tell that what he does is his passion. I'll say it again; DO NOT SKIMP on an MC/DJ! Thank you, Lance, for keeping the dance floor packed and tears flowing when you put our voices from our vows over our first dance song as the last song of the night...JUST WOW!

Lance is a great guy, very friendly, and extremely helpful! I can't thank him enough! Planning a wedding proved to be intimidating and stressful. Lance was patient enough to walk us through his song selection to help us pick our songs for the ceremony, down to the cake cutting. Not only did Lance help us through the planning, he also took suggestions from our family and friends during the wedding. My family is bilingual and I truly appreciate Lance for going above and beyond to accommodate both the English and Spanish language through his song selections with such short notice. Best DJ Ever!

Lance went above and beyond for our wedding. He listened to every request we had, and what we wanted the feel of the wedding to be, and truly outdid all of it - all while being very responsive and professional. Lance is a Pro!

We had Lance do two nights, back to back for our wedding celebration. He provided excellent service to us from our first conversation with him to the last song he played early Sunday morning! Our venue was remote and he worked with us every step of the way to make it a success. His efforts went along way in creating a memorable weekend for us and our guests. If you can book Lance - do it! Choose Lance

Lance is AMAZING and we highly recommend him! He genuinely cares for his clients and has a true passion for celebrating marriages. He went above and beyond to be there for us every step of the way. He will help with whatever you need and is extremely easy going, which is much appreciated when planning a wedding! He offered to edit the songs for our first dance and the father daughter dance, recommended songs when we were too stressed to come up with anything, showed up extremely early to set things up and practically coordinated the reception!! All with a huge grin on his face. I wouldn’t say all of our vendors were worth every penny, but Lance sure was. We can’t thank you enough for making our reception extra special, Lance. Must Hire DJ!

Lance MADE our reception! From the cocktail hour music to the very last song played (he even offered to stay after our original end time because everyone was having such a great time), Lance's professionalism and experience were evident throughout. Lance was very attentive to the crowd, kept to our schedule and was easy to work with. The music he played was exactly what we had talked about. You have to have Lance!

Hiring Lance as our DJ was easily one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning. When we were originally researching DJs, we almost went with another option because they were cheaper. After talking to Lance again, we realized we had to have him. He was definitely worth it! He puts SO much work in leading up to the wedding that you would never think of. He had everything perfectly planned out and had amazing recommendations for song choices and the flow of the reception. Our dance floor was full all night and our wedding stayed right on track because he knew just what to do to keep things moving and ensure that everyone was having a blast. Our guests had nothing but great things to say and we are so appreciative of everything he did to make our day perfect!

We appreciated Lance’s professionalism, ease of communication, and help before and during our daughter’s wedding! He had two sound systems so the transition from wedding to reception was quick and easy. We would highly recommend Lance for a wedding or other event!

Lance MADE our wedding. Both my husband and I are slightly awkward turtles who aren't always comfortable being in the spotlight. Because of this, I was worried about not being good enough hosts, that the wedding wouldn't be fun, people wouldn't dance, etc. But as soon as we hired Lance, all those worries went out the window. He was so kind, professional, and experienced, and he spent the time to get to know us and tailor his services to fit our personalities and venue. I knew we were in good hands.

His music selection and mixing were impeccable. He kept our dance floor packed all night and flawlessly incorporated our song requests, which included everything from polka to NSYNC to a cappella country. We had guests commenting on how he kept playing great song after great song and they didn't ever want to leave the dance floor!

Lance also kept our reception running on schedule and was always a step ahead, which meant we didn't have to worry about anything except enjoying ourselves. He chatted with each of our tables before releasing them to the buffet, introduced all of our toasters, and even gave them public speaking tips ahead of time. And if that weren't enough, he also worked directly with our ceremony musician and first dance musician to do sound checks before the ceremony started.

TLDR: Lance is hands down the best wedding DJ we could have ever asked for. He's talented, thoughtful, professional, and just an all-around great human. Hire him.

Lance was amazing! He really gave us peace of mind in the planning process and was so patient with us. On the day of the our wedding, he was a key component in moving things along and keeping the day on schedule all while playing GREAT music. He did a great job of capturing the mood we wanted to set and really got everyone up and dancing when the time came. In addition, he did all of our up lighting and even personalized a monogram using the same font as our invites. I would definitely use Lance at Big Show Mobile again and highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a DJ!

Lance was beyond amazing! He took the time to see our private venue prior to the wedding and worked with our crazy schedule as we live 9 hours from our venue site! He was very personable and professional, always keeping the night on schedule! I never had to worry about the timing, and he always was two steps ahead. We didn't hire a day of coordinator, but with Lance there- we really didn't need one. He checked in on Jordan and myself to make sure we were enjoying our night, and to remember to take a moment to let all of it sink in- because in an instant the night would be over. The dance floor was going non-stop all night. All of our guests enjoyed the wide variety of music played, and Lance was able to read the crowd and play what seemed to be the most popular with our guests. It was truly an honor to have Lance at our wedding, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who's planning on getting married! Thank you again Lance!

Lance was a pleasure to work with! He was very responsive and professional throughout the process. You can tell he loves what he does and it shows through all of his work and interactions. He kept the whole crowd dancing through the night!
We had planned on getting a day of wedding coordinator. After meeting with Lance we didn't feel it was necessary. He does so much more than DJ the wedding. He attends the rehearsal, coordinates with all parties/speaker in the wedding and makes sure you keep to your timeline (without being pushy or inflexible). He SAVED us money by us not needing a day of person. Would book him again in a second! On top of all of the he also killed it with the music.

Having Lance as our DJ was one of the things that made our wedding wonderful. He put so much time and effort in to getting to know us as a couple and you can tell that he truly loves what he does. He created an amazing atmosphere that got everyone dancing young and old. So many of the people at my wedding complimented Lance and many said it had been the most fun wedding they had ever been to. I can truly say that is all thanks to Lance! Most importantly, he listened to what we wanted and really incorporated that into our day. He also advised us against purchasing his other services like uplighting because he cared much more about getting the atmosphere right in our small barn wedding than on selling more services. In addition to his DJing, Lance served as an MC for us and really filled so many rolls, he ran the ceremony on schedule, even queued all of the party when to walk down the aisle. My family and I loved our experience with Lance so much that my sister sought him out as the DJ for her wedding which was 2 months after my own. We just couldn't imagine going with anyone else! Can't recommend Lance enough!

Wow. I cannot say enough good things about Lance! Because of him, we truly felt like guests at our own wedding rather than worrying about what was supposed to come next and when. He orchestrated the entire thing flawlessly. Nothing felt forced or rushed, it was such a relaxed and fun day for us. He is so organized and always professional. Also, he really does know how to read a crowd and keep people on the dance floor which is what really made our wedding fun! Guests will look back on our wedding and they may not remember the food or the cake or the decorations, but they will remember that it was a blast-- and Lance is a huge part of the reason why! Lance is a dream to work with! We interviewed multiple DJs and were even considering the iPod option to ensure all our favorite songs were played, but Lance stood out as super experienced, professional, and someone who really understood the musical atmosphere we wanted for each part of our wedding. Additionally, all our other vendors had nothing but praise and excitement when they heard Lance was our DJ (always a good sign!).

Throughout our wedding day Lance was extremely thoughtful, calm, and an absolute pro. We didn't perform a first dance, and were barely able to make it out onto the dance floor since we were so caught up talking with our friends and family, but Lance took note of what was listed as "our song" and made sure to play it when we both made it out to the dance floor. The day of he was basically our second wedding coordinator and made sure we were comfortable to move on to the next event, and even helped us adjust on the fly when we needed more time. Lance paid close attention to our guests' reactions and kept the dance floor packed all night. Our guests are still raving about how great the playlist was and how much fun they had dancing!

We cannot recommend Lance's DJ services highly enough. He's the best!

We can't thank Lance enough! We received so many compliments with how great our DJ was during our May outdoor wedding at Cave B. He had a set up down at our ceremony so that everyone could hear our entire ceremony (which a lot of our guests were impressed with even when it was a little windy). He also had a great set up at our reception with great sound and the perfect amount of lighting. Lance did an amazing job at keeping the reception moving on schedule and engaging with all of our guests. When we went around releasing tables to the buffet, he interacted with all of our guests and found out what sort of music they liked and left everyone with a smile. The dance floor was going all night long and everyone had a great time! We HIGHLY recommend Big Show Mobile Entertainment!!

Lance was great! We got many, many compliments on our fun dance floor atmosphere. We live a few hundred miles from the venue, so Lance's thorough up-front communication was valued. After listening to what we were looking for, he sent us all the ceremony music well in advance to review and make any changes. He even created a custom cocktail hour playlist of bluegrass music as a nod to my husband's bluegrass musician friends. Could not be happier that we hired Big Show Mobile!

Lance was the DJ for my daughter's wedding last summer, and he was definitely our favorite vendor! Andrew and Erin loved him from the moment they first met with Lance, and their first impression was spot on. Lance was so organized, sweet, and made their big day so special. Lance was an awesome DJ. He was very responsive, accommodating and helpful. We didn't know what songs we wanted for each portion of the ceremony and helped us find ones that we loved. His music selection for the reception was superb. We got so many compliments on the music, and it was sooo nice to not have to worry about selecting songs to keep the party going. Almost everyone was on the dance floor- parents, aunts/uncles, cousins, friends. It was a great mix of people. He kept an eye on me and made sure everything was going as I hoped--- not just regarding the music. When my husband smashed cake in my face Lance asked me if I wanted my makeup attended to (he doesn't do makeup but he would have found her if I needed her...). He worked great with our photographer and everything choreographed smoothly. Between the day-of planner at our venue, our photographer, my maid of honor and Lance, I didn't have to worry about anything, and it was the best night of my life!

When my husband and I were looking for a DJ for our wedding, we never knew where to start. I found Lance on Weddingwire and he had amazing reviews. We figured it couldn't hurt anything so we set up a meeting with him. After meeting with Lance we knew we needed him as our DJ! He was very personable and assured us we wouldn't have to worry about anything, which we didn't! Lance was very accommodating and met with us anytime I was in the midst of a meltdown. He gave us advise and reassured us numerous times not to worry about anything! He listened to all our wants and needs and was very accommodating. He came to our rehearsal the night before the wedding just to make sure he was on the same page for the wedding. He kept the reception perfectly timed and kept my husband and I on track without making us feel rushed. He thought about all our guests and played a verity of everything to keep everyone happily entertained. Where do I even begin with praises for Lance?
From our first meeting (which lasted nearly 2 hours because we didn't want to stop talking with him!) to the day of the wedding, Lance went way above and beyond his DJ call of duty. On the morning of the wedding, Lance was the first vendor to show up, and he was definitely the last to leave. As I was setting up tables and place settings, he made sure I had a bottle of water, asked if he could help me, and provided some awesome tunes as we set up the reception. He even brought me a snack to make sure I was eating!

His attention to detail was spot on. The ceremony music was perfect down to the second, and the sound was excellent. At the reception, Lance had every single one of our guests dancing the whole night! At one point, one of my guests said "I've tried to sneak away to the bathroom for about an hour, but every song is better than the last and I can't stop dancing!"

His extreme professionalism aside, Lance is just a really great guy that everyone loves to be around. His quiet confidence makes him the perfect wedding maestro, and we were so blessed to have him as a part of our day. Thank you Lance!!!

Lance is very professional yet fun to work with. He listens to the couple and provides exactly what they want. I have been to several other weddings and there are many DJ's that have their own agenda of music. Lance is NOT that way at all (unless you tell him to be). He comes up with a playlist based on the couples input and desires, but he also will take requests (within reason). He will not play music that you do not want played, and he will also go with the flow if necessary during the reception based on the crowd and how the dancing is going. You can tell that Lance LOVES his job, and that he is excited to do what he does...this is refreshing and fun for everyone!

In addition to the music, which Lance is very versed in, he also provides amazing lighting for the reception and includes a custom wedding monogram (if you want it) that is displayed during the reception (via light). It was cool to work with Lance on this and see the final product. He will go back and forth with the couple as often as necessary until you find something you love.

I recommend Lance and Big Show Mobile to anyone and everyone. He will customize his expertise to any couple, and most importantly he will make your special day that much better and less stressful!

I had the pleasure of booking Lance for our wedding reception at the Red Lion Hotel at the Park in Spokane, WA on 10/17/2015. Throughout the engagement process, Lance was great in contacting me and helping me understand the flow of how to organize our reception. He was understanding of what I wanted, like up-lighting, and gave me an unbeatable deal. He helped me pick music for my first dance with my grandfather, as my father had passed several years before, our dollar dance songs, gave input when we got stuck in our decisions, and even used my photographers calligraphy for our "gobo" (the decal displayed on the dance floor). At the reception, Lance was very attentive to me and my husband by making sure we had enough to drink and eat. During the reception, he was strict with requests but I think that was due to the list I gave. Just be vocal about your expectations. When the dancing started, Lance mixed both old and new to keep all ages at our reception dancing and I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. I haven't heard anything but great reviews from our guests! I would highly recommend booking Lance for your upcoming wedding!

Do you want a good DJ? A professional who comes prepared for whatever can be thrown at him? Then this guy is the man you need, Lance is the best you can get here in Spokane if not the inland northwest. He's very flexible with is packages that he offers and is willing to work with you so he will fit into your wedding perfectly. His collect of music is huge and his in depth knowledge of different genres was a great help when trying to decide what we wanted to play. He is just a great to talk to also, my wife and I spent an hour or two just chatting with him when we first met.

On the day of our wedding, a few hours before the event was to take place a transformer behind the venue blew and the entire building was dark with no power. Luckily, Lance being the prepared guy he is had a backup power supply that was able to run the music and dance lights. It was only after we entered and sat down that someone told us the power was out but we didn't notice one bit.

I'm not going to lie, there are less expensive DJs or music options but Lance's services are well worth the money you'll pay. I've been to two other weddings this year and both had troubles with their DJs whether it be the DJ was unprepared or didn't listen to the wedding parties request. Lance by contrast is none of those things, you want to start dancing by 1pm he's ready by 12:45, you want a ridiculous song to play he'll go out and find it even if he has to track down a physical copy for you on the internet. I give Lance a full five stars because he earned it by being a stellar business man and DJ.

Lance is more than a DJ, he's a wedding director! We are so grateful for his expertise. He made sure the ceremony ran smoothly and the sound was just right. From there, the rest of the event flowed perfectly, thanks to Lance. He kept the dance floor packed right up until the last song. We highly recommend Lance. He's worth every penny of his fee!

Lance was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond all of our expectations. When we first sat down with Lance, more than anything he wanted to get to know my husband and me. He wanted our day to be everything we wanted. He was out at the venue with us for the rehearsal as well as early in the day before the ceremony. We were married outside and had a trio play during the ceremony and during the rehearsal we were worried about rain ruining the instruments if the musicians were to play. So Lance brought out a tent in order to keep the musicians dry. He did a great job with music selections and kept the party going. I had numerous complements on the music and Lance in general.

We absolutely loved Lance! One thing we wanted was to not worry about anything at our wedding. He helped keep things going smoothly and we never felt rushed! He was wonderful to meet with before the wedding as well! He took his time with us getting to know us and what music we like! He is so friendly and easy to talk to! The music he played was amazing! I had people coming up to me saying "our cab is outside but we don't want to leave because every song he plays is amazing!" As a bride I was on the dance floor all night! I never took a break, not even to use the restroom! I didn't want to miss anything! I would recommend Lance to anyone and I will! I will be telling all of my clients who are looking for a DJ! We were sad when our time for the venue was up! We wanted to party all night with Lance! He gets 5 stars from us and if we could give 10 we would! Thanks Lance!

Lance, was incredible! He made sure we knew what our priorities were and kept us calm the entire time which allowed us to enjoy our own wedding. From the time we met up with him for the first time, our rehearsal and actual wedding day we have to say that he is responsible for our sanity and ability to let the details go.

Lance was absolutely amazing. We were planning our wedding from out-of-state and had several phone calls with him prior to the event--he asked all the right questions to make sure that our music and our experience would be exactly what we wanted. During our initial phone interview, he said "If you're looking for someone who will organize bunny-hop conga lines or make people do the chicken dance, I'm probably not the DJ for you." At that point, we knew he was EXACTLY the DJ we wanted! :) He was immensely professional, coordinated with all of our other vendors, was really flexible with last-minute updates, and made sure that on the day of the wedding, everything went flawlessly. He even checked in with us several times during the wedding to make sure we had what we needed--a glass of wine, plenty of time to actually eat the delicious food we were serving, a moment alone together, etc. We could not have had a more positive experience--we're SO glad we decided to work with Lance! His services are worth EVERY PENNY!

We found Lance on Weddingwire and we are so glad we hired him for our big day! We had to plan our wedding from overseas and Lance was very responsive and even scheduled a late night phone call with us due to the time difference. He listened to our ideas but also provided advice based on his experiences. Our wedding day was more than perfect and Lance was very professional and attentive to us throughout the day. Lance made for the best reception we could have possibly wanted. It has been over a month later and we still are getting comments about how wonderful and fun the reception was, in particular, how great Big Show Entertainment made everything. There was never a dull moment and always a lot of fun. Everything we asked him to do for us was done even better than we were thinking. At points during the reception he even came to check and see how he could help us out getting food, drinks, etc. I wish I had more excuses to work with Lance. Perfect for any occasion!

Lance was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!! I couldn't have asked for a better DJ and light person!! He made me feel confident in his abilities and definitely proved he was the BEST for the job!!!! Lance was incredible with us! Throughout planning he was so helpful because me and my fiancé (now husband!) were really laid back and lance helped us with music choices, lighting choices, how things should go. We didn't have to overthink anything because we knew on the day of the event he'd have it all handled. When it finally came to the big day, he practically held our hands through everything because we didn't know what the heck we were doing and were enjoying the day too much. Lance with Big Show Mobile Entertainment is the whole package. He was such a valuable asset to our wedding, doing so much more than our music. He took a genuine interest in getting to know us to make our day perfect. At our first meeting he gave us a fill-able checklist of every event(in the wedding) that accompanies music so we could pick out/organize our songs. He is extremely flexibly, I can't count the number of times I changed songs, and Lance always put me at ease, letting me know he wanted us to have whatever we wanted. If you are unsure about song selection, he is a great reference with a huge database of music. Not only is he professional, but he is genuine and personable, very easy to talk to and work with. Along with music, Lance does lighting, our whole ballroom was filled with beautiful hues of gold, purple, blue, green etc(you can pick the colors), and he made an awesome lighted monogram of our names that shined on the dance floor. Lance is dedicated, he came to the rehearsal and coordinated with the photographer and wedding coordinators. On the day of the wedding he made it his mission to make our day perfect. After the ceremony, he waited for us outside of the reception ballroom so he could announce our "grand entrance". He went around to each table and released them for the buffet line(so it would not be so long and congested up there). Our wedding coordinators were pretty absent during the reception and weren't taking charge or even really knew what to do, Lance stepped in and took charge, keeping us all on track, letting us know when it would be a good time for the next event(toasts, cake cutting, 1st dances etc.) and he announced it all so our guests would know what to expect. He took such a weight off of our shoulders! Lance loves his job and it shows, we can't thank him enough for everything he's done. You will not regret working with him!

Lance provided great service at our wedding - the dance floor was packed the entire time and everyone had a great time. Lance helped facilitate the reception when things started running behind - he really stepped up when our wedding planners, Design by Occasion, did not. I really appreciated him coordinating with the photographer when events (starting with dinner) were running behind schedule causing us to almost lose opportunity for important wedding photos (we were outside and it was almost too dark to get good photos of cutting the cake, first dance, etc.). Thank you Lance!

We hired Lance to dj our wedding in August and were extremely happy with the results. He does a fanatic job, and is so much more than just a music guy. He was really interested in who we were as a couple and made us feel like he was genuinely invested in our wedding. From the beginning he was very helpful with anything we needed whether it be answering silly questions that could have been answered if I had read my paperwork, or helping us choose music and set the flow/pace for our wedding day. He was always very quick to respond, and always had great feedback and suggestions. Lance is a super cool, professional guy and wants to make sure you have just what you want, but will also give you advice on what he knows from being a wedding dj for so many years. We were so happy to have him at our wedding, the music was perfect, and the flow/pace was perfect as he always checked with us to see if we were ready for the next moment. Lance was amazing and I could not recommend anyone better!

Lance was the reason our wedding went as smoothly as it did. Everything proceeded in a timely manner and he checked in with us every once in a while to ensure he was doing everything possible to keep us happy and that our night was going as planned. He did an incredible job reading our crowd and keeping the night alive until we were ready for it to end. Money very well spent. After having been to quite a few weddings, it is clear that the DJ can make or break the quality of the event. Lance made our wedding one to remember.

Lance was an absolute pleasure and so much fun! He was well-organized, took extra care to make sure he understood our vision for our wedding, and was well prepared -- even arriving a day early to make sure he had everything he needed as well as to review the outline with us. Lance really did an incredible job here. I provided a playlist to him and he pulled it apart to make the music fit for the different parts of the day. He also did a great job as the MC at our reception. Would definitely recommend him!

Lance quite simply made our day. He set the mood and check in on us and always let us know what was going on and what was next. He was also flexible with timelines and was cool, calm, and collected even though he had a leg injury! I really loved that he made sure to keep in contact periodically before the wedding and really took the time to dial in our tastes and preferences with the playlists. He is professional and I am convinced that our day wouldn't have been as amazing without him. We feel blessed that he agreed to do our wedding!

Our wedding planners, Design by Occasion, recommended Lance as an excellent DJ and they were absolutely right. His professionalism and attention to detail contributed to a beautiful ceremony and a memorable reception/party afterwards. Because the wedding was on an outdoor patio near a waterfall (BluWoods venue is AMAZING!), we were concerned about how to provide music and make sure that guests could hear the vows. Other DJs we spoke to said that they would use standing microphones and try to "stretch" their speakers so they could be heard on the patio. If that didn't work, they'd need at least half an hour to transition from the patio to the dance floor. We didn't feel confident that they could actually make it work. However, this challenge was no problem for Lance. He has two separate sound systems - one for the ceremony and one for the reception. He streamlined everything: on the patio with music and lapel mics so the ceremony could be heard, indoors for music and drinks/appetizers, back to the patio for the reception, and then on to the dance floor where everyone was dancing right up to the final song. (That in itself was amazing because we had guests with ages ranging from 2 to 92 and he always seemed to know what music would keep the dance floor full.) Along with providing excellent sound, Lance has a style that is perfect for weddings. As parents of the bride, we were impressed with so many things. He met with the bride and groom several times before the wedding to be sure everything was the way they wanted it. He joined us for a walk through to determine where the sound system would be set up and attended the rehearsal so he could provide support for the wedding, the “schedule” of introductions/speeches/announcements, and so much more. He was confident, professional, and truly seemed to care about the two people who mattered most – the bride and the groom. We highly recommend Lance and Big Show Mobile Entertainment to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Lance was not only easy to work with, he was fun to work with!! He truly cared about the wedding being exactly what we wanted and was always open to our ideas. He was so professional as the emcee, the sound system was amazing, and the uplighting really made the venue look top notch! I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Lance was amazing I couldn't of had a more perfect wedding without his help. His wife Leslie was also incredible. They had the perfect music selection and the most incredible lights to really set the mood for each event. They kept everything organized to make sure the day was perfect. I didn't have to worry about anything on the most important day of my life. You'd be crazy not to have big show mobile entertainment DJ your wedding. Love them.

Lance was fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ. He kept people on our dance floor all night long! Extremely organized, professional, and personable.
