Shelly was great to work with; we had so many options between cookie, ice cream and toppings. And our guests kept asking where we found our vendor. Big Scoops Creamery is a hidden gem of the Salt Lake Valley.

They are amazing!! They have the best ice cream and are very price worthy!! They stay the entire time you need them, dressed appropriate and very professional! Definitely will use them again! I also used them for my daughters birthday party.

Service was great! Only one downside though
Loved how they served and took care of everything. Only downside was when I booked them, they said that any left over ice cream was ours and we could take it home. Later I found out that they would not let my parents take the remaining ice cream home unless we had our own containers or we could choose just one tub of ice cream to take. I was so busy the day of my wedding that I didn’t even get to eat my ice cream. I got some and ended up having to do a bunch of other things and left it on the table, so I was pretty disappointed after coming home from my honeymoon to see the only tub of ice cream that was brought home, was a kind I did not like. My parents chose the tub they had the most ice cream in it, I’m not sure If this was something to do with COVID-19 or if they changed it and then said we cannot take the ice cream that we paid for.

Hi Mykala, I’m sorry there was a misunderstanding on bringing containers to scoop left overs. Our buckets are expensive and hold a lot of extra servings due to the fact of not knowing what someone will choose. Where you didn’t have containers she chose to let you have one anyway but I’m sorry your parents chose the kind you didn’t like, if you come visit us at the store and let me know I will comp you an ice cream of your favorite kind.
