We had our wedding at Top of the Rock! Such a beautiful venue! Highly recommended this place! The view is amazing!

Big Cedar Lodge was the perfect location for our destination wedding in September 2019. We are from Plano, Texas and had the most amazing experience with everyone at Big Cedar. Our ceremony was at Top of the Rock – Chapel of the Ozarks, reception at Top of the Rock Wine Bar & Event Room and rehearsal dinner at The Worman House. Erin Schroeter was our amazing wedding planner and go to gal for everything at Big Cedar. She is so knowledgeable about the whole process down to the very last minutes before you walk down the aisle. She also provided us with a vendor list that helped us choose an awesome photographer, cake baker and DJ. When it came to room reservations they have a whole team that is dedicated to rooms and reservations. Everyone was so nice to talk to and helped with deciding on how many rooms to block etc. Our wedding went off without a hitch. I would hands down recommend Big Cedar Lodge. The views and scenery are just amazing but the best part is also the people that help you make your day so perfect.

Can you believe we started planning our elopement the Tuesday before our Wedding? Courtney and Julia at Big Cedar Lodge Events helped plan my "Friday at 5" wedding and it would not have been as wonderful without them. It truly was stress free. Flowers were beautiful. Cake was delicious. Food was wonderful, too! Views were amazing. My husband and I were able to enjoy our special day without worry. Thank you, Big Cedar!

I recently got married on 5/6/17 next to the waterfall at Big Cedar Lodge. I chose to do one of their elopement packages because we decided on just a small wedding with only 11 guests. The elopement package included 5-7 different spots on the property to choose from, bouquet of half dozen roses for me and a boutinneire for my hubs, in the color we chose, bottle of champagne, cake and dinner voucher for the two of us.

Ok now that those details are out of the way, I worked closely with Courtney and Julia and could not have been more pleased!! They were so responsive and answered all of my questions promptly, sometimes even more than once...sorry Courtney! The officiant called me about a week prior to the wedding and we discussed what we wanted for our ceremony and then he met us at the door the day of, so it was truly stress free!

The property is absolutely GORGEOUS!! I actually had a friend's husband ask if we got married in Ireland when he saw a picture I posted on FB overlooking the lake. I can't wait to get my pictures back because there are so many good spots to get an amazing picture at. Even though there were more than one wedding going on the same day as mine, I never encountered them personally, just from a distance, and it still truly feels like it's your special day and you're the only one there, that's how vast the property is and how many wedding location choices you have. We did our reception dinner Osage restaurant at Top of the Rock and it was stunning! The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, the ambience, the views...oh my gosh I cannot say enough. I highly recommend Big Cedar Lodge to anyone, and wouldn't think twice about doing it all over again!!

We had an April 2017 wedding at Integrity Hills Chapel and Stables. As we are out of town, I relied heavily on Erin in Big Cedar's event planning department. Erin was outstanding! If you can request to use anyone, use her. Obviously Big Cedar is gorgeous and you really don't have to do much with the venues, as they are great alone. Erin provided us with a list of approved vendors and was very responsive to answering my many frequent questions. The day of ran flawlessly, with much thanks to Erin. She even ran the bridal party bottles of water because it was much warmer than we all thought taking pictures. She was on top of everything. While the cost is high to book a Big Cedar venue, it's definitely worth it if you want a very memorable wedding for your guests.

We had our wedding at Integrity Hills in December 2016! Everyone at Big Cedar was a joy to work with! Our wedding coordinator, Julia, was awesome - she always had an open line of communication to help with the planning process in any way possible. She was extremely organized and so much fun to work with! The wedding day was perfect thanks to all of our wonderful vendors and the fantastic staff at Big Cedar. My wedding day was an absolute dream! I can't wait to visit for anniversaries in the future! I highly recommend Big Cedar Lodge/Integrity Hills for your wedding and reception venues!

If you want an easy, low-stress, no hassle wedding venue with a beautiful view, and delicious food, Big Cedar is for you. We loved working with Erin and the views at the Worman House were breath-taking. Our day was perfect, better than we ever dreamed it could be. We are so thankful that we chose Big Cedar!

The BCL Integrity Hills Chapel/Stables were so incredibly beautiful and picturesque (and unlike anything we had ever seen) that we fell in love with it right away. We knew this would be a wonderful location to ask our friends and family to travel to for our wedding. This was a destination wedding for us, too, and since we were not familiar with the area, I loved that BC provided a list of top vendors in the area which made it quick and easy to book a florist, decorator, cake baker, and band (and they truly were the best of the best)! Erin S. was our wedding coordinator and she was beyond wonderful to work with from Day 1. I was totally overwhelmed by the thought of planning a wedding and she helped ease my mind with her calm and patient demeanor. She was sweet and professional all the way through, answering all of my questions timely and diligently and taking care of all the important details on the BIG DAY. She worked with us to create a food and drink menu exactly like what we wanted and coordinated with our vendors on arrival/delivery, allowing me to not stress and really enjoy the day with our guests. At the time of the wedding, they were doing updates to the Stables and we were the first wedding in the space. I was nervous not knowing what it was all going to look like or what to expect, but the updates took the venue/reception to a whole new level- the addition of the outdoor patio being the cherry on the top! The staff was wonderful and the food impeccable- our guests couldn't stop raving about the service, quality and overall beauty of the location. I truly felt like we gave our guests the one-of-a-kind and unforgettable experience we were looking for. This place was worth every penny (my dad even agreed! ;). Thank you Erin and BCL for helping to make our wedding dreams come true!

Big Cedar Lodge was the perfect venue for our destination wedding. We had our ceremony at the conference center which is beautiful, and then our reception at Top of The Rock which is a spectacular location. Everyone at Big Cedar was willing to help make it a day of our dreams. We were able to have both an amazing location and amazing food!

When preferred vendors were provided to us our florist was not on the list even though he has done many weddings at Big Cedar. A fabulous florist can make or break the atmosphere of the wedding and reception. Our florist was The Flower Merchant from Springfield, MO, and if it were not for our wedding planner, Martha Wright, we would have missed him. Please add him to your preferred list!
Also cannot say more about Erin Schroeder, she made the wedding and reception go as planned. She went the extra mile to make sure our experience was the best.

I had the Big Cedar salon do my hair for our wedding Melissa was awesome to work with and she played with my hair til we got it perfect. I had one picture that I showed her and she spent 2 hours the day before figuring out how to make it work. The day of the wedding, she met us early so we wouldn't have to rush for our morning wedding.

Without a doubt best rehersal dinner ever.

Big Cedar Lodge is amazing. We will spend weekends up there occasionally, he proposed there, and we were sure we would have our wedding there. The staff is incredibly nice and the day was perfect. Couldn't have asked for more.

Big Cedar was the most wonderful place that I could have ever chose to have our wedding! The staff was kind and helpful. The location was beautiful, wedding planning staff were very helpful, restaurants were great, and of course the weather was amazing on our wedding! We had to change the wedding date , Bi Cedar was very accomadating. We were going to have it inside, it ended up up being a nice day in February. So we had it outside. At dinner, the menu has our names on them. The Worman house has an awesome menu and the service was great.

We loved everything about our event at Big Cedar!! Planning this from Texas and not seeing the venue in person left a bit of concern. I was truly pleased with each and every part of our wedding. You did an outstanding job and it went beyond my expectations.

My husband and I had stayed at Big Cedar prior to our wedding & we knew right away it was definitely a place to consider for our future wedding.....so we did!!! It was perfect! The day was beautiful and everyone at Big Cedar made us & our families feel like family. It truely felt like we hadn't left home. Our wedding coordinator, Leah did a fantastic job making sure everything was not only done but the way we wanted...impressed is an understatement. All of the employees from the front desk host to the house keepers went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We stayed in cabin 565 & I can't wait for our 1 yr anniversary to come back & celebrate! I didn't want to come home. I know our families will be making a trip back sometime as well. They were very pleased with their rooms & accommodations. Thank you!!!

We did the elopement package at Bi Cedar Lisge and Leah did a great job organizing things and was very responsive to my needs prior and after the service. Big Cedar Lodge employees in all areas were very courteous and friendly.

We've vacationed at Big Cedar Lodge few times over the last several years, so it was natural to think of Big Cedar as the ONLY venue for our wedding in 2013! There are so many options for "how and where" you can have a wedding or event to fit any budget, party size and weather condition. The property offers a million things for your guests to do and see and tons of opportunities for beautiful photographs. We had friends and family who had (almost begrudgingly) travelled 1,000+ miles to attend our wedding - those same guests talked about how they'll make the trip again just to explore more of Big Cedar.

Our event coordinator, Leah Hardin, is wonderful at what she does and she enjoys it too! She tailored an event that fit our every need and absorbed anything that might have been construed as a "bump in the proverbial road." The chefs at Big Cedar Lodge catered our party with delicious entrees, a wide variety of drinks and they made a cake that was both beautiful and decadent (lemon with traditional red velvet icing).
We stayed on the property in a rustic and romantic one bedroom log cabin (it had a fireplace and claw foot jacuzzi tub) and shuttles provided all the necessary transportation all over the property.

My husband and I are still amazed that the only requirement of us was to show up and get dressed. Whether for an event, an annual vacation or just to spend a few days away, we'll return to Big Cedar again and again, there's no doubt of that!

Absolutely gorgeous venue! We got married on Cedar Creek Patio with our reception in the adjoining room. It was absolutely perfect for an intimate, rustic wedding. The wedding coordinator, Leah Hardin, was fantastic to work with, extremely professional and flexible. The food was excellent as well!

Our daughter's wedding was a private, outdoor event held on the patio of Cedar Creek A. The lodge provided a list of outside vendors that we utilized and gave us many options for the dinner and reception. Several months prior, we visited the lodge, met the wedding planner, and tasted some of the cake options. We chose the beef filet and roasted chicken and truthfully, I think everyone licked their plates clean! The staff were extremely helpful and handled last minute details with ease.

Everyone is very accommodating and I would not have changed a single thing.

We had an absolutely perfect wedding weekend at Big Cedar Lodge. From the first day of our arrival, through three days later, our Big Cedar Wedding Planner, Leah Hardin, was completely focused on making our weekend perfect. We live in Florida and thus, communicated with Leah long distance. After several phone conversations and sharing of a few pictures, everything was exactly or even better than we anticipated. The site of our wedding ceremony as well as the reception were beautifully decorated, and staying consistent with Big Cedars tradition, the food and wedding cake were incredible. After our reception, we continued our wedding celebration and photos at one of Big Cedars nearby sister properties called Dogwood Canyon. We thought only a few of our family would go with us to Dogwood Canyon, but at the last minute all twenty of our guest decided to go. Again, Leah worked her magic and arranged transportation for all of us in two tour buses. Dogwood Canyon is also another beautifully property and well worth the effort.

Because this was a wedding destination which encompassed several days, we had Leah arrange several of our meals and entertainment, including a chuck-wagon party. This was a huge success. All our our families and friends thoroughly enjoyed this.

We have traveled the world, and have been to many nice places, but Big Cedar is on top of our "To Do Again List". The property and lodgings are beautiful, and as mentioned the food is delectable. Leah should when awards for her talent being a great wedding/event coordinator. All of the Big Cedar staff deserve kudos for their hospitality and obvious pride of being part of Big Cedar Lodge.

The food was awesome! All of my guests were impressed with the dinner. Leah Hardin our event planner was awesome, she made my wedding go smoothly and we planned it from another state over email!! The whole experience was wonderful, I couldn't have picked a more beautiful place to get married. I would highly recommend.

Best of all, her warm spirit and kindness towards everyone is top notch. We weren't nervous about the details on the day of the wedding since we knew Leah could handle anything and would do it with a smile.

We are so happy we chose to get married at Big Cedar. You will be too!! It is definitely the best wedding venue in the Ozarks - hands down.

Big Cedar Lodge was the perfect location for our elopement ceremony. The resort made for a beautiful back drop and the staff went above and beyond to make our day memorable. Every detail of the ceremony was perfectly planned which made for a wonderful stress free day. And our cabin at Big Cedar was perfect for a romantic honeymoon. My husband and I couldn't be happier and we're already looking forward to returning for our 1 year anniversary!

Entirely pleased with the help from the wedding planning, the food, the overnight stay. Had a great time. We will return.

Big Cedar is an amazingly beautiful place to hold a wedding. They even have a CWP (Certified Wedding Planner) on site to help with every little detail. Leah Hardin was amazing!

The staff was great! It was very well put together by the staff and every wish we had they made it happen.

Leah was fantastic! I was always shocked when I would think of something and email her with questions after hours and she would respond even when her email would notify me that she was out of the office or it being after hours! I couldn't have asked for a more helpful coordinator!

Leah & Big Cedar made our wedding day perfect. By the end of the night multiple people come up to my parents and told them it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The food was delicious, the service was incredible, the atmosphere was gorgeous. Leah made sure our day went off without a hitch. I would do everything the exact same way!

Integrity Hills is an absolutely amazing place to get married. I got married there in December and would recommend it in a heartbeat (I wish I could do it again!). Sure, the location is beautiful, the estate is beautiful, the chapel and stables are beautiful. But really, what is a beautiful location if the service doesn't live up to it? I wouldn't know because at Integrity Hills, they were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was more than perfect. They would go out of their way to get us things that we needed. They managed the perfect balance of being attentive without being intrusive. This is truly an amazing place to be wed.

I always dreamed of getting married at Big Cedar Lodge and I'm so glad that when the time came, I was able to! Every venue option is beautiful.

We did a tour with Esther in the Fall of 2019 soon after we got engaged and decided to book Big Cedar for our venue. Esther was wonderful, but ended up moving on from Big Cedar, so we were switched to Alison. Alison was great to work with as well, but we were later to switched to Ellie without any explanation. The week of the wedding, we were switched to Erin. The switches did stress me out a bit, as I felt I had to repeat everything that I had gone over with the past coordinators to ensure nothing would get mixed up.

Erin was wonderful to have the day of. She was super knowledgeable, professional and flexible. She even got down on the floor and fixed my mom and mother-in-laws corsages when they started to fall apart!

The food was excellent; Many of our guests said that it was the best wedding food they've had. I was too overwhelmed the day of to eat much, so I was disappointed that we weren't allowed to take any food home so I could enjoy it later. Catering through Big Cedar is pretty pricey, so I am glad that the guests enjoyed it.

There were some hiccups the day of, but Erin was quick to solve them. Any issues we had were resolved. The catering and bar staff were all excellent! Overall, we had our dream wedding at Big Cedar and all my guests had a wonderful time and great things to say about the venue!

The staff at Big Cedar Lodge's Worman House restaurant did a wonderful job for our wedding celebration. The dinner was very nice and the cake we had ordered through their bakery was beautiful. It was a beautiful evening and the pictures from the evening with the sunset were perfect.

Amazing! My husband and I were married on the property and stayed for a long weekend. The ladies (Emily, Leah, Jamie) with wedding services were exceptional and I could not have asked for a more smooth and lovely wedding!

Big Cedar catered our wedding at Dogwood Canyon. We didn't have a choice as it was required, but we had no doubts that the food wouldn't be outstanding. They say that the bride and groom doesn't get to eat at their wedding, but we both had a HUGE plate of everything that was catered. The food & service were both amazing! We thought the pricing was a little high, as we could have used a different caterer for half the price, BUT when all was said and done, it was worth the price. The meat was a little cold, but I think it was because my plate sat at my table for about 15 minutes before I actually sat down to eat it, since I was busy catching up with some of our guests. All in all - very worth it.

We stayed at the Knotty Pine Cottages at Big Cedar resort on our honeymoon and had the best time! The resort was beautiful and a great get-a-way. There were so many activities that we did not have to leave the resort. We would highly recommend!

Great place for the wedding. All who participated in the wedding had fun.

The wedding planner was very helpful in providing potential businesses to contact for services that the venue did not supply. She was also extremely helpful in reminding us when deadlines approached on decisions that had to be made. The staff that worked with us on the day of the event were very helpful and had wonderful attitudes which helped make a potentially stressful situation alot less so. The food was also top notch.

The place is gorgeous and I'm so happy we decided to get married here. I was working with Leah, who was the wedding coordinator. She was amazing and very helpful with the planning process. She made it very easy to plan an out of town wedding. About a month before the wedding she left Big Cedar. I got stuck with a different coordinator, Allison Pettit, and she was horrible. It was hard to get a hold of her the day of and she was very VERY little help during the wedding. The food and everything else was amazing. The only thing that I was disappointed with was Allison.

Big Cedar Lodge was a beautiful venue for our intimate wedding. The event planners were exceedingly helpful from start to finish and even provided a preferred vendor list for services not available on-site. We were quite pleased with the Big Cedar photography as well. The images they captured of our special day were fabulous and at a very reasonable price!

It was overall a great experience. My only complaint was the difficulty of navigating the property . Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Would of been nice if they gave us a newly wed welcome gift, something as simple as a bottle of champagne to make us feel welcome and thankful for choosing to have our wedding there and lodged there as well. Its not a cheap place by any means. Not a big deal but mentioning more for future couples getting married there.

We booked the Lady Liberty for our wedding ceremony and it’s probably the best boat wedding venue in the area (we looked at them all). The yacht is beautifully designed and you can’t beat the views on the lake. BCL wasn’t the most flexible when we started to look at specifics, not surprised given BCL is such a money-making machine. However we got the best bang for our buck booking a 2 hr day cruise for the ceremony (cake only) and buying out the dinner cruise for our reception. We wanted a unique outdoors wedding venue that matched our personalities and the Lady Liberty delivered. We and our guests had a blast!

Leah, the wedding planner is amazing. She goes above and beyond for the bridal party and guests. One thing that really stood out to me is at the reception she got my grandmother a plate of food. She is so thoughtful and has a heart of gold. I would have been lost without her!!

We love Big Cedar and I can't tell you how many times we received compliments from our guests on what a wonderful place we chose to have our wedding. Thanks for being so quality minded!

Overall we were very pleased. The wedding coordinator that we were assigned last minute did a great job, the bartender was very sweet to us and our guests, one of the wait staff was very accommodating to our family when they asked for new coffee (saying the other was 'sour' tasting). There were only a couple of items that seemed to fall below customer service standards and/or were disappointing;
~ Lack of communication, I had to even ask what flavors were available in order to pick for the cake, I had to reach out to ask questions or scheduling type items that I feel should have been addressed with me or maybe even listed somewhere for review. We felt like we were not as 'important' as other groups/weddings.
~ Wasting ALL that left over food!!!! It's just being tossed so why not ask the bride and groom (since they've paid for it anyway and hardly get to eat anything because so busy) if they would like to package it up and take with them??
~ How about some kind of discount or special rate on a room for the bride a groom for at least their honeymoon night?? I was flabbergasted that we couldn't even stay at the resort in a room for anything less than a standard guest. We made accomodations at a neighboring resort for a week. Seems Big Cedar would want to create memories for their Bride and Groom so that they would be repeat customers potentially each year on their anniversary.

Like I said overall we were very pleased and had a wonderful day. Big Cedar has beautiful scenery and we felt blessed to be able to have our special day there.

We signed our contract not quite two years in advance to secure the price. From the time we signed our contract to the time we married, we went through three managers and two ownerships. It was very frustrating when trying to communicate. We tried several times to sign our catering contract. We were told we needed to wait until January of this year. We waited because we were told the menu was changing. What they didn't tell us was that the prices were going up as well. We were able to secure the originally quoted price for food but not for drinks. When we first met with the original team, they acted like they would be flexible with how we could do drinks (i.e. drink tickets, signature drinks, etc.) to lower our costs. When it came time to sign the catering contract, that offer was retracted.

I will say, however, that I had a much easier time with the most recent owner, Big Cedar, and their team. All in all, our day was beautiful and went better than I could have imagined. Integrity Hills is a BEAUTIFUL venue and I would not change our decision to marry and celebrate there.

Definitely hire a separate wedding coordinator/planner.
If you are having a small wedding with few guests, I would highly recommend bringing an outside vendor for catering.

The venue is absolutely beautiful and Nicki is lovely to work with but they seem to be going through some growing pains. Lost payments, and a great deal of additional pressure made things a little stressful for everyone.

Booking with this vendor was a bit of a nightmare. They changed wedding planners on me 3 times without notice. Whenever I had a question it would take them at least 10 days to get back to me with an answer, no matter what I had inquired about. I had to reconfirm EVERYTHING numerous times with each planner. The last planner that we were assigned was a complete idiot. She had no idea what she was doing and spent more time flirting with my fiancé than with actually caring about doing her job. Because of this, we changed our $5k wedding into one of their elopement packages so we wouldn't lose all of our deposit. That way, we wouldn't have to deal with their staff. The venue is gorgeous just make sure you have a ton of patience when booking! Their only redeeming quality was that they allowed us to modify our contract on short notice when we wanted to change from the normal wedding to an elopement. That's literally my only positive feedback.

Let me start off this review by saying how incredibly gorgeous this location is for a wedding, reception or other important event. It is a top of the line facility, and you can see the thought that Rob put into it as it was being built. That being said, brides BEWARE! Although this is a beautiful place, the service staff you will encounter throughout your planning process is very unorganized and unhelpful. Integrity Hills is VERY difficult to work with, especially the on-site “wedding coordinator” Kim. Limited thought is given to each couple, and after signing the contract this fact is made very apparent. You will begin to feel like a dollar sign rather than a guest. Unless you are hoping for a ‘cookie cutter’ wedding, steer clear of this venue. They like each event to be the same, to limit the additional time and though that could be required. Requests are met with dismay and laziness. Make sure to have IN WRITING any special requests or ideas you hope to have on your big day. They will make sure to tell you they will fly to the moon and back just for you on your big day, but this is a commonly used sales tactic. Once the contract is signed, they become very difficult. It is obvious that the coordinator has no previous experience in wedding planning or coordination and is a new to the facility. Many vendors warned me of this before committing to Integrity Hills, but once I saw the property I just couldn’t help myself because it was so beautiful! DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! The property is new and growing fast. Be prepared to be treated like a dollar sign, just another bride, and not as a serviced customer but as someone who should be appreciative you were allowed to hold your event on the property.

Oh where do I begin. First things first, ever since BCL bought Integrity Hills my experiance has been nothing but miserable. Just about everything that was promised to us by the IH staff was automatically vetoed by BCL. Secondly, your prices are outragous. When someone is paying $7,000 for a venue you shouldn't nickle and dime them like you're struggling for money. Third, when it comes to money you all are thiefs, straight up. How dare you charge someone $4.00 for a beer, charge a service fee on that (when one was charged to set up) and then the tax. That total should be $5.09 yet you charge $5.25. When Mary our wedding cordinator/food and beverage sales rep was questioned about this she refused to charged the proper price. I told her that BCL should take the .09 cent loss on sales rather that gain an extra .16 cent. She refused. I told her to remove any and all tip jars from the beer counter and she began arguing with me at my reception. The experiance was absolutely miserable and I can promise you this, if I knew at the begining that BCL was going to buy IH I would not have signed up to get married there. It was full of nothing but stress, and not caring (on BCL) side since they are getting the checks cut. I would be out of my mind if I would reccomend this place to my friends, a wedding is supposed to be a time of joy and happiness yet your staff made that impossible.
