Big Bow deserves a Big Bow!
Big Bow Events absolutely blew us away! . From our very first consultation, they were professional, warm and incredibly creative. They were mindful of our budget while still delivering the high-end classy look that we were looking for. Working with Nikki and Muhammad felt like working with family. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience in this industry. They provided us with so many great tips . They were always available to answer every question and concern and my wife and I felt at ease trusting them to do what they do best!! We also chose to use them for our Day of Coordinator, and they provided us with Kia Jamison! She was such a professional and took charge on our wedding day to help us move seamlessly through our wedding day transitions.
Walking into our venue felt like stepping into a dream. They took our vision and turned our wedding into an event more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Not only was every centerpiece, floral arrangement, draping and tiny detail handled with so much care, the decor and setup for our ceremony and reception were also seamless and timely, which took so much stress off our shoulders. We cannot recommend Big Bow Events enough, our guests are still talking about how stunning everything looked. 10/10 experience!

Amazing Experience for my Daughter's Sweet 16!!!!! Run, don't walk to work with this company!
Omg! This business is BEYOND amazing!!! I needed decorations for my daughter's sweet 16 party and couldn't find a venue until a week before! I was extremely stressed. I had no idea what to do and I worked with Muhammad and Nikki, the owners. All of my stress melted away the moment I called and spoke with Muhammad on the phone. When I arrived the next day, all I had to do was show him my daughter's save the date and he caught the vision immediately! The decorations exceeded expectations!!! The entire process flowed so smoothly from beginning to end. It was seamless and her 16th birthday was everything! Big Bow Events made my daughter's dreams come through. This is the best party she's ever had. PLEASE run to work with this company. No others compare! The level of professionalism is unmatched. They are the KINDEST people. Felt like family from day one. I'll definitely be using them again!

Lebanese-Vietnamese Wedding
We were looking for a wedding decorator who were familiar with multicultural weddings and found Big Bow. Nikki and Muhammed were attentive and listened to our vision for the wedding and made it work to fit our budget. Even as time went on and we wanted to make some changes from the original vision, they were patient and willing to meet with us and work with us to make those changes work. Our venue turned out to be so beautiful and we got a lot of compliments on our decor and how perfectly we were able to incorporate both of our cultures into our vision. On the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything other than showing up to a beautifully decorated venue that fit exactly what we were looking for. We loved the Vietnamese themed backdrop they were able to put together even on short notice and it brought so much joy to our guests. Our wedding party florals were stunning and so beautifully put together to match the aesthetic we talked to them about. During our reveal, I could tell they were overjoyed with our reaction and genuinely care about the couple and making sure their work is exactly what they are looking for. Depending on your budget, they are able to help substitute florals to stay within your budget without compromising your vision which we greatly appreciated.

Big bow was a huge asset for our wedding planning and celebration. Nikki and Fahan were both accommodating of our time and budget, and helped create a beautiful, unique, multi-day event for us. They understood the vision for our events perfectly and created beautiful decorations— especially for our Indian ceremony— our guests couldn’t stop talking about the decor! They also provided a list of vetted vendors, who all delivered 100% and were awesome to work with. This made the process much less stressful.

Couldn't Have Had a Smoother Wedding without Big Bow!
Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to Nikki and Farhan and the rest of the Big Bow team for making our wedding so beautiful and very smoothly run! We had a pretty elaborate event with two different types of Indian religious ceremonies and a Reception. From the beginning, Nikki and Farhan were very open to our ideas and what our vision was. We wanted something simple and elegant and that was truly what they delivered!
Additionally, the coordination between Big Bow and our vendors was critical during the day of. We had a few "forces of nature" challenges that came our way during that weekend but thankfully everyone was able to adapt and adjust quickly and it was truly a seamless and unforgettable event all weekend. I don't know where to begin. Big Bow Events rescued my entire wedding and planning process. At 6 weeks prior to my wedding date, I had absolutely NOTHING done. The owner and his team gently took over the coordinating and decor process. I instantly felt the weight lifted off of our shoulders. After a one hour consultation they made my dream wedding a reality (And I was so all over the place with providing my vision). The team was patient, prudent and prompt. Let me start by saying that Big Bow Events is amazing! We loved meeting with them initially, subsequently and having them plan, decorate and do lighting for our daughter's wedding in Cocoa Beach, FL. The thing we loved about them the most is that they told us the truth. Sometimes the truth hurts, but when you understand that they wanted our success and to preserve their reputation as an awesome event provider, it all makes sense. Truly incredible
Words can't even begin to describe how grateful we are to Fahan and Nikki for helping to develop and create our vision for our wedding this past summer! We began planning a fusion wedding integrating Western and Hindu traditions pre-pandemic and from the first few meetings, their calm, easy-going, and open demeanor assured us that they would be able to help bring a somewhat intricate plan together in a way that felt true to us and our families. When the pandemic began, they were patient and respectful of our needs and we picked right back up with a plan for the following year. Big Bow has the experience, resources, and confidence in their vision to plan a beautiful and stunning event of any size and for any occasion. However, what we feel sets them apart is the care and time they invested in us and that we witnessed them making in their community. Fahan and Nikki were truly lifesavers and helped bring our dream to life. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

A must hire for next event
We had a fantastic experience with these amazingly talented folks. They listened to every detail of what we wanted for our special day and were very flexible with our several date changes during covid. When they were finally able to showcase their work at our ceremony we were blown away. Everything was impeccable and absolutely beautiful. Our guests were blown away by the beauty. The reception was amazing as well. We cannot say enough about how these guys went above and beyond in making our day as perfect as possible. We would recommend Big Bow Events to everyone for their event decor and floral needs. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!

It was a gorgeous wedding. The decorations were top of the line and everything was planned to a T where there wasn’t any problems the day of the wedding. Our family and friends still talk about what a gorgeous wedding it was!

Fahan and Nicki were extremely responsive to our res quests and went out of their way to ensure the wedding venue for our daughter looked as she had dreamed of it! Muhammad & Nikki were amazing from the very first time we met them. They listened to everything that we wanted and was able to do it all. They are a one stop shop because they are able to do it all...from the decor, drapery, furniture, floral arrangements etc... Everything was PERFECT!! Muhammad and Nikki were such sweet angels who went above and beyond to make everything exactly as I had dreamed of. They took the time to listen to everything that I had imagined my wedding decor be, and brought it to life. I am not a creative person at all, so when it came to what decor, design and style to have at my wedding, they took what I imagined and made it into reality except EVEN BETTER! They are also very responsive and helpful all the time. Besides their design and how amazing they are as a vendor, they are also well connected and can set you up with the best of the best. I had zero clue how to plan a wedding and they gave me so much direction and help. Honestly, I will always recommend these two. They are phenomenal and so easy to work with.

Big Bow Events went above and beyond our expectations. They took our idea for a winter wonderland and not only ran with it, but also made it more beautiful than we could have expected. They transformed what was a very bland and unattractive space into something breathtaking. Nikki and Muhammad and their staff worked wonders with small time-frames between all of our ceremonies/reception. They also went above what we expected them to do when they took some of the décor we brought and used it to make our reception space extraordinarily beautiful. Nikki and Muhammad were responsive to us whenever we had questions or made changes. They were very nice and quite easy to work with.

Big Bow Events created such a fairy tale wedding out of our ceremony and venue space at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel. My husband I only gave them the colors of our wedding and overall vision and they executed flawlessly in creating such an enchanting wedding, which exceeded any wedding I have attended in my life. Mohammed and Nikki were extremely professional throughout the entire process and took ample time to walk us through how they would execute on creating their masterpiece. The alternating floral and water element centerpieces, coupled with the uplighting. evoked a romantic and elegant atmosphere which permeated throughout the entire venue. Mark created such gorgeous bouquets and boutonnieres for the entire wedding party. I almost cried when I saw my bouquet, as Mark created a gorgeous rhinestone broach on the “stem handle”. Our sweetheart table and king and queen chairs were one of the many highlights of the evening, as Big Bow created a custom backdrop with tufted panel and gorgeous chandelier. We absolutely loved how Mohammed and Nikki designed the head table as it was draped in exquisite linens and adorned with beautiful candelabras! All our guests were in awe of how beautiful the entire wedding turned out. We cannot thank you enough for everything that you have done for Duane and me. We love your work and look forward to our continued friendship!

We were extremely pleased with the wedding decoration/setup for our reception at Holiday Inn-South County. Fahan and Nikki really work with you to bring your vision to life. We loved their decoration ideas and they took our ideas and created something beautiful. We compared prices of other decorators and Big Bow Events by far were great in price and decor. One thing we liked about Big Bow was that you can see their showroom and actually see the type of decor they have, so you have a visual of what they can do with their decor. Some other decorating companies we looked into were just more talking and less physically showing of what they could do with their decor as well as being overpriced. Big Bow Events caters to all different cultural weddings and that's something St. Louis needs. Another important aspect was when asked about Big Bow's competitors they didn't feel a need to provide/share negative commentaries about other decorating companies, which was an important attribute, because it demonstrated the type of people they really are. We feel that Big Bow put a lot of time and effort in creating what we wanted, and if we had to choose a decorating company again, we would choose Big Bow Events.

OMG, I don't even know where to begin. First off, I wasn't planing on putting extra decor in my room and I'm so glad i changed my mind. Big Bow helped me put together a vision at a reasonable price. The decor came together and really helped create the atmosphere I was looking for and made the room 10 x better. If you are even considering adding extra decor (up-lighting, back drops, ceiling decor), meet with Big Bow and just see what they can do. Well worth it!!! They were also so easy to work with.

Big Bow did a wonderful job for our wedding reception at a smaller, quaint hall that was truly a blank canvas and turned it in to the hottest thing out side of a high end event venue. I've been to some weddings at Windows on Washington, the Chase Park Plaza, and several other venues and the work that they did beat them hands down.
The staff was very professional, easy to get a hold of, and best of all friendly.
They were very budget orientated.
I would recommend then to anyone and everyone.

Hiring Big Bow Events was the best decision we made in planning my daughter's wedding.
The venue booked by my daughter was a typical Elks Lodge, rather plain and drab. More conducive to meetings than weddings.
With the help of Big Bow Events, Nikki and her team did a FABULOUS job of turning the room into a incredibly spectacular venue for a wedding!
Even the staff at the Elks commented on how they had never seen the space look that terrific! In fact, the staff even stated they have worked with alot of families and wedding planners over the years, but this was truly a top-notch company and did an incredible job in making the event memorable for my daughter and her guests with the fabulous decorations and room design!
I would highly recommend them, not only for their wonderful design, but also for their professionalism, courtesy, and ease of communication.
Thanks Big Bow Events for a truly remarkable evening!

The team at Big Bow Events were wonderful to work with. They provided me and my wife with a beautiful custom Mandap, florals, chiavari chairs, table linens and so much more. They helped plan and coordinate a very extensive three day wedding. Couldn't have been better. Their prices were great too!

Nikki and her husband were a amazing. She was always there to help me through any problem that arose. She also saved me lots of money that I would have spent if I had not hired her. Hiring her was the best thing I ever did. She helped me create the wedding of my dreams! I love her!

I live in Austin, TX and got married in St. Louis, MO. Planning from such a long distance is very tough, especially when interviewing venues and vendors. Nicole was wonderful and so helpful! She found the perfect place for our reception and everything looked beautiful.

Releasing control has always been an issue for me. I was not sure initially that I need a wedding planner. I felt like I could do it on my own. Boy oh Boy am I happy that I hired Big Bow Events. Nikki was excellent. She was very patient with me and was able to create a beautiful event with a limited budget. Everyone thought the wedding was gorgeous and was completely caught by surprise on how elegant the decor looked. I know that I am not the easiest bride to please but I would tell any bride who is looking for a planner to use Nikki Khan with Big Bow Events. She is great to work with and will capture your vision and make your wedding magical.

It was a amazing wedding. Working on a small budget my wedding looked like a million dollar wedding! It was so amazing. From the vendors to helping in anything I needed! I would most def recommend you to anyone who is getting married!! Thank you so much for everything!

Nikki and her team provided linens, draping, lighting, rentals and florals for my two-day wedding celebrations. She was very attentive to the theme and style that I was looking for and stayed true to my vision. Since I planned my wedding from out-of-town, I appreciated how available she was via email and how willing she was to accommodate fairly last minute requests to meet and discuss details. She was also able to accommodate my fairly low decor budget, which I appreciated very much. I would recommend her for anyone looking for an all-inclusive decorator who can handle florals, draping, lighting and all of those little details. It was so much easier than having to identify several different vendors and culminated in a beautiful event.

Ali and I got married in December of 2017. I moved from NYC so it was hard planning my wedding. When I walked down the aisle and saw everything it was just beautiful. Everyone loved the decor and the stage. Thank you for making our wedding beautiful.

We found Big Bow by accident and we were pleased with all they had to offer us. Their showroom is small however they work very hard to accommodate your every need. I believe the Mohammed and Nikki truly enjoy bringing your vision to life.
We have had many compliments on the back drops that were used at both our wedding and reception venue.
When we had soiled linens they were quick and eager to replace them for us.
We will definitely use Big Bow again and we will be happy to tell everyone about them. Their prices were amazing compared to others.
Thanks so much for making our wedding a beautiful event and thank you for being so easy to work with as well.

They are great to work with. We had two issues which wasn't their fault as much as it was the ones they recommended. They recommended an officiant who we felt did a bad job. Didn't say my name correctly after telling him multiple times. We felt he was very disorganized. The makeup girl they recommended cancelled an hour before a makeup party via text message. That being said Big bow as a company are wonderful people that do an outstanding job. I do not blame them for other people failing to do their jobs correctly. I'm sure the people they recommended have done good jobs for them in the past. The makeup girl did do a good job on the wedding day. So overall, yes I would use them again for other events. Nikki and Fahan are a lovely couple and they really pour their hearts into their work. I was very pleased with them for sure.

I loved Big Bow Events!!! My church had a very dark carpet and a very open stage and I had no idea how I was going to decorate it. Then came the wonderful Nikki!!! She and her husband helped me find an amazing backdrop that they built, delivered, set up, etc. So amazing and beautiful! Was the perfect way to decorate a stage!!!!!!!

Muhammad and Nikki are very kind people and they were a pleasure to work with when first securing our event. We hired them because of their ability to provide lighting of your last name across the dance floor as well as their lighting expertise as a whole since our event was outside (UNFORTUNATELY, neither of these things happened!) We had many meetings with the company, email threads and phone calls creating our perfect wedding. I commend them for offering to do the extra florals aside from the flowers we had done by Walter Knoll that I carried and the rest of the wedding party carried. We had Big Bow do the flowers for the aisle, the altar and the center pieces. They were absolutely perfect! They did an amazing job for us adding a special touch to an already beautiful wine cellar that we used for the rehearsal dinner setting. They had to change some things around due to windy conditions but some very important aspects were left out and they were very noticeable to guests. Lighting, the lack of a dance floor, our last name omitted from being displayed on the ground, a runner (which we were told was left out because of wind which is fine) and them releasing the tent before they asked us. We talked about having an open air wedding all along because the venue is so stunning but we always said we would make that decision at the last minute. My husband called to see what we would need to do to put the sides of the tent up in the event we needed them that day and he was told the tent was already released. The tent would have come in handy to keep our guests warm and of course it would have required lighting. We had many meetings stressing the need for lighting and many times talked about making sure the chef had lighting at his stations and we were always told of course yes, yes! I would just make sure that every "bride to be" that uses Big Bow gets every detail in your contract so there is no misunderstanding or bad taste in your mouth!
