I cannot recommend Beyond the Box enough. We did a buffet style set-up of an Italian food assortment. The food was amazing. Everything tasted spectacular. The servers were attentive. I was completely out of my element to know how to get catering for our wedding but they made it incredibly easy. They were really able to work with us to get what we were looking for. The bartenders were phenomenal. I could just go on and on about how amazing our experience was with the whole Beyond the Box team. I highly recommend. -

First off: hire these amazing people!!! Seriously! You’ll be so beyond glad that you did. Food was a huge thing for us. It was basically number one on our list of most important. Chelsi was such a trooper with all my questions even before we hired them. Even afterwards, she responded so quickly and was always so nice and accommodating. I never felt like I was asking a dumb question. Okay secondly, the food is honestly some of the best brunch food we’ve ever had. They stay true to their namesake. This is not your typical boring wedding food. This is real food that is damn good. Everyone at our wedding RAVED about the food and the bartender! The team who came to serve were just as amazing as the food itself. It’s all inclusive. They pre set our tables, they bussed (no trash cans in your photos), and the staff were especially attentive to me and my groom. They even brought us our favorite drinks and appetizers while we were still taking pictures! We found that so thoughtful. We never had to ask for anything with them. Also, their set up of the food stations were absolutely beautiful and Pinterest worthy! They took brunch food and elevated it in a way that felt elegant but also down to earth and approachable. I love these people!!! -

Jennifer was amazing! She was responsive, easy to work with, and BOY DID HER TEAM DELIVER! We have gotten so many compliments about how great the food was! We could not be more happy with how the reception went, and a huge part of that was the outstanding food and service. The bartenders, severs, and Jennifer made the night a memorable one. -

Beyond the Box was a great choice to cater our wedding! Megan was so helpful and responsive through the entire process. My husband and I must have gone back and forth with changes a dozen times and Megan was always quick to respond and happy to help us with every request. They also had SOOOO many menu selections! It almost made it hard for my husband and I to choose what to serve, but everything they made was absolutely delicious! Our guests raved about our dinner and we actually had plenty of leftovers which made my husband and I so happy because we got to continue eating our delicious wedding dinner even after the wedding :) If you are looking for a great event caterer, with deliciously amazing food for a very reasonable price, look no further than BTB Weddings! -

We have been to plenty of weddings before where the food was terrible so going into choosing our food my husband and I were very skeptical. BUT BTB catering exceeded our expectations!! The food was amazing and all of our guest raved about it! We got the charcuterie board, green beans, mixed salad, lasagna, chicken fried chicken, and mac n cheese!!! All were AMAZING!! -

Jamie Sent on 11/21/2017First, Megan is absolutely amazing!!!! I could not have had a better catering coordinator. Megan was available at all hours and always had the answers. Now, on to the food.... this was the best wedding food I have had. My guests went back for seconds!!!! The fried chicken was crispy and the pot roast was so moist it shredded itself. My guest also loved the green beans with bacon. I promise you will not go wrong booking with Megan! They will even make a specific receipe that you provide them. I am so glad that I chose them to cater my wedding and I will use them in the future for my corporate events. -

I am not embarrassed to say that I am a total food snob. So, when choosing our vendors, I was most nervous about finding a good caterer. I have had A LOT of really bad wedding food. Some of our friends (who went with other catering companies) warned us that when they went in for tastings, the food was really good but at the wedding, the food was completely different. BTB does not do tastings without a signed contract, so I was reluctant to go with them without trying the food. However, they came HIGHLY recommended from some friends who use BTB frequently and are also fellow food snobs, so we decided to go with them.
I cannot find enough words to describe how amazing and delicious the food was. I actually have dreams about it (I'm not lying!). SOOO many of our guests have told us that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Our guests not only complimented the food, but also raved about the service.
Angela was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful when we were trying to decide between menu items.
My only regret is that my dress so was tight that it prevented me from eating as much as I wanted to!
Don't let other caterers fool you with their tastings! You will not find better food or better service than BTB! I would hire them a million times over again. -

Lauren Sent on 12/28/2019The Best Wedding Meal You've Ever Had
I would give Beyond the Box an A+ when it comes to menu customization and food quality!
First, their menu is HUGE! You have endless options for your event from all different cuisines. Second, Megan was super helpful during the planning process. We had a lot of questions and dietary restrictions to consider, and Megan was patient, accommodating, and quick to respond. Third, the food itself! We have been to a lot of weddings -- both on the east cost and west coast -- and never has the food been this good. Megan helped us put together an elaborate menu with a food-heavy cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert display, and all the food was fresh and flavorful despite our wedding venue only having a prep kitchen onsite. We received many kudos from our guests! We also appreciated that Megan was onsite the day of the event.
A few small things didn't go as planned, but we were able to resolve them for the most part:
a) We were informed in advance that our wedding cake slices would need to be passed out to guests before setting them out on the dessert display tables (for space purposes). However, many guests were only offered the groom's cake. Be sure to request for guests to be served both varieties when booking if that's important to you. :)
b) A lot of effort went into planning the timing of meal service, however the day of the event that was not followed to a T. The dessert displays, which were supposed to be made available later in the evening, were set up hours early. I pointed this out to Megan, and she made sure the displays were taken down until later.
c) When we arrived home from the wedding, we found our custom cake topper split into two. I reached out to Megan, and she learned it had split when removed from the cake. She was more than apologetic and generously offered to replace the item for us.
Overall, we were thrilled with the personal attention we received from Megan and the delicious food prepared by her team. We would absolutely hire BTB again and highly recommend them for your special event!
