Excellent experience
The women at beyond elegance are fantastic. They are willing to send you out samples of their linens so you can pick exactly what you want. I didn't choose to order samples as my time was limited. The pictures on the website are true to color and valid. They also gave me advise on what matches and what will look good for my event, as i chose two different fabrics. You will not be disappointed coordinating colors for your event. -

Above and Beyond; hence the name Beyond Elegance.....
Beyond Elegance, was just that, beyond elegance. The materials that I rented were absolutely clean and freshly pressed upon receipt. The entire transaction from the very beginning to the very end, was smooth. Lorna made sure that I was aware of all my options and went above and beyond in assisting me make the right decisions. -

We received excellent consultation & service from beginning to end! All linens were perfectly laundered & pressed contributing significantly to set the stage for our son & daughter-in-law’s wonderful wedding reception. We were also very pleased with how efficiently the ordering process went. Everything was followed up with emails from BeYond Elegance recapping our discussion, costs, etc.
The after party process went smoothly as well. For example- we received a reminder call regarding business hours for returning the linens.
We highly recommend utilizing Beyond Elegance in Valley Junction of West Des Moines, Iowa. Thank you BEYond Elegance! -

Beyond Elegance came to our rescue just months before our wedding and our linens and drapery turned out better than we could have imagined. We should have come to them right away. All of their staff are very knowledgeable, organized and responded almost instantaliously to any questions we had. I highly recommend them for all of your wedding rental needs. -

I had a great experience. I needed chair covers for a wedding that was only a week away. Beyond Elegance was so easy to work with. They were very helpful and responsive to emails. When I asked to change my order a few weeks before the wedding, they just changed the order for me. They were very flexible, and the tablecloths (solid polyester) were good quality. I was very happy with the service here, and I would highly recommend them. -

We got table linens only from this place. We had no problems. Everything was exactly as expected. They were reasonable for the Des Moines area. I did a LOT of research looking for linens. And they were kind of an obvious choice when it came to quality, length, and price. It was a good decision. -

Our venue worked directly with Beyond Elegance, so we got the chair covers and ceiling draping done thru them. Everything looked so great and their draping made everything come together. They even hung a DIY project for us - it was a huge help! -

We rented chair covers and sashes from Beyond Elegance for our wedding in Maryland. It was so easy to work with them and make adjustments to our order. They made sure it would ship out in enough time for my mom to receive them before going out of town to get to the wedding. The prices were competitive and I liked the online quote function. The ease of their website helped in making the decision to use them. My reception location was kind enough to drop-ship the next business day with the ups labels so we didn't have any worries in getting them back. They were flexible with the guest count - which went from 100 back down to 70 or so. They were also very quick with responding via email and were nice/efficient/clear over the phone. The linens were beautiful and really added to our special day.

The colors and quality of the products were exactly as expected. They are professional and quick to respond to any questions I had. I also felt the price was compatible. Beyond elegance had exactly what we were looking for. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very easy to work with. I was the bride that called 2 days before my wedding and tacked on 24 extra chair covers, extra table cloths and everything and they delivered all of it. Reviews matter to others, so I am not free with five star reviews unless they're earned. Beyond Elegance earned them all in every category. Lorna offered advice, discussed colors, and described fabric choices on the phone with me; talking with her seemed like I had called my best friend MOH rather than a vendor. She even rated combinations for me based on the mood I was going for, and sent me samples of multiple choices. The customer service was exceptional, but even had it been simply just over or around status quo, I would still be recommending Beyond Elegance. The quality of their sumptuous fabrics pleased this extremely tactile bride, and impressed my family, guests, and seasoned venue manager. The chair covers and sashes transformed my space; they were the most important decor choice. As far as budget is concerned, the value of this company compared to competitors is unsurpassed, even after factoring the shipping costs. Convenience matters too, and they deliver there as well. Boxes were shipped directly to my venue with return shipping labels and picked up the next business day after the event with no effort on my part, but with texts and emails letting me know that everything had gone swimmingly with the operation. I would truly recommend skimping elsewhere if need be (the satin bag chair covers will make more impact than extra flowers) in order to ensure you are able to do business with Beyond Elegance for your event. You won't regret it. -

I have used Beyond Elegance numerous times. The staff is wonderful to work with and the linens are gorgeous.
I live 2 hours away from the company and drive there to pick up my linens. There are vendors closer to where I live but the quality of linens and service is worth the trip. -

Diana and her staff went above and beyond to help my niece with her wedding. After the weather threaten not to cooperate, we had to scramble the day before to get chair covers for an indorr wedding. i called at 10am Friday morning, picked them up that afternoon and was on my way.This company is awesome and the quality of covers was outstanding. -

I wanted everything to be perfect at my wedding but the budget constraint kept making me compromise on things. We rented chair covers, sashes, and table runners from Beyond Elegance for our wedding in Virginia. It was so easy to work with them to order samples, return those, and place our order. The prices were great - I couldn't find a better value with the same variety of fabrics and colors anywhere. They had dealt with my reception location before, which helped a ton after the wedding was over with and there was a miscommunication with the return shipment. I didn't have to worry about anything, though.
The linens arrived on time and completely transformed my reception into exactly what I had been imagining. I couldn't have been happier with the way they turned out.
They were also totally flexible as my guest count changed. I signed a contract and paid a 50% deposit and I didn't have to finalize my count and final payment until after I received my RSVPs, which was very convenient and made things less stressful for me financially. I would definitely recommend Beyond Elegance to other brides! -

I had a difficult time finding affordable black & white damask table overlays. I was delighted when I found Beyond Elegance. Customer service was friendly and responsive. The only thing that I can say that I would do different is the lighted back drop needs to have directions that can be taken with the person that is renting them. They were flexible with shipping options, and made returns easy as well, with attached shipping labels for the return. The only downside was that shipping cost 88 dollars! This is just the best vendor. The chair covers where thick, unwrinkled and fit perfectly. I had ordered other chair samples from online and they were always flimsy and wrinkled. This vendor was also able to match our alfred angelo's dress color for the organza bows, and that was the really impressive part. They made the shipping easy and they got there with plenty of time before the wedding. My only complaint is that its not super easy to get someone on the phone. -

I changed my mind several times before finalizing my plans for linens and such. Diana was very gracious and always willing to help me. Beyond Elegance is based in Iowa, but ships all over the US. Since I lived nearby, I picked up my rental from their wharehouse and didn't have to pay shipping charges. Everything I rented was of outstanding quality, clean, and in really good shape. The table linens and chair covers/ties really made the ceremony/reception and it was well within my budget. -

In regards to responsiveness and professionalism, I hated that I had to call the 1-800 number, leave a message and then wait for a response. It would have been much nicer to be able to just call and talk to someone when I needed my questions answered.
The linens were very clean and looked beautiful. The quality of the linens was exceptional.
