  Ever since my fiancé and I announced to our family that we were getting married there has been that ever difficult decision of what to do for our honeymoon. The wedding plans were simple enough as we knew all along that we wanted to keep it very small and low-key as both of us had been married before, but when trying to decide upon a location for our honeymoon we just couldn’t justify the extensive cost associated with such a trip. That’s what brought us to Better Days Travel. Kevin took the time to really listen to what each of us were wanting out of our honeymoon and then that’s when he suggested a cruise, which is something we never considered since it’s not the norm for a honeymoon. But after talking to him about the idea it quickly became apparent that it would be the best fit for us. We now have a balcony cabin booked on a 7 night Western Caribbean cruise which we are eagerly awaiting. But my main reason for writing this review is because I want to stress just how amazing Kevin Lowe is. His awesome personality seems almost contagious and his knowledge in the travel industry is superb. He is sure to put all of your worries at ease and leave you ready for vacation!

  I am writing to express my deep appreciation to Kevin Lowe, my travel agent with Better Days Travel who has been diligently planning my upcoming Mediterranean cruise. When one of my dearest friends and I decided that we would like to start planning one of those once in a lifetime type trips to celebrate our friendship we both knew there was only one person to call... Kevin has done a phenomenal job in guiding me along this process. No matter how many times I email him to ask a question, he always responds to me in a timely fashion. His attention to detail is amazing and I rely on his expertise to make sure that this trip is going to be simply incredible. His continued assistance gives me tremendous relief because I know that he is always attuned to my needs. I feel extremely fortunate to have him as my travel agent.

  Having successfully relied upon the superb service and knowledge of Kevin Lowe at Better Days Travel for previous trips, I was delighted to be able to work with him again here recently. This time was to arrange for my “dream trip” – a Mediterranean cruise! Kevin is professional and efficient, while cracking me up with his humor and amazing me with his knowledge and patience. I’m sure that helping a 77-year-old book her first trip overseas can be quite an experience for a travel agent, but Kevin handled it beautifully! I wholeheartedly recommend Better Days Travel and more specifically Kevin Lowe for any of your travel needs!

  Right off the bat I must say that Kevin is absolutely wonderful! There could be no other travel agent out there who is so sweet and in-tune with listening to exactly what his client is asking for. When my wife and I decided to start planning our honeymoon we were finding ourselves more confused and stressed out the more we researched and the more suggestions everyone kept giving us. So we finally decided to turn to a travel agent to help with such an important trip and that’s what brought us to Better Days Travel. The owner, Kevin Lowe, was so welcoming and knowledgeable in his field that we immediately felt at ease. Long story short, our honeymoon was out of this world! Following our wedding we left for a weeklong stay at a gorgeous resort tucked in amongst the lush tropical vegetation of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Kevin took care of every last detail of our trip from the private transportation to and from our hotel to the airport and even went as far as to have a complimentary bottle of champagne awaiting us in our room. We were certainly shown just how spectacular it is to have your own personal travel agent. For your next vacation I highly recommend Kevin Lowe at Better Days Travel!
