We used Paul for our wedding in November 2021 and he was wonderful. Leading up to the wedding, he was always super responsive and helpful. We were able to customize our ceremony to fit our style and comfort levels. At our reception and later on, we received many compliments asking about Paul and our relationship. Our guests were shocked when they found out there was no personal connection and he was just an officiant we hired for the day! We can't recommend him enough!

Lizbeth was the perfect officiant
We requested Lizbeth Sanchez as our officiant and she was amazing! When we reached out to have an initial discussion when trying to find the best officiant for us, she was very prompt in setting up a call, and we loved her energy. She gave us a ton of great sample scripts to personalize for our day - we wanted something us, but still short and sweet and simple. The day of, other vendors caused our ceremony to start almost an hour late, so we were in a time crunch, but Lizbeth performed our ceremony beautifully and made us feel much more at ease both before the ceremony started as we anxiously waited for it to begin, and during the ceremony when standing up and repeating our vows. She helped make our ceremony truly special and I'd 1000% recommend her!

All you could want in an officiant
We were able to book Juan Enrique Toro for our wedding for September of 2023 through Best Wedding Officiant after seeing the positive reviews and ratings online. He was so warm and responsive to how we sought to customize our vows in a non-religious ceremony.
It was a low-stress experience, with an intro email, a Zoom call to discuss our story and ceremony, and then reviewing some vow examples. We asked him to incorporate a cultural element from my heritage similar to a blanket ceremony, and he proactively shared what he had researched to provide context to our guests that we could modify. We reviewed a draft, made some quick changes and were set for our vows.
He brought energy, joy, enthusiasm, and true warmth to our wedding and our special day - so much so that our guests unanimously exclaimed how great he was. We are so thankful to have worked with him for such an important and meaningful day. We cannot recommend him enough.

When trying to decide on an officiant for our ceremony, we were both at a loss for what to do. Neither of us is religious, and we did not have any close friends or family members that would have been able to do the ceremony for us. Enter Best Wedding Officiant! Our officiant was Owen, and together we planned a mead ceremony inspired by traditional Viking weddings and Neil Gaiman's American Gods that fit our vision perfectly. Super accommodating and professional!
We had to reschedule our huge wedding (100+ people) from 10/1/22 to a small ceremony with 8 people on 6/26/22. I was so happy to find this officiant and location. I was panicking trying to throw together something that was pretty but quick. I did not want to do a courthouse ceremony so when I found this Robbinsville location. I was so relieved! Paul was quick and accommodating. I even switched the day from Saturday to Sunday for better weather and he was very flexible with that. The only thing I wish is that the vows were recited from both of us. We just agreed to the vows stated by Paul and said Yes. We should've written our own vows instead but that was our choice to have the standard vows. He did ask and we said we will do the standard vows. Ceremony was 18 minutes which is a bit shorter than 30 minutes. That part could've lasted longer but other than that, I have zero notes or complaints. Side note: It was hot (95 degrees) so honestly it's not a negative that it was quick. : )

Amazing ceremony!
Paul helped us with our rehearsal and then officiated our wedding this month. We could not be happier with the quality of services. He made us laugh several times throughout the ceremony and people couldn’t believe we didn’t know him prior. Definitely recommend!!

Awesome Officiant!
Paul was very professional and we loved having him officiate our tiny ceremony. He knew of a great backup location when our first plan didn’t work out and his talk at our ceremony was exactly what I asked for. Our wedding was suppose to be on Feb 14th but it was pushed back until April 17th. We loved Paul! We got a ton of compliments on him! My friend now wants to use him for her wedding! He was short and sweet (what we told him we wanted!). He personalized our ceremony, which was really nice… so much to the point where people asked us if he was a good friend of ours and we had actually just met him in person that day. He also had a very calming presence that really helped me and my husband on our wedding day since we were both a little anxious getting up in front of so many people! It’s nice that he is capable of doing all of the paperwork too. I know a lot of other officiants weren’t able to do that part. I would definitely strongly recommend using Paul for your wedding! The only thing I regretted was not adding the recording option since we don’t have a full video of our ceremony now but that was my fault.

We first picked Best Wedding Officiant back in 2019. Rob was our officiant and we absolutely loved him! We didn't meet him until the day of but he walked us through everything before we started the ceremony and made sure we were comfortable with everything. Super Attentive and Professional
Paul was our officiant for our wedding 8/8/20. Endless emails to him were always answered within the hour. I had to change my date a few times since Covid and each time he made the necessary adjustments and assured me that everything was “all good, no worries”. The day of the wedding he was prompt and patient as we were still awaiting guests. His energy and professionalism were felt and seen that day. Our vows and add on ceremonies were well spoken and he even added in a little humor which made us all laugh and feel right at home with him. We found Paul pretty close to our wedding date as all of our plans had to change due to the pandemic. I reached out to Paul after a night of re-planning our entire wedding and he responded immediately! I spoke with Paul on the phone the very next day and I knew right away we found someone to help us! He was kind, patient and he communicated with us through the entire process of booking. Paul was flexible with us and he came to our backyard ready to help us get married bright an early before heading to another wedding that day. Paul was great to work with from start to finish. We initially had booked him for our big, pre-covid affected wedding on June 13th. After having to move the celebration a year, we decided to have a small family only ceremony on June 12th of this year. Paul made our ceremony perfect! His scripts online made it easy for us to customize our wedding ceremony, and once we made our selections, he got back to us with a draft of the ceremony within a day! He didn’t use any notes when giving our ceremony and was very professional and also entertaining. We were both pretty emotional and he had such a calm presence that he took his time to help us get through saying our vows. My family was skeptical about us not getting married in a church but after our ceremony they couldn’t stop talking about how great Paul was! You can tell by the pictures, their reactions to the beautiful ceremony!

Paul was perfect. Answered any questions asap. The ceremony was perfect! My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service. He arrived on time, quickly reviewed any details and we were on our way to the alter. Quick, painless and 100% perfect. I highly recommend Paul.

My wedding day!!
Paul is amazing. He was helpful in showing us examples of ceremony speeches he has done in the past, making it very easy for us to get our started. He was easy to contact with any concerns or questions and he was easy for payment as well. When he came to our venue he made sure to come introduce himself, as we had never met before, he made my ring bearer who was 6 feel comfortable and make sure he introduced himself. During the ceremony he even memorized 95% of the speech ! I loved that. It was personable and it didn’t feel like it was scripted or he was just there to do the ceremony and then leave. Even in all the chaos when it was over he made sure to chase after us, congratulate us before leaving. Paul was amazing and was another amazing link that pulled our beautiful unforgettable day together. I recommend Paul for sure!! You would not be disappointed!!!

Wonderful Officiant
Easy to talk to, super responsive. Has a great speaking voice, didn't read from notes too much, he had the majority memorized which made it really nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Paul was amazing!! We had a super simple and romantic ceremony right at Crystal Point. Paul did a great job making us feel comfortable and calm throughout the ceremony as well. We couldn't stop smiling!! He was very responsive and answered all emails and texts quickly. We had a final planning meeting the week before the wedding to go over last minute details which definitely reassured me that we chose the perfect officiant for my husband and I!!

After meeting with a couple of other officiants, I started to doubt that anyone understood what I was looking for. All I wanted was a simple ceremony without breaking the bank. I decided to use The Knot to help me and I'm so glad I did. I came across Best Wedding Officiant and was a little reluctant with a name like that, but when you're good at what you do, you can call yourself that. We met up with Paul and we were both straight to the point. I didn't feel any pressure from him, he has a bunch of samples on his website, and he was so down to earth. Everyone raved about him after the ceremony!

Paul was excellent. Provided the ceremony text a head of time for us to review and make any changes special to us as a couple and family. On wedding day engaged the guests with laughter and tears. It was a perfect ceremony! Couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding and Paul was a huge part of it. Thank you!
