Awesome communication and chauffeurs!
BEST Transportation was amazing from start to finish! The communication before our wedding helped tremendously in coordinating our timeline. The chauffeurs on the bus were so accommodating. They helped me in and out of the bus in my heavy wedding gown, provided me water and even a sweat rag during our photography session. They went above and beyond! I would recommend BEST for all bridal parties! -

Great transportation company
We chose to go with a party bus for our wedding. Angela and Tim were super nice and made sure we were comfortable. We were able to get from each photo location in Forest Park relatively quickly which is really important when you're on a tight wedding day schedule. -

BEST Transportation is truly the best. I am a Wedding Coordinator who works with them very often and I always feel so secure when my clients choose to hire them for their transportation needs. I never have to worry about the timeline running behind. I love the text updates they send me so I know they're on-site when I am setting up a ceremony or reception or in a bridal suite and can't stand on the corner waiting to make sure they arrive on time. Their chauffeurs truly care about their jobs and clients and it shows. I can't remember a time they didn't give my couples a 5-star treatment, from their welcoming personalities to making sure they get where they need to be on time. I can't leave without saying how wonderful Lauren Hussey is. She always goes above and beyond for my couples and works diligently to make sure everything is perfect. Nikita is also wonderful - I love our final discussions right before an event when she triple confirms details via the phone AND email to make sure everything is exactly as it needs to be. These ladies are just a couple of reasons I love BEST so much and recommend them to everyone. I look forward to each event with BEST and I'm so grateful that I get to work with them! -

I recommend BEST to all of my clients. I’m a wedding planner and from the day I contact them for a quote to day of the wedding, their communication is prompt, and professional, their chauffeurs are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile (helping my team carry our clients’ boxes to the hotel - even to the room which was totally unnecessary but saved us many trips), and most of all they are reliable! I’ve been coordinating wedding for almost 10 years and they are my number one go to.

I worked with BEST to set up a getaway car after my wedding and they were great! We priced out several options including some shuttle options that we decided not to go with and never once did I feel pressured or to book more or spend more. The driver was on time and professional- couldn't ask for more! -

We used Best Transportation to transport our large wedding party primarily for photos before the wedding. Our driver was courteous and on time and we were able to keep our pictures on schedule! Our driver explained the sound system so we were able to listen to music of our choosing, and made sure that we were all comfortable. There was also plenty of space for all the bouquets. He had water bottles for us also in case we were thirsty. Over all we had a great experience with Best Transportation.

We rented both a bus to transport the bridal party and the Bentley-Rolls Royce as our getaway car. The driver of the bus was courteous and friendly, professional and he even helped me carry my dress! The Bentley was a dream come true and was GORGEOUS in photos! -

Craig was our driver for both the bus and getaway car and he was the utmost professional, friendly, helpful person. He helped all the bridesmaids into and out of the bus, helped carry the box of bouquets and kept an eye on our things when we were taking pictures in the park - I really consider that going above and beyond. BEST transport has nice, comfy vehicles and the package we got with the bus and getaway car was exactly what we needed without having to worry about paying for a bus waiting around for our entire reception. We absolutely recommend these guys, they were great! -

I had the hardest time finding a transportation vendor that would provide a bridal party bus for pictures and a guests shuttle to and from the ceremony/reception venue. BEST transportation worked with us to make sure we got everything we needed and were very reasonably priced. They were so helpful and flexible!! -

Ask for Jason Kurtz he is the best ! Had an issue with a price qoute at the company though. They gave me one then said it had to be more sice it was a wedding. We meet in the middle but thought them not honoring the first price wasn't professional. Twice as much cause I'm wearing white ? I told the rep it was a wedding at the get go. -

I was really happy with their services. They had many options to choose from and we were able to find exactly the type of vehicle we needed. On the day of, the driver was really nice and the bus itself was very clean and nice. We were really happy with the way it turned out. And on top of it, we received a complimentary limo for an hour at the end of the night to take us to our hotel. It was a great way to end a truly wonderful day! -

We had Jon, he was great, on time and very professional.
We had full stock of water waiting for us. The bus was for 32-35 people I believe, we only had about 25 and it was semi tight. We did use some seats for coolers an bags but over all great experience. We had a getaway car and he drove us around. We asked him to take some pictures of us and he did it gladly. -

First of all, I couldn't have had more fun in planning our transportation for our wedding day if it wasn't for Justin. He made it a true joy to book a limo bus! Who knew it would be that fun? Anyway, their services are so EASY, CLASSY, and you truly get so much for the cost! Everything was perfect, on time, and the staff was extremely friendly. Julian, our driver even gave us a wedding card at the end of the night (we got the package where they pick you up in a town car after the reception and take you to your final evening destination -- perfect!) and had balloons for us. I would highly recommend Best Transportation. All-Inclusive Pricing!!!! -

The are really the best in town. Months before the wedding, we went to their location and toured all their buses. We found one that suited our needs. It was big enough to hold 20 and it was a true party bus. Our driver was so nice a flexible - and gave us a great tour of the city. Then she picked us up after the reception and took us to our hotel - overall I would chose them any day. Great job and great prices! -

We were very pleased with the service provided by BEST for our wedding. You have so many things to focus on during your wedding day and transportation should not be one of them! We rented the Bentley and the Lincoln Navigator limo. We used the Bentley in our ceremony and got many compliments on it! It was also super comfy. The limo was very spacious and fun for our guests. We changed our minds on transportation a couple times throughout the process but BEST was very accommodating. I was a little worried when booking because I wanted to be sure everything went as planned, but on the day of BEST was better than I expected! The drivers were early and cordial and very flexible. BEST is forthcoming with their pricing information if you just send a message asking for quotes. Though we paid a little more than we originally planned for transportation, I think it was worth it in the end. -

Wedding day transportation
We used BEST to transport both our guests as well as our wedding party. On the front end, they were very responsive and easy to work with on scheduling everything and being flexible as we had to make a few tweaks closer to the actual wedding day. Also, they have a military discount! On the wedding day, overall everything went smoothly. There was a little hiccup and confusion with our guest shuttle as the driver didn't quite know where he was supposed to go or when, but this was quickly cleared up by my wedding coordinator and we had no further issues. The buses were clean and comfortable. Drivers were pleasant. -

They were helpful and easy to work with, my only complaint is they try to get more money out of you than you're already paying by trying to talk you into using the limo longer and such...but hey its their job, sales! -

The only reason I didn't give them all 5 stars is that they accepted a call cancelling our limobus a week before the wedding without calling us back to confirm. We don't know what happened there...but we suspect it was an ex pretending to be me, not an error of the company--either way, I think a callback should have happened. I caught it calling to confirm on my own so problem was averted.
Overall, their price was great, the Limobus was as promised and awesome, our chauffeur was great. I highly recommend. -

Two of the vehicles of our package had issues with the a/c (on a 99 degree day). The bus driver was late to pick us up from our church, which caused us to have issues with our outdoor wedding pictures.
The driver did apologize for the error in going to the wrong location and for the a/c. They brought a new bus to replace the one with the a/c problem. After talking with mgmt, they did end up refunding a portion of our money.
All in all, this is a good value with what is usually a good fleet of vehicles. I have had a few issues that were much bigger with other transportation companies and ours in no way compared to those. -

Had a few issues with them charging my card with out my permission and other issues with their customer service and charges, but our driver was the best and he did everything we asked and was early! Don't keep your card on file with them! -

Started Off on the Wrong Foot
Our driver some how managed to pick up the wrong wedding party from the hotel and brought them all the way to the venue before realizing the mistake. It caused our picture schedule to get shortened, which was disappointing. Once the mistake was fixed, everything else was fine. The bus was nice and held everyone comfortably. The lights were cool and we appreciated that we could connect our own music. The ride was smooth and the driver was polite. -

Transportation was fine from Best. Nothing out of the ordinary but it was nice to not have to pay a gas surcharge and to have gratuity included (though we still chose to tip a little bit more cause our driver was hilarious). However, the guys that did sales on the phone were a little rude and sometimes seemed to be hitting on me....as a bride-to-be at the time, I obviously wasn't interested and didn't appreciate the unprofessional manner with which they handled their business affairs. -

The buses that were provided were very nice and they were flexible with the timing of our events. However, they took forever to return any phone calls. In addition, one of the buses took our guests to the reception first... not the ceremony and it was one of our guests who had to fill them in and tell them that they were going to wrong way... delaying the ceremony. They ended up giving us a discount.... overall we were happy with their services. -

We used Best Transportation for a shuttle for our guests to the venue from the hotel. We hired them for 3 hours. They made several trips to get everyone there on time. They were hard to get a hold of at times regarding the contracts and information. The driver seemed disappointed at his $60.00 tip we gave him at the end of the night (Bill was about $300 (I think), so it was 20%). That was rude but other than that, everything was ok with them. -

We rented a 55 passenger bus for our wedding day to transport all our wedding party and their dates betweeen the hotel, ceremony, photos, and reception venue.
Pros: The bus was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The bus driver didn't make the second trip to pick the bride and all the bridesmaids up from the hotel to take them to the ceremony. My maid of honor had to call dispatch to get the bus driver to come back to get us, even though he was given a phone number to call when he arrived back at the hotel and the instructions to do so were printed in the contract. I arrived as guests were arriving, and my bridesmaids had to shuffle everyone inside to get me in the church unseen. -

Like the bus but the driver tried charging us an extra half hour that we did not have. -

The only thing that went wrong during the day of my wedding was Best transportation. Although they seemed thorough throughout the planning process, their execution of services was very poor. There were so many miscommunications throughout the day that caused so much unnecessary stress and also left some of my family coming from abroad stranded. The first driver didn't know where College Church or the Grand Basin in Forest Park were, which I thought we're pretty easy landmarks. The drivers didn't know the name of the party they were taking are of and were banking on finding "bridesmaids with the same dresses" to identify who they were. My bridesmaids all had different dresses so we gave them point people to work with which they did not. They also allowed random guests onto the wedding party bus which led to an altercation at the end of the night. They also charged us for something after the fact without speaking to us or consulting us when we were actively trying to resolve the issues that happened on the day of. A couple hiccups here and there are expected to happen with transportation but they were just incompetent and quite careless. -

We booked the Rolls Royce from Best Transportation, but on the day of our wedding received a phone call that the car had broken down and was not available...while Best did provide a limo to pick us up, I have to say that I was disappointed in our service. The Rolls was supposed to be our special exit, and it would have been a nice moment. In the scheme of things, it doesn't really matter, but if I could go back in time, I definitely would have hired someone else. -
