  My husband and I had our wedding at the Roxbury Barn, and we were referred by them to Jane at Best Car Service. Jane and her team were so wonderful, so professional, and helpful to our guests. We were all coming from out of state, and down state so we were not knowledgeable about the area, her team provided peace of mind so our friends wouldn't have to worry about navigating the dark country roads at night. Each of her drivers were on time, friendly and always professional. Jane is a pleasure to work with, she works hard to make sure that every single detail of what could easily become an overwhelming schedule, is perfect. Never once did we have an issue through planning, during or after our day. Her vehicles are clean, and very spacious, she takes great pride in what she does and is willing to work with you and help every step of the way. We gladly recommend her to anyone who is planning an event in the area.

  Jane and her team were very professional and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our wedding a complete success. Jane was very nice and easy to work with and her drivers were also super nice and friendly. We ended up extending the wedding late into the night, but that wasn't an issue for Jane and here team and they were able to get everybody home safe (and happy)! Would highly recommend their services in the Catskills, where certain very specific challenges can occur, or anywhere else! Thank you Jane!

  We used Jane and Best Car Service for our wedding last weekend and it was one of the best things that we could have done for our guests. Since our wedding was a semi-destination wedding, we were concerned about having our guests driving around in an unfamiliar area with little to no cell phone service. Booking with Jane meant that we could ensure that all of our guests were able to thoroughly enjoy our wedding and make it home safely. Many of our guests rented homes in the area and Jane did an amazing job putting together a schedule of when each group would be picked up and dropped off. Some guests even mentioned that they received a notice on their rental home door reminding them of their pick up time which I thought was a nice touch! We met with Jane a few days before our wedding to go over the schedule and she was so wonderful! We had some last minute changes of people dropping out of taking the car service and Jane was patient and understanding with making these changes. She really tried to save us money where she could and that was very much appreciated! Providing transportation for your guests is definitely an added expense, but it was totally worth it for us!

  When you choose to get married in the Catskills, you are accepting certain challenges- spotty cell service, no large hotels for guests, not a lot of transportation options. Enter Jane and her team to the rescue!! Jane truly offers something no one else does in the Catskills- an almost taxi-like service that gives you and your guests a feeling of safety and comfort and puts everyone’s mind at peace. No worrying about how to navigate back to your cabin on country roads late at night after the wedding! Jane was great to work with. She accommodated our relatively larger wedding size, coming up with a brilliant shuttle plan that picked all guests up at their cabins and dropped them off at the venue just in time for the ceremony, and took them all home lighting fast when the reception ended!   Jane was exceptional to work with and was extremely accommodating. She was very professional and took all of my needs into account. Her team was courteous and allowed my wife and I to sit back and relax and not have to worry about transportation for our wedding. Great overall service, I would highly recommend her service to anyone who needs transportation in the Catskills.

  Jane and her team went above and beyond the call of duty at our wedding. The drivers were super nice and worked with us on the fly to accommodate changing late night plans. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

  Jane was exactly what we needed for our wedding in Delhi, NY. Her vans are perfect for transporting guests, she is very flexible with timing and will work hard to accommodate any schedule. We would recommend her to everyone!

  BOOK JANE NOW! We just had our wedding in the Catskills this past weekend and our venue recommended Jane for our guest transportation. Honestly, at first we kept looking around (she wasn't the cheapest we found but her pricing was still very reasonable...we were just trying to save a few bucks where we could). Our venue kept saying we should really not pick a random company as the Catskills are not mapped out well and previous companies had gotten lost picking guests up. We finally listened and decided to book her...BEST DECISION EVER! Jane was always so prompt and sweet with all her emails. All of our guests got to our ceremony on time and then last minute we decided to have an after party at a nearby house and Jane and her drivers were so accommodating to getting us all there (and then home later!). Don't try and cut corners with your wedding day transportation, hire Jane and that'll be one less thing for you to worry about! I have nothing but great things to say about Jane and her drivers and I HIGHLY recommend booking her for your Catskills wedding transportation! Thanks again Jane!

  I am sorry that you were unhappy. We offer a customized service specially designed for each bride and groom's individual needs. Our drivers are experienced and professional and know the area well. We use premium vehicles that are chosen for comfort and for their ability to get into tight spaces. We also try to minimize the wait time for passengers to arrive at their destination by using vans rather than large buses. Oftentimes, this kind of personalized service is not the least expensive available.
