Literally couldn't be more impressed!

Paul was amazing in helping craft the ideal ring for the love of my life. I read all the reviews and even checked in with the better business bureau, I was a bit skeptical. When she saw the ring she was blown away. I could hardly believe the quality of the diamond, platinum, and craftsmanship. Best Brilliance is the place for custom engagement rings

When my boyfriend (now fiancé) and I decided to start looking at my ring we went in-store (what was open during a pandemic) in order to see what's out there. Definitely go, even if you think you know what you want. My whole opinion changed once I saw different shapes/sizes on my finger. Then we shopped around online for pricing. I had sent my boyfriend a link to Best Brillance because I thought they were great and seemed to make custom rings. After much of his own research before making his choice he ended up going with Best Brillance, an online and brick & mortar NYC-based jeweler in the diamond district, specifically working with a man named Paul who helped him custom design my ring. I still can't stop looking at it! He has mentioned after proposing, how easy the process was, how comfortable they made him feel with such a big purchase, and how excited he personally was with the final product! Great place for engagement ring shopping, you won't be disappointed!

Perfection

My fiancé and I customized THE PERFECT ring. Best brilliance’s diamonds look flawless on their Instagram page but pictures don’t do them any justice. I could not be any happier and wouldn’t trade my custom ring for anything in the world. Paul sent me a digital image of the custom ring and the first image wasn’t entirely correct, I explained to him in detail exactly what I wanted- and he delivered so much moreee.. I am a wedding photographer and photograph wedding rings for a living. When it was time for ME to get my ring I looked everywhere and started stalking a few accounts on instagram @bestbrilliance, @ringconcierge, @jeandousset, and a few more, and I have a folder on pinterest and instagram with over 300 photos of rings I was looking at and knew I had found my jewelers when I called and spoke to ED.
Talk about an experience.. I was hesitant to buy online - AFRAID - but something about Ed and their posts on IG; I mean these guys post daily, but their 30 day 100% money back guarantee sold me.
Paul and Ed worked with me so patiently and trust me I'm a difficult client coming from the wedding industry I can see imperfections right away.
Paul and Ed sent me 3 rings/ 3 different shapes since I was between the oval/ cushion/ and round. Ended up with the most beautiful cushion.. once they posted my ring on IG I freaked out.. and when I received it today OMG.. the rings look bigger/ sparkle 1000 times more, and they are the most gorgeous rings I have ever seen in my life AND THEY ARE MINE!!!!

Man! This was a tough decision, picking who I was going to trust in making the perfect ring with the perfect price for the PERFECT Woman. I did a lot of research and I mean A LOT. I probably can be a ring connoisseur and I tell you that Best Brilliance is The Amazing. Paul Was Professional from the first email contact to the day AFTER the ring delivered. After looking online we found the Best Brilliance website to be so easy to navigate. Especially the 'ring builder' so to speak.
She fell in love with one, and I emailed to sort it out. Very prompt responses, professional and so easy to deal with.
They even held onto it for nearly a year after payment without quibble until we were ready. Then 1 email and it was in my house in Northern Ireland 48 hours later!!

I was so nervous buying a ring for my fiancé from the other side of the world....are the pictures accurate? will it look good? will it be obviously clarity enhanced and I can tell you that I am 100% happy with the purchase. In real life the ring actually looks way better than the pictures. We had some custom adjustments made with no issues. For the life of me I don't know why anyone would buy anything other than clarity enhanced diamonds there is no way you can tell by looking at it ...if fact a local jeweller couldn't even tell... and it sparkles like a disco ball. This was the best purchase I ever made online...Very highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best. I search a while, before and after finding Best Brilliance. There is no comparison in regards to quality for price. I ordered my diamond from Best Briliance and sent it to the ring designer. He could not even believe what i got for the price. The diamonds he was able to offer were three times as much, for a lower quality and color. Do yourself a favor and bookmark Best Brilliance to compare others to. Once you keep returning, eventually you will see the choice is obvious.

I bought a new larger diamond for my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary. Aviv was supremely helpful. He took great care to guide me to the best diamond in my price range. I was tempted by a larger, more expensive stone that did not grade as well as the one I ended up buying. He actually suggested buying the less expensive stone as he felt it was a much better deal, and he felt that it looked much better in person. I would absolutely buy from them again. My wife loves the stone, and still looks at it all the time....2 years later!

Did an absolutely amazing job of 'rebuilding' my wife's wedding ring after she lost the diamond from the setting. We sent the ring, and it apparently needed a lot of TLC (my wife is a little hard on her jewelry). The end result was nothing short of phenomenal!! I could not recommend them more wholeheartedly!! Reasonable, extremely professional and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed!

If you're looking for a trustworthy jeweler, they are your people. Lose diamond came well packaged, insured and all the docs needed for insurance. The local jeweler did not detect it was enhanced and I never said a word. VVS1 D 1.33ct. Will buy again from them. I love my ring!

The company is top notch, every time I had a question they promptly responded. They were always courteous and professional. I do plan on upgrading my diamond with them one day. I took the enhanced diamond to a well known jeweler and they were fooled, they could not tell it was a clarity enhanced diamond. I will never buy another diamond of this size anywhere else and pay outrageous prices for something of lesser quality. My diamond is a VVS2 G 1.28ct and gorgeous! I receive compliments on my ring all the time. Thank you Best Brilliance! I wish I could post a pic!

I want to express how genuinely impressed I was with every aspect of my purchase experience with Best Brilliance.

I was obviously concerned about an online purchase of an engagement ring, not only because of the money, but because I wasn't able to hold the product first.

Once I began communicating with my representative, he was beyond accommodating answering ever single question very quickly.

The purchase price was agreed upon, the sizing was done, multiple photos of my actual ring were sent in high quality showing everything from weight, size, documents to packaging.

All I can say is this company went over and beyond my expectations.

100% will purchase from this company again, hopefully not another engagement right though. ;)

I discovered Best Brilliance while looking for solitaire diamond last year. I made my offer (through eBay) and agreed to a agreeable price. I had shopped before at Zale's, Gordon's. They overnighted the diamond; in sealed packaging with all the papers. Totally recommend them; as you will get 2x the clarity and size of any commercial jewelry store, at the same price. They also have a trade in program! I wish I had known about them before this; I could have saved thousands on my original engagement ring.

I was leery of using someone out of state but Aviv was absolutely a dream to work with. I love the diamond I bought and he set it in my wedding set and returned very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to him. A very trusted jeweler that is honest and knows his business....We were married in 1996 and I was upgrading the size of diamond. I can't get it to go back that far to put in our wedding date.

I was incredibly happy with Aviv and Best Brilliance. They were incredibly professional and fabulously responsive. When the diamond arrived I had it checked by my own jeweler and I was informed the price was indeed fair. The stone itself is spectacular and I had my jeweler make a single halo double band platinum ring with matching eternity band. Everyone states the stone and ring are simply magnificent. Worked with Aviv to Customise the perfect ring for the right price. He was responsive and helpful. I was looking for a diamond that didn't break the pocket book and yet still looked beautiful to the naked eye. Best Brilliance Diamonds seems to specialize in Clarity Enchanced Diamonds and had a decent selection in the carat size I was looking. Aviv was my salesman and he was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to have them set the stone. I felt I gave them very specific instructions, including a sample picture of how I wanted it set, and it came back completely wrong. I had to send it back (at their expense) to have it done correctly. This time Aviv was very attentive to exactly what I wanted and it came back perfect. I think all in all this jewelry store does a very good job in a particular niche market and I would use them again!

When it comes to diamonds the four C's are everything when it comes to actual real world market value. The One (carat) diamond I purchased was exactly that as stated. However, the (cut) was claimed to be excellent but when I had it appraised when I received it. The appraisal came back as a very good (cut). Next was the (color) claimed to be "D" color when in fact was only "F" (color). (clarity) the final C was claimed to be VS2 and the appraisal stated "I 1". Now to the untrained eye most would not even see the difference, I am not trained but I do know that those small differences in 3 out of the 4 C's means thousands of dollars in price difference. The claim $8000.00 US actual $3600.00 CAD. Which is exactly what I paid. I returned the diamond with the original copy of the appraisal. I was refunded fully no fuss because they know the diamonds the sell are not the top quality they are claimed to be. They do tell you the stone are clarity enhanced. If you research this is means the diamonds are {included) (clarity) not that great. Then the stone is drilled from the surface to the inclusion. Usually a small piece of carbon and then chemically treated to make the inclusion less visible or disappear completely. But the hole from drilling remains and can weaken the stone. Some jewelers will not work with mounting these stones due to the possibility of cracking the diamond and it breaking apart.
I don't like retailers trying to dupe the unwary public and I felt "lied to" I lost the import border fee $187 CAD and the $70 CAD appraisal fee. So this was my $250 CAD learning fee.
