    Denise is Fantastic!

    Denise A, our travel agent through Berwick Travel, was extremely helpful and knowledgable in answering all of our questions about traveling to Jamaica. Her on-property experience really helped us navigate the resort and a new country in general. Really sweet, will definitely be booking our next big trip with her!

    My husband and I booked our recent honeymoon to the Dominican Republic through Berwick Travel and it was a wonderful experience. We worked with Steve who was so knowledgable and professional. The responses that I received were so speedy I could not believe it. Within a day, we had the honeymoon of our dream booked. Berwick Travel gave us lots of suggestions of places to look at based on the feedback we gave them which made our decision a breeze. We had a private transportation service to and from the hotel and the resort and room were amazing. We stayed at the Excellence El Carmen and Steve knew the best shows to check out and tons of other personal suggestions. Working with someone on such a personal experience made our honeymoon experience amazing. I will definitely be booking through Berwick Travel again!

    Traveler / bride

    We have used Berwick for four vacations including our wedding and we couldn't be happier. We will always use them in the future. Denise is amazing she keeps us informed. She always answers my endless questions and makes sure we get exactly what we are looking for in a vacation. She is amazing . You can't go wrong!

    We booked our honeymoon through Berwick Travel. They specialize in vacations in the Caribbean and Mexico. Everything was arranged online & went smoothly and quickly. They asked about our budget and what we'd like, then offered several suggestions. They booked us at a resort in Punta Cana, which we were very happy with. They told us what to expect and gave hints of things to bring. Our travel packet included an easy-to-remove page summarizing our travel information (flight info, both ways, and hotel contact information). Removing that page was a quick way to leave information with family members at home. Once we got on the plane, everything was taken care of. A transport took us to our all-inclusive club. We enjoyed a lovely room, delicious food, lounging on the beach, horseback riding, swimming with the dolphins and much more!!! I would highly recommend Berwick Travel to anyone looking to book a great vacation (not just honeymoon)!!!!

    My experience with Berwick travel i have always great except this with trip.Up on arriving at bavaro royalton my wife and i were treated like 2nd class citizens because we're not diamond members.After waiting for one hour for our room once we entered our room we notice that they were another couple checked into the room.We went back and spoke to person that checked us in and was treated as if it was our fault that they gave us a room already occupied.I requested to speak to resort manager to no avail.We ended waiting another hour for a room mind you we arrived at 4pm check in is at 3pm we didn't get into room until 6:30pm.No appollogies feom anyone on staff at hotel seems like if your not a diamond member they really don't care how your experience at there resort is going.We were there for a friends wedding and would absolutely not recommend this resort to anyone.

    I writing just in case you were not informed of my failed honeymoon trip that me and my new husband was supposed to take on 1/21/2019 the day after our wedding, I can’t explain to you how upset I am at this moment with this company, after purchasing our honeymoon for Dominican Republic I realize we would need a passport for the trip I then reached out to our travel consultant Kelly Pinto and told her we didn’t have a passport she assured me that she would find me something that didn’t require a passport, Kelly then emailed me she found a couple places that we could travel to without a passport which were Sonesta ocean point in St Maartin and Divi Little Bay Beach resort and The Bolongo Bay in St Croix the email also stated US VIRGIN ISLAND PASSPORT REQUIREMENT STATE THAT AS LONG AS YOU DON’T TOUCH DOWN ON FOREIGN SOIL BEFORE ARRIVING, YOU WILL NOT NEED A PASSPORT SINCE THE US VIRGIN ISLAND ARE COLLECTIVELY AS US COMMONWELATH.

    Ok so we booked with Sonesta Ocean Point in Nov. On my wedding day which was 1/20/2019 everyone asked me where we were going and we proudly stated St Maartin!!!!! I being tired and ready to leave on the plane couldn’t wait I was so excited to get away and relax with my new husband! That morning at 3am we arrive at the airport to be told we could not travel without a passport  which was the worst news ever I literally cried right there at the airport and unfortunately returned home, this ruined my day, your company ruined my honeymoon and this is something I will never forget.

    I called and left a message with Kelly who did apologize for her mistake she ask if we would like to travel out the next day to St Juan but it wouldn’t be inclusive like “the honeymoon we planned” after talking with my husband we choose not to because we wanted something inclusive, Kelly then stated she could get us something the following week! Well we already planned the week of 1/21-1/25 off with work and was not able to take the following week off again I’m disappointed and upset at this moment and I stated we would like our money back which Kelly said she could do and she would have the fund to me within 7-10 days $2796.39 to my card and $468.00 will be mailed for the accounting department. Ok cool! This was all on 1/21 the day after my wedding I’m stressing and disappointed when I should be enjoying my time with my new husband.

    On 1/29 I reached out to Kelly just to see which card I used to make payment, well good thing I did because she told me fun jet sent her a email that she never got the email asking her which credit card to send the refund to because there are two credit cards on file, so the refund was never processed and they were waiting on her to respond………. again I’m upset all over again now I’m being told a check was mailed out yesterday 1/30 for $468.00 when it should have been 1/21 like I was told. Could I please get the owner email address as well this is totally unacceptable not only do I feel like this is a waiting game but my honeymoon was ruined by you guys and all I’m hearing is “I apologize” and that’s not helping me at the moment.
