Karen was great to work with - we sent her inspirational photos and met with her at her studio to chat about our vision. She made adjustments, gave us lots of options for vases/candles, and executed perfectly on our wedding day. We love how our flowers turned out! Karen also stayed through the ceremony to help move our florals to reuse in the reception space. Highly recommend! -

I reached out to Karen with a vision and she made every piece of it a reality. I came back multiple times with lots of new add ons and she was so helpful and willing with every detail. Not only did she make me a beautiful floral balcony piece but she also helped think of a way to repurpose it in a creative way so that we would be able to enjoy it during the reception! Would absolutely recommend to everyone. -

The wedding and reception arrangements were stunning and she recycled the outdoor arrangements and brought them inside to help us save money. Her bid was a fraction of her competitors for the best quality! We HIGHLY recommend Berry and Bloom. -

Gorgeous flowers!!
Berry and Bloom florist made our wedding day so special. My wedding bouquet was lush and gorgeous! It made me feel really pretty. A perfect blend of white and pale pink.

Karen is the best
Berry & Bloom was recommended by our wedding coordinator, and we truly enjoyed working with Karen.

I hired Karen at Berry and Bloom to do florals for my wedding at V. Sattui Winery. Karen was super easy and flexible to work with during the planning process – once we were ~30 days out, I had several conversations with Karen about the specific vision I was trying to achieve. Since I planned my wedding from Ohio and it was in California, I had to rely on our conversations to communicate how I wanted my day to look. The minute I walked into my venue; I was absolutely breath taken. Not only did she transform each space how I had envisioned it, but everything was set up on time and better than I had asked for. When I arrived early at the venue for pictures, I was brough to tears at how beautiful everything had come together. She even went as far as pinning the boutonnieres on the groomsmen (thank god!). Karen is super comfortable with the staff at V. Sattui and my wedding planner I chose (Darlene Forbes) – this was a HUGE value-added, as I did not have to coordinate logistics day-of. I thought Karen was well-priced, and honestly after seeing my venue, I would have paid double for her. I was able to rent several items outside of flowers from her – including: gold candle sticks, pillar candles, hurricane glass, vases, etc. – again all of this was sight-unseen and matched my vision flawlessly. I am a perfectionist and often very particular - Karen was super patient with me and put me at ease during the planning process. You absolutely should hire Karen – I only have positive things to say about her!!Berry & Bloom Floral's reply:

Karen is the best!!!
Karen was our favorite wedding vendor to work with! She was there for us every step of the way and helped execute our vision to perfection. She met with us at her own home to discuss florals in season and to show us a sample arrangement, texted throughout the entire process so there were no surprises, and was timely and extremely professional with set up and tear down. I recommend Karen to anyone who needs a florist for any event! Here artistic eye and attention to detail are unmatched and she is a lovely person!Berry & Bloom Floral's reply:

Wonderful!

Lovely natural blooms!
Berry and Bloom provided us with beautiful rustic florals, including bouquets, boutonnieres, table garlands, cake flowers, and a wedding arch. Karen was super helpful, and immediately understood our vision for the decorations. She worked with us to include personalized details, and (at our request) delivered the used centerpieces and bouquets to a local nursing home after the event.Berry & Bloom Floral's reply:

Karen was an absolute DREAM to work with and you should hire her immediately. Karen made the entire process of picking flowers for our wedding so incredibly easy. She was always quick to respond whenever I had any questions and was so flexible with all the different adjustments we had to make leading up until the wedding day. Not only were the flowers STUNNING but she also went above and beyond to help make sure the arrangements made it to the variety of locations at the correct times (seriously, she is so incredibly sweet and it made me such a relaxed bride knowing she had it all covered). Her designs were beautiful, her suggestions were creative and overall very very affordable for such high quality. She even went to the effort to set up vases on the sweethearts table for my bouquet! If you want someone who will think of all the little details you will forget as you plan your wedding and is truly such a delight to have around on your special day, I can’t recommend Berry & Bloom Floral enough!

The flowers that Berry & Bloom did for our wedding were fantastic. Karen made the whole process seamless. We chatted a bit about our vision, provided her with a few pictures of what we envisioned for our wedding, and viola! Everything was just perfect. We were blown away on how she totally brought our vision to life! She was extremely professional. She arrived early, set-up the flowers on schedule and even stayed until after the ceremony to move flowers to the dining room. Choosing a florist without having seen their work can be a bit of a gamble, but with Karen we had no doubts. We highly recommend her! -

Absolutely AMAZING!!
I could not have asked for a better florist for my wedding on October 10, 2020! Karen was always so responsive and kind whenever having a phone call to discuss details. She is very easy to talk to and work with. Karen is very knowledgeable with flowers, greenery, styles of bouquets, center pieces, etc. Her pricing was extremely cost effective compared to other florists I spoke with, and the final results were BEAUTIFUL!!!
Karen was extremely flexible as well as dependable. 2020 has been an insane year to say the least. Karen never batted an eye when I needed to change my venue, or cut down on centerpieces due to guest count change. Even when her home was tragically lost in the Napa fires, less than a month before the wedding, she was still there and created the most beautiful floral arrangements.
Berry and Bloom floral played such a big hand in creating my dream wedding day. The final results of everything was beyond what I could have ever imagined. Thank you so much Karen! My dream wedding floral design!
I would highly recommend working with Karen from Berry & Bloom Floral. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness is incredible. I really appreciated how organized she is and how she helped me map out all the different floral considerations for our wedding day and worked with me to suggest flowers that would compliment my vision well and importantly, my budget. We felt so lucky to have her as our floral designer for our wedding! She designed the most beautiful bridal bouquet I could have dreamed of! And she went above and beyond to find lily of the valley’s out of season so that I could have my grandma’s favorite flower on our remembrance table and with me down the aisle. Her thoughtfulness meant so much to my family and to me! -

Rainy day wedding made magical!
Our experience with Karen was nothing short of amazing! We spent several months corresponding and planning our wedding day florals and decor. The quality and value was second to none. A few days before our wedding, the forecast showed heavy rain! This was an extremely rare event because it never rains in Sonoma in late May. Hoping for no rain, I didn't want to change the decor and florals for our outdoor wedding until the very last minute. 24 hours before the wedding, Karen, our planner and I knew we had to change plans. Karen created a vision for our ceremony now held inside. The room had a fireplace, so we went for a romantic and candlelit room. She brought tons of different-sized lanterns, to go with the fireplace, and created a beautiful, unique, green wall with vines and birch branches to bring the outside in. She also brought lanterns to our reception to continue the romantic look. I was SO happy when she revealed the ceremony look. Our bridal party florals were also exactly what I wanted. I kept saying over and over how much I loved them. She made our day truly wonderful and saved the day.Berry & Bloom Floral's reply:

Gorgeous flowers arrangements

NAPA wedding
Wow! Words to not describe the amazing job Berry and Bloom did on our wedding. I had a hard time finding someone for the weekend we wanted with only 6 weeks to go so I stumbled upon Berry and Bloom since they were in St.Helena. After several emails I felt fairly confident she knew what I wanted. She really made sure with photos and ideas to make sure she captured my vision. She not only captured it, it surpassed anything I even imagined. The floral pieces on. Arch, the bouquets, the petals.... incredibly perfect in every way and very affordable! she was a doll to work with and even made an an extra boutiner right on sight. I would highly recommend Berry and Bloom! -

She listened to my ideas and came up with arrangements that worked perfectly for my vision. We met and looked at pictures and talked through everything. She did wonderful garlands and greenery and decorated our chuppah beautifully! She was also very flexible when things changed. She also rented me candles, votives, and vases that made everything come together so easily. Everything was gorgeous and she threw in all kinds of little extras that made everything amazing. Her pricing is also unbeatable! I highly recommend Berry & Bloom for any wedding! She was one of the best decisions we made.

Beth Sent on 11/04/2017Berry & Bloom was beyond a doubt, the best florist I could have hired for my Napa wedding. I had already consulted with several other florists before meeting with Karen, and while their work was impressive, none quite captured the look I was going for. Then my mother and I met with Karen, who was warm, personable, and incredibly talented - and seemed to know exactly the style I was hoping. In fact, the flowers were above and beyond my expectations - I said several times "These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen" and took many photos of them. I was actually sad we were leaving for our honeymoon and could not take the flowers home with us for a week! She was just unbelievable, and not only delivered on the centerpieces that I had envisioned but also made a beautiful arch for our wedding ceremony. Karen seems to be a well-kept secret in Napa, but I think word will be getting out regarding her talent very soon!

Loved the colors
Karen was extremely easy to work with and her prices for quality were hard to beat. Her can do positive attitude made working with her especially perfect for the months leading up to the wedding. Karen was extremely receptive to my ideas and vision and willing to work with my budget. She created many floral arrangements exactly as I envisioned and NAILED the floral colors I wanted. I was absolutely in love, and still am, with the ceremony and reception room floral arrangements. As a bride with many ideas, Karen was also extremely accommodating with all my changes.
