Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful thanks to Bent Creek, and their staff.

Margaret was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Her and the staff made sure everything ran so smooth and the “flow” of the day was wonderful. The venue was beautiful and everyone raves about the food!

We were extremely pleased with the reception hosted at BCCC. We received MANY compliments from our guests who commented how much they enjoyed the reception. They enjoyed all the delicious hors d'oeuvres, salad, and meal all prepared by Bent Creek. Everything at the venue was set up beautifully and as planned. The BCCC staff was pleasant and accommodating the entire evening. It was obvious that the chef and the entire BCCC staff worked very hard to make it possible for our family and friends to enjoy a very special evening. Margaret was extremely efficient, accommodating, flexible, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire planning process and during the reception. We could not have ask for more! I highly recommend BCCC for your special event. Thank you BCCC.

Amazing Wedding Day

Bent Creek Country Club created an amazing wedding reception. The entire team is professional, friendly, and able to handle any questions or concerns. Margaret is both organized and extremely willing to do whatever it takes to create a memorable and perfect reception before, during, and after your wedding. Not only is the venue gorgeous, but the food is stellar. Food/Beverage packages are reasonably priced. These Bent Creek total packages leave you stress free...they take care of everything for you! No need to research caterers, day-of coordinators, servers, bartenders, alcohol needs, etc. This venue provides it all. I would highly recommend considering Bent Creek for your big day!

Bent Creek Country Club was the perfect place to have our wedding! To start, whenever we told guests where the wedding was at, they seemed very impressed. From our research of venues in Lancaster County, Bent Creek was actually one of the cheaper options while still being classy and extremely professional throughout the whole process. Margaret Stoltz was wonderful to work with. From day one, she addressed all of our concerns and quickly answered endless emails over the months leading up to our wedding day. They accommodated our request to drop off decor early and use their refrigerators to store 15,000 rose petals. When the day came, Margaret was there the whole day to ensure everything went smoothly- and it did! Even our pastor noted how he barely had to do any work to run the rehearsal/ceremony timeline because she had taken care of it. As the night went on, each event flowed right into the next with no noticeable bumps. The entire team of wait staff was responsive to guest needs and very professional. If anything went wrong during the day, we did not know about it because everything was handled right away. We are so thankful to have found a venue with amazing food, staff, and atmosphere for such a reasonable price. I would recommend Bent Creek Country Club to everyone looking to host an event!

Our experience from booking to follow up after was superb! Maragaret (event planner) is amazing at what she does! Answering all questions timely and thoroughly leading up to our event, she made us feel like our celebration was the only thing she had on her plate! She was happy to accommodate all our requests and worked amazingly as our single point of contact at Bent Creek. We will definitely book future events at this venue thanks to Margaret and the staff there!

The food was high quality and exactly what we were looking for and within our budge. The facility is beautiful and kept immaculate. We were so happy there!

From the planning to the execution of the reception, everything went so smoothly at Bent Creek. The food and level of service was excellent. Margaret in particular was so helpful with planning our reception- she was so responsive, organized and worked with us to personalize the day.

Words cannot describe what an unbelievable experience we had with this venue. Everything from the accomodating staff, food, atmosphere, and price far exceeded our expectations. We and our guests haven't stopped raving ever since. It truly was a magical day and one for the history books. Thank you Bent Creek!!

Erik and I (and our families) are still talking about how wonderful our experience was working with Margaret Stoltz and the entire Bent Creek Country Club staff for our wedding. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating leading up to and during both our rehearsal/rehearsal dinner and our wedding day. We really could not have asked for more and can't say enough good things about how we were treated as the bride and groom along with all of our guests. One of the many reasons we decided on Bent Creek as our venue was because we didn't want to have any worries on our wedding day. I can honestly say that was exactly how we felt. We just got to enjoy our most special day with our family and friends. It was perfect and we are so grateful to Margaret for coordinating the day! She is wonderful. She is organized, responsive, genuinely excited for her brides and grooms and so calm and collected. We highly recommend Bent Creek Country Club for any event - especially for weddings. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! :)

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Margaret was absolutely amazing in answering all of my emails promptly ( and trust me it was a lot of emails). She made sure that everything the day of ran so smoothly. There was not one thing that went wrong that day. Huge plus my family keeping going on about how delicious the food was and they're super picky.

Margaret and Tony were amazing to work with! They were flexable and they kept our day moving. They went above and beyond. The staff was so gracious to our guests throughout the night. Grounds and ballroom are stunning. Thank you.

We just celebrated our daughter's wedding at Bent Creek Country Club on 1/21/17. Jennifer was fabulous to work with and everyone at the club was very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. The food that was prepared was especially outstanding. As wedding food can be less than appetizing, we were leery to serve the steak. However, it was so delicious and tender - you could cut it with a butter knife! We also chose chicken which we heard many wonderful reviews from our guests about! The servers were wonderful and even cleaned up for us! I'm sure that they did not realize how relieved we were to know that we didn't have to stay and clean up after the exhausting day - both physically and emotionally! It was such a blessing! The room was decorated beautifully. I just had to show up with everything and they did the rest! I would definitely recommend Bent Creek for your wedding!

From the second my fiancee and I walked in to the ballroom, we knew this was the place for us. We cancelled all our other venue tours. We had ZERO issues throughout our entire planning process and the day ended up being perfect. Jenn and the entire team was so accommodating and we really were able to have everything just the way we wanted it. Jenn always responded as soon as possible. She was flexible, mindful of what we wanted, attentive and present during our reception.

The ballroom is absolutely beautiful. We had about 200 people and it was just the right amount of space. The food was delicious. At the end of the night, the staff packed up all of our belongings and extra cake and we were able to pick them up the next day. I would pick Bent Creek 10 times over if I had to do it all over again. Thank you for an amazing night!!!

If I could give Jennifer and Bent Creek more than 5 stars, I would. She made everything about our wedding run smoothly, from the planning stages to the day of! While we were planning, Jennifer was very responsive via email, and would let us come in and talk about any questions or concerns we had. She was there at the rehearsal, which meant she knew how everything should run the day of. And on the day of the wedding, literally anything I needed, she or Conrad was there to help. We had a lot of family traveling, so it was very important to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one venue. Bent Creek had 3 areas of their club that we were able to use for these events. The bridal party was able to use the locker rooms to get ready day of, which was very convenient! The outdoor ceremony space was gorgeous. During the ceremony, the course is blocked off so the members do not golf nearby, and we were so surprised by how quiet the space was during that time. The food was delicious, from the appetizers down to the entrees. No one left our wedding hungry!! At the end of the night, we had soft pretzels put out as our favor, and they had them out there ready to go. The catering team was amazing, from the little things such as making sure I had a drink during dinner, to reminding us to cut the cake because we had forgotten!! The team at Bent Creek went above my expectations. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and Jennifer and the team at Bent Creek are responsible for that perfection.

We got engaged in November 2014 and our wedding was on 08/20/16. Since our engagement was so long we had time to look at multiple venues. We were so impressed with Bent Creek and knew as soon as we met with Jennifer that this was the place. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and was one of the main reasons we decided to have our ceremony and reception at Bent Creek. We knew that she would be wonderful to work with and she was. She was quick to respond with any question I had. She made sure that both our rehearsal, our ceremony and our reception were beautiful and perfect! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. We would highly recommend Bent Creek to anyone.

The absolute best decision my husband and I made throughout our wedding planning was choosing Bent Creek County Club as our reception venue. From the first email encounters, Event Director Jennifer went above and beyond, meeting all of our and our families needs and exceeding our expectations. She was an amazing calming force and her ability to bring to fruition every bit of our vision was astounding. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect, a dream come true. The staff was so prompt and accommodating, in every way! The food was absolutely delicious and we are still craving the North Atlantic Cod entree! From the week of with dropping off items in preparation, to the week after picking up and organizing our leftover belongings, Jennifer and the staff at Bent Creek truly could not have been more accommodating. We would recommend Jennifer and Bent Creek to anyone and everyone who is looking for their perfect event venue! We are grateful beyond measure!

We absolutely loved Bent Creek for our wedding reception venue! From start to finish, Jennifer, the wedding coordinator, was very responsive and helpful. We sent her probably hundreds of emails, and she always responded to them in a very polite and timely manner. She was very accommodating with our needs, and always found ways to make what we wanted fit within our budget. The night of our wedding ended up being so much more than we expected. Everything was setup so beautifully by Jen, and all of the staff was so professional with our guests. They went above and beyond anything we ever imagined! We will definitely be referring our friends and family marrying to Bent Creek.

Our experience working with Bent Creek Country Club was outstanding! The venue was both beautiful and classy, and it was the perfect place for my husband and I to tie the knot. The food was delicious; during our tasting, we got to meet the head chef and he was highly trained in the kitchen. Also, the wedding coordinator, Jennifer, was AMAZING. I honestly do not have enough good things to say about her. She was very prompt responding to my emails, was organized and professional, and did all the decorating the day of the wedding! To all the future brides (and grooms) out there, I would highly recommend this venue!

I have worked with Jennifer over the last few years to plan and carry out a surprise anniversary dinner for my parents, as well as both our Wedding ceremony and reception, held just last weekend. We could not have asked for a better venue, better staff or better services. When my son's rented dress shoes were mistakenly swapped out for shoes that were 4 sizes too small by the tuxedo rental place (and realized less than 30 minutes before the ceremony was to begin), Conrad magically produced shiny black dress shoes that fit him perfectly!! We were to have an outside ceremony but with the 110 degree heat index and high humidity, Bent Creek accommodated us by allowing us the use of their beautiful restaurant location as our ceremony location inside. Jennifer, Conrad and Donte made sure all our questions were answered, every time, and all of our needs met. Our ceremony was beautiful, our cocktail hour was beautiful, and our reception was beautiful. Definitely a 5 star rating out of 5 - thank you!

I not only held my reception at Bent Creek, but I had my bridal shower there as well. Jennifer did a fantastic job coordinating this special event. I was beyond surprised when I entered my own bridal shower at this gorgeous place!!!

The staff at Bent Creek Country Club went above and beyond to make our wedding day PERFECT. The entire staff was so accommodating from providing us with golf carts to a personal caddy who took us to one of the most gorgeous sceneries I have ever seen to adding their unique and talented touch for decor on the patio, and lastly for genuinely being happy and excited for our wedding day celebration!!!! I would highly recommend Bent Creek Country Club for Weddings & Special Events!

Bent Creek was amazing for our wedding! The venue- both indoor and outdoor space- was elegant and classic and surrounded by the beautiful Lancaster county countryside, with nearby attractions in Lititz and Lancaster city. The pictures outside were gorgeous- with white pillars and beautiful gardens for photos. Jennifer Zurick coordinated everything at Bent Creek for us- and made everything simply perfect! She met with us several times beforehand to ensure that she understood our vision for the day, and arranged all of our details to make everything absolutely beautiful! She is kind and patient and has a great sense of style and helped us coordinate the details to fit us and our personality. The rest of the staff was amazing as well- so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Dante was especially helpful and even loaded our car for us the next day. :) The ballroom there is spacious and allows for comfortable space for moderate to large-sized weddings- and the all white patio off of the ballroom was so beautiful for cocktail hour, card/guestbook tables, and drinks throughout the evening. And THE FOOD WAS RAVED ABOUT!!! The favorite of our guests were the filet and salmon dishes. Bent Creek staff made everything elegant, simple, and worry-free for us. We are SO glad to have held our wedding there!! And- they did not have a rental fee, as many venues do, so all of our money went to food and drinks- no cake cutting fee or linens fee. We paid roughly $75/person with premium open bar, 3 food choices (filet, chicken, fish), and brought our own cake - which they cut for no fee. We actually originally assumed it would be too expensive, but turned out to be one of the most reasonable! It is totally worth checking out!

Thanks to Wedding Wire we found Bent Creek Country Club. Jennifer and the entire staff at Bent Creek were exceptional! We had a small wedding in front of the fireplace in the Library and a buffet style dinner following the ceremony. I was pleasantly surprised at the affordable prices and options Bent Creek offered us! I thought a Country club would be out of our price range but I was wrong! This is one of the main reasons we choose to have one of the most important day of our lives at Bent Creek. Jennifer and her staff thought of and helped us to plan and take care of every detail. Every one of my phone calls and emails was answered promptly and with the utmost professionalism! We were able to plan our wedding in only 2 months!! Our photographer was also able to come to the site to scout picture locations during one of our meetings.

Our guests continue to rave about the food selection presentation, quality and taste. One of our buffet selections was the steak medallions! They were PHENOMENAL!!! They are a must have at your wedding!! The servers and staff were unbelievably attentive to every detail during our dinner and throughout the entire evening! We choose minimal decorations and the staff added some of their own items and touches to make it look perfect for us. I cannot express our satisfaction not only with the staff and food but also with the beauty of the country club and grounds. Many of our pictures were taken throughout the property and are stunning!

You can’t go wrong choosing Bent Creek for your wedding and/or reception!!!!

Jenn and her team at Bent Creek are the best of the best!! She planned our rehearsal dinner to perfection. Every detail included was beautiful, from the perfectly arranged tables with beautiful linens, to the hundreds of votives placed all over the library. The meal was absolute perfection - our guests are still raving about it! If there is one place you should consider for your rehearsal and/or your wedding day - this is it! Jenn is a dream to work with and will take the stress away from your planning duties in a flash!

I have to say that not many people can say that their wedding was absolutely perfect, BUT MINE WAS. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful she took care of so many things for us and made sure everything and everyone was the exact way that I wanted it, on time and perfect. We also had our rehearsal dinner there as well, which was amazing. For the rehearsal dinner we had the Italian buffet inside the library then spent the evening outside by the fire pit and all were able to hang out and enjoy each other's company!

Our wedding was stunning. Our friends are still talking about how amazing the food was, we offered two entrees to our guests, the chicken picatta or the filet mignon and shrimp option. Both were out of this world! We had beer, wine, and a signature drink which turned out perfect. Many compliments about the Bent Creek staff, everyone was very impressed by how polite and helpful they all were. Jennifer helped me every step of the way with my wedding! Very organized and helpful throughout each step of the wedding process.

The location is also ideal for transportation to and from local hotels. We had our guests stay at the Eden Resort which was only a 15 minute drive from the venue. We chose the Eden because they have a hotel bar that we went to after the wedding to hang out in for the wedding after party! If I could do it all over again I would choose Bent Creek in a heartbeat. Absolutely Amazing!!!!! I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Bent Creek was such a lovely setting for our daughters wedding reception. The outdoor patio for cocktails was wonderful and the venue itself absolutely gorgeous. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We did not have to worry about a thing. We met with Jennifer and told her where we wanted things and everything that day was set up even better than we could have imagined. At the end of the evening the staff assisted us with gathering the gifts, boxing the cake and cupcakes, etc. The food was exceptional. Our guest are still talking about the day and what a lovely setting the club provided us with. Thank you for helping to make this day magical for the newlyweds.

Jennifer and Conrad, and everyone else at Bent Creek did the most wonderful job making our reception fabulous and ensuring that everything ran smoothly! The staff is so friendly and attentive, and the food and cocktails were delicious. The outdoor deck space is just so lovely on a summer evening that we had a tough time getting guests inside! From start to finish, it was the most perfect and beautiful evening, and our guests loved it!

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful our wedding turned out to be! Bent Creek was absolutely amazing! The staff was phenomenal and very flexible in helping us to make sure all of our guests had a wonderful time. The food was outstanding and we loved how they set up all of our decorations and helped us pack everything afterwards! We will definitely think of Bent Creek for any future events we may have or anyone else that may ask for advise when looking for a wedding venue.

Our daughter's wedding reception at Bent Creek was absolutely wonderful. Everything was set up so beautifully when we arrived for the reception. The tables in the hallway and in the banquet room were decorated just as we had asked. The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Jenn and the banquet manager did an excellent job, and Jenn asked me several times how things were going and if we needed anything. Very professional. The food was delicious and the guests raved about it. It was such a fun night! Thank you so much!

My husband and I both just recently tied the knot on May 24 2014. We had immaculate service at Bent Creek. The ceremony was absolutely amazing and set up accordingly. The reception and hors d' eurves hour was simply exquisite. They incorporated all little touches from our ceremony to our reception. From the flower petals along the isle way to adding them around our sweetheart table and cake table. They nicely set up our guestbook and card box and incorporated our flower girl baskets spilling petals onto the table to make it look even more beautifully. The staff was so attentive at our every need or want. Very nice. We were accommodated in the early afternoon while getting ready with champagne and orange juice. Along with a simple lunch that you could pick anything from the menu. They also invited us back for our one year anniversary to have dinner on them. I will rave about our experience for always. Thank you so much again for helping to make our day a wonderful success.

Top-notch...that is how we would describe Bent Creek's staff and venue. The staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond just for us. If we had any questions or concerns, they were prompt and happy to make things work. We had many details involved in our wedding and they made the night perfect and better than we could ever had imagined.

The staff members were all great to work with. We had our ceremony and reception at Bent Creek. We were planning to have our ceremony outside until the heat advisory hit the area. A few days before the wedding we decided to move the ceremony inside, and it was the best decision we made. The staff was very accommodating to the changes. We had a beautiful wedding and cannot speak more highly of the staff. Thank you to Bent Creek for making our wedding memorable.

Bent Creek was extremely professional and made our wedding day perfect. It was everything we could have hoped for and so much more. They were able to accomodate all our needs and even provided special touches for things we didnt think of. They are willing to make your special day exactly what you dreamed of and help make it even better than what you dreampt. We were absolutely impressed with how wonderful the food was and all of our guests were pleased with the service. They were able to make sure all 200 of our guests felt special and took such great care of them all. I would highly recommend Bent Creek to any of my friends and even strangers for any type of function. They were off the charts in our books.

The service that my husband and I received, along with our guests, was exceptional. Shannon was very responsive and paid close attention to detail, at times pointing things out or making suggestions that we hadn't thought about. The reception was beautfiul and the service and food were outstanding. We have received so many compliments from family and friends about Bent Creek and would absolutely recommend using the venue.

Bent Creek was a great place to have my wedding reception! Shannon Wanger who is in charge of wedding planning was great to work with and got back to me very quickly with any emails I would send her and was very flexible if I needed to change anything as the wedding day got closer. I liked that she made a schedule of how the evening would flow so I knew what was happening at what times. The day of the wedding the staff was amazing and I got so many compliments on how great the food was. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a great place to have their wedding reception.

Bent Creek is a wonderful location for a wedding. Besides the pure beauty of grounds, the interior is grand and they have many options for locations from patios to the grand ballroom. The staff are really engaging and find ways to make the little details super easy for you. We highly recommend Bent Creek.

We got married in a church and had our reception at Bent Creek. We looked at a wide variety of reception locations and are so happy we chose Bent Creek! The whole experience was wonderful! They were so accomodating from the beginning to the end of our planning. The actual reception was perfect. The food was AMAZING and our guests loved being able to be outside on the balcony for the cocktail hour and during the reception. We also received feedback from our guests as to how friendly and unobtrusive the wait staff were throughout the night. They even helped us load everything to take home after the reception. We also loved being able to go out on the golf course to take pictures. I could go on and on. We worked with Shannon from about 2 weeks before the wedding until the wedding day. She did a great job. Again, we are so happy we chose Bent Creek!

Bent Creek was so great for our wedding! We loved getting married there. Our first wedding planner moved, the second one took a trip to London, so the week of the wedding we were left with the general manager, Conrad but let me tell you. He was FANTASTIC. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. He did such a wonderful job. Overall, food was pricey but everything else was negotiable. Great venue!!

Everything was very beautiful. We were extremely happy with the way everything turned out. I was thankful for the teams flexibility and helpfulness when it rained and the ceremony needed to be moved indoors. We also received great reviews about the food as well. Our only minor complaint would be that we weren't notified when the staff was leaving for the evening. Our families were trying to compile their things and the bartender (the last to leave) was about to set the alarm on the building. We had to ask her to hold off a minute until we were able to grab our things and leave the building. Other than that, we are thrilled to have worked with the Bent Creek team. Thank you!

Our wedding day was quite the success! The venue and food were top notch and guests could not stop raving about quality of food. Sometimes the wedding day can actually be the most stressful. Well Bent Creek took all that stress away. Our coordinator Conrad handled everything with such professionalism and care. Bent Creek's flexibility was incredible. We were able to take things out and add things with no additional fees. Our wedding was rather untraditional but Bent Creek accomodations were appreciated. Overall, our experience was wonderful. We are so happy we decided to choose Bent Creek as our wedding venue!

The staff at Bent Creek was absolutely wonderful to work with. Throughout the 1 year we were engaged, they helped us through every step of the planning process and were very flexible when I wanted to add on or change details. They are a friendly, fun and will make you feel so very special on your big day. There is not a thing I would change about our wedding reception, people are still talking about what an amazing time they had AND how awesome the food was. Elegance & Hospitality

Bent Creek Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. Margaret, the event coordinator, was so helpful & enjoyable to work with. The elegance, ballroom, food, and outdoor porch for cocktail hour made all our wedding dreams come true.

We had a lovely wedding reception at BCCC! Working with Jennifer Zurick was easy and fun from the first meeting through the final week of preparation. Bent Creek helped to make the wedding of our dreams become a reality. Every encounter with the staff throughout the planning process and on the big day was very professional and accommodating. We had our reception at BCC with 85 guests. The pre-planning with Cynthia (event manager) went really smoothly. She was flexible with the menu based on our budget restrictions, and reminded us that we could always add an item last minute if we had some "found" money! The response time when working out the details via email did lag at times and took some extra follow up.
The entree we chose was chicken and crab cake. The guests raved about this meal! They absolutely loved it. We also got a lot of compliments on how great the service was too. The ballroom is beautiful and was the perfect size for our group with 11 rounds of 8 - 10 people, "sweetheart" table, and a dance floor. We were supposed to use the patio for the cocktail hour, but rain forced us inside. Again, Cynthia was great about contacting us at the church to find out if this move was ok. Thankfully we had only planned on using one portion of the ballroom for the reception, so they just opened up the wall partition and put the bar and punch in that area.
FYI. we did not have a member of BCC sponsor us to use this venue. Instead, we paid a larger deposit that was used towards the final cost.
In the end, I highly recommend you go visit the Country Club and Cynthia to find out if this is the right venue for your wedding. We loved our experience and highly recommend it.

This venue was gorgeous, we got such great photos from our wedding day. The staff was very professional and the communication was great. They were also flexible with customizing our dinner menu.

The only negative feedback I have is not with the venue or staff itself, but with the country club members. The venue allows you to use the clubs changing room for the day but that is shared with the members. We had a very rude member ask us to have our 2 year old ring bearer removed from the ladies locker room because he was a boy. She was so rude to us in front of him that she practically put him to tears.

Bent Creek has an outstanding facility. I was nervous because a few months before my wedding the event coordinator stepped down from the position. Stephanie, the new event coordinator made sure that I felt comfortable and was extremely accommodating. She was a pleasure to work with and helped to make my special day very enjoyable!

We loved having our reception at Bent Creek Country Club! It is such a beautiful, classy setting, and our photos by the golf course are some of our favorites. And surprisingly, Bent Creek ended up being the most reasonably-priced venue we visited. The only thing we could have been more pleased with was the food- the entree was good, but not spectacular.

Bent Creek is a beautiful venue, the staff were very attentive and our guests had a wonderful time. We had a fantastic wedding and enjoyed every moment.
We had 110 guests for our wedding and the space was perfect. We also had our ceremony at the Club with our cocktail hour outside. The space is ideal, indoor/outdoor with guests moving between the ballroom and the balcony. The grounds of the club are beautifully kept, we also utilized the library for the bridal party after the ceremony and it has been renovated recently and makes a stunning backdrop for photographs.

We did have a few challenges in the lead up to our wedding with some changes in staff at the Club and the management of that was not ideal and meant additional stress in the planning for our wedding day. On the day there were not any problems, but not having a dedicated coordinator for the day made it more difficult.
