Caron Sent on 10/02/2024I worked with Beneva to design my wedding bouquet and flowers to decorate the restaurant for our reception.
Beneva was wonderful to work with and put together a beautiful bouquet that was stunningly simple, just the look I was hoping for. Our reception was on north Longboat Key and, working with the designer, we created boxes of white flowers to place on several tables. Along with flowers, I wanted to place candles on the table and personalized wedding favors at each setting, along with a board of photos at the entrance to the dining room. I was in a quandary about how to get everything to the restaurant and set up just the way I wanted.
I needn’t have worried though. I brought all the candles, favors, and photo board to Beneva the day before and they delivered it and helped to set it all up. When I arrived after the ceremony, my breath was taken away by how absolutely gorgeous the room looked and it was set up perfectly - better tham I imagined.Beneva Weddings's reply:

As we ran our annual Turkey Trot we decided we wanted to get eloped in our favorite city, on our favorite beach, on New Years Eve. We never wanted a huge wedding. We simply wanted an intimate ceremony, somewhere warm. Then we would celebrate with all of our loved ones later on. Beneva Weddings staff was phenomenal. They made all of our dreams come true, ever so quickly. It was the best experience and so easy. We didn’t have to worry about a thing once we were down there. Our officiant, Chris, was perfect! It was like she knew us for years. You would have never known we had just talked over the phone and met each other that morning. They put together the most beautiful ceremony that captured who we are and was so natural. The photographer they brought in to take a couple photos of us during the whole thing did a wonderful job. -

Working with Beneva was an incredible experience!! Corona and her team worked with us to get everything we wanted within our budget without sacrificing quality. She was so thorough, professional, and kind on our numerous phone calls and email exchanges. Corona coordinated with our cake vendor, Cakes by Ron, to get the cake decor to them the day before the wedding as well as delivering the bridal party florals to the hotel and then the rest of the florals to the venue, Longboat Key Club. Professional reliable
I had the destination wedding of my dreams and I owe a huge part of it to Beneva! I worked with Corona on my inspiration and she nailed it. It actually exceeded my expectations! Not to mention Coronas communication for a year was exceptional. I wasn’t going to preserve my bouquet but was so obsessed with my florals that I found someone last minute to preserve them. Working with Corona at Beneva Weddings was one of my favorite parts of the wedding experience! From the first consultation, she made me feel at ease and helped me find my vision, while also sharing her thoughts. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and artistic talent made me feel confident that my florals were in good hands. Both Corona and Jamie were great at communicating and answering any questions I had. Unfortunately one of the flowers we picked for our centerpieces was dried upon delivery but she was able to quickly pivot and find a beautiful alternative that looked great. My bridal bouquet was absolutely perfect and all of the arrangements were stunning.

Beneva did the florals for my wedding this past March and they were absolutely gorgeous. I think my wedding florals were the most beautiful flowers I’d ever seen and they stayed fresh throughout the entire event!! The process with Beneva was so seamless from start to finish. I had all of my planning meetings with Corona. She is so professional, personable, and full of amazing ideas. She really took the time to completely understand what I wanted and I knew I was in good hands with her. If she asks you to let her make judgement and design choices on your behalf close to the day, definitely let her! She has an incredible artistic vision and will make the choices that ensure everything looks the best it can on the day of. Big thank you to Corona, Jamie, and everyone at Beneva for all of their hard work making my wedding so stunningly beautiful!!! -

Such beautiful Flowers!
Corona and the Beveva Weddings team did such an amazing job with our wedding! Our florals were absolutely stunning! I really wanted something very whimsical and fantasy looking. Corona was able to make a fairytale bloom to life with the arrangements she envisioned. They were better than anything I could have hoped for! The flowers were more gorgeous than I ever imagined they would be! And this team was so wonderful to work with. Flexible, communicative and worked with my budget. It was just so easy to work with them and once we were booked, I hardly had to think about it. They were super flexible with our full year wedding day postponement and they were really kind. My husband and I know nothing about flowers and it was like they were able to read me. We sent them a few inspo pics and they made it even better than what we saw on pinterest. And the ARCH! Oh my god, all my guests raved about it and it was better than I could have dreamed. The sweetheart table was amazing too- and I basically said, do whatever because we don't know! Perfect beach wedding that would've been nothing without the gorgeous flowers!!! -

I am so happy with our beach wedding flowers! Beneva did an amazing job capturing everything that we asked for! They are very flexible and accommodating! We changed the amount of flowers we needed a week before the wedding! They did it no problem! We had a small beach wedding… My bouquet was beautiful, our arch was beautiful, my daughters had flower crowns that were amazing! Highly recommend them!! -

Would hire Beneva 100 times over!
Anyone who’s planned or is planning a wedding knows there’s that one detail that takes forever to decide on. Flowers were my kryptonite - I had a budget and look in mind and reached out to SO many vendors (who completely ignored my budget) before finding Beneva who not only worked with me over multiple calls to get the vision and pricing right but then completely blew it out of the water for our big day!! My bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were amazing, the centerpieces and details were amazing and the late add for flowers on the stairs were spectacular! I would take Beneva’s work over friends florists who I know were 4-5x the cost! Recommending them to everyone I know in the Sarasota area! Thank you guys! ♥️ -

We decided to get married in a month and that left little time to shop around. I had initially decided against having flowers but my fiancé protested so I sent requests via WeddingWire. Meghan at Beneva Flowers responded to me with lightning speed! I told her that because we had so little time, I didn’t want to include too many elements. My theme was simple and classic. I advised my budget and Meghan created a plan to include a small bouquet, boutonnière and centerpieces. She also suggested ways to get the most bang for my buck as well as providing a reference for a cake vendor! Within an hour, I had a theme, color, flowers and cake covered! The wedding was nearly done after only just beginning and also only a month away. I absolutely loved my bouquet - it was exactly what I wanted: classic, romantic and timeless. I wasn’t even sure about a boutonnière for my fiancé but it wasn’t a budget buster and he liked it so we went with it and it really tied everything together. Our centerpieces weren’t high on my list of priorities but in the end my family and friends were nearly fighting over who could take them home. I’m so happy with how Beneva flowers made everything so beautiful! -

I worked with Megan and Éva at Beneva Flowers. They did a phenomenal job on my bouquet, dog flower collar, centerpieces and aisle treatments. I wanted a tropical theme with monstera flowers, calla lilies and orchids. They nailed it! I even had to add additional tables because of covid and they were accommodating with finding extra monsters leaves for some of my tables. I gave them my budget and they worked with me on it. Beneva flowers did our bouquets and boutonnieres for our February wedding at Mote Marine Lab. They turned out absolutely beautiful. I wanted something slightly unique but still a very beautiful bouquet. After showing them a picture of my wedding dress, they knew exactly what to do. Ani and her team are amazing floral designers! When our bouquets, boutonnières, floral and greenery started arriving at our venue for our wedding this past weekend I couldn’t hold back my happy tears. Everything exceeded my expectations. I met with the Beneva team a handful of times throughout the planning process and shared photos, descriptions, details of what we wanted our wedding floral to look like and they went above and beyond. The staff there are absolutely amazing! We live out of town and my daughter was getting married in Siesta Keys. We booked her wedding with them and they went above and beyond to make sure our expectations were met. The flowers were gorgeous! We would recommend them, they are awesome. -

We were very pleased with Beneva Flowers. The flowers turned out beautiful and just like my daughter-in-law envisioned. Working with Annie and Jaclyn was easy. They responded to emails and text messages promptly. I ( the mother of the groom) dropped by the store several times to talk with them and they always made time for me. It started with a consultation with Laura and I showed her a few pictures of what I was interested in. She ran to the back, grabbed a quick arrangement and brought it into our meeting. I was blown away! She knew exactly what I was after! She nailed it and I couldn’t be happier with selecting her to design my floral arrangements for my wedding! -

Their arrangements were always beautiful and top notch. When we got engaged, I knew immediately that I wanted to hire them to do our wedding flowers.
Beneva Flowers designed the most beautiful centerpieces and bouquet for our wedding. The quality and presentation were outstanding. The flowers even lasted for a few weeks after our event. They were the best florist we have ever used. I would highly recommend them to anyone. -
