  Expectations Exceeded

  The Bend VW Photo Bus was SUCH a fun touch to our wedding! The bus itself was a photo-op and really added to the atmosphere of our outdoor venue. The guests had a blast with all the costumes and loved the unlimited photo strip print outs. We purchased a guest book through this company as well where guests were able to tape their photos inside and write messages and we couldn't be happier with the results! Brandon, one of the owners and operators of the bus, was SO KIND and hit it off with our guests and family. He is a gem of a human. Customer service is huge and Brandon and his wife, Corrie, were so sweet and easy to work with. Highly recommend the Bend VW Photo Bus!

  Always a must have!

  We've used the Photo Bus for many of our staff Holiday Parties and it's always a must have! It's so much fun for the guests - the props are hilarious and the quality of the printed photo strips is amazing. It really brings people together and creates lasting memories.

  The best addition to our Wedding!

  Just incredibly cute, this photo bus was all the rage. They were super professional, on time, and provided us the best photo book post wedding. The owner was on our dance floor encouraging people to come check it out by his awesome dance moves. Just hilarious and fantastic!

  the best! totally get them!

  these folks were the absolute best to work with, both in the planning lead up and on the day-of. they got everyone so hyped, and the props were so so so fun that they ended up on the dance floor too! we highly recommend! PLUS, does it get any cuter than a VW bus? The aesthetic was perfection.

  Highly recommend for weddings!

  We hired the VW Photobus for our wedding in Sunriver, OR. The owners were super friendly and easy to work with. They even let us add a custom logo for our wedding to the photo strips. We ended up extending the bus an extra hour because the guests were having so much fun. I loved receiving a digital copy of all the photos after the wedding. It helped me relive our special day. The bus itself is adorable and looked cute in the background of the dance floor photos. It definitely added a special touch to the event.

  Social hit!

  Brandon was extremely easy going and very flexible to our needs. Our guest loved it. Having their own photos to take home and share was amazing.

  The cherry on top of our wedding day 💕

  We love photo booths, so we knew when we were planning our wedding that we wanted to share that experience with our friends and family. When I called the Bend VW Photo Bus team, I was immediately impressed by their offerings. They sent me details about their packages which included customizable photo templates. We knew Bend VW Photo Bus was going to be a fun, memory-capturing activity for our friends and family. What we did not expect was to have so much fun with the team and turn the photo props into dance party props. One suggestion, get the book! We opted not to and it’s my only regret.   Best photo bus ever!

  My husband and I cannot thank Bend VW Photo Bus enough for coming to our wedding! The VW Bus itself is such an adorable vintage bus, which is more than enough on its own - the aesthetic is perfect for any event. However, the owners include an abundance of INCREDIBLE and hilarious props! I’m a huge wedding dancer, but once I got away from the dance floor to get in the photo bus, I could have spent hours taking photos with all of the different props! Our guests are still talking about how amazing the photo bus was nearly a month after our wedding. We also purchased a photo book, which you can do through the owners of the Bend VW Photo Bus. We opted to use this instead of a guest book, and guests could insert their photo strip into the guest book and write a special message to us. Some of our favorite pictures from the wedding were of us in the photo bus! As far as the owners, they are the sweetest people! They were easy to book with and communicate with throughout the wedding process. On the wedding day, the owners were extremely kind to us and all of the guests and facilitated everyone having a great time! I’m not sure if I should promote this or not, but they even enjoyed seeing guests (myself included) having fun with their props on the dance floor. I also feel that the price was comparable to what I’ve seen some standard photo booths go for.   Fun times with Ruby!

We actually booked this vendor before any other vendors because my fiance (now husband ;) fell in love with Ruby and HAD to have the Photo Bus. I complied since it was the one thing he really wanted at the wedding. Boy was the bus a hit with the guests though! There was a line most of the night and people were talking about how much fun it was! Looking back at the photos, everyone got into that bus and took some of the best photos of the night! Even my conservative, mid-western grandparents took multiple pictures and had a blast! The coolest thing was the ability to customize the photo strip with our own design, making the strips that people took home perfect little mementos from our wedding. Ruby really made the night and we could not more highly recommend Bend VW Photo Bus :)

  We were looking for something fun and different to have at our winter wedding and Bend VW Photo Bus was it! We had no idea how much our guests would enjoy the photo booth - it was a total hit and our guests could not stop talking about how fun it was. We especially loved having a unique and memorable guest book, provided by Bend VW Photo Bus, where guests added their photo strip and a note in a custom wood book.   I found Bend VW Photo Bus on Instagram and instantly knew I wanted to have Ruby at my wedding. I reached out to see if the bus would travel to Portland for our indoor reception, and they happily agreed to make the trip. The owners (Phil and Jesse) are very responsive, and couldn’t be nicer or easier to work with. Having Ruby at our wedding was a huge hit with all our guests and the bus looked amazing in the space. The selection of props was the best I have ever seen at a photo booth, and getting to see all the pictures a few weeks later while we were on our honeymoon was really fun. My husband I both highly recommend Bend VW Photo Bus for any wedding or event!

  Picture perfect

  The photo bus was a game changer for the grand opening party of our business. It was a totally unique experience and one that we will never forget. I would highly recommend having them out for any occasion. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating 10/10!

  RBC Summer Party

  Bend VW Bus was amazing! We really enjoyed the old school VW they brought, and loved all of the different costumes/wigs we could wear for our photos. They were right on time and got set up very quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely want them to come work another event in the future!

  Bend VW Bus was amazing! We really enjoyed the old school VW they brought, and loved all of the different costumes/wigs we could wear for our photos. They were right on time and got set up very quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely want them to come work another event in the future!
