  Bend Event Sounds is the only vendor you use use

  David was our DJ for in early August 2024 at Black Butte Ranch. David, knocked it out of the park. He was extremely professional, checked in with us multiple times and played absolute bangers! Our wedding would not have been the same without David's help. He even helped coordinate and share the use of his sound system with another vendor who was playing live music. 5/5 stars, highly recommend David and Bend Event Sounds for any needs you have as they will go above and beyond, thank you David!

  Danced Allllll Night Long

  Brandon brought all the good tunes. Their pre wedding packet helped us figure out the vibe we wanted and after a quick phone call the week of the wedding I knew we were smooth sailing so day of the wedding I had no worries! Seriously loved all the songs and we danced all night. Thank you!!!

  Wonderful Experience

  Loved our wedding experience with David at Bend Event Sound! David was clearly an experienced professional; his set up at the venue appeared easy and uneventful, the speakers were at an ideal volume all evening (and also inconspicuously/tastefully placed around the venue so as not to interfere with our decor), the music played perfectly and on cue during our ceremony/reception and David also was able to use our Spotify playlists as we requested. David was SO kind and hit it off with our family and friends who required use of the microphones. The DJ package was also very fair priced and I feel we received an excellent value. 10/10 recommend!

  Amazing Night

  Bend Event Sound went above and beyond to make sure our night went perfectly. They absolutely captured our personalities with the music, made sure people had a great time dancing, and communicated with other vendors to keep the night moving along smoothly. We were so impressed with how helpful and professional they were and 100% recommended hiring them for your special day!

  Awesome DJ and the nicest guys!!

  Bend Event Sound is simply the best!! David and Dalton were SO easy to work with - they were vocal enough to help move the wedding timeline along without dominating the event and played the greatest music!! Their wedding planning tool was super helpful in getting us to think through all of the details. Our guests had a blast and were even able to request some obscure songs from South Africa (reminiscent of our time in Peace Corps) and they were able to find it! David and Dalton are the nicest guys and made for such a stress-free day for my husband and I. Hire these guys - they're awesome!!

  We worked with David and had an awesome experience. He did a great job, played our requested music and integrated his own in between flawlessly! It was seriously perfect. Everyone danced the entire night! His personality was fun as well and that contributed to the great experience. Thank you David!

  Stellar!! Kept a great event flow start to finish and full dance floor!

  We highly recommend Bend Event Sound! Adam is professional, timely, helpful, and created a great flow and added life to our wedding. The music was all done correctly, and sounded great!
  Adam worked with our coordinator’s timeline, and did a wonderful job with all the announcements, toasts, and detail requests.
  Our weather took a turn right before the ceremony and had to be moved indoors, having amazing vendors like Bend Event Sound kept our day running smoothly, even with last minute major changes.

  Most professional in Bend

  We met with Bend Event Sound and it was very clear from the start of the meeting that this was the way to go for our wedding. They are so on top of it and kind! Not at all cheesy. They listened to what we want and don't want. I am very excited to work with them for our wedding!

  Our wedding planner helped us set up our meeting and contract with Bend Event Sound. David and Erin were great. We used the simplicity plan and picked our cocktail hour music based on genre's we liked and made a must play, do not not play for the reception. They did an awesome job! I can't remember one song I didn't like and the dance floor was packed all night. Extra Bonus: we received CD's of all the music that was played over the course of the night. I can't wait to play them all back again!

  Wicked Wedding Dancy Party

  David was awesome! He was easy to work with prior to the wedding day. The questionnaire was helpful and easy to coordinate. We recorded our own processional song and were able to seamlessly coordinate the song format with David. Before the wedding we had our officiant check in with David about the mics and cues for the wedding party. Our first dance song and transitions into other first group dance songs went super well. We appreciated how he coordinated with our wedding planner to keep the wedding day timeline and make sure everybody knew what was going on when.   Can not say enough great things about Adam and Bend Event Sound as a whole. We had the BEST experience working with them, especially considering we had to reschedule our big day related to the pandemic. They were super responsive and easy to get ahold of during the planning phase, they were transparent about pricing and seemed to really be passionate about simply just trying to help give my husband and I the best day possible.   David did everything we could have possibly asked him to to the highest degree of professionalism over our 6 hour wedding ceremony and reception. From the timing and transition of songs during the ceremony, to song requests, wedding party announcements, and a special grandparent dance, he could not have done a better job. On top of that, we planned everything remotely as Bend was our wedding destination and didn't actually meet in person until after the ceremony. He was great and great to work with.

  We can't say enough good things about Bend Event Sound and David in particular! The level of care and thoughtfulness exhibited by David from planning to execution greatly exceeded our expectations.
  
  Right from the start, we found David’s Wedding Planning Guide to be very thoughtful and detailed and was a big help with our planning. We didn’t have a lot of time to plan our wedding (5 months from engagement to wedding day to be exact) so we had to make a lot of quick decisions hoping things would work out well. Given our shortened planning window, we opted to give David a general sense of the music we liked and allowed him the freedom to choose the music for our cocktail hour and reception based on our very loose guidelines. The music he chose for both was lively and well timed and kept all of our guests dancing until it was time to lock up and leave.
  
  In addition, David worked extremely well with our photographer, videographer, and day of coordinator to ensure that all the transitions (ceremony, photos, cocktail hour, cake cutting, speeches, etc.) were smooth and seamless.
  
  Finally, during our reception and for several weeks after our wedding, several family members and close friends who attended made a point to stop us and share how great the music was and what a great time they had dancing all night long. Is there a better compliment than that?

Bob was our DJ, and he truly went above and beyond. He set up everything in such a timely manner, ensured everyone knew the flow of our day, and was happy to help with any announcement or slight variations that are bound to happen on a wedding day. We were slightly nervous not getting to meet David beforehand, but his attention to detail and demeanor put us as ease quickly. The day of our wedding, he killed it! His timing was perfect, he honored all of our requests and had a fantastic mix of music. All of our guests danced the night away and have said time and time again that our wedding was one of the most fun weddings they've ever been to, and David had a huge part in that!   The day before the big day, David called us to see if we needed any help with anything and just touching base to see that all systems were go.
  
  Day of, David arrived on time, set-up smoothly and seamlessly. He found us after the ceremony to say hi, check in and make sure we were on track for timing. From the moment he announced our arrival at the reception, things went effortlessly on our part. David checked in on us to see if we needed more time before key moments, he played songs that we had requested, as well as some others we hadn't, but as a whole, everything flowed really well without any odd placed songs, without too many slow songs, without too many hip songs that Aunt Betty doesn't know the words to. We even received a LOT of positive DJ comments from our guests that evening, (including some from folks who don't normally dance who noted that they enjoyed the music selection soo much, it inspired them to get out there and shake a leg).
  
  All in all, we would gladly recommend Bend Event Sound to anyone looking for a DJ to help them celebrate their special day... wedding, birthday party, bat mitzvah, you name it, David was great to work with and did an amazing job. And, while we don't plan on needing a wedding DJ again, we'll definitely be letting our friends in the Bend area know about his services!

  We could not have been happier with Bend Event Sound for our wedding. Rachael Scheutz was the most friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and creative DJ we interviewed before selecting a DJ. On the day of our outdoor wedding, there was a torential downpour about an hour before the ceremony. Our DJs showed incredible flexibility and patience to set-up, move, and re-set-up their equipment multiple times to make sure the ceremony had the proper sound and all of the rain-plan areas would have proper sound as well. As far as the dancing, we got every song we wanted and our guests were up and dancing for hours! Thanks, Scheutzes!!!

  We could not have been happier with Bend Event Sound for our wedding. Rachael Scheutz was the most friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and creative DJ we interviewed before selecting a DJ. On the day of our outdoor wedding, there was a torential downpour about an hour before the ceremony. Our DJs showed incredible flexibility and patience to set-up, move, and re-set-up their equipment multiple times to make sure the ceremony had the proper sound and all of the rain-plan areas would have proper sound as well. As far as the dancing, we got every song we wanted and our guests were up and dancing for hours! Thanks, Scheutzes!!!

I enjoyed receiving suggestions from them and felt comfortable sharing my ideas. Bend Event Sound knows exactly how to read the crowd and play the right music at just the right time! I wanted the wedding and music to be personal and classy, Rachael and Nick could not have done a better job!!
