We had such an incredible experience with our violinist, Ben, and we are so grateful he was part of our wedding.
From the moment he started playing, it was clear how talented he is. His music fit the ceremony and cocktail hour so perfectly, and it added such a beautiful, emotional layer to the entire day. Everything felt intentional and completely in sync with the atmosphere we wanted to create.
He was truly one of the highlights of the night. So many of our guests kept talking about him and how much they loved the music. It created such a special ambiance that people are still mentioning even after the wedding.
One thing that meant so much to us was how open he was to requests outside of his usual list. He created a violin version of a Vietnamese song for us and played it beautifully alongside the backing track. It felt incredibly personal and honestly just magical to experience in that moment.
We could not have asked for a better experience. Ben brought so much elegance and emotion in a way that felt effortless, and it made those moments even more meaningful for us.
We are so happy we chose him. For anyone looking for a violinist who is not only incredibly talented but also willing to go the extra mile to bring your vision to life, we highly recommend Ben. -

Ben is the ABSOLUTE BEST! He’s a phenomenal artist and a true master of his craft. From our first call, I knew we were in great hands. We expressed our wishes and he delivered on all fronts! I often work with Ben Hoyt at Kaif Restaurant, and he is truly one of the most talented violinists I’ve ever performed with. He feels the music from the very first second, adapts perfectly to the DJ set, and makes each of our performances unique.
Whenever Ben starts playing, guests go wild — they stop what they’re doing, pull out their phones, and always record him!
He’s incredibly kind, open, and easy to work with. Highly recommended! -

BEN IS INCREDIBLE!!!!
My wife and I hired Ben for our twins' baby shower to perform for the cocktail hour portion of the event, and he was a showstopper for our guests. Ben's performance and interactions with our guests added such an exciting level of elegance to the day. Our friends and family even started calling our baby shower our "second wedding".
Ben is a class act and also one of the nicest people that you'll have the pleasure of working with. One in a billion person and musician! Hoping to include Ben when our family celebrates more life milestones :) -

I had the pleasure of teaming up with Ben to coordinate a proposal to my girlfriend - now fiancé :) - in the west Colorado mountains.
Throughout the entire planning process, not only was Ben an absolute joy to partner with, but he was flexible and willing to work with me when I didn't have the exact vision for what I wanted, until together we landed on a stunning final production, thanks to some of his suggestions.
He is easily the most talented Violinist I know/have heard, but more than that: he is just so easy to be around and talk to that I would unequivocally recommend him to anyone, for anything: as your Violinist, as a friend, a toastmaster, even an MC (he can curate a vibe like none other!)
I would like to think that she would have said YES without Ben's stunning performance... probably! -

Superior sound quality and professionalism
As a wedding planner (Forever Enchanted Events), I’ve had the pleasure of working with many talented musicians over the years, but Ben Hoyt truly stands out, and we let him know. His violin performances are absolutely incredible, and what stands out the most is the quality of his sound. We work with many violinists, and Ben's sound system and amplification has been specifically designed to enhance his performance and create a full, warm, sound, that stands out from his competitors in a way that literally left us in awe and asking him to explain how his sound was so much higher quality than others. He is clearly a seasoned professional and you can feel his passion and artistry in every note he plays, all the way down to how he smiles and seems to really enjoy playing throughout the event.
Ben has an extraordinary ability to set the tone for a ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception, creating an atmosphere that feels both elegant and moving, while still highlighting current songs that are easily recognizable and trendy.
I can’t recommend Ben Hoyt highly enough. If you’re looking for a violinist who will elevate your wedding experience and leave a lasting impression, Ben is a fantastic choice. -

Ben is incredible at what he does in all areas. We hired him for a 500 person event, and were impressed with him all the way through the process. He attended meetings before our event to ensure we were on the same page about what type of music we wanted played, he was very communicative and responsive, and he was on time and efficient while setting up. Ben’s performance at our wedding in June truly blew us away!!! Our guests cannot stop talking about how incredible his energy was and loved that he interacted with the crowd during cocktail hour. His pre-ceremony and ceremony music was exactly what we pictured - my wife and I had the moment we’ve always dreamed of us we walked down the aisle together to the sound of a beautiful violin.
Ben was an incredibly easy vendor to work with. He always responded promptly to any questions we had and truly leveled up our wedding day. WOW - I'm so glad my wedding planner introduced us to him during our search for a live musician to play at our wedding. Ben Hoyt was the violinist at our recent wedding at the Bel-Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades, CA.
Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with! My wedding planner had encountered him before at other weddings and she had nothing but positive things to say about him, so we were really excited to meet with him virtually a few weeks before our wedding day. He walked us through all the different songs he could play on his violin, which was a huge range of genres from hip hop to classic oldies. He was also willing to experiment and play new violin renditions of songs if they weren't on his playlist. We ended up choosing a bunch of our favorite songs from his list and requesting a few of our other favorites, mostly EDM, and he delivered! He was super kind and accommodating towards us the entire time.
He played the entire time during our pre-ceremony and cocktail hour and our guests LOVED him. He performed with lots of energy and his talent really shows through his music. As the bride, I was busy running around, but I wish that I had more time to listen to him play LOL - I definitely missed out!
Overall, would highly recommend Ben Hoyt if you're looking for a live musician for your wedding (or honestly, any event!) because he did an amazing job at our wedding. -

Ben is a one-man, one-stop-shop for incredible music and entertainment. I was recently at a wedding where we was the only musician and source of music for the entire evening and he had everyone smiling, bopping and swooning. He plays a wide range of songs and caters the playlist to your preferences. When he busted out his rendition of the Game of Thrones theme, everyone had their phones out recording! Ben is super talented, extremely professional, and so SO nice. I highly recommend him-- no matter your event he is sure to be a highlight for your guests. -

Amazing and would definitely recommend!
Ben was AMAZING not only to work with but as a performer! We were blessed to have our coordinator Meredith (Goodfriend and Co. Events) introduce my now husband and I to Ben. We knew we wanted to add something extra for our guest and who doesn’t love live music?! After meeting with Ben and discussing our vision he made sure to listen to what we were looking for and he nailed it. Our guest loved the surprise as he played for them while they entered the ceremony and mingled till it was time for them to find their seats, we then had him “jam” on top of our DJ during cocktail hour. All our guest thought it was such a cool element and the multiple ways Ben played the violin blew them away. 10000/10 would recommend Ben for any wedding or event you have! -

The first time I saw Ben perform it seemed to me as if all of the air had been sucked out of the room. I was at my husband’s friend’s Indian wedding ceremony, and I was so moved and transported by Ben’s ability to coax such beautiful notes out of his violin. I was in awe— and I say this as someone who has worked in the music industry and is not easily ‘wowed.’ Prior to witnessing Ben’s performance, it had never occurred to me that a violinist could faithfully perform an elaborate Hindi ballad solo— let alone to do so with such prowess in front of a large audience. My husband, who was my fiancé at the time, felt the same way. He had the good foresight to ask for Ben’s card, as we were planning our own wedding at the time and we both knew that we HAD to have him play at our ceremony. I’m happy to say that Ben’s performance of one of my grandmother’s favorite songs brought tears to our eyes when I walked down the aisle. Ben is a consummate professional— talented, yes, but also relaxed, accommodating, full of ideas, and open to any and all suggestions. Having him at our wedding was a joy. He was so easy to work with! We asked him to perform during an outdoor ceremony and inside during our cocktail hour, and he had all of the equipment he needed to make the music perfect (he set it up himself without needing much more than an outlet from the venue). I strongly recommend working with him in any capacity— book him before he gets booked up! -

We were looking to add a violinist to our worship services, and when I asked a friend, she referred me to Ben after having hired him for a party. Then…we fell in love with him, as a person, as a musician, as someone who knows exactly how to evoke emotion with his playing. Since then we’ve hired him back every year, even if we have to fly him coast to coast. My wife and I also had him play at our wedding. Wedding planning is extremely stressful and there's always things that go wrong, Ben was far from being one of them.
